In other embodiments, custom and/or dedicated data communication techniques may also be used in place of or in addition to the data communication techniques described above.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a call method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The call method may be applied to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1 and specifically performed by the base station 120 in the implementation environment. It should be understood that the method may be adapted to other exemplary implementation environments and be specifically executed by devices in other implementation environments, and the implementation environments to which the method is adapted are not limited by the present embodiment.
The following describes the call method according to the embodiment of the present application in detail with the base station as a specific execution body.
As shown in fig. 2, in an exemplary embodiment, the call method at least includes steps S210 to S230, which are described in detail as follows:
step S210, receiving a call request sent by a calling party terminal, wherein the call request carries call parameters.
The call request is used for requesting to perform a voice call with a called party terminal, and the called party terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop, a personal digital assistant, a mobile internet device, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted device, or other devices, or the called party terminal may be an independent physical server, or may be a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or may be a cloud server that provides basic cloud computing services such as a cloud service, a cloud database, cloud computing, a cloud function, cloud storage, a network service, cloud communication, a middleware service, a domain name service, a security service, a content distribution network (Content Delivery Network, CDN), a big data and an artificial intelligent platform, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
The call parameters refer to parameters related to the call service initiated by the calling party terminal, for example, the call parameters include, but are not limited to, called party identification, terminal performance parameters of the calling party terminal, and the like. The called party identifies a call object for indicating a call service initiated by the calling party terminal, and the terminal performance parameter of the calling party terminal may be one or more combinations of a hardware parameter of the terminal, a network parameter of the terminal, an identifier of the terminal, and the like.
Step S220, if the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, acquiring page display data based on the call parameters, and establishing a network data channel with the calling party terminal; the network data channel is used for transmitting page display data and call voice data.
If the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, the calling party terminal can display the page display data in the communication process, so that the page display data is acquired based on the communication parameters, and a network data channel is established with the calling party terminal, wherein the network data channel is used for transmitting the page display data and the communication voice data.
The base station may store page display data corresponding to the called party in advance, and directly inquire the page display data corresponding to the called party indicated by the call parameter when receiving the call request of the calling party terminal and judging that the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition.
The base station may send a page display data acquisition request to the called party terminal indicated by the call parameter when the base station receives the call request of the calling party terminal and determines that the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, so that the called party terminal returns the page display data to the base station based on the page display data acquisition request.
The determining whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition may be determining whether the terminal performance parameter of the calling party terminal meets a preset rule, for example, whether the hardware parameter of the terminal supports display of page display data, whether the network parameter of the terminal supports simultaneous transmission of page display data and call voice data, whether the identifier of the terminal indicates that the calling party belongs to a preset client, and the like. Judging whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition or not can also be judging whether the calling party terminal agrees to display the page in the call process.
For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of determining whether a calling terminal satisfies a data interaction condition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, a calling party terminal sends a call request to a base station through a dial keypad, the base station judges, based on terminal performance parameters of the calling party terminal contained in the call request, that the terminal performance parameters of the calling party terminal meet preset rules, then sends a page display request to the calling party terminal, so that the calling party terminal prompts a user whether to perform page display based on the page display request, returns page display approval information to the base station after receiving a page display approval operation executed by the user, and then the base station judges that the calling party terminal meets data interaction conditions based on the page display approval information.
The voice channel established by the conventional call service is only used for transmitting call voice data, and the network data channel has the capability of transmitting page display data and call voice data simultaneously compared with the voice channel. And establishing a network data channel with the calling party terminal to realize the transmission of page display data.
Step S230, the page display data is returned to the calling party terminal based on the network data channel, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data in the call process.
It will be appreciated that the network data channel may transmit voice data for a call between a user of the calling party and the called party in addition to page display data.
The page display data is displayed at the calling party terminal in a form including, but not limited to, still images, video, interactive buttons, etc. The interactive button can be triggered by a user, and a corresponding response operation (such as sending a triggered prompt message to the base station) is performed after the interactive button is triggered.
The page display data is returned to the calling party terminal through the network data channel, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data in the call process, visual data information can be provided for a user through the page display data, the user can receive visual information besides voice information, and through the transmission of information in multiple dimensions, the call experience of the user is improved, and the accuracy of information transmission between the calling party and the called party is improved.
In some embodiments, before acquiring page display data based on call parameters and establishing a network data channel with a calling party terminal, the calling party terminal and a base station establish a voice data channel, and the call parameters include terminal performance parameters of the calling party terminal; if the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, acquiring page display data based on the call parameters, and establishing a network data channel with the calling party terminal, wherein the method comprises the following steps: extracting terminal performance parameters contained in the call parameters; judging whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition or not based on the terminal performance parameters; if the calling party terminal does not meet the data interaction condition, transmitting call voice data based on a voice data channel; if the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, page display data are acquired based on the call parameters, and a network data channel is established with the calling party terminal.
Among other things, voice data channels may be established based on code division multiple access (Code Division Multiple Access, CDMA) communication systems, global system for mobile communications (Global System for Mobile Communications, GSM), long term evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE), and so on.
Illustratively, taking LTE as an example, the procedure of establishing a voice data channel is described as follows: the calling party terminal accesses the target system cell, initiates a voice call request of the circuit domain (Circuit Switched Domain, CSD) to establish a voice call flow in the circuit domain, and further establishes a voice data channel for call voice data transmission.
The call service may be performed based on the established voice data channel before the calling party terminal is not determined to satisfy the data interaction condition. And then, judging whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition or not based on the terminal performance parameters. For example, the terminal performance parameter is a hardware parameter of the terminal, and whether the calling party terminal supports the display of the page display data is judged based on the hardware parameter of the terminal, such as whether the terminal contains a display screen is judged; the terminal performance parameter may also be a network parameter of the terminal, and based on the network parameter of the terminal, it is determined whether the calling party terminal supports simultaneous transmission of page display data and call voice data, for example, whether the current network data transmission rate of the terminal is greater than a preset transmission rate value. Further, the call parameter may further include an identifier of the calling party terminal, for example, the identifier of the calling party terminal included in the call parameter is a media access control address (Media Access Control Address, MAC address), the base station presets a terminal identifier set stored with a page display data transmission enabling, and if the identifier of the calling party terminal is found in the terminal identifier set, the calling party is indicated to belong to a preset client, that is, the calling party terminal is determined to satisfy the data interaction condition.
It can be understood that the manner of judging whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition can be flexibly selected according to a specific application scenario, which is not limited in the application, for example, the calling party terminal may also judge whether the current call service meets the data interaction condition, and carry the judgment result of whether the data interaction condition is met in the call request, so that the base station extracts the judgment result in the call request.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a call method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the calling party terminal sends a call request to the base station based on the target short number, the call request carries the target short number and terminal information, the core network of the base station identifies the target short number in the call request, matches corresponding navigation information based on the target short number, and then judges whether the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition according to the terminal information in the call request. If the calling party terminal does not meet the data interaction condition, transmitting call voice data based on a voice data channel, and transmitting navigation information to the calling party terminal in a voice expression mode; if the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, a network data channel is established with the calling party terminal, and the navigation information is transmitted to the calling party terminal in a page display data mode, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data.
In some embodiments, the calling party terminal establishes a voice data channel with the base station before acquiring page display data based on the call parameters and establishing a network data channel with the calling party terminal; establishing a network data channel with a calling party terminal, comprising: acquiring a voice data channel identifier and a network data channel identifier associated with a call parameter; releasing the voice data channel established by the calling party terminal and the base station based on the voice data channel identification, and establishing a network data channel based on a long term evolution voice bearer (VoLTE) based on the network data channel identification.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating establishment of a network data channel according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The calling party terminal sends a call request to the base station, triggers the voice signal and the network signal, the base station records the voice signal and the network signal of each terminal to obtain a voice signal collection and a network signal collection, and the voice signal collection and the network signal collection are used for storing the relation between each voice signal and each terminal and the relation between each network signal and each terminal, such as the association relation between the MAC address of the storage terminal and the voice signal and the network signal. Then, the voice signal collection and the network signal collection are combined to obtain a voice data channel identifier and a network data channel identifier associated with a call parameter, for example, the call parameter contains the MAC address of the calling party terminal, and the corresponding voice signal identifier and the network signal identifier are obtained based on the inquiry of the MAC address of the call parameter, so that the voice signal identifier and the network signal identifier are used as the voice data channel identifier and the network data channel identifier. Further, releasing the voice data channel established by the calling party terminal and the base station based on the voice data channel identification, and enabling the VoLTE based network data channel based on the network data channel identification.
The mobile network is divided into a circuit domain and a packet domain (General Packet Radio Service, GPRS), the circuit domain is responsible for voice and short message communication, and the packet domain is responsible for data surfing. A Long Term Evolution Voice bearer (VoLTE) is a Voice service after circuit domain and packet domain are fused, that is, voLTE is a call service executed through data traffic, and data transmission is performed through a dedicated channel on a mobile data network. Because the network data channel established based on VoLTE is a mobile data network, the network data channel can bear more information than the traditional voice data channel, and the voice audio of VoLTE reaches the High Definition (HD) voice call quality of 16kHz sampling and can reach the Full-HD voice of 20Hz-20kHz sampling at most.
Through the network data channel based on VoLTE, the page display data and the call voice data are transmitted simultaneously, so that when the calling party terminal executes the call service, the page display data are displayed on the calling party terminal, visual information is provided for a user, the voice and network interconnection capability of the calling party terminal and the called party terminal is realized, the voice connection access and the network interconnection access are supported, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the call parameter contains a called party identifier; acquiring page display data based on call parameters, including: extracting a called party identifier contained in the call parameter; inquiring a page navigation rule matched with the called party identifier; and generating corresponding page display data based on the page navigation rule.
Different called party identifications correspond to different called objects, which can be provided with different page navigation rules. The page navigation rule corresponding to the called party identifier may be pre-stored in the base station, or may be obtained by the base station sending a page navigation rule acquisition request to the corresponding called object, which is not limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 6, the call parameters corresponding to the call request carry a called party identifier, the called party identifier is a target short number dialed by the calling party terminal, the call parameters are subjected to short number analysis to obtain the target short number dialed by the calling party terminal, and information such as called object information, page navigation rules (e.g., page display data corresponding to each page such as a first-level navigation page and a second-level navigation page) and the like are obtained based on the target short number query, so that corresponding page display data is generated according to the page navigation rules. If the called object corresponding to the target short number '12345' is a customer service center of the company A, the corresponding page navigation rule is queried by taking the target short number dialed by the calling party terminal as the called party identifier, and then corresponding page display data is generated according to the page navigation rule.
For example, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating acquiring page display data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the calling party terminal dials a target short number "12345" to send a call request carrying the target short number to the base station, the base station analyzes the call request to obtain the target short number "12345", queries a short number information management table according to the target short number "12345" to obtain the identifier of the page navigation rule "0001", where the short number information management table stores the identifier of the page navigation rule corresponding to each target short number, and may also store the information of the called object corresponding to each target short number, such as the name of the called object. And then, inquiring a navigation information management table according to the inquired page navigation rule identification to obtain a page navigation rule matched with the called party identification, wherein the navigation information management table stores specific navigation information corresponding to the identification of each page navigation rule, and the navigation information comprises, but is not limited to, a static image, a video, an interactive button and the like. For example, the navigation information includes page display data corresponding to a plurality of navigation pages (e.g., a primary navigation page, a secondary navigation page, etc.). And generating corresponding page display data according to the queried page navigation rules.
In some embodiments, after the page display data is returned to the calling party terminal based on the network data channel, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data in the call process, the method further comprises: receiving interactive operation parameters sent by a calling party terminal; the interactive operation parameters are generated by the calling party terminal based on the interactive operation executed by the user on the page display data after the page display data are displayed by the calling party terminal in the call process; and executing corresponding business processing operation based on the interactive operation parameters.
The user at the calling party terminal side can perform an interactive operation on the calling party terminal, so that the calling party terminal generates corresponding interactive operation parameters based on the interactive operation. For example, the page display data is generated based on a page navigation rule, and contains navigation information, so that the use experience of a user side is optimized through visual display of the navigation information, and the situation of low navigation service efficiency and accuracy caused by pure voice interaction is avoided.
It can be understood that the page display data can be other types of information besides navigation information, so that the call method of the application is applied to other application scenes.
For example, the page display data may further include text information after voice recognition of the call voice data to display the text information at the calling party terminal. Specifically, call voice data transmitted in a network data channel is acquired, the call voice data is input into a pre-trained voice recognition model to obtain a voice recognition result output by the voice recognition model, and then the voice recognition result is sent to a calling party terminal so that the calling party terminal displays the voice recognition result. Wherein, only the call voice data sent by the called party is subjected to voice recognition, so that the voice recognition result is sent to the calling party terminal through the base station; the voice recognition method comprises the steps of receiving the call voice data sent by the called party and the call voice data sent by the calling party respectively, sending a voice recognition result to at least one of the calling party terminal or the called party terminal through the base station, and further receiving the call voice data from two dimensions of hearing and vision by a user at the calling party terminal side or the called party terminal side conveniently, so that information omission of the call voice data by the user at the calling party terminal side is avoided. In addition, the voice recognition result can be saved to form a call text record, so that the user can conveniently review the call text record.
It should be noted that, the call method provided in this application may also be applied to a called party terminal, for example, after a calling party terminal sends a call request for the called party terminal to a base station, the base station sends the call request to the called party terminal, and after the called party terminal receives the call request, the called party terminal inquires whether to agree to perform a call through a page, a popup window, an audio, and other prompt modes, if the agreement operation performed by the called party is received, the call service page is entered, and whether the called party terminal satisfies a data interaction condition is determined, where the determination mode of whether the called party terminal satisfies the data interaction condition may be the same as the determination mode of whether the called party terminal satisfies the data interaction condition, which is not described herein. If the called party terminal meets the data interaction condition, page display data are acquired based on the call parameters of the call service, a network data channel between the base station and the called party terminal is established, and the page display data are returned to the called party terminal based on the network data channel, so that the called party terminal displays the page display data in the call process.
According to the call method, the call request sent by the calling party terminal is received, the call request carries the call parameters, if the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, the page display data are acquired based on the call parameters, the network data channel is established with the calling party terminal, then the page display data are returned to the calling party terminal based on the network data channel, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data in the call process, further, voice information and visual information can be transmitted simultaneously in the call process, and the call experience of a user and the accuracy of information transmission between the calling party and the called party are improved through the transmission of information in multiple dimensions.

In step S820, the receiving base station returns the page display data based on the network data channel, so as to display the page display data in the call process.
For example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram showing a page display of a calling party terminal during a call according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, a subscriber identity card (Subscriber Identity Module, SIM) card is installed in the calling party terminal to perform a dialing operation based on the SIM card, and a call request is transmitted to the base station based on the dialing operation. And then when the calling party terminal meets the data interaction condition, the calling party terminal displays the page display data according to the page display data returned by the base station based on the network data channel. For example, as shown in fig. 9, the page display data is navigation information, the navigation information includes a plurality of navigation pages (such as a first-level navigation page and a second-level navigation page), the navigation pages include a plurality of interactable buttons, and the page display is performed on the navigation information in the call process, so that a user can obtain more accurate navigation information, and the efficiency of the navigation service is improved.
In some embodiments, after page display based on the page display data, the method further comprises: receiving interactive operation executed by a user aiming at page display data; and transmitting the interactive operation parameters to the base station based on the interactive operation, so that the base station executes corresponding service processing operation based on the interactive operation parameters.
The interactive operation includes, but is not limited to, a triggering operation performed by a user on a button displayed by the terminal, a voice instruction performed by the user, a gesture performed by the user, and the like, which is not limited in the application.
As shown in fig. 9, the page navigation rule is used to indicate specific navigation information, the navigation information includes a plurality of navigation pages, the navigation pages include a plurality of interactable buttons, after the calling party terminal performs display of page display data of a first-level navigation page, the calling party terminal detects trigger operation performed by a user on the button "fault report", then generates interaction operation parameters of the button, and sends the interaction operation parameters to the base station, and the base station queries the page navigation rule according to the received interaction operation parameters to obtain page display data of a second-level navigation page corresponding to the button "fault report", so as to return the page display data of the second-level navigation page to the calling party terminal, so that the calling party terminal displays the page display data of the second-level navigation page.
It should be noted that, in addition to updating the page information described in the foregoing embodiment, the service processing operation may further include instruction transmission for a specific service, for example, the interaction operation parameter is data to be stored in a preset database, where the data to be stored may be a user name, a user contact manner, and so on, in a user account registration scenario; the service processing operation may also include, for example, information inquiry, where the interaction operation parameter is to inquire about the website of the company a's website, and the service processing operation may be to display the target website in the display page of the calling terminal, send the target website to the calling terminal through a sms, mail, or the like. Through visual display and interactive operation executed by the user, the processing efficiency of the service can be improved, and the use experience of the user is optimized.
