In the related art, the instant messaging product adopts a database layer storing and inquiring mode to judge the read and unread state of the message.
However, in the related art, some bottlenecks exist in judging that the message is read or not read based on the database layer, so that the accuracy of the unread account information of the acquired important message is to be improved, and further, the delivery rate of the important message is affected.
Based on this, the present description embodiment provides an instant message display method. The instant message display method can be applied to a client. The client provides a session interface involving a plurality of session accounts; the session account comprises a target receiving account which does not refer to the target message in the message reminding time; the message type of the target message meets the preset message reminding condition. And displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface so that the target receiving account can finish the reference of the target message in the appointed time. The client 110 communicates with the first server 120 via a network, and the first server 120 communicates with the second server 130 via a network. The virtual management account can be deployed in the first server 120, through which the first server 120 can push the message and send the message to the target receiving account, and the virtual management account can automatically push the message to remind the target receiving account not consulting the target message according to the preset message reminding condition until the message reading state is judged to be all read. The first server 120 may store the message-received bitmap data as well as the message-read bitmap data. Each system deployed in the second server 130 is configured with a preset message reminding condition, each system can set the content of the preset message reminding condition according to the actual situation of the system, and each system can set the message reminding format according to the actual situation of the system, for example: text format, picture format, link format. Creating the virtual management account corresponds to creating a webhook address, and the second server 130 may determine a specified system in the systems of the second server 130 by acquiring the webhook address and identifying signature information included in the webhook address. Wherein each signature has a system corresponding thereto. The appointed system can initiate an HTTP/POST request to the webhook address, and the configuration information of the preset message reminding condition is sent to the virtual management account through the webhook address. The virtual management account completes reminding of the message through the received configuration information of the preset message reminding condition. Client 110 may send a message, may send a message read request, and may display a target message at the session interface.
Wherein the client 110 may be an electronic device having network access capabilities. Specifically, for example, the client 110 may be a desktop computer, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a digital assistant, a smart wearable device, a shopping guide terminal, a television, a smart speaker, a microphone, and the like. Wherein, intelligent wearable equipment includes but is not limited to intelligent bracelet, intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent glasses, intelligent helmet, intelligent necklace etc.. Alternatively, with the development of science and technology, the first server 120 and the second server 130 may be new technical means capable of realizing the corresponding functions of the description embodiment. For example, a new form of "server" based on quantum computing implementation may be possible.
Referring to fig. 1b, the instant message display method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps:
s110, providing a session interface related to a plurality of session accounts.
The plurality of session accounts comprise target receiving accounts, wherein the target receiving accounts are message receiving accounts which do not refer to target messages in message reminding time; the message type of the target message meets the preset message reminding condition; the message alert time is determined based on the reading time limit and/or the message type of the targeted message. The preset message reminding condition can be customized according to the actual requirement.
In this embodiment, the message reminding time may be set based on the reading time limit of the target message, and the message reminding time may be set to at least one time before the reading time limit according to the reading time limit of the target message, or may be set to at least one time between the message sending time and the reading time limit according to the reading time limit of the target message. The message alert time may be set based on the message type of the target message, with different message types setting different message alert times. The message reminding time can be set to a plurality of designated time before the reading time limit according to the message type of the target message, and can also be set to at least one time between the message sending time and the reading time limit according to the reading time limit of the target message.
By way of example, message types may be used to describe the importance of a message and may include vital, important, general, notifications. The preset message alert condition may be to alert for extremely important, important messages. Therefore, message pushing is required to be performed on unread messages with extremely important and important message types, so that the delivery rate of important messages with extremely important and important types is improved, and the probability that users do not review the messages with the extremely important and important types is reduced.
For example, a message alert manner, message alert time, specified time, reading time limit, etc. may be set according to a message type. The message reminding time and the message reminding mode can be collocated for setting. When the preset message reminding condition is extremely important, the reading time limit can be set to be 30 minutes, and the message reminding time can be set to be 25 minutes. The message reminding time and the message reminding mode can be set to be that after 5 minutes of the message sending time, the virtual management account sends appointed message content in the group session by referring to the target receiving account which is not consulted with the target message; after 15 minutes at the message sending time, the virtual management account singly sends appointed message content to a target receiving account which does not consult the target message; after the message sending time is 20 minutes, the virtual management account singly sends appointed message content to a target receiving account which does not consult the target message in a short message mode; after 25 minutes at the time of message transmission, the virtual management account informs a target receiving account which does not consult the target message to receive the designated message content in a telephone mode. In order to better remind the unread messages in the reading time limit, if the target receiving account which does not consult the target message still exists when the message reminding time is reached, the virtual management account does not push the reminding message. The short message file and the telephone audio reminding content can be set in advance according to actual conditions. When the preset message reminding condition is notification, the reading time limit can be set to 12 hours, and the message reminding time can be set to 10 hours. The message reminding time and the message reminding mode can be set to be that after the message sending time is 10 hours, the virtual management account sends the appointed message content in the group session every 1 hour by referring to the target receiving account which does not consult the target message. Because the timeliness of the notification type message is generally longer, if a target receiving account which does not refer to the target message still exists when the message reminding time is reached, the virtual management account can still push the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message every 1 hour until the reading state of the message is all read.
In some embodiments, the message alert time may be set according to a reading time limit, such as the message alert time may be set according to a percentage of the reading time limit. Such as: the reading time limit is 60 minutes, the time for reminding the first message can be 10% of the reading time limit, namely, the target receiving account which does not consult the target message can be reminded after the message sending time is 6 minutes; the second message reminding time can be 20% of the reading time limit, namely, the target receiving account which does not consult the target message can be reminded after the message sending time is 12 minutes; the third message reminding time can be 50% of the reading time limit, namely, after 30 minutes of the message sending time, the target receiving account which is not consulted with the target message can be reminded; the fourth message reminding time can be 80% of the reading time limit, namely, the target receiving account which does not consult the target message can be reminded after 48 minutes of the message sending time; the fifth message alert may be a read time limit, i.e., 60 minutes after the message sending time, may alert the target receiving account that is not referring to the target message.
Specifically, when the instant message display method is applied to the client, a front-end display interface is required to display information such as message content, target receiving account, group and the like. Thus, the client is provided with a session interface. Further, the client-provided session interface involves a plurality of session accounts, e.g., the plurality of session accounts may include at least one of the target receiving accounts. For example, the plurality of session accounts may include a sending account and a target receiving account.
And S120, displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface so that the target receiving account can finish the reference of the target message in the appointed time.
Wherein the specified time is determined based on a reading time limit of the target message. The virtual administrative account may be a type of administrative software (e.g., chat bot, chat helper software, etc.). The virtual management account can manage one-to-one session or group session, and can remind the message. When the virtual management account is created, basic information of the virtual management account and an identifier capable of carrying out message security verification are required to be set, so that the external application is prevented from maliciously sending junk information by utilizing the virtual management account. The message sending request is sent to a first server for deploying a virtual management account, the server performs verification of an IP or a domain name, and the virtual management account can push the message after the verification passes. Each item of target message record has a unique corresponding message identifier, and can be used for acquiring the message receiving bitmap data, the message read bitmap data and the related data of the read account list of the target message corresponding to the message identifier.
In this embodiment, the specified time may be smaller than or slightly larger than the reading time limit based on the reading time limit of the target message. Such as: when the message type is extremely important, the designated time can be less than or equal to the reading time limit, so that the reminding of the unread message can be better carried out within the reading time limit. When the message type is notification, the designated time can be slightly longer than the reading time limit, and the timeliness of notification is not affected when the reading time limit is slightly exceeded because the time limit of notification type messages is generally longer.
Specifically, the messaging account sends an instant message to the first server, and the instant message needs to be sent to the receiving account, the first server receives the instant message and sends the instant message to the receiving account, the instant message being displayed on a session interface involving the messaging account and the receiving account. The first server may determine a message type of the instant message, and if the message type of the instant message meets a preset message reminding condition, may determine that the instant message is a target message. And further, determining a target receiving account which does not read the target message in the message reminding time in the receiving account according to the actual situation.
The messaging account may also be said to send a target message to the target receiving account, the target message being displayed on the session interface. After a period of time (message reminding time), if a target receiving account which does not refer to the target message exists, the virtual management account can acquire the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message and push the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message, and the target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed on a session interface so as to remind the target receiving account to timely refer to the target message, so that the target message is referred to within a specified time.
In the instant message display method, an unread message with the message type meeting the preset message reminding condition is determined as a target message, a message receiving account which does not refer to the target message in the message reminding time is determined as a target receiving account, and a session interface related to a plurality of session accounts comprising the target receiving account is provided; and displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface so that the target receiving account can finish the reference of the target message within the appointed time, thereby improving the delivery rate of the message and improving the reference rate of the receiving account of the message within the appointed time.
In some implementations, the plurality of session accounts further includes a virtual management account. Displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface may include: and displaying the target message in a session interface of the virtual management account and the target receiving account.
The target message is sent to a session interface of the virtual management account and the target receiving account by the virtual management account.
Specifically, the virtual management account pushes the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message, and the target message is displayed on a session interface of the virtual management account and the target receiving account.
Illustratively, messaging account a sends the target message to session account B. If the session account B does not consult the target message, the virtual management account can push the target message to the session account B in a one-to-one communication mode, and the target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed on a session interface of the virtual management account and the target receiving account.
Illustratively, messaging account a sends a target message to multiple session accounts in a group. If the session accounts mentioned in the group have the session accounts which do not refer to the target message, the virtual management account can push the target message to the session accounts which do not refer to the target message in the session accounts mentioned in the group in a one-to-one communication mode, and the target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed on the session interface of the virtual management account and the target receiving account. The virtual management account may send system messages to the session account in a one-to-one communication, such as: the virtual management account sends the remote login information, the update notification and the holiday blessing to the target receiving account.
In the above method for displaying instant messages, the target message is displayed in a session interface between the virtual management account and the target receiving account. The probability that the target receiving account refers to the target message is increased, so that the target receiving account finishes referring to the target message within the appointed time.
In some implementations, the plurality of session accounts further includes a messaging account that sends the targeted message. Displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface may include: and displaying the target message in a session interface of the message sending account and the target receiving account.
The target message is sent to a session interface of the message sending account and the target receiving account by the virtual management account.
Specifically, the virtual management account pushes the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the unread message, and the target message is displayed on a session interface of the message sending account and the target receiving account.
Illustratively, messaging account a sends a target message to target receiving account B. If the target receiving account B does not refer to the target message, the virtual management account can push the target message in a session interface of the message sending account and the target receiving account.
In the above method for displaying instant messages, the target message is displayed in a session interface between the messaging account and the target receiving account. For the target receiving account to complete the consulting of the target message in the appointed time.
In some implementations, the session interface is a group of session interfaces; displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface may include: in the session interface of the group, a target message pushed by the virtual management account configured for the group and referring to the target receiving account is displayed.
The method for referring to the target receiving account is generally to perform targeted notification in a "@" manner.
Specifically, if the session interface is a session interface of a group, the virtual management account configured for the group pushes the target message to the target receiving account not referring to the target message. A target message pushed by a virtual management account configured for the group and referring to a target receiving account is displayed at a session interface of the group.
Illustratively, messaging account a sends a target message to group X. If the target receiving account Y in the group X does not refer to the target message, the virtual management account may push the target message referring to the target receiving account Y in the session interface of the group X. It will be appreciated that the target message referring to the target receiving account Y includes @ Y and the message body of the target message. For example, the target message referring to the target receiving account may be "@ fang present week five three afternoon meeting at the meeting room.
In the above-described instant message display method, in the session interface of the group, a target message pushed by the virtual management account configured for the group and referring to the target receiving account is displayed. For the target receiving account to complete the consulting of the target message in the appointed time.
In some implementations, the target receiving account is determined based on a plurality of session accounts included by the group at the time of message transmission and a message read account in a read account list of the target message. The message sending time is the time when the message sending account sends the target message.
Specifically, the target receiving account is a message receiving account that does not refer to the target message within the message alert time. The message sending account sends messages to a plurality of session accounts in the group, and the session account which has referred to the target message in the message reminding time is a message read account in the read account list. The target receiving account may be determined by the session account included in the messaging time group and the message read account in the read account list.
Illustratively, the messaging account sends a message at 14:00 into a group that includes session account A, session account B, session account C, session account D, session account E. And (4) referring to the target messages by the session account A, the session account B and the session account D in the group at the time of 14:45, wherein the messages in the read account list are the session account A, the session account B and the session account D. From this, it can be known that the target receiving accounts at 14:45 are the session account C and the session account E.
In the above-described instant message display method, the target receiving account is determined based on a plurality of session accounts included in the group at the time of message transmission and a message read account in the read account list of the target message. The target receiving account can be accurately determined, so that the target message can be timely pushed to the user needing to review the target message.
In some embodiments, the read account list is anded based on the message received bitmap data of the target message and the message read bitmap data of the target message. The message-receiving bitmap data is generated based on a plurality of session accounts included by the group at the message-sending time, and the message-read bitmap data is generated based on a session account from which the target message has been read at the message-pushing time. The message pushing time is the time when the virtual management account pushes the target message.
Specifically, the messaging account sends the target message to the plurality of session accounts at the group session interface, and generates message reception bitmap data based on the plurality of session accounts included by the group at the messaging time. Not all session accounts receiving the target message have referred to the target message for a period of time after the time of message transmission. Thus, the virtual management account may push the target message to the session account that did not refer to the target message. In the time period from the message sending time to the message pushing time, the session account of the referred target message is the session account of the read target message at the message pushing time, and the message read bitmap data is generated based on the session account of the read target message at the message pushing time. The read account list can be obtained by performing an AND operation on the message receiving bitmap data of the target message and the message read bitmap data of the target message.
In the instant message display method, the read account list is obtained by performing an AND operation based on the message receiving bitmap data of the target message and the message read bitmap data of the target message. The message receiving bitmap data is generated based on a plurality of session accounts included by the group at a message sending time, and the message read bitmap data is generated based on a session account of a target message read at a message pushing time, wherein the message pushing time is a time when the virtual management account pushes the target message. And providing data support for pushing the target message.
In some implementations, displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in the session interface may include: and displaying the target message pushed by the virtual management account in a timing way in the session interface until the message state of the target message is changed to a full read state.
Specifically, after the message sending account sends the target message, there is a target receiving account that does not refer to the target message. The virtual management account can push the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message at regular time, and the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message can be reduced in the pushing process of the virtual management account until all the target receiving accounts refer to the target message, namely the message state of the target message is changed into all the read states. The target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed on the session interface.
In the above-mentioned instant message display method, the target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed in the session interface until the message state of the target message is changed to all the read states. And the omission probability of important information is reduced.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides an instant message pushing method, referring to fig. 2, the instant message pushing method may include the following steps:
s210, determining that the message receiving account which does not refer to the target message in the message reminding time is the target receiving account.
The message type of the target message meets the preset message reminding condition, and the message reminding time is determined based on the reading time limit and/or the message type of the target message. For example, the message type may be set when the messaging account sends the target message. Extracting keywords according to the content of the target message, wherein the message type can be a preset message reminding condition to which the extracted keywords belong.
Specifically, the message sending account sends the message to the session account, and the virtual management account can realize the security assurance by analyzing and checking the message. When the message type identified by the virtual management account meets the preset message reminding condition, the message can be considered as a target message meeting the preset message reminding condition. And the message receiving account which does not consult the target message in the message reminding time is taken as the target receiving account. The analysis and verification of the message can be realized by means of encryption and decryption of the key.
S220, pushing the target message to a session interface related to a plurality of session accounts through the virtual management account so that the target receiving account can finish the reference of the target message in a designated time. Wherein the plurality of session accounts includes a target receiving account; the specified time is determined based on a reading time limit of the target message.
Specifically, the messaging account sends the target message to the target receiving account. After the first server receives the target message sent by the message sending account and the target receiving account, the first server sends the target message sent by the message sending account to the target receiving account, and the target message sent by the message sending account is displayed on a session interface related to a plurality of session accounts. If the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message exists, the virtual management account can acquire the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message and push the target message to the target receiving account which does not refer to the target message, and the target message pushed by the virtual management account is displayed on a session interface related to a plurality of session accounts.
In the instant message pushing method, the message receiving account which does not refer to the target message in the message reminding time is determined to be the target receiving account, then the target message is pushed to the session interfaces related to the session accounts through the virtual management account, so that the target receiving account can finish the reference of the target message in the appointed time, the delivery rate of the important message is improved, the omission probability of the important message is reduced, and the reference rate of the receiving account of the important message in the appointed time is improved.
In some implementations, the session interface is a group of session interfaces; pushing the target message through the virtual management account to the session interface involving the plurality of session accounts may include: pushing a target message referring to a target receiving account to a session interface of the group through a virtual management account configured for the group.
Specifically, if the session interface is a session interface of a group, the virtual management account configured for the group pushes the target message to the target receiving account not referring to the target message. A target message is displayed at the session interface of the group that references the target receiving account pushed by the virtual management account configured for the group.
In the above-mentioned instant message pushing method, a session interface for pushing a target message referring to a target receiving account to a group is pushed through a virtual management account configured for the group, so that the target receiving account can complete the reference to the target message within a specified time.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the determining manner of the target receiving account may include the following steps:
s310, a plurality of session accounts included in the group at the time of message sending are acquired.
S320, obtaining the message read account in the read account list of the target message.
S330, determining a target receiving account based on a plurality of session accounts included by the group at the time of message sending and the message read account in the read account list of the target message.
The message sending time is the time when the message sending account sends the target message.
Specifically, the message sending account sends messages to a plurality of session accounts in the group, and the first server acquires and stores the receiving account at the time of message sending. And completing the conversation account consulted by the target message in the message reminding time to be a message read account in the read account list. The target receiving account may be determined by the session account included in the messaging time group and the message read account in the read account list.
In the instant message pushing method, a plurality of session accounts included in a group at the time of message sending are acquired, a message read account in a read account list of a target message is acquired, and then a target receiving account is determined based on the plurality of session accounts included in the group at the time of message sending and the message read account in the read account list of the target message. The target receiving account can be accurately determined, so that the target message can be timely pushed to the user needing to review the target message.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4a, the determination of the read account list may include the steps of:
s410, generating message receiving bitmap data of a target message based on a plurality of session accounts included in the group at the message pushing moment.
Specifically, a mapping relation between each session account in the group and the bitmap index is established, and mapping relation information between the session account and the bitmap index is synchronized to the session account client. First, a numerical "index value" is added to the information structure of the session account, and a group member is represented by a certain serial number, so that the session account can be mapped to a fixed position of the bitmap. The index value can be directly reused across groups, but each session account in the group must be unique, the index value can be numbered from 1, and each session account corresponds to a unique index value, and the index value is not repeated and not spaced. The message sending account sends target messages to the plurality of session accounts, and the session accounts included at the moment are target receiving accounts at the moment of message sending. The first server stores the target message and generates message receiving bitmap data of the target message and message read bitmap data of the target message, and the first server modifies the bit of the target receiving account index value corresponding to the message receiving bitmap data of the target message. Such as: if 0, the session account corresponding to the index value of the bit is not the target receiving account of the message sending time, and if 1, the session account corresponding to the index value of the bit is the target receiving account of the message sending time.
For example, referring to fig. 4b, four group members in the group a may obtain a mapping relationship between the bitmap index and the group member having an index value of 1 for the group member mei, an index value of 2 for the group member xin, an index value of 3 for the group member mini, and an index value of 4 for the group member hua. The message sending account mei sends a message to other group members, and can know that the target receiving account at the time of message sending is the group member xin, the group member mini, and the group member hua. The first server modifies the 2 nd, 3 rd and 4 th bits of the message reception bitmap data of the target message to 1.
S420, generating message read bitmap data of the target message based on the session account of the read target message at the message pushing moment.
The message pushing time is the time of pushing the target message by the virtual management account.
Specifically, not all session accounts receiving the target message have referred to the target message for a period of time after the time of message transmission. Thus, the virtual management account may push the target message to the receiving account that did not consult the target message. In the time period from the message sending time to the message pushing time, after the conversation account refers to the target message, a read request is sent to the first server immediately, and at the moment, the first server modifies the bit corresponding to the conversation account index value of the bitmap data of the message read of the target message until the time reaches the message pushing time. Such as: if 0, the session account corresponding to the bit is not the session account which has referred to the target message in the message pushing moment, and if 1, the session account corresponding to the bit is the session account which has referred to the target message in the message pushing moment. The message sending account can send a read request to the first server, and the first server triggers a read request after being requested to push the received account list and the read state to the message sending account. Or the first server pushes the received account list and the read state of the batch messages to the message sending account in a timer polling mode.
For example, four group members in the group a may obtain a mapping relationship between the bitmap index and the group member having an index value of 1 for the group member mei, an index value of 2 for the group member xin, an index value of 3 for the group member mini, and an index value of 4 for the group member hua. The message sending account mei sends a message to other group members, and can know that the target receiving account at the time of message sending is the group member xin, the group member mini, and the group member hua. The message push time may be set 5 minutes after the message send time. And the first server modifies the 2 nd bit and the 4 th bit of the bitmap data read by the message of the target message to be 1 when the group members xin and hua consult the target message from the message sending time to the message pushing time.
S430, performing AND operation based on the message receiving bitmap data and the message read bitmap data to obtain a read account list.
Specifically, the message receives the bitmap data and the message read bitmap data performs an and operation, so that the bitmap data of the read account can be obtained. The read account list is a list composed of group members corresponding to a position of 1 in bitmap data of the read account.
Illustratively, the bitmap data received by the above-mentioned known message may be 01110000, and the message-read bitmap data may be 01010000. And performing AND operation on the two, so as to obtain bitmap data of the read account, namely 01010000. The list of the read account list user is a list formed by group members xin and hua.
In some embodiments, members within a group may change from the time of message delivery to the time of message push. Therefore, the true read account list is a group member corresponding to the position of 1 in the bitmap data obtained by performing the corresponding operation on the message receiving bitmap data and the message read bitmap data. The new group member may be the first server actively acquires the group member and updates the group member, or the client searches for an opportunity to actively update the group member.
For example, four group members in the group a may obtain a mapping relationship between the bitmap index and the group member having an index value of 1 for the group member mei, an index value of 2 for the group member xin, an index value of 3 for the group member mini, and an index value of 4 for the group member hua. The message sending account mei sends a message to other group members, and can learn that the target receiving account at the time of sending the message is group member xin, group member mini, and group member hua, that is, the message receiving bitmap data of the target message is 01110000. The message push time may be set 5 minutes after the message send time. Referring to fig. 4c from the time of message transmission to the time of message pushing, the user fang joins the group a, and the index value of the group member fang is 5. Since the target message is displayed on the group session interface, even the group members not mentioned can refer to the target message. The group member xin, the group member hua, the group member fang referred to the target message, i.e., the message read bitmap data of the target message may be 01011000. And performing AND operation on the message receiving bitmap data and the message read bitmap data to obtain bitmap data of the read account, namely 01010000. The read account of the read account list can be known to be group member xin or group member hua.
In the instant message pushing method, firstly, message receiving bitmap data of a target message is generated based on a plurality of session accounts included in a group at a message pushing moment, secondly, message read bitmap data of the target message is generated based on the session accounts of the target message read at the message pushing moment, and finally, and operation is performed based on the message receiving bitmap data and the message read bitmap data to obtain a read account list. The real read account list can be obtained, so that the virtual management account can accurately acquire a real target receiving account for consulting the target message and push the target message.
