In detail, each module in the urban area media evaluation device 100 based on the vertical domain in the embodiment of the present invention adopts the same technical means as the urban area media evaluation method based on the vertical domain in the foregoing fig. 1 to 3, and can generate the same technical effects, which is not repeated here.
