Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bathroom decoration, in particular to a bathroom wall plate and a bathroom wall surface.
Background
In order to improve the construction efficiency of bathrooms, the prior art uses bathroom wall panels, bathroom ceiling panels and bathroom floor panels which are prefabricated in factories to obtain the bathroom structure in a field assembly mode.
The prior art provides a bathroom wallboard prefabricated in a factory, and the bathroom wallboard comprises a front panel, a back plate located at the rear side of the front panel, and a frame arranged around the side edges of the front panel and the back plate, wherein a filling cavity is defined by the front panel, the back plate and the frame, polyurethane is filled in the filling cavity, and then an integral plate-shaped body suitable for assembly is formed.
Another bathroom wall panel is provided in the prior art which is prefabricated in the factory and comprises a front panel, gypsum board on the rear side of the front panel, a frame arranged around the sides of the front panel, thereby forming a unitary plate-like body suitable for assembly.
However, the bathroom wall panels with the above two structures have the following defects:
1. the bathroom wall panel of the first structure has low production efficiency. A filling cavity defined by the front panel, the back panel and the frame needs to be set into a closed cavity to prevent a large amount of leakage in the process of filling polyurethane, so that the processing and assembling difficulty of related parts is increased, and the production efficiency is reduced; in the process of filling polyurethane, a press is required to maintain a pressure state, so that the manufacturing difficulty is increased, and the polyurethane needs to be waited for solidification, thereby reducing the production efficiency.
2. The bathroom wall panel of the first structure has insufficient nail-holding power. For example, when nails are required to be driven into a bathroom wall of the first construction, the polyurethane in the bathroom wall has insufficient nail holding power.
3. When the bathroom wallboard nailing of second kind structure needs, the gypsum board is not enough to the nail-holding power of nail, needs additional reinforcing plate materials such as attached plank behind the gypsum board, just can become the nail-holding power, and it is difficult still to appear attached inaccurate or scheduling problem that drops easily not only to take a lot of work.
4. The polyurethane in the bathroom wall panel of the first construction has insufficient rigidity and strength, resulting in insufficient strength of the bathroom wall panel of this construction.

In order to keep the following description of the embodiments of the invention clear and concise, a detailed description of known functions and known parts of the invention is omitted.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a bathroom wall panel 10, wherein the bathroom wall panel 10 is manufactured in a prefabricated factory, and the bathroom wall panel 10 is spliced, installed and fixed on a construction site to form a bathroom wall surface.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the bathroom wall panel 10 includes: a front panel 11, a back panel 13, and a rigid plate. .
The color steel plate is cut by a cutting device to obtain a blank plate of a front plate surface, then four side edges of the blank plate are bent by a bending machine, the bottom edge and the top edge of the front plate 11 are bent backwards to form a limiting plate 111, two opposite side edges of the front plate 11 are bent backwards to form a connecting arm, preferably, two side edges are bent for the second time or are formed by rolling to bend the connecting arm into an elastic arm 112, and the elastic arm 112 is used as a connecting structure when two bathroom wall plates 10 are spliced. The front plate surface of the front panel 11 serves as a surface of a bathroom wall surface at a construction site.
In a prefabrication factory, the gypsum board 12 is selected as a hard board (of course, other boards with certain strength and surface hardness and light weight can be selected as the hard board), the cut gypsum board 12 is arranged on the rear board surface of the front board 11 and is bonded and fixed with the front board 11 through glue, and the gypsum board 12 is limited and positioned between the two limit boards 111. A lightweight, strong gypsum board 12 is selected as the gypsum board 12 of the present invention.
A metal plate, a non-metal plate or a composite plate (the material of the back plate 13 is not limited in the present invention) such as a color steel plate, a hard plastic plate or the like is selected as a blank plate of the back plate 13, the back plate 13 is cut into a rectangular shape approximately corresponding to the gypsum plate 12 by a cutting device in a pre-manufacturing factory, and the back plate 13 is arranged on the back surface of the gypsum plate 12 and is fixed to the gypsum plate 12 by adhesive.
In view of the above, the front panel 11, the gypsum board 12 and the back panel 13 are glued together into an integral bathroom wall panel 10 in a prefabrication factory.
The bathroom wall panel 10 has the following advantages:
1. the bathroom wall panel 10 provided by the invention improves the nail holding capacity of the bathroom wall panel 10 by additionally arranging the back plate 13.
2. Compared with the bathroom wall board with the first structure and the bathroom wall board with the second structure in the prior art, the bathroom wall board 10 is formed by compounding the hard board, the front board 11 and the back board 13, the production efficiency is high, and the manufacturing process is simple.
3. The bathroom wall 10 of the present invention is less expensive to manufacture than the bathroom wall of the first construction of the prior art.
4. The use of a rigid board such as gypsum board 12 instead of polyurethane provides greater strength than the bathroom wall panels of the first prior art construction.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the embodiment of the present invention also discloses a bathroom wall surface including the above-mentioned bathroom wall panels 10 manufactured in a prefabrication factory, the clip members 20 and the weather strip. When the bathroom wall panels 10 are butted, the clamping parts 20 are used for clamping with the elastic arms 112 at the side edges of the bathroom wall panels 10, so that the two bathroom wall panels 10 are spliced, and the decorative sealing strip 30 is arranged between the two adjacent bathroom wall panels 10.
The clamping component 20 is provided with a bottom wall 22 and two oppositely arranged inclined guide walls 21 positioned at the front side of the bottom wall 22, the two inclined guide walls 21 define an insertion notch, the side edge of each inclined guide wall 21 is bent outwards to form a support plate 211, the lower end of the bottom wall 22 is fixed on a base plate of a bathroom through a screw penetrating through the bottom wall, the elastic arms 112 of two butted bathroom wall plates 10 extend into the space between the two inclined guide walls 21 through the insertion notch and are abutted against the inclined guide walls 21, and the support plates 211 are abutted against the rear plate surface of the front panel 11, so that the bathroom wall plates 10 are stably installed and positioned.
In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the supporting plate 211 is formed with an embedding groove, and a filler strip 212 made of rubber material is arranged in the embedding groove, and the filler strip 212 abuts against the front panel 11 of the bathroom wall panel 10, so that the supporting plate 211 is prevented from directly abutting against the front panel 11, noise generated by vibration is reduced, and the sound insulation effect is improved.
