The price tag printing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an application scene of replacing commodity price tags, and is executed by price tag printing equipment. For the price tags of all commodities in the printing vending equipment, the attributes of the commodities in the vending equipment are marked according to the historical printing records, operators can quickly select the commodities to be printed based on the attributes of the commodities, then the selected price tags of the commodities to be printed are printed, and the accuracy and the efficiency of printing the commodity price tags are improved.
In application, the price tag printing device can be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, and can also be other computing devices such as a desktop computer.
As shown in fig. 1, the price tag printing method provided in the embodiment of the present application includes the following steps S100 to S103:
step S100, a commodity list of the vending apparatus is acquired, the commodity list includes a new price tag of the commodity, and the process proceeds to step S101.
In application, different vending equipment have independent machine numbers, and information related to each vending equipment can be inquired and acquired through the machine numbers. And selecting the corresponding vending equipment through the machine number so as to obtain the commodity list of the vending equipment. It is understood that in other embodiments, one vending apparatus may be selected by performing fuzzy search through the vending apparatus list, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In application, the on-sale commodity list of the vending equipment can be preferably acquired, the price tag of the on-sale commodity is updated, real commodities and services are provided for a consumer, and the shopping experience of the consumer is improved.
In application, the price tag includes a commodity name, price, commodity ID, specification, unit, grade, retail price, offer time, and commodity extrinsic attributes. The retail price of the commodity can be obtained through the management system of the vending equipment, the discount price of the commodity can be obtained through the marketing welfare system of the vending equipment, and the new price tag of the commodity is calculated by the marketing welfare system.
In step S101, a history print record is acquired, the attributes of the product are marked based on the history print record, and the process proceeds to step S102.
In the application, the history print record includes the past price tag print record of each vending apparatus, and it can be understood that the presence or absence of the price tag print of each commodity in the vending apparatus at the last price tag print, and information such as the name of the commodity, the commodity ID, the picture, the retail price, the discount price, the number and the attribute of the printed commodity price tag can be inquired. The attributes of the commodities comprise new commodities, price changes, external attribute changes of the commodities and printing failures, the commodity attributes obtained by the historical printing record marks are displayed in a commodity list along with the corresponding commodities, and operators can accurately and quickly judge whether to print price tags of the commodities according to the attributes of the commodities.
Step S102, selecting the commodities to be printed from the commodity list according to the attributes of the commodities, generating a commodity list to be printed, and entering step S103.
In application, the attributes of the commodities are distinguished by different colors, and an operator can clearly and accurately select the commodities to be printed in the commodity list. For example, the color corresponding to the different attributes shown in fig. 4, the new product is green, and the price change is yellow. It is understood that in other embodiments, other methods may be used to display the attributes of the product, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
In application, the list of commodities to be printed shows information such as the number, picture, name, retail price, discount price, number of printed price tags, and attributes of the commodities of each commodity. The list of the commodities to be printed may be sorted by the serial numbers of the commodities, or sorted by the names of the commodities, or sorted by the time when the commodities are selected to generate the list of the commodities to be printed after the names of the commodities or the serial numbers of the commodities are searched, or sorted in parallel by the commodities having the marked attributes in the front. It is understood that in other embodiments, other methods may also be adopted to order the commodities in the to-be-printed commodity list, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
Step S103, printing a list of commodities to be printed.
In application, after the embodiment is connected to a printer through Bluetooth, the list of the commodities to be printed is printed. It is understood that in other embodiments, the printer may be connected by other methods, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
In application, the embodiment can select a printer matched with the vending equipment according to a printer manufacturer, select information such as paper type, style and size used for printing the price tag, and connect to the printer through Bluetooth to print the commodity price tag. It is understood that in other embodiments, the printing of the commodity price label may also be implemented by using an intelligent electronic price label, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, step S101 includes steps S201 to S209:
step S201, acquiring a history printing record, and inquiring whether the commodity has history attributes in the history printing record; if the commodity has the historical attribute, the step S202 is carried out; if the product does not have the history attribute, the process proceeds to step S203.
In an application, the historical attributes include new goods, price changes, goods extrinsic attribute changes, and print failures. It can be understood that, when the list of the commodities to be printed is printed last time, printing is interrupted due to shortage of the number of paper used for printing the price tags, or printing fails due to operation failure of the printer, or the commodities in the list of the commodities to be printed fail to print the price tags due to factors such as self-termination of printing by an operator, and the attributes of the commodities are reserved and recorded in the history printing record.
In the application, before the price tag printing is carried out on the commodity list of the vending equipment, the attribute of each commodity of the commodity list is judged according to the historical printing record. It can be understood that if the history print record inquires that the product has the history attribute, it indicates that the price tag of the product is not updated, and the price tag printing is still required. The embodiment is used for subsequently selecting the commodity to generate a commodity list to be printed by marking the attribute of the commodity, so that the price tag of the commodity is ensured to be updated.
Step S202, marking the attribute of the commodity as the history attribute.
Step S203, obtaining the replenishment record and the historical replenishment record; if the commodity is found to exist in the current replenishment record but not in the historical replenishment record, the process proceeds to step S204; if the product is found in the replenishment record and the historical replenishment record, the process proceeds to step S205.
In step S204, the attribute of the commodity is marked as a new commodity.
In application, the new commodity refers to a commodity on which the vending apparatus is newly put. And after the commodity is inquired in the history printing record that the historical attribute does not exist, comparing the replenishment record with the history replenishment record to further inquire whether the commodity is a new commodity. By comparing the replenishment record with the historical replenishment record, the commodity is inquired to exist in the replenishment record but not in the historical replenishment record, namely the commodity is newly added in the replenishment record, and the commodity is marked as a new commodity. It can be understood that the curiosity of the consumers for fresh things is met by purchasing new commodities, and life experience can be improved. The embodiment is used for subsequently selecting the commodity to generate the commodity list to be printed by marking the attribute of the commodity, so that the price tag of the new commodity can be quickly printed, and the willingness of a consumer to purchase the new commodity is improved.
In application, the replenishment records comprise replenishment time, replenishment commodities, increments of replenishment commodities and commodity inventory. The increment refers to the increment of the replenishment at this time. The stock of the commodity may be stock of the vending apparatus before replenishment, or stock of the vending apparatus after replenishment. In the present embodiment, the increment threshold of the article is set to 0. By comparing the replenishment record with the historical replenishment record, if the fact that the commodity exists in the historical replenishment record and does not exist in the replenishment record is inquired, the commodity is off-shelf and is not sold, the operator deletes the template of the commodity, and the identification module of the vending equipment cannot acquire the commodity. It can be understood that the identification module of the vending apparatus identifies the goods in the vending apparatus according to the goods template provided by the operator, so as to obtain the goods list.
In the application, if the commodity is found in the replenishment record and the historical replenishment record, and the increment of the commodity in the replenishment record is larger than the threshold value, the commodity is not placed on a shelf and needs replenishment. In addition, if the goods exist in the replenishment record and the historical replenishment record, and the increment of the goods in the replenishment record is equal to the threshold value, the goods are not placed on shelves and do not need replenishment. It will be appreciated that for an item that is not shelved, the vending apparatus is still selling and a further determination is made as to whether the price of the item has changed.
In step S205, it is compared whether the historical price of the product in the historical print record is consistent with the new price of the product.
If the historical price of the commodity is not consistent with the new price of the commodity, the step S206 is entered; if the historical price of the product is consistent with the new price of the product, the process proceeds to step S207.
In step S206, the attribute of the product is marked as price change.
Step S207, acquiring commodity system data, and inquiring whether the commodity external attribute of the commodity in the commodity system data changes; if the external attribute of the commodity is found to be changed, the step S208 is entered; if it is found that there is no change in the external attribute of the product, the process proceeds to step S209.
In step S208, the attribute of the commodity is marked as the external attribute change of the commodity.
In step S209, the attribute of the commodity is not marked, and the commodity is determined to be a normal commodity.
In the application, after the commodity is inquired to be not a new commodity, whether the historical price of the commodity is consistent with the new price of the commodity is further inquired. It will be appreciated that if there is a change in the retail or premium price of the item in the vending apparatus due to marketing strategies, the item will be calculated by the marketing benefit system to a new price. The embodiment is used for selecting the commodity subsequently to generate a commodity list to be printed by marking the attribute of the commodity, so that the authenticity of the commodity price tag is ensured.
In application, professional purchasers combine market and company operating conditions to evaluate and specify commodity extrinsic attributes. The extrinsic attributes of the merchandise include promotional items, fire burst, net red products, a certain recommendation/introduction, new marketing. The new market refers to a commodity newly purchased by a company or a commodity newly released in the market. It is understood that as the sales volume of the merchandise increases, the external attribute of the merchandise may be words or images of the merchandise, such as promotional items, fires, flares or net red products, to name but a few. In the embodiment, whether the external attribute of the commodity changes or not can be known by acquiring the commodity system data, so that the attribute of the commodity is marked subsequently, and the price tag of the commodity is updated.
In application, the present embodiment may enter the price label printing system through an application program of the price label printing apparatus. In step S204, when the attribute of the commodity is marked as a new commodity, the price tag printing system may simultaneously query the commodity system. If the external attribute of the commodity, such as a newly listed or sold commodity, exists in the commodity system, the price tag printing system synchronizes the external attribute of the commodity, and after the price tag of the commodity is printed, the price tag of the commodity is updated and displayed to the newly listed or sold commodity, so that when an operator prints the price tag of the new commodity, the external attribute of the commodity printed with the new commodity is also updated synchronously, and the efficiency of printing the price tag of the commodity is improved.
Accordingly, in step S206, when the attribute of the product is marked as price variation, the price tag printing system may also query the product system at the same time. If the commodity has the commodity external attribute in the commodity system, the price tag printing system can synchronize the commodity external attribute. For example, when a holiday promotion activity is carried out during holidays, the external attribute of the product and the price of the product change simultaneously, for example, during a period of a dollar denier, the price of the product changes to 1.1 dollar, the external attribute of the product changes to the dollar denier or 1.1, and after the operator finishes printing the price tag of the product, the price tag of the product is updated to display the dollar denier or 1.1, so that the purchase intention of the consumer is improved. Or the price of the commodity changes into a clearing price, and the external attribute of the commodity changes into a large promotion or clearing! . It is understood that there may be simultaneous online and simultaneous offline for the price of the good and the extrinsic properties of the good. According to the embodiment, when the operator prints the price tags of the commodities, the external attributes of the commodities printed with the commodities can be synchronously updated, and the commodity price tag printing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, step S102 includes steps S301 or S302:
step S301, selecting commodities with attributes marked as new commodities, price change, external attribute change of the commodities and printing failure, and generating a commodity list to be printed;
step S302, selecting common commodities, commodities with attribute marks of new commodities, price change, external attribute change of the commodities and printing failure, and generating a commodity list to be printed.
In application, for the commodities with attributes marked as new commodities, price changes, external attribute changes of the commodities and printing failures, the price tags of the commodities are required to be printed forcibly, and the commodities are selected forcibly to generate a to-be-printed commodity list to ensure that the price tags of the commodities are updated timely. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the update of the price tags of the part of the commodities can also be completed in a recommendation or reminding manner, and this embodiment is not particularly limited thereto. For common goods, the operator can judge whether to print the price tags of the common goods according to the actual situation.
In application, if the vending apparatus is a new one or the label of the vending apparatus is replaced, the operator may print the price labels of all the goods in the vending apparatus in full. When full-volume printing is performed, the price tag printing device determines the number of price tag printing sheets of the commodity by acquiring the number of channels of the commodity. For example, the vending apparatus has three channels for placing cola, namely three cola price tags are printed; the bread is provided with a goods channel, namely a bread price label is printed.
In one embodiment, the price tag printing method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes:
when printing the list of the commodities to be printed, a print record is generated.
In application, if the list of the commodities to be printed is printed successfully, deleting the attributes of the commodities to be printed; if the printing of the commodity list to be printed fails, the attribute of the commodity to be printed is reserved. In this embodiment, if the printing of the to-be-printed commodity list fails, the attribute of the common commodity in the to-be-printed commodity list is marked as a printing failure, so that an operator can update the price tag of the commodity in time when the next price tag is printed.
In one embodiment, before implementing step S100, the method includes:
querying whether the vending apparatus is on the white list.
And if the vending equipment does not exist in the white list, acquiring a commodity list of the vending equipment.
In the application, if the vending equipment exists in the white list, the commodity list of the vending equipment is obtained, the attributes of all commodities in the commodity list are marked as common commodities, and an operator judges whether the commodities of the vending equipment are subjected to price tag printing or not. It can be understood that, according to the nature of the location where the vending apparatus is located, the commodity price tag of the vending apparatus is displayed in a special price tag form appointed by the customer, and the operator updates the commodity price tag of the vending apparatus according to the actual situation.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
