Before verification, the appearance of the anti-counterfeiting grating is planar and opaque, at this time, the anti-counterfeiting grating does not show a 3D effect, and after a user smears liquid water outside the anti-counterfeiting grating, the liquid water permeates into the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting oil layer through the hollowed-out part 41 and contacts with the water-sensitive expansion material, at this time: (1) In a shorter time, on one hand, the volume of the water-sensitive expansion material in the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting layer 30 below the hollowed-out part 41 is obviously expanded after absorbing water to form a bulge, and the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting layer 30 is changed from opaque to transparent in the process of expanding the volume of the water-sensitive expansion material; on the other hand, after the water-sensitive swelling material in the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting layer 30 below the cover layer 40 absorbs a small amount of moisture through side permeation, the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink is not swelled significantly, and the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink is changed from opaque to transparent, so that a grating effect is formed, and at this time, a user can see the 3D effect through the anti-counterfeiting grating. (2) After a period of time, the water-sensitive expansion material loses water along with the volatilization and drying of the water, the volume form of the water-sensitive expansion material is reduced, and in the water loss process of the water-sensitive expansion material, the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink is changed from transparent to opaque, and the 3D effect is lost.
Example 2
The water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink provided in this embodiment is similar to the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink provided in embodiment 1, and is different in that: (1) The first connecting material is polyurethane epoxy resin, and the weight part of the first connecting material is 28 parts; (2) The second connecting material is tung oil, and the weight part of the second connecting material is 7.5 parts; (3) isopropanol as a solvent, wherein the mass fraction of the isopropanol is 50; (4) The water-sensitive expansion material is starch-acrylic acid graft polymer, the mass portion of which is 25 portions of which the grain diameter is 1 micron; (5) further comprising 1 part of an antifoaming agent and 1 part of a leveling agent.

Example 3
The water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink provided in this embodiment is similar to the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink provided in embodiment 2, except that: (1) The first connecting material is polyurethane epoxy resin, and the weight part of the first connecting material is 28 parts; (2) The second connecting material is tung oil, and the weight part of the second connecting material is 7.5 parts; (3) isopropanol as a solvent, wherein the mass fraction of the isopropanol is 50; (4) The water-sensitive expansion material is starch-acrylic acid graft polymer, and the mass fraction of the water-sensitive expansion material is 25 parts and the particle size of the water-sensitive expansion material is 1 micrometer.

The water-sensitive anti-forgery ink of claim 4, wherein the water-sensitive swelling material is selected from the group consisting of: at least one of sodium polyacrylate, starch-acrylonitrile graft polymer, starch-acrylic acid graft polymer, cellulose-acrylonitrile graft polymer, carboxymethyl cellulose cross-linked product, polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked product, acrylonitrile-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product, polyvinyl acid salt, methyl methacrylate-vinyl acetate copolymer saponification product, polyvinyl alcohol and dipropylene cross-linked product, and isobutylene-maleic anhydride alternating copolymer.
6. An anti-counterfeiting grating, comprising:
a base layer;
preprocessing a 3D image-text layer, and laminating the 3D image-text layer on the upper surface of the basal layer;
the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting layer is arranged on one side of the image-text layer far away from the basal layer in a lamination way, and is formed by printing the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting ink according to any one of claims 1-5; and
the covering layer is arranged on one side, far away from the image-text layer, of the water-sensitive anti-counterfeiting layer in a stacking mode, and a plurality of regularly distributed hollowed-out parts are arranged on the covering layer.
7. The anti-counterfeiting grating according to claim 6, wherein the material used for preparing the covering layer is selected from any one of UV varnish, PET film, BOPP film and aqueous paraffin.
8. The anti-counterfeiting grating according to claim 7, wherein the thickness of the cover layer is 0.001mm to 0.05mm.
9. The anti-counterfeiting grating according to claim 8, wherein the hollowed-out portion is circular, regular polygon or linear.

providing a basal layer, wherein the basal layer is provided with a pretreatment 3D image-text;
