By arranging the static pressure conversion inflatable mattress, the first air pipe and the second air pipe can be inflated alternately by utilizing the inflatable device, so that the surface of the static pressure conversion inflatable mattress is in fluctuation, the contact part of a human body and the surface of the mattress is converted, and bedsores can be avoided; the hot air can be blown out of the surface of the mattress through the dry gas supply device and the ozone supply device to realize the improvement of comfort level of the drying treatment and the disinfection and sterilization of blown ozone; and the bed surface is provided with a mattress anti-slip pad, so that the placed static pressure conversion inflatable mattress can be prevented from sliding randomly.
Referring specifically to FIG. 6, the inflator 15 includes an inflator 151 and an inflation tube 152 connected; the dry gas supply device 16 includes a dry valve 161, a dry pump 162, and a gas heating device 163 connected in this order, and the gas heating device 163 includes a housing 164 having gas inlets at both ends thereof and a heating wire 165 provided in the housing; the ozone supply device 17 includes an ozone valve 171, an ozone pump 172, and an ozone generator 173, which are connected in this order. In order to avoid disorder of pipelines, a multi-channel pipeline 8 is adopted between the control host 1 and the static pressure conversion inflatable mattress 7 to carry out transitional connection on different pipelines, more specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the multi-channel pipeline 8 is integrally formed with a central channel and at least two peripheral channels distributed on the periphery of the central channel in a circumferential array, wherein the two peripheral channels are respectively used as an inflation channel 81 and a drying and disinfection channel 82; in this way, when the air is inflated, the air pumped by the inflator 151 can be switched in the inflation direction by the electromagnetic valve 9 after coming out from the inflation channel 81, so as to inflate and deflate the first air tube 71 and the second air tube 72 respectively; during drying or sterilization, hot air or ozone can be discharged through the drying and sterilization channel 82 and then enter the third air pipes 73 at the two sides, so that the mattress can be dried or sterilized by ozone.
The ozone generator 173 is configured to generate ozone in a known and conventional manner. The control device 11 is a main control circuit board, and can change the operation state of each electrical element by adjusting input parameters, and as an example, a PLC controller with a programming function can also be selected.
The following describes the process of adjusting the posture of the transformation body when the invention is used in combination with fig. 11 to 15:
as shown in fig. 11, a medical staff can operate on the control host 1 at one side of the bed tail plate 23, and press the left side turning/right side turning function key to start two second electric telescopic rods 41 to cooperate to push and pull the bed plate support 4 to turn over, so as to drive the bed plate assembly 5 to realize lateral turning adjustment, and the bed plate forward and backward tilting function is provided.
As shown in fig. 12, the medical staff starts the two first electric telescopic rods 21 by pressing the "up/down" function key, and can push and pull the lifting support plate 3, so as to drive the bed plate assembly 5 to realize overall up-down lifting and adjusting the height of the patient on the nursing bed.
As shown in fig. 13, the medical staff can push and pull the backrest bed plate 51 by pressing the backrest forward tilting/backrest backward tilting function key to start the third electric telescopic rod 511, thereby realizing the angle adjustment of the patient's lying bed posture, and having the functions of back lifting adjustment and sitting and lying posture adjustment.
As shown in fig. 14, by pressing the "leg lifting/lowering" function button, the medical staff starts the fourth electric telescopic rod 531 and the fifth electric telescopic rod 542, and can drive the thigh bed board 53 to turn upwards and the shank bed board 54 to turn downwards in a mutually matched manner, so as to realize adjustment of the leg lifting posture of the patient; of course, in other modes, the bed plate can also be linked with the backrest bed plate 51, so that the bed plate has the function of back leg linkage, can prevent bedsores, and is convenient for medical staff to care patients; or, in some modes, the rotary table assembly 6 can be further linked together so as to facilitate the rotation of the patient and the medical staff to perform various nursing works such as medicine feeding, cleaning and the like.
As shown in fig. 15, the healthcare worker starts the stepping motor 64 to operate by pressing the "get-in/out bed" function button, and drives the rotating disc 63 to rotate 90 degrees by using the gear 65, so that the patient is rotated 90 degrees; then, the third electric telescopic rod 511 is started to push the backrest bed board 51 to turn over, so that the patient keeps sitting, and the fifth electric telescopic rod 542 is started to drive the lower leg bed board 54 to turn down, so that the condition adjustment beneficial to getting off can be realized, the medical staff can get off the patient by using the special transfer chair, and the patient can be transferred to treat or go out of the heart, so that the working strength of the medical staff for taking care of the patient is greatly reduced.
