and generating a consensus mode switching proposal when receiving a consensus mode switching request sent by the user according to the current state value, and broadcasting the consensus mode switching proposal to all users, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: when receiving a consensus mode switching request sent by the user according to the current state value, forwarding the consensus mode switching request to a contract processor; invoking, by the contract processor, a switch consensus mode module of a preset contract according to the consensus mode switch request to generate a consensus mode switch proposal, and feeding back the consensus mode switch proposal to a node; broadcasting the consensus mode switch proposal to all users by the node.

The preset contract-based DAO remediation method of claim 1, wherein said invoking, by the contract processor, a switch consensus mode module of a preset contract in accordance with the consensus mode switch request to generate a consensus mode switch proposal includes: invoking a switching consensus mode module of a preset contract according to the consensus mode switching request by the contract processor to obtain an initial consensus mode switching proposal; setting a multiple signature and a time lock of the initial consensus mode switching proposal; when the set multiple signature and time lock are both verified to pass, a consensus mode switch proposal is generated.
3. The DAO governance method based on preset contracts according to claim 1, wherein said modifying the current state value of the consensus pattern in said state tree when the signature voting results of said all users for said consensus pattern switching proposal obtained by preset contracts satisfy a preset multiple signature requirement comprises: after the time set by the time lock is finished, counting signature voting results of all users on the consensus mode switching proposal through preset contracts; and when the counted signature voting result meets the preset multiple signature requirement, modifying the current state value of the consensus mode in the state tree.

The DAO governance method based on preset contracts of claim 3, wherein said modifying the current state value of the common mode in said state tree when the statistical signature voting result meets a preset multiple signature requirement further comprises: acquiring a modified current state value; and transmitting the modified current state value to the node through a contract processor.

The preset contract-based DAO governance method of claim 1, wherein said switching the consensus code according to the modified current state value to effect DAO governance comprises: and switching the consensus codes by the nodes according to the modified current state value to realize DAO treatment.

A preset contract-based DAO remediation device, the preset contract-based DAO remediation device comprising: the acquisition module is used for acquiring a current state value of a consensus mode in a state tree when receiving a consensus mode query request sent by a user, and feeding back the current state value to the user; the generation module is used for generating a consensus mode switching proposal when receiving a consensus mode switching request sent by the user according to the current state value, and broadcasting the consensus mode switching proposal to all users; the modification module is used for modifying the current state value of the common mode in the state tree when the signature voting result of all the users on the common mode switching proposal meets the preset multiple signature requirement through a preset contract; and the switching module is used for switching the consensus codes according to the modified current state value so as to realize DAO treatment.

A preset contract-based DAO remediation apparatus, the preset contract-based DAO remediation apparatus comprising: a memory, a processor, and a preset contract-based DAO remediation program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the preset contract-based DAO remediation program configured to implement the preset contract-based DAO remediation method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A storage medium having stored thereon a preset contract-based DAO governance program, which when executed by a processor implements the preset contract-based DAO governance method of any of claims 1 to 5.
