Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes a base 1, and a first pressurized water tank 2 and a second pressurized water tank 8 with opposite ports are provided on the base 1. A water diversion tank 3 is arranged between the first pressurized water tank 2 and the second pressurized water tank 8, and two sides of the water diversion tank 3 are respectively connected with the first pressurized water tank 2 and the second pressurized water tank 8 through a first filter tank 14 and a second filter tank. In this embodiment, the pressurized water tanks, the filtering parts and the water diversion tanks are all connected by flanges arranged at the ports of the parts.
The structure of the water diversion tank 3 of this embodiment is shown in fig. 2 to 4, and includes a tank body, and a first water inlet pipe 12 and a second water inlet pipe 19 are respectively provided on the front and rear sides of the tank body, and when in use, the two water inlet pipes can be connected with the same general water inlet pipe. Thereby automatically balancing the pressure of the water tanks at both sides. The two ends of the water diversion box 3 are opened, and the opening parts of the water diversion box are respectively provided with a water diversion box flange 20. The inner cavity of the water diversion tank 3 is provided with a baffle 21, the baffle 21 is inclined, the baffle is from the front side of the left side port to the rear side of the right side port, and the periphery of the baffle is in seamless fixed connection with the inner wall of the water diversion tank 3, so that the water diversion tank 3 is divided into a front independent triangular-like split cavity and a rear independent triangular-like split cavity, wherein the front split cavity is communicated with the first water inlet pipe 12, the rear split cavity is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 19, and each water inlet pipe is preferably arranged in the middle part of the water diversion tank 3 or adjacent to the side of the port which is not communicated with the front split cavity. According to circumstances, the inner cavity of the water distribution tank 3 can be divided into a plurality of independent sub-cavities by the cross or other partition plates 21, so that more pressurized water tanks are connected at the same time, and the water supply capacity is improved.
At least a part of the separator 21 in this embodiment is a corrugated plate, and as shown in the figure, it is possible to employ a form in which the entire separator 21 is a corrugated plate. For each corrugation, the side with larger gradient faces the water inlet of the cavity, as can be seen from the partition plate 21 and the partition plate section 22 shown in fig. 4, the embodiment adopts the corrugation similar to a right triangle, the sides of the right angles a1 and a2 face the water inlet, and the sloping sides b1 and b2 are far away from the water inlet. When water enters the cavity from the water inlet, the water impacts on one surface with a large ripple gradient, and part of sediment can be settled, so that the water quality is subjected to a first step of chemical treatment. On this basis, each corrugation on the partition 21 may be inclined or vertically arranged, thereby facilitating the sinking of silt along the corrugation.
The ports on the two sides of the water diversion tank 3 are respectively connected with the first filter tank 14 and the second filter tank. Two filter elements, the structural phases of which are described here by way of example as a second filter box:
the second filter tank comprises a housing 10 with ports at both ends, the two ports being flanged respectively, wherein the right end is provided with a second filter tank outlet flange 17 connected with the second pressurized water tank 8. The upper end of the housing 10 is also provided with an opening and an upper port flange 6 thereof, a cover plate 4 is connected with the upper port flange 6 through bolts, and a sealing ring 5 is arranged between the cover plate 4 and the upper port flange 6. In this embodiment, the front and rear sides of the cover plate 4 are longer than the upper port flanges 6, and hydraulic cylinders 11 are respectively fixed on the bottom plate 1 corresponding to the front and rear sides of the cover plate 4, and piston rods of the two hydraulic cylinders 11 are respectively connected with two ends of the cover plate 4 for lifting the cover plate 4.
A box-shaped filter screen 16 is fixed above the cover plate 4, a filter filler 18 is arranged in the filter screen 16, and the filter filler 18 can adopt the prior art according to the water quality condition.
As can be seen from this construction, the cover plate 4 of the present embodiment can be removed from the filter box for cleaning or replacement. In addition, in view of the connection mode of conveniently dismantling among the water diversion tank 3, the filter tank and the pressurized water tank, the water diversion tank can be conveniently dismantled for cleaning after a period of use.
When the invention is used, tap water firstly enters the first water inlet pipe 12 and the second water inlet pipe 19 respectively from the main water inlet pipe, and in the process, a booster pump can be arranged on the main pipeline or the first water inlet pipe 12 and the second water inlet pipe 19. After that, the tap water enters into the two cavities of the water diversion box 3 respectively, and is treated for the first time through the partition plate 21, and part of large-particle sediment can be removed by the treatment, and the burden of subsequent treatment is reduced. On subsequent passage through the filter box, the tap water is subjected to a finer treatment by the filter packing 18, and then enters the two pressurized water tanks. The first outlet pipe 15 and the second outlet pipe 9 of the first pressurized water tank 2 and the second pressurized water tank 8 are connected with the total outlet pipe 13 for supplying water to the user. A booster pump can be added to the water main 13. Because the two pressurized water tanks are not communicated with each other, when the water supply pressure of one water tank is insufficient, the other water tank can supply water in time. Moreover, when the water consumption is smaller, the water stored in the two pressurized water tanks can be timely supplemented by external water supply, so that the stability of the water supply pressure is ensured.

A tap water purifying and supplying device is characterized in that: the water distribution device comprises at least two pressurized water tanks with water outlets, wherein a water distribution tank (3) with a water inlet pipe is arranged between the pressurized water tanks, the inner cavity of the water distribution tank (3) is divided into independent sub-cavities which are respectively connected with the water inlet pipe through a partition plate (21), the water outlets of the sub-cavities are connected with the corresponding pressurized water tanks, a filter tank is arranged between the water distribution tank (3) and the pressurized water tanks, and the water inlet of the water distribution tank (3) or the water outlet of the pressurized water tank is connected with a booster pump; the upper end of the shell (10) of the filter box is provided with an opening, a detachable cover plate (4) is arranged on the opening, and a detachable filter component is arranged in the filter box; the two ends of the water distribution box (3) are provided with left and right water outlets respectively connected with the two filter boxes, the two sides of the water distribution box are provided with front and rear water inlets respectively, a partition board (21) is arranged in the water distribution box (3), the partition board (21) extends from one side of the left water outlet to the other side of the right water outlet, and the periphery of the partition board (21) is fixedly and seamlessly connected with the inner wall of the water distribution box (3); the partition plate (21) is a corrugated plate, the corrugations on the corrugated plate (21) are zigzag, and the gradient of one side of each corrugation close to the water inlet is larger than that of one side of each corrugation far away from the water inlet.
