Comparative example 2-1

Test results
1. The composite protein particles in the above example 1, comparative example 1-2, example 2 and example 2-1 were subjected to performance test, respectively, and each of the powder parameters of the composite protein particles and the common mixed protein powder was tested with reference to the pharmacopoeia method.
Angle of repose: the maximum angle formed by the free inclined plane of the powder accumulation layer and the horizontal plane. The smaller the repose angle, the smaller the friction force, the better the fluidity, and the fluidity is considered to be good when the theta is less than or equal to 30 degrees, and the fluidity requirement in the production process can be met when the theta is less than or equal to 40 degrees. The fluidity of the powder has great influence on the weight difference of preparations such as granules, capsules, tablets and the like and normal operation.
Particle size: the size of the particles, also known as "particle size" or "diameter". Belongs to the key preparation process parameters, and the particle size can influence the material mixing uniformity of the product and the dissolution behavior and stability of the preparation.
Bulk density: the density of the powder is obtained by dividing the powder by the volume V of the container occupied by the powder. Bulk density has a critical impact on the choice of tableting film tool in tablet production.

As can be seen from table 1:
(1) By combining the embodiment 1 with the comparative embodiment 1-2 and the embodiment 2 with the comparative embodiment 2-1, the wet granulation scheme can effectively unify the particle size distribution of the powder, 70% of the particles are concentrated in the range of 40-65 meshes after granulation, and the particle size difference of the composite protein powder after common mixing is large and the particles are unevenly distributed.
(2) The ratio of the isolated whey protein in the composite protein is less than 60% as shown in the combination of the example 1 and the comparative example 1-1, and the wet granulation scheme can effectively unify the particle size distribution of the powder, and the particle distribution is relatively uniform.
(3) By combining the examples with Table 1, it is known that the powder surface repose angle is reduced from 55 DEG to 36 DEG after granulation by adopting the wet granulation scheme, and the flowability requirement in the production process can be met.
2. Observation of the production of tablets in the above examples was performed separately:

As can be seen from table 2:
1) The wet granulated composite protein tablet candy combining the example 1 with the comparative example 1-2 and the example 2 with the comparative example 2-1 is not easy to crack in the production process, has the chip friability lower than 0.4%, smooth chip surface and neat edge, and has various key indexes superior to those of the composite protein tablet candy prepared by common mixing.
2) As can be seen from the combination of example 1 and comparative example 1-1, when the fraction of the isolated whey protein in the composite protein is less than 60% of the total protein, the composite protein is easily cracked during tabletting even through wet granulation, and has low flaking rate, high friability, rough flaky surface and collision at the edges, and cannot meet the requirement of tabletting quality.
3) It can be seen from a combination of examples 1 and 2 that the lower the ratio of the composite protein particles in the composite protein tablet confectionery composition, the more excellent the tablet shape, hardness, friability of the tablet.

the composite protein particles comprise the following components in parts by weight: 90-99 parts of composite protein and 0.1-10 parts of adhesive B.

the sugar alcohol is one or more of mannitol, sorbitol, erythritol, maltitol and isomaltulose alcohol;
the flavoring agent is one or a combination of more of citric acid, DL-malic acid, fruit and vegetable powder and sodium citrate;
the adhesive A is one or a combination of more of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, povidone K30, acacia, xanthan gum, maltodextrin and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
6. The composite protein pellet candy of claim 1, wherein the:
the sweetener is one or more of aspartame, neotame, stevioside, sucralose and mogroside;
the lubricant is one or more of magnesium stearate, stearic acid, leucine, polyethylene glycol 4000, polyethylene glycol 6000 and sodium chloride.
7. The method for preparing the composite protein tablet candy according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
step S1: preparation of composite protein particles:
step a: weighing compound protein with the formula amount, mixing for 10-35 minutes by a three-dimensional mixer to obtain compound protein premix, uniformly mixing the product, and then putting the mixture into a boiling drying granulator;
step b: preparing slurry: dispersing the adhesive B with the formula amount in purified water to prepare a solution with the concentration of 20% -45%, and filtering to obtain uniform slurry;
step c: the slurry of the adhesive B is slowly and uniformly sprayed on the surface of the composite protein powder in the fluidization chamber through a peristaltic pump, so that the powder is coagulated into soft particles;
