With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a session processing method according to the present application is shown. The conversation processing method comprises the following steps:
step 201, for a target user of a social platform, at least two session messages sent by the target user to each friend of at least one friend of the target user are obtained.
In this embodiment, an executing subject (for example, a server shown in fig. 1) of the session processing method may acquire, for a target user of a social platform, at least two session messages sent by the target user to at least one friend of the target user. Specifically, the session messages sent to each of the at least one buddy may be different, or may be partially or completely the same.
In practice, the executing body may acquire the at least two session messages in various ways. For example, the execution agent may obtain all session messages sent by the target user to all friends of the target user. In addition, the execution main body may also obtain a part of the session messages according to a preset rule, for example, the execution main body may obtain a preset number of session messages (for each friend of the at least one friend) according to a sequence that the session messages are sent from first to last.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, before step 201, the method may further include: and determining a third preset number of friends as at least one friend from the friends added by the target user according to the sequence of adding time from first to last.
In these optional implementation manners, the execution subject may determine a third preset number of friends according to a time sequence of adding friends by the target user, and use the friends as the at least one friend.
In practice, the primary purpose of a black yielding user to open a social account is most likely to be to send violations. Therefore, the application scenes can determine that the friends preferentially added by the target user are the objects for acquiring the session messages, so that the purpose of opening the account number by the user can be more accurately judged, and the accuracy of identifying the black products is improved.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, in the at least two session messages, an absolute value of a difference between sending times of any two session messages is less than or equal to a preset time length.
In these optional implementation manners, when the execution main body executes step 201, the at least two session messages may be acquired according to the sending time of the session message. For example, the execution subject may obtain at least two session messages within a preset historical time period. In addition, the execution main body may select the session message from which the difference between the sending times is smaller than the preset time length after the session message is initially selected.
The embodiment can select the session messages with similar or same sending time, thereby accurately finding the black generation users who send the group to a plurality of friends.
Step 202, combining the obtained session messages to obtain a combined result.
In this embodiment, the execution subject may combine the acquired session messages, so as to obtain a combined result. In practice, the execution bodies described above may be combined in various ways. For example, the execution subject may combine the session messages acquired in each preset historical time period (e.g., 1 minute). The combination herein may mean that words are concatenated in one word or one segment word according to the transmission order of the session messages.
And step 203, in response to the detection of the preset violation content in the combination result, determining the target user as a black production user.
In this embodiment, if the execution subject detects the preset violation content in the combination result, the target user may be determined as a black yield user. The content of the violation may refer to a character of the violation, such as the words "overnight riot" of the violation, or a symbol of some violation.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can more effectively determine the black product users in accurate and larger information amount by combining the plurality of session messages sent by the friends, thereby improving the accuracy and the recall rate of determining the black product users and avoiding the missed identification of the black product users.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the number of the at least two conversation messages is not less than the first preset number, or the text amount of the at least two conversation messages exceeds not less than the first preset text amount.
In these alternative implementations, the number of the at least two session messages is greater than or equal to a first preset number. Or the text amount of the at least two conversation messages is greater than or equal to a first preset text amount. In particular, the amount of text may be the number of words or characters.
The implementation modes can utilize more session messages to determine the black yielding users, so that the accuracy and the recall rate of determining the black yielding users can be improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the number of target users is multiple; step 202 may include: for each target user in the multiple target users, combining at least two session messages sent by the target user aiming at least one friend of the target user to obtain a combined result corresponding to the target user.
In these alternative implementations, the number of target users is large. The execution agent may combine the session messages sent by each target user, so that each target user has a combination result corresponding to each target user.
These implementations can be combined for each target user, which can help identify situations where the same person sends the offending content with multiple accounts, or where one black-yielding group sends the offending content.
In some optional application scenarios of these implementations, step 203 may include: and in response to the fact that the combination results respectively corresponding to the target users with the number more than a second preset number are matched to be the same or similar and preset illegal contents exist in the combination results matched to be the same or similar, determining the target users with the number more than the second preset number to be black producing users.
In these optional application scenarios, if the execution main body detects that, in combination results respectively corresponding to a plurality of target users, there are more than a certain number of combination results respectively corresponding to the target users that are matched to be the same or similar, and there is preset illegal content in the matched combination results, the execution main body may determine all the matched target users as black-yielding users.
The application scenes can match different target users, so that the condition that the same person sends illegal contents by using a plurality of account numbers or one black product group sends the illegal contents can be effectively identified, and the accuracy of identifying the black product users is improved.
In some optional cases of the application scenarios, the determining that the target users above the second preset number are black yielding users may include: and determining the target users with the number more than the second preset number as the same black-producing user.
In these optional cases, the execution subject may determine the matched target user as the same black product user, so as to improve the accuracy of identifying different black product users.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, after step 203, the method may further include: and executing a preset penalty operation for the black user.
In these alternative implementations, the execution subject may execute a preset penalty operation on the determined black user. For example, the preset penalty operation may be to revoke an account of the blackout user on the social platform, or to notify account information and related warning text information of the blackout user in the social space, such as "revoke the account if the violation behavior is found again". In addition, the preset penalty operation may be deducting a preset amount from a fund account of the black user, and the like.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the session processing method according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, user a and user B receive a session message sent by using the username "zhang san". User C receives the above-mentioned session message sent by zhangzi using the user name "lie four". And respectively combining the session messages received by the user A, the user B and the user C, wherein the obtained combined results are consistent.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a session handling method is shown. The flow 400 of the session processing method is used for the server, and the method includes the following steps:
step 401, for a target user of a social platform, obtaining at least two session messages sent by the target user to each friend of at least one friend of the target user.
Step 402, for each friend in the multiple friends, combining at least two session messages sent by the target user to the friend to obtain a combination result corresponding to the friend.
In this embodiment, the at least one friend is a plurality of friends. The execution subject may combine the session messages of each friend of the target user, so as to obtain a combined result respectively for each friend, that is, each friend has a combined result corresponding to each friend among the friends.
For example, both user a and user B in fig. 3 have received a session message sent using user name three. The conversation messages of the user A and the user B are respectively combined, and the combined result is 'give you an opportunity of richly bursting 134XXXX 333', wherein the 'richly bursting' is illegal content.
And step 403, in response to the detection of the preset violation content in the combination result, determining the target user as a black production user.
In this embodiment, if the execution subject detects the preset violation content in the combination result, the target user may be determined as a black yield user. The violation content herein may refer to a violation character, such as the words "night-time hiking opportunity" for the violation, or some symbol for the violation.
The embodiment can combine each friend by taking the session message of each friend in a plurality of friends as a unit, thereby avoiding the problem that the illegal contents are detached and sent by a black-producing user and are difficult to identify. In addition, the embodiment is beneficial to comparison between the session messages corresponding to different friends, so that the identification accuracy and recall rate can be improved.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, step 403 may include: and determining the target user as a black-producing user in response to the fact that at least two combined results exist in the combined results respectively corresponding to the friends and are matched to be the same or similar, and preset illegal contents exist in the combined results matched to be the same or similar.
In these alternative implementations, the execution subject may match the respective combination results. If at least two combined results are matched to be the same or similar, and preset illegal contents exist in the matched combined results, the executive body can determine the target user as a black production user. For example, if a user, say three, sends session messages to 10 friends of the user, and the combined results of the session messages sent to 5 friends of the user are the same or similar, say three may be determined as a black yielding user. The similarity here may mean that the similarity of the characters or the characters reaches a preset similarity threshold, such as 90 percent.
In practice, the at least two combined results may be a target number of combined results, which may be a larger number than 2.
The implementation modes can match the session messages of all friends, so that the black yielding users who have malicious group-sending illegal contents can be accurately found.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, the present application provides an embodiment of a session processing apparatus, which corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and besides the features described below, the embodiment of the apparatus may further include the same or corresponding features or effects as the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2. Specifically, the session messages sent to each of the at least one buddy may be different, or may be partially or completely the same.
In some embodiments, the combining unit 502 may combine the acquired session messages, thereby obtaining a combined result. In practice, the execution bodies described above may be combined in various ways. For example, the execution subject may combine the session messages acquired in each preset time period. The combination herein may mean that words are concatenated in one word or one segment word according to the transmission order of the session messages.
In some embodiments, if the preset violation content is detected in the combination result, the determining unit 503 may determine the target user as a black production user. The content of the violation may refer to a character of the violation, such as the words "overnight riot" of the violation, or a symbol of some violation.
