wherein, both ends of the first clamping ring (11) are connected with second lug plates (18), and the second lug plates (18) correspond to the first lug plates (17) at the end part of the second clamping ring (12) in the front-back direction;
the bolt is connected between the first lug plate (17) and the second lug plate (18) which correspond to each other.
3. The emergency maintenance tool for the power transmission line according to claim 2, characterized in that: the end part of the bolt is movably connected with the second lug plate (18), and the outer wall of the bolt is in threaded connection with the first lug plate (17).
4. The emergency maintenance tool for the power transmission line according to claim 2, characterized in that: the end part of the first clamping ring (11) is connected with an extension strip (16), and the extension strip (16) penetrates through a gap (15) outside the second clamping ring (12);
wherein one end of the extension strip (16) passing through the notch (15) is connected with the second ear plate (18).
