Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature.
The present application provides an applicator care device, as shown in fig. 1-4, comprising: a mounting body 1, and a drug delivery member and a striking mechanism 3 mounted on the mounting body 1;
wherein the striking mechanism 3 is used for striking a nursing part, and the administration component is arranged for administering the medicine to the nursing part during the striking process of the striking mechanism 3.
The application provides an apply medicine nursing device can adopt to hit mechanism 3 and hit the nursing position to hit the in-process, the part of dosing is dosed the skin at nursing position, can help skin to the absorption of medicine through beating at nursing position, is favorable to promoting the nursing effect. Moreover, the striking mechanism can weaken the difference of the medicine smearing effects caused by different people during treatment under the impact vibration of fixed impact frequency, so as to achieve the basically uniform treatment effect.
In one embodiment, the drug delivery component comprises a drug bin 2 for containing a drug, a contact part for contacting a nursing part is arranged on the drug bin 2, and a plurality of drug outlet holes 211 are arranged on the contact part.
The striking mechanism 3 comprises a striking hammer 34, the striking hammer 34 can extend and retract relative to the contact part to reciprocate so as to strike the nursing part, and the vibration generated by striking the nursing part by the striking mechanism 3 causes the medicine in the medicine bin 2 to overflow from the medicine outlet 211 and be smeared on the nursing part.
Optionally, the contact portion is made of a flexible material, such as silicone.
Optionally, an end of the drug outlet 211 facing the skin is formed in a horn shape.
The contact portion is made of flexible material, or the medicine outlet hole 211 is made of horn shape, so that when the contact portion contacts with skin, sucking disc effect is generated, under the action of the impact hammer 34, the skin vibrates up and down, and the medicine outlet hole 211 has sucking effect relative to the skin, so that kinetic energy is generated to suck medicine from inside to outside and apply the medicine to the skin. Similarly, the sucking effect can generate sucking force from outside to inside to the skin, so that pores of the skin can be opened and spread, the exchange of substances inside and outside the skin is facilitated, and the absorption of medicines is promoted.
In addition, the size of the medicine outlet hole 211 may be set according to the type of medicine, for example, when the medicine in the medicine cartridge 2 is a thick paste-like medicine, the medicine outlet hole 211 may be set to have a relatively large pore size so that the medicine can flow out of the medicine outlet hole 211 at an appropriate flow rate during vibration. While for fluid-like drugs, the drug outlet holes 211 may have smaller pore diameters, which may be set as: in the non-impact state, the fluid medicine cannot flow out from the medicine outlet hole 211 under the action of surface tension, and after the medicine outlet hole 211 is in contact rebound with the skin under the impact action of the impact hammer 34, the medicine can flow out from the medicine outlet hole 211 under the action of shearing force, suction force and the like generated by actions such as separating the medicine outlet hole from the skin.
Wherein, for the used medicines, the medicine applying nursing device with the medicine outlet 211 with proper aperture can be selected, and a plurality of different contact parts (or different medicine bins) can be arranged corresponding to one medicine applying nursing device, and for the different medicines, the proper contact parts can be replaced or the whole medicine bin 2 can be replaced.
In one embodiment, the medicine compartment 2 has an annular structure with an annular cavity, wherein one end of the medicine compartment 2 forms the contact part with the medicine outlet 211; the impact hammer 34 is provided so as to be retractable from the end of the cartridge 2 having the contact portion within the central hole of the cartridge 2.
That is, the centrally located impact hammer 34 strikes the center portion when the treatment portion is applied around the discharge hole 211 of the impact hammer 34.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the cartridge 2 includes an annular housing 22 having an annular cavity and being open at one end, and a cover 21 for covering the opening. A plurality of medicine outlet holes 211 are arranged on the cover 21, and the cover 21 forms the contact portion. The medicine outlet hole 211 may be disposed along a circumferential direction of the cover 21, the cover 21 may be connected to the annular housing 22 by means of a snap fit and a snap fit, or a thread may be disposed at a portion where the cover 21 and the annular housing 22 are abutted, and the cover 21 may be connected to the annular housing 22 by means of a threaded connection.
When in installation, the medicine to be smeared can be filled into the annular cavity of the annular shell 22, and the cover body 21 is covered, so that after the medicine is sealed in the annular cavity, the medicine bin 2 is installed on the installation main body 1, or the medicine can be directly poured into the annular shell 22 installed on the installation main body 1, and then the cover body 21 is covered on the opening of the annular shell 22.
When the medicine is applied, the contact part with the medicine outlet 211 contacts the skin of the nursing part, and when the impact hammer 34 impacts the nursing part after the impact mechanism 3 is started, the vibration of the skin and the medicine applying nursing device and the sucking effect of the medicine outlet can cause the medicine to overflow from the medicine outlet 211 so that the medicine is applied to the skin, and meanwhile, the impact of the impact hammer 34 is helpful for the absorption and permeation of the medicine by the skin.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the applicator-care device provided herein may be structurally modified in various ways, for example, the opening of the cartridge 2 for the charge may be provided on the side wall, so that the discharge opening 211 of the cartridge 2 is not provided on the cover 2 covering the opening, and thus the cover 2 is not a contact portion having the discharge opening 211, which is the end face of the cartridge for facing the skin side. In addition, the contact portion having the medicine outlet hole 211 is not limited to being provided around the impact hammer 34, and for example, the impact hammer 34 and the contact portion may be provided side by side, the impact hammer 34 may reciprocate on one side of the contact portion, and in order to allow the impact hammer 34 to strike the site of medicine administration, absorption may be promoted by moving the medicine-applying nursing device during medicine administration, so that the site of medicine administration is struck.
It will also be appreciated that the medicament is not limited to overflowing the medicament compartment by means of impact vibration, but may be provided in other ways, for example, a squeezing mechanism may be provided, which is activated during the impact of the impact mechanism 3 on the care site, and the medicament is squeezed out by means of the squeezing mechanism to squeeze the flexible medicament-containing container and thereby spread it on the care site.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the striking mechanism 3 further includes a driving mechanism for driving the impact hammer 34 to reciprocate, and the driving mechanism includes a motor 31, a cam 32, and a crank link 33.
Wherein, the motor 31 is installed on the installation body 1, the cam 32 is driven to rotate by the motor 31, one end of the crank link 33 is rotatably connected to a position of the cam 32 deviating from the rotation center, the impact hammer 34 is rotatably connected to the other end of the crank link 33, and when the motor 31 drives the cam 32 to rotate, the crank link 33 drives the impact hammer 34 to reciprocate.
Further, the mounting body 1 includes a cylindrical housing, the driving mechanism is mounted in the cylindrical housing, a battery compartment for mounting the battery 5 may be further provided in the cylindrical housing, and a switch 6 may be provided on the cylindrical housing. The motor 31, the battery 5 and the switch 6 form a series circuit to control the start and stop of the motor 31 by the switch, thereby controlling the movement of the impact hammer 34.
For easy installation, the cylindrical casing may be two halves of the casing, and an installation structure is provided inside one half of the casing, for example, a slot capable of being clamped with the motor 31 or an installation hole for installing the motor 31, a slot for clamping the battery 5, etc., and after the battery 5, the motor 31, the cam 32, the crank link 33 and the impact hammer 34 are installed on the one half of the casing, the two halves of the casing are assembled.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the tip of the impact hammer 34 for contacting the skin is provided in a circular configuration, although other shapes are possible.
In one embodiment, the distal surface of the hammer 34 for contacting the skin is provided as a convex surface, and the hammer 34 having a convex surface is suitable for striking muscular tissue, and also suitable for striking a concave portion of a nursing site, particularly an acupoint or the like.
In one embodiment, the surface of the impact hammer 34 for contacting the skin may be provided as a concave surface, and the impact hammer 34 having a concave surface is adapted to strike the knee joint, elbow joint, or the like.
In one embodiment, the hammer 34 is made of a flexible material, which may be, for example, silicone, and the hammer 34 is adapted to strike a joint or bone.
In one embodiment, the hammer 34 is made of a rigid material, and the rigid material of the hammer 34 is suitable for striking muscle tissue.
For different nursing positions, an application nursing device with a proper impact hammer 34 can be selected, and a plurality of different impact hammers 34 can be arranged corresponding to one application nursing device, and for different nursing positions, the proper impact hammer 34 is assembled.
In some embodiments, the extension of the impact hammer 34 relative to the contact portion is set to be adjustable, i.e. the impact stroke of the impact hammer 34 in operation is adjusted by adjusting the extension of the impact hammer 34 relative to the contact portion, thereby adjusting the impact strength to the care site.
Specifically, the impact hammer 34 is not suitable for striking with the same striking strength for different drugs or different degrees of patients, and the striking strength of the impact hammer 34 can be adjusted according to the different permeabilities of the drugs, different flowability, different dosage forms, the degree of patients at the affected part, and the like.
For example, in the case of bursitis under the patellar skin, the Qingpeng ointment may be applied to the patellar skin according to the prescription of the doctor, and because of the poor permeability and fluidity of the Qingpeng ointment compared to the aqueous medicine, the impact hammer 34 may be adjusted to have a larger extension to generate a larger impact strength to promote the penetration of the medicine into the skin.
In the case of patella injury, the patella surrounding skin is coated with the osteogenic water according to the doctor prescription, and the patella injury is not easy to use with a larger impact quantity due to the good fluidity and permeability of the osteogenic water, so that the impact hammer 34 can be adjusted to have a smaller extension amplitude, thereby generating a smaller impact strength to promote the drug to permeate into the skin.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the first connecting portion 11 is provided at one end of the mounting body 1, and the first connecting portion 11 is used for mounting the medicine cartridge 2 with a ring-shaped structure, in this example, the laser, and the mounting body 1 is a cylindrical housing, but other structures are possible. Wherein the position of the cartridge 2 relative to the first connection 11 is adjustable such that the extension of the impact hammer 34 relative to the contact surface is adjustable. That is, the medicine compartment 2 serves as a limiting member, and by adjusting the position of the medicine compartment 2 relative to the mounting body 1, the amplitude by which the impact hammer 34 can extend out of the medicine compartment 2 can be changed, and thus the striking strength of the impact hammer 34 can be adjusted.
Optionally, an internal thread 23 is provided on the inner surface of the cartridge 2 facing the central hole, an external thread for cooperating with said internal thread 23 is provided on the first connection portion 11, and the cartridge 2 adjusts the extension of the impact hammer 34 with respect to said contact surface by adjusting the threaded connection position on the first connection portion 11.
Alternatively, a clamping structure positioned at different positions can be arranged between the medicine bin 2 and the first connecting portion 11, and the extension amplitude of the impact hammer 34 relative to the contact surface can be adjusted by adjusting the clamping position of the medicine bin 2 on the first connecting portion 11.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the drug cartridge 2 is connected to the first connection portion 11 by means of a threaded connection, and when the drug cartridge 2 is screwed to a first limit position (when the limit distance between the drug cartridge 2 and the mounting body 1 is h1 as shown in the drawing), the drug is administered to the knee portion of the patient by using the drug delivery nursing device with reference to fig. 9 and 10, and when the impact hammer 34 is started to strike, the impact hammer 34 can extend by a length M1 from the drug cartridge 2, and at this time, the depth of a skin depression formed by the impact hammer 34 striking the skin is N1.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the drug cartridge 2 is connected to the first connection portion 11 by means of a screw connection, and when the drug cartridge 2 is at the second limit position (when the limit distance between the drug cartridge 2 and the mounting body 1 shown in the drawing is h 2), the drug is administered to the knee portion by using the drug-applying nursing device, and when the impact hammer 34 is activated to strike, the impact hammer 34 can extend by a length M2 from the drug cartridge 2, and the depth of the skin depression formed by the impact hammer 34 striking the skin is N2.
Because h2 is greater when the medicine bin 2 is in the second limit position than h1 is in the first limit position, the length M2 of the impact hammer 34 that can extend out of the medicine bin 2 when the medicine bin 2 is in the second limit position is smaller than the length M1 of the impact hammer 34 that can extend out of the medicine bin 2 when the medicine bin 2 is in the first limit position, so that the skin depression depth N2 is smaller than N1, that is, the impact strength of the impact hammer 34 is smaller when the medicine bin 2 is in the second limit position than when the medicine bin 2 is in the first limit position. Thus, by adjusting the connection position of the cartridge 2, the stroke of the impact hammer 34 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the impact strength of the impact hammer 34 to the care site.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the impact strength to the hammer 34 is not limited to being changed by changing the position of the cartridge 2, but that the striking mechanism 3 itself may be changed, for example, an adjusting mechanism may be provided on the mounting body, which adjusting mechanism may change the mounting position of the striking mechanism 3, and the extent to which the hammer 34 protrudes from the cartridge 2 may be changed by changing the mounting position of the striking mechanism 3.
In one embodiment, the applicator care device further comprises an auxiliary mechanism; the administration part and the striking mechanism 3 are located at one end of the mounting body 1, the auxiliary mechanism is arranged at the other end of the mounting body 1, and the auxiliary mechanism is arranged for smearing medicine and/or stimulating a nursing position.
Optionally, the auxiliary mechanism includes a scraping blade portion 41 and an massaging portion 42, the scraping blade portion 41 being provided for scraping the medicine, and the massaging portion 42 being provided for massaging the care site.
Specifically, as shown in the embodiment of fig. 1 to 4, the end of the mounting body 1 far away from the administration component is provided with a second connection portion 12, and the auxiliary mechanism includes a tail housing 4 mounted on the second connection portion 12, and the scraping blade portion 41 and the massaging portion 42 are integrally formed on the tail housing 4.
The following describes, by way of specific examples, a specific procedure for nursing a patient site using the applicator care device provided herein.
The affected part is located at the knee of the human body, as shown in fig. 8, the patella 101 is located at the knee position, the patella 101 is adjacent to the femur 103 of the thigh and the tibia 102 of the calf, respectively, the patella 101 forms a circumferential space around the patella 101 with the femur 103 of the thigh and the tibia 102 of the calf, and a plurality of tiny sliding bags 104 exist in the circumferential space, and the sliding bags 104 are edema causing pain.
Embodiment one:
the ointment of Qingpeng is applied to the peripheral part of the patella 101 by using the medicine applying nursing device shown in fig. 1-4 to treat bursitis, wherein the Qingpeng ointment belongs to the pasty medicine A with poor permeability and fluidity.
Firstly, the paste medicine a is put into the annular shell 22 from one end opening, then the cover 21 is covered to complete the closing of the medicine bin 2, the medicine bin 2 is rotated relative to the first connecting part 11 of the mounting main body 1, so that the first limiting distance between the medicine bin 2 and the first connecting part is h1, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, wherein the limiting distance is calibrated by taking the length between the medicine bin 2 and the cylinder of the mounting main body 1 as a calibration, and the limiting distance can be calibrated by other distances, for example, the distance between the medicine bin 2 and the tail end of the mounting main body 1, as long as the position change of the medicine bin 2 relative to the mounting main body can be represented.
When the first limit distance is h1, as shown in fig. 10, the impact mechanism 3 is started, and the impact hammer 34 can extend out of the medicine compartment 2 by a length M1 at the time of the maximum working stroke, and when striking the skin, the depth of the skin depression is made to be N1.
In application, the device is placed on the skin at the knee, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cap 21 with the drug outlet 211 is in contact with the skin, the switch 6 is actuated, the motor 31 rotates to drive the impact hammer 34 to reciprocate through the cam 32 and the crank link 33, and impact vibration is performed on the skin at the knee. On the other hand, the pasty medicine A in the medicine bin 2 flows out of the medicine outlet 211 under the action of impact vibration and is coated on the skin; on the other hand, the energy efficiency generated by the impact vibration can improve the absorption of the skin to the ointment-like medicine A, and meanwhile, the impact hammer 34 can impact the sliding bag 104 around the patella 101, so that the treatment effect can be improved.
For the junction between the patella 101 and the tibia 102, because the bone structure can affect the even application of the medicine at the junction, after the paste medicine a is applied, as shown in fig. 13, the skin at the junction is relatively concave, and the doctor blade 41 on the tail housing 4 can be used to scrape the skin at the junction, so as to massage the skin at the junction, thereby achieving a better medicine absorption effect.
For the junction between the patella 101 and the femur 103, since the protrusion of the bone structure affects the even application of the medicine at the junction, after the paste medicine a is applied, as shown in fig. 14, the skin at the junction is relatively small in concave area, and the kneading portion 42 on the tail housing 4 can be used to knead the skin at the junction, thereby helping the absorption of the medicine and achieving a better medicine absorption effect.
In addition, the scraping blade 41 may be used as a scraping plate, and the knee part may be massaged by scraping.
Embodiment two:
the peripheral part of the patella 101 is coated with bone setting water by using the coating nursing device shown in fig. 1-4, wherein the bone setting water belongs to a fluid medicine B with better permeability and fluidity.
First, the fluid medicine B is put into the annular housing 22 from one end opening, and then the cap 21 is covered to complete the closing of the medicine cartridge 2, and the medicine cartridge 2 is rotated relative to the first connecting portion 11 of the mounting main body 1 so that the second spacing distance therebetween is h2, as shown in fig. 7 and 11.
At the second limit distance h2, as shown in fig. 12, the impact hammer 34 can extend out of the medicine cartridge 2 by a length M2 at the maximum working stroke, and when striking the skin, it makes the depth of the skin depression N2.
In use, the applicator-care device is placed on the skin at the knee, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, with the cap 21 having the dispensing orifice 211 in contact with the skin. The switch 6 is started, the motor 31 rotates to drive the impact hammer 34 to reciprocate through the cam 32 and the crank connecting rod 33, and impact vibration is carried out on the skin at the knee part. On the other hand, the fluid medicine B in the medicine bin 2 flows out from the medicine outlet 211 to be coated on the skin under the impact vibration effect; on the other hand, the energy efficiency generated by the impact vibration can improve the absorption of the fluid medicine B, and meanwhile, the impact hammer 34 can impact the sliding bag 104 around the patella 101, so that the treatment effect can be improved.
Wherein, for the junction position of the patella 101 and the tibia 102, after the medicine is smeared, the doctor blade part 41 on the tail shell 4 can be adopted to scrape the skin at the part, and the part can be massaged; for the junction between the patella 101 and the femur 103, after the medicine is applied, the skin at the junction can be rubbed by the massaging part 42 on the tail shell 4 to help the medicine absorption, so as to achieve better medicine absorption effect.
In addition, the scraping blade 41 may be used as a scraping plate, and the knee part may be massaged by scraping.
