本申请涉及一种下行传输方法及装置。确定下行数据信道的资源中的至少一个第一传输资源的时域位置,其中,在至少一个第一传输资源为多个第一传输资源的情况下,多个第一传输资源的时域位置的起始位置相同,至少一个第一传输资源能够用于传输下行控制信息。根据至少一个第一传输资源的时域位置和下行数据信道的资源的时域位置,确定至少一个第一传输资源满足的条件。根据所述条件,确定下行数据信道的资源中的下行控制信息和/或下行数据信道的传输方式。本申请实施例提供了下行控制信息在下行数据信道的资源中传输的实现方式。
