Fig. 9 is a schematic overall flow chart of a monitoring method for a delivery bill according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which taking photo monitoring as an example is described, according to a request for creating a logistics delivery bill for selling an article, a photo monitoring service request sent by a user through the delivery bill, that is, a bill making request for the photo monitoring service is obtained; after the received photographing monitoring service is analyzed and processed by the system waybill center, a monitoring service mark is added, and a delivery waybill with monitoring service configuration information is downloaded to the system service center; the service center receives the distribution bill with the monitoring service mark, creates a photographing monitoring service bill, acquires monitoring service configuration information, and sends the monitoring service configuration information to the system configuration center, and the system configuration center generates a photographing monitoring rule according to the monitoring service configuration information to complete the creation of the photographing monitoring service bill; the carrier system receives the delivery service of the delivery freight bill, pulls the photographing monitoring service bill, analyzes the service bill and transmits relevant delivery information to a delivery service application program (APP), a dispatcher performs performing and feedback according to the delivery service of the delivery service application program (APP) and photographing monitoring rules, and finally, after the delivery freight bill is completed, the collected photographing monitoring information result is uploaded to the delivery service application program (APP), and the state of the photographing monitoring service bill is updated to be completed; and finally, the distribution service application program (APP) transmits the received monitoring information result back to the carrier system, and when the system service center monitors that the state of the photographing monitoring service list is finished, the state log of the photographing monitoring service list of the distribution freight list and the feedback result of the photographing monitoring service list are acquired from the carrier system to be stored, and a monitoring service access interface of the distribution freight list is generated, so that a user can monitor the distribution freight list by accessing the interface.
Through the monitoring service access interface, a user can acquire monitoring information meeting the requirement when the user needs the monitoring information, and the monitoring function is realized on the service process and the service result of the value-added service of the logistics distribution service, so that the management and the promotion of the logistics distribution service on the value-added service are facilitated.
Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of main modules of a monitoring device for logistics distribution according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 10, the monitoring device 1000 for logistics distribution mainly includes a configuration information acquisition module 1001, a monitoring rule acquisition module 1002, and an access interface acquisition module 1003.
A configuration information obtaining module 1001, configured to obtain monitoring service configuration information of a delivery waybill in response to a creation request of the delivery waybill;
a monitoring rule obtaining module 1002, configured to generate a monitoring rule of the delivery waybill according to the monitoring service configuration information, where the monitoring rule is used to collect monitoring information that meets the monitoring rule in a delivery process;
and the access interface acquisition module 1003 is configured to generate a monitoring service access interface of the distribution manifest according to the monitoring information, so that a user can monitor the distribution manifest by accessing the interface.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the configuration information obtaining module 1001 may be further configured to: responding to a request for creating a delivery freight list, and judging whether the delivery freight list has monitoring service or not; and under the condition that the delivery bill has monitoring service, acquiring the monitoring service configuration information of the delivery bill according to the related information of the delivery bill.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring rule obtaining module 1002 may be further configured to: each attribute information in the monitoring service configuration information is used as a to-be-configured item and is matched with a configuration item in a monitoring rule preset by a configuration center, and the preset monitoring rule consists of at least one configuration item; and taking a preset monitoring rule corresponding to the successfully matched configuration item as the monitoring rule of the distribution waybill.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring rule obtaining module 1002 may be further configured to: editing the preset monitoring rule according to the unmatched items to be configured under the condition that the unmatched items to be configured exist, so as to obtain the monitoring rule matched with the unmatched items to be configured; and taking the monitoring rule corresponding to the successfully matched configuration item as the monitoring rule of the distribution waybill.
According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring rule obtaining module 1002 may be further configured to: and modifying the monitoring rule corresponding to the unmatched configuration item in the preset monitoring rule according to the unmatched configuration item, or creating a new monitoring rule according to the unmatched configuration item.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring device 1000 for logistics distribution further includes a storage module (not shown in the figure) for: and before a monitoring service access interface of the delivery freight bill is generated according to the monitoring information, responding to the monitoring of the completion state of the monitoring service, and storing the monitoring information, wherein the completion state of the monitoring service is determined based on the completion state of the delivery freight bill.

FIG. 11 is an exemplary system architecture diagram in which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.
As shown in fig. 11, system architecture 1100 may include terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103, a network 1104, and a server 1105. Network 1104 is the medium used to provide communication links between terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 and server 1105. Network 1104 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user may interact with the server 1105 via the network 1104 using the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 to receive or transmit messages, etc. Various communication client applications such as, for example, a monitoring application for logistics distribution, etc., may be installed on the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103.
The terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103 may be a variety of electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like.
The server 1105 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (by way of example only) that supports monitoring of logistics distribution by users using the terminal devices 1101, 1102, 1103. The background management server can respond to the creation request of the delivery freight bill and acquire the monitoring service configuration information of the delivery freight bill; generating a monitoring rule of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring service configuration information, wherein the monitoring rule is used for collecting monitoring information conforming to the monitoring rule in the distribution process; and generating a monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring information, so that a user monitors processing of the distribution waybill and the like by accessing the interface, and feeding back a processing result (such as monitoring information and the like-only examples) to the terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, the monitoring method for logistics distribution provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 1105, and accordingly, the monitoring device for logistics distribution is generally disposed in the server 1105.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 11 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 12, there is illustrated a schematic diagram of a computer system 1200 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device or server in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device or server shown in fig. 12 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 12, the computer system 1200 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1201, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1202 or a program loaded from a storage section 1208 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1203. In the RAM 1203, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 1200 are also stored. The CPU 1201, ROM 1202, and RAM 1203 are connected to each other through a bus 1204. An input/output (I/O) interface 1205 is also connected to the bus 1204.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1205: an input section 1206 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1207 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, a speaker, and the like; a storage section 1208 including a hard disk or the like; and a communication section 1209 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1209 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 1210 is also connected to the I/O interface 1205 as needed. A removable medium 1211 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is installed as needed on the drive 1210 so that a computer program read out therefrom is installed into the storage section 1208 as needed.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1209, and/or installed from the removable media 1211. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1201.
The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination thereof.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units involved in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented in software or in hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, for example, described as: a processor comprising: the system comprises a configuration information acquisition module, a monitoring rule acquisition module and an access interface acquisition module.
The names of these modules do not constitute a limitation on the module itself in some cases, and for example, the configuration information acquisition module may also be described as "a module for acquiring monitoring service configuration information of a delivery manifest in response to a request for creation of the delivery manifest".
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the embodiment; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include: responding to a request for creating a delivery waybill, and acquiring monitoring service configuration information of the delivery waybill; generating a monitoring rule of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring service configuration information, wherein the monitoring rule is used for collecting monitoring information conforming to the monitoring rule in the distribution process; and generating a monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring information, so that a user monitors the distribution waybill by accessing the interface.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the method has the following advantages or beneficial effects: acquiring monitoring service configuration information of a delivery waybill by responding to a creation request of the delivery waybill; generating a monitoring rule of the delivery bill according to the monitoring service configuration information, wherein the monitoring rule is used for collecting monitoring information conforming to the monitoring rule in the delivery process; according to the monitoring information, a monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill is generated, so that a user monitors the distribution waybill through the access interface, monitoring service configuration information of the waybill acquired through a creation request of the waybill is realized, a monitoring rule is generated, the monitoring information acquired according to the monitoring rule is provided for the user through the monitoring service access interface as a process and a result of the monitoring service, so that the user can conveniently and rapidly acquire a service process and a result of the value-added service, the monitoring rule can be flexibly configured, the satisfaction degree of the user is greatly improved, and on the other hand, related services of logistics distribution can be monitored and managed through the acquired service process and result of the value-added service, and the expansion of logistics distribution service and the improvement of market competitiveness are facilitated.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for monitoring logistics distribution, comprising:
responding to a request for creating a delivery waybill, and acquiring monitoring service configuration information of the delivery waybill;
generating a monitoring rule of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring service configuration information, wherein the monitoring rule is used for collecting monitoring information conforming to the monitoring rule in the distribution process;
and generating a monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring information, so that a user monitors the distribution waybill by accessing the interface.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining monitoring service configuration information for a shipping manifest in response to a request to create the shipping manifest comprises:
responding to a request for creating a delivery freight list, and judging whether the delivery freight list has monitoring service or not;
And under the condition that the delivery bill has monitoring service, acquiring the monitoring service configuration information of the delivery bill according to the related information of the delivery bill.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein generating the monitoring rules for the shipping manifest based on the monitoring service configuration information comprises:
each attribute information in the monitoring service configuration information is used as a to-be-configured item and is matched with a configuration item in a monitoring rule preset by a configuration center, and the preset monitoring rule consists of at least one configuration item;
and taking a preset monitoring rule corresponding to the successfully matched configuration item as the monitoring rule of the distribution waybill.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein generating the monitoring rules for the shipping manifest based on the monitoring service configuration information further comprises:
editing the preset monitoring rule according to the unmatched items to be configured under the condition that the unmatched items to be configured exist, so as to obtain the monitoring rule matched with the unmatched items to be configured;
and taking the monitoring rule corresponding to the successfully matched configuration item as the monitoring rule of the distribution waybill.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein editing the preset monitoring rule according to the unmatched item to be configured comprises:
and modifying the monitoring rule corresponding to the unmatched configuration item in the preset monitoring rule according to the unmatched configuration item, or creating a new monitoring rule according to the unmatched configuration item.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the position of the substrate comprises,
before the monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill is generated according to the monitoring information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and storing the monitoring information in response to monitoring the completion status of the monitoring service, the completion status of the monitoring service being determined based on the completion status of the shipping manifest.

The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring service configuration information for the shipping manifest comprises: the method comprises the steps of monitoring service types, the class of related articles, monitoring information marking requirements, content requirements of monitoring information acquisition and sequence requirements of monitoring information acquisition.
8. A monitoring device for logistics distribution, comprising:
The configuration information acquisition module is used for responding to the creation request of the delivery freight bill and acquiring the monitoring service configuration information of the delivery freight bill;
the monitoring rule acquisition module is used for generating a monitoring rule of the delivery freight bill according to the monitoring service configuration information, and the monitoring rule is used for acquiring monitoring information conforming to the monitoring rule in the delivery process;
and the access interface acquisition module is used for generating a monitoring service access interface of the distribution waybill according to the monitoring information so that a user monitors the distribution waybill by accessing the interface.
9. A mobile electronic device terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
