As shown in fig. 6-9, the purifying box 19 and the filtering box 20 are connected by a fixing mechanism 21, the fixing mechanism 21 includes an adjusting screw 2101, the adjusting screw 2101 is connected to bearings on two sides of the purifying box 19, a clamping plate 2102 is sleeved on the surface of the adjusting screw 2101, a threaded groove 2103 is formed in the clamping plate 2102, the threaded groove 2103 is in threaded connection with the adjusting screw 2101, a limiting plate 2104 is attached to the bottom of the clamping plate 2102, the limiting plate 2104 is fixedly connected to the purifying box 19, clamping grooves 2105 corresponding to the clamping plate 2102 are formed on two sides of the filtering box 20, and the clamping groove 2105 is in clamping connection with the clamping plate 2102, so that the clamping plate 2102 can be driven to move by rotation of the adjusting screw 2101, the filtering box 20 and the filtering plate 22 can be detached and replaced when the clamping plate is separated from the clamping groove 2105, the filtering box 20 and the filtering plate 22 can be positioned and installed when the clamping plate is clamped with the clamping groove 2105, and convenience in operation of the filtering box 20 and the filtering plate can be improved, wherein the clamping plate 2102 can be prevented from being detached and the filtering plate 2102, and the stability of the filtering plate can be improved in the process of shaking of the filtering box 20 and the filtering plate 2105.
The working principle is as follows: when the highway construction asphalt storage tank convenient for discharging is used, firstly, as shown in fig. 1-10, a servo motor 7 is started to drive a reciprocating screw 8 to rotate, so that a driving wheel 10 can drive a linkage shaft 1306 to rotate, then the linkage shaft 1306 can drive an eccentric wheel 1305 to rotate and drive a connecting rod 1303 through a linkage plate 1304 to lift in a limiting groove 1302, then the connecting rod 1303 lift can drive a screen frame 12 to vibrate in a screen bin 11, so that asphalt fed into a feeding pipe 16 can be screened, large solid objects can be screened, the screened asphalt can enter the storage tank 1, during the process of discharging the asphalt, the rotation of the reciprocating screw 8 can drive a scraping mechanism 9 to lift and scrape the bonded asphalt, during the lifting of the connecting rod 1303, a linkage rod 1807 and a piston plate 1806 can be driven to perform piston motion in the storage tank 1801, so that harmful gas in the asphalt storage tank can be pumped out through a first one-way valve 1802 and a first connecting pipe 1803, and harmful gas in the process of the connecting rod 1303 can be discharged into a second filtering box 1805, so that harmful gas can be discharged into the storage tank through a second one-way filtering box 1805, and then the harmful gas can be discharged into the storage tank after the construction asphalt is purified, and the filtering box is used for discharging the harmful gas.
In-process that unloading was used, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 10, at first through the rotation to bleeder valve 5 for bleeder valve 5 drives sealing ring 4 and fixed axle 3 and rotates in the bottom of holding vessel 1, and then can adjust the ejection of compact angle of bleeder valve 5, after angle modulation accomplishes, run through fixed plate 602 back with positioning bolt 603 and form the block with corresponding constant head tank 605, thereby accomplish angle modulation and the location to bleeder valve 5, and then can make bleeder valve 5 adapt to complicated ejection of compact environment.
