In this embodiment, the second video may be any one or more videos for the terminal to perform the second operation. As an example, the second video may be a video distributed within a preset period. As yet another example, the second video may also be a preset type of video.
Second feature data, which may include at least one of the following feature data of the second video: duration of last view, number of views, whether to launch a barrage, actors, rating, region, video type, etc. The second characteristic data and the first characteristic data may represent different characteristics, or the second characteristic data and the first characteristic data may be uploaded to the server via the terminal in different time periods.
In this embodiment, there is a corresponding relationship between the second feature data of the second video and the second video.
A second operation, which may include at least one of: play operation, browse operation, collection operation, download operation, etc. The second operation may be the same or different from the first operation.
Step 110, the server determines, based on the second feature data set, a second display information subset used for the terminal to display and second position information of second display information in the second display information subset.
In this embodiment, the server may first generate second order information corresponding to the second feature data in the second feature data set, where the second order information represents a relative order of the second display information of the corresponding second video. The first person sequence information corresponding to the second feature data may indicate a relative sequence of the second display information of the second video corresponding to the second feature data.
The second display information may be display information of the second video. As an example, the second display information may include at least one of the following display information of the second video: video title, actors, director, vignette, rating, show time, play duration, etc.
As an example, the server may generate, for each second feature data in the second feature data set, second order information corresponding to the second feature data based on the second feature data. Specifically, a weight corresponding to each item of feature data may be set, and thus, the weighted summation processing is performed on each data feature included in the second feature data, so as to obtain a calculation result. In this way, the calculation result can be regarded as the second order information. The magnitude relation of the calculation results may indicate a relative order of the second display information.
Then, second position information of a second display information subset and second display information in the second display information subset used for the terminal to display is determined based on the generated second sequence information and a second display information set corresponding to the second feature data set.
The second subset of display information may be a set of second display information for display by the terminal.
The second position information may indicate a display position of the second display information on the terminal.
As an example, the second subset of display information may be determined from the second set of display information in an order from first to last based on the order indicated by the second order information. Further, the second position information of the second display information in the second display information subset is determined according to the order indicated by the second order information.
Step 111, the server sends the second display information subset and the determined second location information to the terminal.
And step 112, the terminal displays corresponding second display information in the second display information subset at the position indicated by the second position information.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, in a case that the display feedback information does not satisfy the preset feedback condition, the server may further perform the following steps:

The label data corresponding to the second characteristic data can be obtained based on the second characteristic data in an artificial or intelligent labeling mode. As an example, the tag data corresponding to the second feature data may be data obtained by labeling the second feature data.
Here, the second feature data may be a feature of the video represented by a feature vector, a feature matrix, or the like, and the tag data corresponding to the second feature data may be a feature of the video represented by text or the like.
And secondly, training to obtain a target ordering model based on the second characteristic data set and the label data set corresponding to the second characteristic data set by adopting a machine learning algorithm.
The target sorting model is used for determining second sequence information corresponding to second display information to be displayed by the terminal, and the second sequence information represents the relative sequence of the second display information of the corresponding second video.
As an example, the target ranking model can be a Lambdarank model and a RankNet model.
And thirdly, determining a second display information subset used for the terminal to display and second position information of second display information in the second display information subset based on the target sorting model.
Here, each second feature in the second feature data set is input into the target ranking model, so as to generate second order information corresponding to the second feature data in the second feature data set. Thereafter, a second subset of display information may be determined from the second set of display information in a first-to-last order based on the order indicated by the second order information. Further, the second position information of the second display information in the second display information subset is determined according to the order indicated by the second order information.
It can be understood that, in the above optional implementation manner, under the condition that the display feedback information does not satisfy the preset feedback condition, a target ranking model may be trained for the terminal, and then second display information and corresponding second position information are determined through the target ranking model. Therefore, the operation times of the user on the page for presenting the display information can be further reduced, and the time length for the user to determine the video required to be played is reduced.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the display feedback information includes a number of times of the sliding operation performed with respect to the target page. The preset feedback condition comprises that the operation times are greater than or equal to a first time threshold value. The target page is used for displaying first display information.
It is to be understood that, in the above alternative implementation manner, the matching degree between the first display information and the corresponding first position information and the user of the terminal may be determined by the number of times of the sliding operation performed on the target page.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the display feedback information includes a target duration. And the starting time of the target duration is the display time of the target page. And the ending time of the target duration is the operation time of executing the first operation aiming at the first display information displayed by the target page after the display time. The preset feedback condition comprises that the target duration is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold.
It is to be understood that, in the above alternative implementation manner, the matching degree between the first display information and the corresponding first location information and the user of the terminal may be determined by whether the target duration is greater than or equal to the preset duration threshold.
The following description is made for the purpose of illustrating embodiments of the present application, but it should be noted that the embodiments of the present application may have the features described below, but the following description should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments of the present application.
The method may select attributes (i.e., features, such as the first feature data, the second feature data, and the sample feature data) with stronger correlation with the ranking, and then construct a linear feature function (such as the target ranking model and the LambdaRank model) using the attributes. The acquisition and storage of the characteristic attribute data can consider the data volume, the real-time performance and the high availability. The linear characteristic function and the characteristic data are provided, and a model LambdaRank of a Listwise machine learning classical method is selected for carrying out sequencing estimation.
In the stage of training the LambdaRank model, firstly, data (such as sample characteristic data and second characteristic data) are manually marked, the marked data is used for training the model to obtain an initial parameter combination, then, the number of the sliding sub-screens of the resources of interest (namely the operation times of the sliding operation) and the consumed time (namely the target time length) are found by a user through automatic adaptation of machine learning, the quality of the machine learning is measured, after the model is trained, the ranking scalar value of each video resource can be calculated, and finally, intelligent ranking is realized.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3A, in the stage of selecting the feature attributes, the video attribute with relatively high rank correlation may be selected, where: viewing times, viewing duration, video language, video type, actors, number of bullet screen shots.
In the characteristic attribute data storage stage, the characteristic data is reported and stored along with the viewing increment of a user, and big data management is uniformly carried out.
In the stage of selecting the machine learning model to define the characteristic function, a Listwise sorting model of the LamadaRank loss function of the machine learning model can be selected.
And then, training a model by marking test data and learning a self-adaptive adaptation function by a machine.
Referring to fig. 3A, fig. 3A is a schematic view illustrating a data acquisition process involved in a video information display system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. And reporting the characteristic data such as watching duration, watching times and the like in a message queue mode and uniformly storing the big data in the process of watching the video by the user.
Referring to fig. 3B, fig. 3B is a schematic diagram illustrating a process of model training involved in a video information display system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the illustration, training data is passed into the machine learning model. In order to achieve the accuracy of the model, data needs to be manually labeled, and then a labeled data set is specified during training.
Referring to fig. 3C, fig. 3C is a schematic view of an application scenario of a display system of video information according to an embodiment of the present application. In the intelligent sorting stage of the video list, after video data and algorithm models watched by a user are ready, the algorithm can be used for real-time sorting when the video list is requested, and sorted results are displayed to the user. When sequencing, due to the requirement of time sequence, pre-sequencing can be performed, for example, if a report is made during the process that a user watches a video on the same day, the pre-sequencing is performed when the number of reports reaches a threshold (for example, 5 times), the sequencing result is temporarily stored in a cache, and the cache is directly requested next time, so that the intelligent sequencing is ensured, and the high efficiency and the high availability are ensured.
The intelligent sorting can adopt a model LambdaRank of a Listwise machine learning classical method, and parameters can be self-adapted during training. The pre-ordering can ensure the invalidity and high availability of the requested video list.
Therefore, a customized video list can be provided for each user, the problem that the user sees the watched or uninteresting resources every time is solved, the time of the user is saved, and the user experience is improved.
According to the video information display system provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the display feedback information does not meet the preset feedback condition, second display information and corresponding second position information can be determined based on characteristic data of a second video which is obtained by executing a second operation through the terminal. Therefore, the operation times of the user on the page for presenting the display information can be further reduced, and the time length for the user to determine the video required to be played is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for displaying video information applied to a server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method specifically includes:

determining label data corresponding to second feature data in the second feature data set;
training to obtain a target ordering model based on the second characteristic data set and the label data set corresponding to the second characteristic data set by adopting a machine learning algorithm, wherein the target ordering model is used for determining second sequence information corresponding to second display information to be displayed by the terminal, and the second sequence information represents the relative sequence of the second display information of the corresponding second video;

Therefore, the display information for the terminal to display and the display position of the display information at the terminal can be determined based on the characteristic data of the video, so that the intelligent sequencing of the display information of the terminal is realized, different first display information subsets and first position information can be determined for different terminals, the first display information is displayed at the position indicated by the first position information by the terminal, the user is prevented from repeatedly browsing the fixed display information for a long time to a certain extent, the operation times of the user on the page for displaying the display information can be reduced, and the duration of the video required to be played by the user is shortened.

The user interface 503 may include, among other things, a display, a keyboard, or a pointing device (e.g., a mouse, trackball, touch pad, or touch screen, among others.
It will be appreciated that the memory 502 in the embodiments of the subject application can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static random access memory (Static RAM, SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), synchronous Dynamic random access memory (Synchronous DRAM, SDRAM), double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (ddr Data Rate SDRAM, ddr SDRAM), enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchlronous SDRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). The memory 502 described herein is intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
In some embodiments, memory 502 stores elements, executable units or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof: an operating system 5021 and application programs 5022.
The operating system 5021 includes various system programs, such as a framework layer, a core library layer, a driver layer, and the like, and is used for implementing various basic services and processing hardware-based tasks. The application 5022 includes various applications, such as a Media Player (Media Player), a Browser (Browser), and the like, for implementing various application services. A program for implementing the method according to the embodiment of the present application may be included in the application 5022.

displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information;
the first position information and the first display information subset are determined by a server side in the following way:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos;
and determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set.
The method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be applied to the processor 501, or implemented by the processor 501. The processor 501 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the processor 501. The Processor 501 may be a general-purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software elements in the decoding processor. The software elements may be located in ram, flash, rom, prom, or eprom, registers, among other storage media that are well known in the art. The storage medium is located in the memory 502, and the processor 501 reads the information in the memory 502 and completes the steps of the method in combination with the hardware.
It is to be understood that the embodiments described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, or any combination thereof. For a hardware implementation, the Processing units may be implemented in one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, other electronic units configured to perform the above-described functions of the present Application, or a combination thereof.
For a software implementation, the techniques described herein may be implemented by means of units performing the functions described herein. The software codes may be stored in a memory and executed by a processor. The memory may be implemented within the processor or external to the processor.
The electronic device provided in this embodiment may be the electronic device shown in fig. 8, and may execute all the steps of the above-described display method for each piece of video information, so as to further achieve the technical effect of the above-described display method for each piece of video information.
The embodiment of the application also provides a storage medium (computer readable storage medium). The storage medium herein stores one or more programs. Among others, the storage medium may include volatile memory, such as random access memory; the memory may also include non-volatile memory, such as read-only memory, flash memory, a hard disk, or a solid state disk; the memory may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
When one or more programs in the storage medium are executable by one or more processors, the method for displaying video information performed on the electronic device side as described above is implemented.
The processor is configured to execute a display program of video information stored in the memory to implement the following steps of the display method of video information executed on the electronic device side:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos;
determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set;
sending the first subset of display information and the determined first location information to the terminal; and the terminal is used for displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information.
Alternatively, the first and second liquid crystal display panels may be,
displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information;
the first position information and the first display information subset are determined by a server side in the following way:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos;
and determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.
The above-mentioned embodiments, objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application are described in further detail, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the present application. Moreover, while, for purposes of simplicity of explanation, the foregoing embodiments have been presented as a series of acts or combinations, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated ordering of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the invention. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are exemplary embodiments and that the acts and modules illustrated are not necessarily required to practice the invention.

Claims (17)

1. The system for displaying the video information is characterized by comprising a terminal and a server; wherein:
the server is used for: acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal; generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos; determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set; sending the first subset of display information and the determined first location information to the terminal;
the terminal is used for: and displaying the corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information.
2. The system of claim 1,
the terminal is further configured to: acquiring display feedback information of the displayed first display information; sending the display feedback information to the server;
the server is further configured to: determining whether the display feedback information meets a preset feedback condition; under the condition that the display feedback information does not meet the preset feedback condition, acquiring a second characteristic data set, wherein second characteristic data in the second characteristic data set are characteristic data of a second video for executing a second operation through the terminal; determining a second subset of display information for the terminal display and second position information of second display information in the second subset of display information based on the second set of feature data; sending the second display information subset and the determined second location information to the terminal;
the terminal is further configured to: and displaying the corresponding second display information in the second display information subset at the position represented by the second position information.
3. The system according to claim 2, wherein in a case that the display feedback information does not satisfy the preset feedback condition, the server is configured to:
determining label data corresponding to second feature data in the second feature data set;
training to obtain a target ordering model based on the second characteristic data set and the label data set corresponding to the second characteristic data set by adopting a machine learning algorithm, wherein the target ordering model is used for determining second sequence information corresponding to second display information to be displayed by the terminal, and the second sequence information represents the relative sequence of the second display information of the corresponding second video;
and determining a second subset of display information for the terminal display and second position information of second display information in the second subset of display information based on the target ranking model.
4. The system of claim 2,
the display feedback information comprises the operation times of the sliding operation executed aiming at the target page; the preset feedback condition comprises that the operation times are greater than or equal to a first time threshold value, wherein the target page is used for displaying first display information; and/or
The display feedback information comprises a target duration; the starting time of the target duration is the display time of the target page; the termination time of the target duration is the operation time of executing the first operation aiming at the first display information displayed by the target page after the display time; the preset feedback condition comprises that the target duration is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold.
5. The system according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the server is configured to:
and generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set by adopting a pre-trained Lambdarank model.
6. The system according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the server is configured to:
responding to a terminal to access a target application, and acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein the target application is used for playing a first video; or
And responding to the condition that the times of sending the characteristic data to the server by the terminal is greater than or equal to a second time threshold value, and acquiring a first characteristic data set.
7. A method for displaying video information is applied to a server side, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos;
determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set;
sending the first subset of display information and the determined first location information to the terminal; and the terminal is used for displaying the corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information.

The method of claim 7, wherein after said displaying the corresponding first display information of the first subset of display information, the terminal is further configured to: acquiring display feedback information of the displayed first display information; sending the display feedback information to the server; and
after the sending the first subset of display information and the determined first location information to the terminal, the method further comprises:
determining whether the display feedback information meets a preset feedback condition;
under the condition that the display feedback information does not meet the preset feedback condition, acquiring a second characteristic data set, wherein second characteristic data in the second characteristic data set are characteristic data of a second video for executing a second operation through the terminal;
determining a second subset of display information for display by the terminal and second position information of second display information in the second subset of display information based on the second set of feature data;
sending the second display information subset and the determined second location information to the terminal; wherein the terminal is further configured to: and displaying the corresponding second display information in the second display information subset at the position represented by the second position information.

The method according to claim 8, wherein in a case that the display feedback information does not satisfy the preset feedback condition, the determining, based on the second feature data set, second position information of a second subset of display information and second display information in the second subset of display information for the terminal to display comprises:
determining label data corresponding to second feature data in the second feature data set;
training to obtain a target ordering model based on the second characteristic data set and the label data set corresponding to the second characteristic data set by adopting a machine learning algorithm, wherein the target ordering model is used for determining second sequence information corresponding to second display information to be displayed by the terminal, and the second sequence information represents the relative sequence of the second display information of the corresponding second video;
and determining a second display information subset used for the terminal to display and second position information of second display information in the second display information subset based on the target sorting model.
10. The method of claim 8,
the display feedback information comprises the operation times of the sliding operation executed aiming at the target page; the preset feedback condition comprises that the operation times are greater than or equal to a first time threshold value, wherein the target page is used for displaying first display information; and/or
The display feedback information comprises a target duration; the starting time of the target duration is the display time of the target page; the termination time of the target duration is the operation time of executing the first operation aiming at the first display information displayed by the target page after the display time; the preset feedback condition comprises that the target duration is greater than or equal to a preset duration threshold.
11. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the generating first order information corresponding to the first feature data in the first feature data set comprises:
and generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set by adopting a pre-trained Lambdarank model.
12. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein said obtaining a first set of feature data comprises:
responding to a terminal to access a target application, and acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein the target application is used for playing a first video; or
And responding to the condition that the times of sending the characteristic data to the server by the terminal is greater than or equal to a second time threshold value, and acquiring a first characteristic data set.
13. A method for displaying video information, the method being applied to a terminal, the method comprising:
displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position indicated by the first position information;
wherein the first location information and the first display information subset are determined via a server in the following manner:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of corresponding first videos;
and determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set.
14. A display device of video information, characterized in that, the device is arranged at a server, the device comprises:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first feature data set, where first feature data in the first feature data set is feature data of a first video for executing a first operation by the terminal;
a generating unit, configured to generate first order information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, where the first order information indicates a relative order of first display information of a corresponding first video;
a first determining unit, configured to determine, based on the generated first order information and a first display information set corresponding to the first feature data set, a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset;
a first sending unit, configured to send the first display information subset and the determined first location information to the terminal; and the terminal is used for displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position represented by the first position information.
15. A display device of video information, wherein the device is provided in a terminal, the device comprising:
the display unit is used for displaying corresponding first display information in the first display information subset at the position indicated by the first position information;
wherein the first location information and the first display information subset are determined via a server in the following manner:
acquiring a first characteristic data set, wherein first characteristic data in the first characteristic data set is characteristic data of a first video for executing a first operation through the terminal;
generating first sequence information corresponding to first feature data in the first feature data set, wherein the first sequence information represents a relative sequence of first display information of a corresponding first video;
and determining a first display information subset used for the terminal to display and first position information of first display information in the first display information subset based on the generated first sequence information and a first display information set corresponding to the first characteristic data set.
16. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing a computer program stored in the memory, and when executed, implementing the method of any of the preceding claims 7-13.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of the preceding claims 7-13.
