The application method of the polyimide film casting production device comprises the following steps: the transfer hopper 2 is used for transferring and storing a certain amount of the polyamide resin, the polyamide resin in the transfer hopper 2 is transferred to the surface of the lower casting base belt 106 along the transfer opening 201 at the bottom of the transfer hopper 2, the casting base belt 106 is driven to circularly encircle around the horizontal transfer frame 103 by the rotation of the circulating transfer wheel 104, the polyamide resin is coated on the casting base belt 106 in a scraping and pressing mode through the film forming scraper 3 with a certain thickness, then the casting base belt 106 is transferred around the horizontal transfer frame 103, in the transfer process, the air inlet fan 701 is used for transferring air into the casting drying box 1, the heat exchange fins 702 at the inner side of the air inlet fan 701 are heated by the middle hot air heating pipe 703, the air is heated into hot air after passing through the heat exchange fins 702, the resin on the casting baseband 106 is heated and dried by conveying the resin into the casting drying box 1, then hot air is conveyed along the casting drying box 1 and is discharged by an exhaust fan 705 of an air outlet 704, meanwhile, the back of the casting baseband 106 is attached with a baseband heating plate 5, the casting baseband 106 which is attached with the baseband heating plate 5 in a sliding manner is heated by a horizontal heating pipe 403 in a central heating block 4, the central heating block 4 and the baseband heating plate 5 are heated, and then the resin contacted with the casting baseband 106 is heated and dried by heating, so that the polyimide film surface and the contact baseband surface are simultaneously heated and dried, then the resin is dried and solidified into a film and separated from the casting baseband 106, and the film is conveyed out from an output opening 101 to finish processing production.
According to the polyimide film casting production device provided by the invention, the polyamide resin is conveyed to the casting base belt 106 which circularly surrounds the horizontal conveying frame 103 through the conveying hopper 2, then the casting base belt 106 is coated on the casting base belt 106 through the film forming scraper 3 in a scraping and pressing mode with a certain thickness, then the casting base belt 106 is conveyed around the horizontal conveying frame 103, in the conveying process, the upper side and the lower side of the casting drying box 1 are respectively provided with a hot air drying structure, hot air is conveyed into the casting drying box 1 through the air inlet fan 701 to heat and dry the resin, meanwhile, the back surface of the casting base belt 106 is attached with the base belt heating plate 5, and the casting base belt 106 can be heated through the central heating block 4 and the base belt heating plate 5, so that the surface of the polyimide film and the surface of the contact base belt are heated and dried at the same time, the consistency of the drying temperature is maintained, the drying production quality of the polyimide film is improved, the resin is dried and solidified into films and separated from the casting base belt 106, and the processing production is finished through the conveying of the output opening 101.
