Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
The present invention has been completed based on the following findings and studies by the inventors.
In the related art, there are various approaches and patent studies in an attempt to promote male spermatogenesis by lowering scrotal temperature. In a comprehensive view, the researches are all through a physical cooling method, required cooling apparatuses are complicated, continuous cooling is difficult, temperature regulation and control are difficult to be constant, and practical operability is poor.
The application provides an application of magnesium sulfate in preparing scrotum cooling materials.
In one embodiment of the invention, the scrotum cooling material is a dressing sheet, and the dressing sheet is attached to the surface of the scrotum. That is, the dressing sheet can be made of magnesium sulfate, and in application, the dressing sheet is directly attached to the surface of scrotum, so that the dressing sheet is convenient to use.
In another embodiment of the invention, the scrotum cooling material is packaged in a permeable bag by a filling material containing magnesium sulfate to form cooling bags, and each bag contains 20 to 50g of cooling bags. That is, in this embodiment, magnesium sulfate may be used as a filler, and the filler may be packaged in a bag, such as a cotton bag or a nonwoven bag, to form a cooling bag.
For example, in a specific application, the cooling pack may be secured to the male underpants in an area corresponding to the male genitals, for example by means of adhesive. That is, the cooling bag can be fixed on the male underpants to form the cooling underpants, and the cooling underpants are very convenient to wear and use.
The inventor of the invention adopts magnesium sulfate as a scrotum cooling substance for the first time, the substance has no harm to scrotum skin, can reduce the scrotum temperature by 1.5-2 ℃, can reach constant temperature for 4-6 hours, can effectively relieve the scrotum temperature, promotes sperm production, and has important medical significance.
Examples:
1) Experiment design:
the group-entering population is 16 men 20-60 years old, 12 patients with varicocele are ultrasonically diagnosed in the 16 men, and 10 patients with single-side or double-side scrotum distention and distention discomfort are in the 12 persons for a long time.
2) The scrotum temperature of the subject is monitored by an electronic thermometer, and the test unit is the temperature (DEG C).
3) The magnesium sulfate is packaged into cooling bags in bags, and each bag is 25g. The cooling bag is fixed on the male underpants to form cooling underpants, and the cooling underpants are placed for 5 hours.
4) And continuously detecting scrotum temperature by adopting an electronic thermometer, and observing whether local skin has burn allergy or not after the experiment is finished.
5) Data were counted using SPSS25.0 statistical software and data comparison was performed using paired t-test. Assume that the significance level of the test α=0.001.
6) Results:
at present, the scrotum temperature measurement data of a human body are not queried from the literature. For scrotum temperature detection herein, scrotum temperature is between 36.3-37.5 ℃ (36.89.+ -. 0.43) °c). After wearing the cooling underpants, the scrotum temperature is reduced to 35.3-36.0 ℃, and the lower temperature is about 1.5-2.0 ℃ (table 1).
TABLE 1 scrotum temperature test Table (temperature units:. Degree.C.)
From the statistical detection results, there is a significant statistical difference between the initial temperature and the detection results after wearing the cooling underpants, while the detection temperatures after wearing the cooling underpants have no significant statistical difference. From the temperature scatter diagram of fig. 1, the difference between the initial temperature and the detected temperature is obvious, while there is no obvious difference between the temperature after 5min after wearing the cooling underpants and 5h after wearing the cooling underpants. The scrotum temperature after wearing the cooling underpants is relatively constant, and no obvious fluctuation occurs.
TABLE 2 paired t-test results
From the detected temperature scatter plot of fig. 1, the initial temperature T0 is much higher than the other time period monitored temperatures; after the cooling pants are worn, the detected temperature is obviously reduced, the temperature lines are overlapped, and the temperature after the cooling pants are worn is prompted to be relatively constant.
For patients with varicocele complicated with scrotum distention, the discomfort symptoms are rapidly relieved 10-15min after wearing the cooling trousers.
From domestic and foreign data, the influence of high temperature on testis function has become a consensus that low temperature is beneficial to testis function maintenance and spermatogenesis. Thus, there have been many studies on cooling materials for scrotum. In view of the cooling materials in the literature, electronic devices, ice devices and the like are often adopted, and the feasibility and the practicability of the devices are not ideal.
Magnesium sulfate is used as a medical material and has antidiarrheal, cholagogic and anticonvulsive effects. For mastitis and lymphangitis, 50% magnesium sulfate solution is used for hot compress on affected parts, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition is beneficial to diminishing inflammation and removing swelling.
For the cooling effect of testes, no related report is seen.
From the data obtained by the inventor, the magnesium sulfate has remarkable cooling effect on scrotum. After the material is used, the testis temperature can be reduced by 1.5-2 ℃ within 5 minutes; in the time period of wearing the cooling trousers, the temperature is basically continuous, and the change is not obvious. This has a good regulatory effect on maintaining the physiological temperature of the testes. From a physiological point of view, this temperature is advantageous for maintenance of testis function, since both high temperature (temperature & gt 37.3 ℃) and low temperature (temperature & lt 34.0 ℃) are detrimental to the testis.
From the principle of action, magnesium sulfate may form a tiny cavity for temperature regulation, and after moisture on the scrotum surface is absorbed by magnesium sulfate, the moisture is locally gasified to cause temperature reduction, and the relatively constant low temperature may form a microenvironment favorable for testis function.
Magnesium sulfate is used as a relatively wide reagent for clinical medical use, can be used for intravenous administration, anticonvulsant administration and antidiarrheal administration, and can be used for treating mastitis by external use, so that the safety of the magnesium sulfate to human bodies is relatively ensured. From the treatment obtained by the inventor, after the patient uses magnesium sulfate, no symptoms such as skin frostbite, local allergy, gastrointestinal discomfort and the like appear, thus indicating that the safety of the magnesium sulfate is quite reliable.
From the environmental point of view, since magnesium is one of the main components of chlorophyll, magnesium sulfate is used as a fertilizer in agriculture, and is generally used for potted plants or magnesium-deficient crops such as tomatoes, potatoes, roses, etc. So from the environmental protection point of view, the magnesium sulfate does not pollute the environment.
For patients with symptoms accompanied by varicocele, uncomfortable symptoms can be relieved rapidly by wearing the cooling trousers.
In conclusion, the magnesium sulfate can be used as a medical compound for preparing testis cooling materials.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, but the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations are not described further.
Moreover, any combination of the various embodiments of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which should also be considered as disclosed herein.
