As known from the above description, the status of the target order may include a waiting status, a picked-up status, a waiting-out status, a picked-out status, and the like. Here, updating the state change of the target order may be to flow the state of the target order from the ready-to-eat state to the ready-to-eat state.
In addition, after updating and displaying the state change of the target order through the second order placing system, the embodiment of the disclosure can initiate a number calling process, that is, the cloud server can call the KDS service to complete the number calling operation, and under the condition that the number calling is successful, the embodiment of the disclosure can transfer the making state of the order to be "please get meal" through a TV (Television) display screen interface and perform voice broadcasting.
Optionally, the embodiment of the disclosure may also perform voice broadcast through bluetooth sound, and the mobile terminal held by the user may also correspondingly receive notification information, so as to remind the user to take a meal. In addition, under the condition of failure of calling, a corresponding prompt can be displayed on the page of the second order system.
It should be noted that, the second order placing system may also perform a verification operation, that is, verify the validity of the order itself, whether the order exists, whether the order status allows for calling a number, and so on.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a user may place an order on the mobile terminal, and when the type of the order is a hall food type, order information of the hall food type is sent to the ordering system; when the type of the order is a take-out type, order information of the take-out type is transmitted to the take-out system. On the basis, the ordering system can send the information of the hall food to the catering SaaS system after processing the information of the order of the hall food, and similarly, the takeaway system can send the information of the takeaway to the catering SaaS system after processing the information of the order of the takeaway.
After receiving order information sent by the ordering system and/or the takeout system, the catering SaaS system can detect whether a merchant inputs order receiving operation aiming at the order information, and if the merchant inputs the order receiving operation, the catering SaaS system can print order tickets through printing equipment, namely the order information is printed on an information carrier. And the meal delivery device responds to the receipt scanning operation input by the merchant, checks the order information on the receipt, and sends the acquired order coding information to the meal delivery device cloud server. Here, the receipt scanning operation is realized by scanning out the meal treasures after the merchant completes the meal preparation.
After receiving the order coding information sent by the meal outlet, the meal outlet cloud server can check and analyze the order coding information to obtain the order type corresponding to the order coding information. Under the condition that the order type is the hall food type, starting the number calling operation, and the meal outlet cloud server can send an order identification to the catering SaaS system and output a number calling result through a TV/applet/sound and the like. Optionally, in the case that the order type is takeaway type, the meal delivery operation is started, the meal delivery cloud server may send an order identifier to the takeaway order system, and the user/rider APP may receive meal delivery completion information.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, by combining the order placing system, the catering system, the printing equipment, the electronic equipment and the cloud server, after receiving the order placing request, the pushing cost can be reduced by sending order state change information to the order placing system corresponding to the order type. In addition, in the embodiment of the disclosure, a merchant does not need to prepare two hardware devices for calling numbers of the order of selling meal and the hall food, so that the manpower input for calling numbers can be reduced, and the cost can be further reduced. And in addition, the business does not need to pay attention to whether the order is a hall food or a take-out food when taking out the meal, and the meal delivery cloud server can automatically finish meal delivery/number calling operation according to different order types, and the code scanning operation is smoother and more convenient relative to the screen clicking operation, so that the user experience is better.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an order status modification device 400, according to an example embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the order status modification device 400 may include a first acquisition module 410 and a first transmission module 420.
The first obtaining module 410 is configured to obtain order encoding information in response to a scanning operation of an information carrier of a target order in case that the target order is completed;
the first sending module 420 is configured to determine an order type and an order identifier of the target order according to the order encoding information, and send order status change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, where the order status change information includes the order identifier and the merchant identifier, so that the order placing system updates and displays a status change of the target order according to the order status change information.
In some implementations, the first acquisition module 410 may include:
the scanning sub-module is used for responding to the scanning operation of the information carrier by the electronic equipment to determine order encryption information under the condition that the target order is completed;
and the decryption sub-module is used for decrypting the order encryption information by the electronic equipment to obtain the order coding information.
In some embodiments, the order placing system includes a take-out system, and the first sending module 420 is further configured to send the order status change information to the take-out system by using a cloud server if the order type is a take-out type.
In some embodiments, the order placing system further includes a hall food system, and the first sending module 420 is further configured to send the order status change information to the hall food system by using a cloud server if the order type is a hall food type.
In some implementations, the order encoding information includes the merchant identification, the order type, and the order identification.
In some embodiments, the first sending module 420 is further configured to send the order encoding information to a cloud server by the electronic device; and the cloud server determines the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information.
According to the method and the device for processing the order, the electronic equipment can send the acquired order coding information to the cloud server, the cloud server can determine the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the received order coding information, and send order state change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, and the order placing systems corresponding to different order types are different, so that the cost of order state change can be reduced, and the flexibility of order state change can be improved.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram of an order status modification device 500 according to an example embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the order status modification device 500 may include a second acquisition module 510 and a second transmission module 520.
The second obtaining module 510 is configured to obtain, in response to a scanning operation on an information carrier of the target order, order encoding information in the case where the target order is completed;
the second sending module 520 is configured to send the order coding information to a cloud server, instruct the cloud server to determine an order type and an order identifier of the target order according to the order coding information, and instruct the cloud server to send order status change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, where the order status change information includes the order identifier and the merchant identifier.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, under the condition that a target order is completed, the electronic equipment responds to the scanning operation of an information carrier of the target order to acquire order coding information. On the basis, the electronic equipment can send the order coding information to the cloud server so as to uniformly realize order state changing operation through the cloud server, and therefore the cost of order state changing can be reduced.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of an electronic device 600, which may be a meal out device, as an example, according to an example embodiment. The electronic device 600 may comprise scanning means for scanning the information carrier of the target order for order coding information in case the target order is completed.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 600 may further include: a first processor 601, a first memory 602. The electronic device 600 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 603, a first input/output interface 604, and a first communication component 605.
The first processor 601 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 600 to complete all or part of the steps in the order status changing method described above. The first memory 602 is used to store various types of data to support operation on the electronic device 600, which may include, for example, instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 600, as well as application-related data, such as contact data, transceived messages, pictures, audio, video, and the like. The first Memory 602 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as a static random access first Memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM for short), an electrically erasable programmable Read-Only Memory (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EEPROM for short), an erasable programmable Read-Only first Memory (Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EPROM for short), a programmable Read-Only first Memory (Programmable Read-Only Memory, PROM for short), a Read-Only Memory (ROM for short), a magnetic first Memory, a flash first Memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk. The multimedia component 603 may include a screen and an audio component. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen, the audio component being for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signals may be further stored in the first memory 602 or transmitted through the first communication component 605. The audio assembly further comprises at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The first input/output interface 604 provides an interface between the first processor 601 and other interface modules, which may be a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The first communication component 605 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 600 and other devices. Wireless communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC for short), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, etc., or one or a combination of more of them, is not limited herein. The corresponding first communication component 605 may thus comprise: wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 600 may be implemented by one or more application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, abbreviated as ASIC), a digital signal first processor (Digital Signal Processor, abbreviated as DSP), a digital signal processing device (Digital Signal Processing Device, abbreviated as DSPD), a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, abbreviated as PLD), a field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, abbreviated as FPGA), a controller, a microcontroller, a micro-first processor, or other electronic components for performing the order state change method described above.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is also provided that includes program instructions that, when executed by the first processor, implement the steps of the order status change method described above. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the first memory 602 including program instructions described above that are executable by the first processor 601 of the electronic device 600 to perform the order status changing method described above.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a cloud server 700, which may be a meal out cloud server, as an example, according to an example embodiment. For example, cloud server 700 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 10, the cloud server 700 includes a second processor 722, which may be one or more in number, and a second memory 732 for storing computer programs executable by the second processor 722. The computer program stored in the second memory 732 may include one or more modules each corresponding to a set of instructions. Further, the second processor 722 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the order status changing method described above.
In addition, cloud server 700 may further include a power component 726 and a second communication component 750, the power component 726 may be configured to perform power management of cloud server 700, and the second communication component 750 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of cloud server 700. In addition, the cloud server 700 may also include a second input/output interface 758. Cloud server 700 may operate based on an operating system stored in second memory 732.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is also provided that includes program instructions that when executed by the second processor 722 implement the steps of the order status change method described above. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the second memory 732 described above that includes program instructions executable by the second processor 722 of the cloud server 700 to perform the order status change method described above.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, comprising a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the order status change method described above when executed by the programmable apparatus.
In another exemplary embodiment, an information push system is also provided, which may include an electronic device and a cloud server, wherein the electronic device is operable to perform operations related to the electronic device; the cloud server is configured to perform operations associated with the cloud server.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
In addition, the specific features described in the foregoing embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, the present disclosure does not further describe various possible combinations.
Moreover, any combination between the various embodiments of the present disclosure is possible as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure, which should also be construed as the disclosure of the present disclosure.

Claims (12)

1. The order state changing system is characterized by comprising an ordering system, a catering system, printing equipment, electronic equipment and a cloud server, wherein the ordering system is connected with the catering system and the cloud server, the catering system is connected with the printing equipment, and the printing equipment is connected with the cloud server;
The ordering system is used for receiving an ordering request of a user and sending the ordering request to the catering system;
the catering system is used for displaying order information of a target order corresponding to the order placing request, and sending the order information to the printing equipment after receiving confirmation operation input by a merchant;
the printing device is used for printing the order information on an information carrier;
the electronic equipment is used for responding to the scanning operation of the information carrier under the condition that the target order is completed, acquiring order coding information and sending the order coding information to the cloud server;
the cloud server is used for determining the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information, and sending order state change information to the order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, wherein the order state change information comprises the order identification and the merchant identification;
the order placing system is used for updating and displaying the state change of the target order according to the order state change information.
2. A method for changing an order status, the method comprising:
Under the condition that a target order is completed, acquiring order coding information in response to a scanning operation of an information carrier of the target order;
determining the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information, and sending order state change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, wherein the order state change information comprises the order identification and the merchant identification, so that the order placing system updates and displays the state change of the target order according to the order state change information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said obtaining order encoding information in response to a scanning operation of an information carrier of a target order in the event that the target order is completed comprises:
in the case of a target order being completed, the electronic device determines order encryption information in response to a scanning operation on the information carrier;
and the electronic equipment decrypts the order encryption information to obtain the order coding information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the order placement system comprises a take-out system, and wherein the sending order status change information to the order placement system corresponding to the order type based on the order type comprises:
And if the order type is takeaway, the cloud server sends the order state change information to the takeaway system.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the order placement system further comprises a hall food system, wherein the sending order status change information to the order placement system corresponding to the order type based on the order type further comprises:
and under the condition that the order type is the food type, the cloud server sends the order state change information to the food system.
6. The method of any of claims 2 to 5, wherein the order encoding information includes the merchant identification, the order type, and the order identification.
7. The method of any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein said determining an order type and an order identification of said target order from said order encoding information comprises:
the electronic equipment sends the order coding information to a cloud server;
and the cloud server determines the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information.
8. An order status changing method, applied to an electronic device, comprising:
Under the condition that a target order is completed, acquiring order coding information in response to a scanning operation of an information carrier of the target order;
and sending the order coding information to a cloud server, indicating the cloud server to determine the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information, and indicating the cloud server to send order state change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, wherein the order state change information comprises the order identification and the merchant identification.
9. An order status changing device, the device comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for responding to the scanning operation of the information carrier of the target order under the condition that the target order is completed, and acquiring order coding information;
the first sending module is used for determining the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information, and sending order state change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, wherein the order state change information comprises the order identification and the merchant identification, so that the order placing system updates and displays the state change of the target order according to the order state change information.
10. An order status changing device, the device comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for responding to the scanning operation of the information carrier of the target order under the condition that the target order is completed, and acquiring order coding information;
the second sending module is used for sending the order coding information to a cloud server, indicating the cloud server to determine the order type and the order identification of the target order according to the order coding information, and indicating the cloud server to send order state change information to an order placing system corresponding to the order type based on the order type, wherein the order state change information comprises the order identification and the merchant identification.
11. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a first processor, implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 2-8.
12. An electronic device, comprising:
the scanning component is used for scanning the information carrier of the target order to obtain order coding information under the condition that the target order is completed;
a first memory having a computer program stored thereon;
A first processor for executing the computer program in the first memory to implement the steps of the method of claim 8.
