Description

Rolling screen storage box
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of auto parts, in particular to a roller shutter storage box.
Background
At present, the auxiliary instrument panel area has become a main concern area for interior design of various automobile manufacturers, and the storage has also been attracting attention as a main function thereof. The space of the auxiliary instrument panel area is limited, and under the condition of meeting the space requirements of modeling, gear shifting, switching and other functions and device arrangement, the space left for storing articles is small. Automobile storage boxes are typically located in the area of the fascia console and are the means for providing a driver with access to cups or other items.
The interior of the existing automobile storage box is usually arranged into two cylindrical hole site structures, or the interior of the storage box is divided into two areas for storing water cups through a partition plate, so that the two areas for storing the water cups are provided. However, for some drivers who do not need to frequently place a water cup, the hole site structure or the partition plate can greatly reduce the effective use space inside the storage box, so that the storage capacity of the storage box is reduced, and particularly, articles with larger sizes (such as mobile phones) cannot be completely placed inside the storage box, so that the storage box is inconvenient to use.
In order to improve the storage capacity of the automobile storage boxes, the prior storage boxes are provided with a detachable partition plate; however, the detached partition board is generally directly placed in the storage box, which is equivalent to moving the partition board from the middle position to the edge position of the storage box, and the internal space of the storage box is still not completely released, so that the problem is not fundamentally solved. If the detached partition board is taken out, no matter the partition board is placed at any position (such as a hand box), the space at the position can be correspondingly occupied, and when a water cup needs to be placed occasionally, the partition board can be turned over everywhere, so that the use is very inconvenient.
Therefore, how to improve the existing automobile storage box to overcome the above-mentioned shortcomings is a problem to be solved by the person skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present application is to provide a roller shutter storage box that is large in effective use space and convenient to use.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted in the application is as follows: a rolling shutter storage box comprises a box body and a separation component; an interlayer is arranged in the side wall of the box body, and an opening used for communicating the interior of the box body is penetrated in the interlayer; the separation assembly comprises a roller shutter body and a locking piece, and the roller shutter body is slidably arranged on the interlayer; the locking piece is arranged between the roller shutter body and the box body, and when the roller shutter body is slid until a part of the roller shutter body moves to the inside of the box body through the opening, the locking piece is used for limiting the roller shutter body to displace, so that at least one area for storing columnar objects is enclosed between the roller shutter body and the box body.
Preferably, the opening is located at the middle position of the interlayer, the front end of the roller shutter body is connected to the front part of the interlayer in a front-back sliding manner, and the rear end of the roller shutter body is connected to the rear part of the interlayer in a front-back sliding manner; when the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body slide back, the roller shutter body is completely accommodated in the interlayer; when the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body slide in opposite directions until the middle part of the roller shutter body moves to the inside of the box body, the roller shutter body is used for forming the area. The advantages are that: the operation is more convenient, and particularly, when articles such as a water cup and the like are required to be placed, the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body can slide oppositely only by pulling the middle part of the roller shutter body outwards from the opening position, so that the roller shutter body is pulled out for use; when articles such as a water cup are not needed to be placed, the rolling curtain body can slide back to back at the front end and the back end of the rolling curtain body only by pushing the rolling curtain body towards the opening direction, so that the rolling curtain body is completely contained in the interlayer.
Preferably, a lower bulge is arranged at the inner bottom of the box body, a lower limit groove is arranged at the inner bottom of the box body along the left-right direction, and a clamping part is arranged at one end, far away from the side wall of the box body, of the lower limit groove; the locking piece comprises a lower limiting rod, the lower limiting rod is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the roller shutter body, and the lower limiting rod is connected with the lower limiting groove in a left-right sliding manner; when the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body slide in opposite directions, the lower limiting rod slides in a direction away from the side wall of the box body until the lower limiting rod is clamped at the clamping part, the roller shutter body is used for forming the area, and the lower bulge is abutted to one side, close to the area, of the roller shutter body. The advantages are that: under the limiting action between the lower limiting groove and the lower limiting rod, when the middle part of the roller shutter body is pulled out through the opening, the lower limiting rod slides in the lower limiting groove, so that the roller shutter body always keeps a front-back symmetrical relation to displace, and the movement precision of the roller shutter body is improved. When the lower limiting rod slides to be clamped with the clamping part, the clamping part limits the lower limiting rod to slide continuously, and meanwhile, the front and back of the roller shutter body cannot slide continuously in opposite directions, so that the roller shutter body is tightly attached to the lower protrusion, the position of the roller shutter body is maintained unchanged, and the region is stably enclosed between the roller shutter body and the box body.
Preferably, the partition assembly further comprises a cover plate; when the roller shutter body is completely accommodated in the interlayer, the cover plate is detachably arranged at the inner bottom of the box body; when the area is formed between the roller shutter body and the box body, the cover plate is used for covering the upper part of the roller shutter body. The advantages are that: when the area is formed between the roller shutter body and the box body, one side, far away from the area, of the roller shutter body also forms a cavity, and the upper end of the cavity can be covered just by detaching the cover plate and covering the cover plate on the upper part of the roller shutter body, so that the roller shutter is attractive in appearance and can be prevented from being influenced by sundries entering the cavity (namely, the roller shutter body is completely contained in the interlayer). In addition, after the roller shutter body is retracted, the roller shutter body can be reinstalled at the inner bottom of the box body, so that the occupied space of the cover plate is reduced, and the next use is not required to be found everywhere; because the thickness of the cover plate is not required to be too large, the cover plate does not occupy too much space, and the influence on the storage capacity of the box body is negligible.
Preferably, the locking piece further comprises an upper limiting rod, and the upper limiting rod is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the roller shutter body; the lower surface of the cover plate is provided with a limit hole, and when the cover plate covers the upper part of the roller shutter body, the upper limit rod is inserted into the limit hole; the upper side of the opening is provided with an upper limit groove along the left-right direction, and when the roller shutter body is completely accommodated in the interlayer, the upper limit rod is connected with the upper limit groove in a sliding mode. The advantages are that: when the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body slide in opposite directions until the lower limiting rod in the middle of the lower end of the roller shutter body slides to the clamping part along the lower limiting groove, the cover plate is covered on the upper part of the roller shutter body, and the upper limiting rod in the middle of the upper end of the roller shutter body is inserted into the limiting hole on the lower surface of the cover plate, so that the upper limiting rod is limited by the cover plate to continue to displace, and then is matched with the lower limiting rod, so that the upper part and the lower part of the roller shutter body are simultaneously limited, and the stability of the region formed between the roller shutter body and the box body is improved. In addition, when the middle part of the roller shutter body is pushed to the outer side direction of the box body, the lower limiting rod always slides left and right in the lower limiting groove, namely the middle part of the lower end of the roller shutter body is limited to slide along the front and rear directions; when the upper limit rod at the upper end of the roller shutter body slides to the opening position, if the upper limit groove is not arranged, the upper limit rod can be abutted against the inner side wall of the box body, so that the roller shutter body cannot be pushed into the interlayer completely; however, under the effect of last spacing groove, when last gag lever post slides to the open position, go up the gag lever post just can be in the last spacing inslot slides, can enough avoid producing the interference, can restrict again the upper end middle part of rolling up curtain body slides along the fore-and-aft direction to keep the relative position of rolling up curtain body in the intermediate layer is unchangeable, so that the next time uses.
Preferably, an installation groove is formed in one end, close to the side wall of the box body, of the lower limit groove, and a first notch is formed in the cover plate in a penetrating manner from top to bottom at one side corresponding to the installation groove; the separation assembly further comprises a thrust block and an elastic piece, one end of the thrust block is rotatably connected with the first notch, and the elastic piece is arranged in the mounting groove; when the rolling curtain body is completely accommodated in the interlayer, the lower limiting rod forces the elastic piece to deform; when the cover plate is detachably arranged at the inner bottom of the box body and the thrust block rotates to be in a horizontal state, one end, away from the cover plate, of the thrust block is abutted against the roller shutter body so as to counteract the acting force of the elastic piece on the lower limiting rod, and therefore the roller shutter body is limited to slide in the interlayer; when the cover plate covers the upper part of the roller shutter body, the thrust block rotates to a vertical state, so that interference with the inner side wall of the box body is avoided. The advantages are that: because the maximum width (i.e., the dimension in the left-right direction) of the cover plate needs to be smaller than or equal to the distance between the left and right inner side walls of the box body, even if the width of the cover plate is equal to the distance between the left and right inner side walls of the box body, when the cover plate is mounted at the inner bottom of the box body, due to the existence of the opening, the cover plate cannot support the middle part of the roller shutter body on the inner side wall of the interlayer, i.e., the middle part of the roller shutter body can still shake left and right in the opening, thereby generating noise. However, under the action of the thrust block, after the roller shutter body is retracted, the thrust block is rotated to a horizontal state, and the cover plate is mounted at the inner bottom of the box body, at this time, the thrust block can just support the middle part of the roller shutter body against the inner side wall of the interlayer, so that the middle part of the roller shutter body is prevented from shaking left and right, and noise is not generated; when the cover plate covers the upper part of the roller shutter body, the thrust block is rotated to be in a vertical state, so that the thrust block is positioned at the inner side of the first notch, and interference between the thrust block and the inner side wall of the box body is avoided. In addition, because the thrust block can just prop the middle part of the roller shutter body against the inner side wall of the interlayer when the roller shutter body is in a retracted state, when the roller shutter body is required to be pulled out again, the cover plate is taken out firstly to relieve the acting force of the thrust block on the roller shutter body, the middle part of the roller shutter body cannot easily move towards the outside of the opening, and therefore the middle part of the roller shutter body is required to be scratched out by fingers, so that the operation is inconvenient; however, under the effect of the elastic component, when the middle part of the roller shutter body is propped against the inner side wall of the interlayer, the lower limiting rod extrudes the elastic component to enable the elastic component to elastically deform, and after the cover plate is taken out, the elastic component recovers deformation after the acting force of the thrust block on the roller shutter body is relieved, so that the lower limiting rod is pushed to the outside of the opening for a small distance, namely, the middle part of the roller shutter body is also moved to the outside of the opening for a small distance, thereby being more convenient to pull out the middle part of the roller shutter body and being more convenient to operate.
Preferably, an extension part extends from one end of the thrust block, which is close to the first notch, and a second notch is formed in the upper surface of the cover plate; when one end, far away from the first notch, of the thrust block is rotated upwards to be in a horizontal state, the extension part just moves into the second notch, so that the thrust block is limited to continue to rotate upwards. The advantages are that: because the thrust block can rotate to and keep in the vertical state under the action of gravity, when the cover plate is placed in the inner bottom of the box body, the thrust block is always in the vertical state, so that the thrust block needs to be manually rotated to the horizontal state, at the moment, the thrust block is more convenient to rotate to the horizontal state through the extension part, and the operation is more convenient. In addition, when the thrust block rotates to a horizontal state and the rolling curtain body is propped against the inner side wall of the interlayer, the second notch just limits the thrust block to continuously rotate upwards; that is, the thrust block is not separated from the roller shutter body without taking out the cover plate, and the stability is higher.
Preferably, the lower surface of the cover plate is provided with an upper bulge with a strip-shaped structure, and the side wall of the cover plate is provided with a clamping groove; the inner side wall of the box body is provided with a clamping block, and the inner bottom of the box body is provided with a containing groove for containing the upper bulge; when the cover plate covers the upper part of the roller shutter body, the clamping blocks are clamped in the clamping grooves, and the upper protrusions are abutted to one side, far away from the area, of the roller shutter body. The advantages are that: when the cover plate covers the upper part of the roller shutter body, the cover plate can be limited and fixed through the clamping fit between the clamping block and the clamping groove, so that the position of the cover plate is limited to change, and the stability is higher; in addition, the upper bulge can be abutted against one side, far away from the area, of the roller shutter body, so that stability of the roller shutter body in forming the area is improved. When the cover plate is arranged at the bottom in the box body, the accommodating groove just accommodates the upper protrusion, so that the occupied space is smaller.
Preferably, the number of the interlayers is two, the two interlayers are symmetrically arranged at the left side and the right side of the box body, and two areas which are formed by surrounding the two interlayers and the box body and are arranged at intervals along the front-back direction are formed between the two interlayers and the box body; the number of the lower protrusions is two, and the two lower protrusions are respectively positioned in the two areas, so that a containing area for adapting to the cover plate is just formed between the two lower protrusions; a positioning protrusion is arranged in the middle of the accommodating area, and a positioning groove for accommodating the positioning protrusion is arranged on the lower surface of the cover plate; when the roller shutter body is used for forming the area, the positioning protrusion is abutted to one side, far away from the interlayer, of the roller shutter body. The advantages are that: the two areas that form can satisfy simultaneously that the owner drives and vice the placing requirement to the drinking cup, and two just form between the bellied down one be used for storing the accommodation area of apron, thereby be convenient for the upper surface of apron with the interior bottom surface of box body keeps the parallel and level. In addition, the positioning protrusion can assist the lower protrusion to improve stability of the roller shutter body when the region is formed, and the positioning groove can accommodate the positioning protrusion when the cover plate is put in.
Preferably, the roller shutter body comprises a plurality of rigid rod-shaped units, and a plurality of the rod-shaped units are hinged in sequence or adhered on the flexible panel in parallel, so that a whole is formed. The advantages are that: the roller shutter body of this construction facilitates bending into a corresponding shape when it is desired to form the zone; when the area is not required to be formed, the roller shutter body can be flattened, so that the roller shutter is conveniently stored in the interlayer.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this application lies in: (1) Because the side wall of the box body is internally provided with an interlayer, an opening used for communicating the interior of the box body is penetrated and arranged in the interlayer; when the roller shutter body is slid until a part of the roller shutter body moves into the box body through the opening, the locking piece is used for limiting the displacement of the roller shutter body, so that at least one area for storing columnar objects is formed between the roller shutter body and the box body; therefore, when a driver needs to place the columnar article (such as a water cup), the roller shutter body can be pulled through the opening, so that the roller shutter body slides in the interlayer, until a part of the roller shutter body moves to the inside of the box body through the opening, the roller shutter body is locked through the locking piece, so that the roller shutter body and the box body enclose an area, and at the moment, the area can effectively limit articles such as the water cup, so that articles such as the water cup can shake in the driving process.
(2) When a driver and a passenger do not need or often carry articles such as a water cup, the locking effect of the locking piece on the roller shutter body is firstly released, the roller shutter body is pushed to the inside of the interlayer through the opening, so that the roller shutter body is completely contained in the interlayer, the roller shutter body is prevented from occupying the inner space of the box body, the inner space of the box body is released to the greatest extent, the storage capacity of the box body is fully improved, and the roller shutter is particularly suitable for completely placing articles with larger sizes (such as mobile phones) in the box body. In addition, when the driver and the passenger need to place articles such as drinking cup occasionally, can again with rolling up curtain body and pull out, and through behind the retaining member locking, can form the region is used for placing the drinking cup, and it is more convenient to use.

Referring to fig. 1-5, one embodiment of the present application provides a roll screen storage case comprising a case body 10 and a partition assembly 20; an interlayer 13 (as shown in fig. 5) is arranged in the side wall of the box body 10, and an opening 14 for communicating the interior of the box body 10 is penetrated in the interlayer 13; the partition assembly 20 comprises a roller shutter body 21 and a locking piece 22, wherein the roller shutter body 21 is slidably arranged on the interlayer 13; the locking member 22 is disposed between the roller shutter body 21 and the box body 10, and when the roller shutter body 21 is slid until a portion of the roller shutter body 21 moves into the box body 10 through the opening 14, the locking member 22 is used to limit the displacement of the roller shutter body 21, so that at least one area for storing the columnar objects is enclosed between the roller shutter body 21 and the box body 10.
The working principle of the roller shutter storage box is as follows: when a driver needs to place a columnar article (such as a water cup), the roller shutter body 21 can be pulled through the opening 14, so that the roller shutter body 21 slides in the interlayer 13 until a part of the roller shutter body 21 moves to the inside of the box body 10 through the opening 14, the roller shutter body 21 is locked through the locking piece 22, so that an area (shown in fig. 1 and 2) is formed between the roller shutter body 21 and the box body 10, and at the moment, the area can effectively limit the articles such as the water cup, so that the articles such as the water cup can shake in the driving process. When a driver does not need or often carry articles such as a water cup, the locking effect of the locking piece 22 on the roller shutter body 21 is released, and the roller shutter body 21 is pushed to the inside of the interlayer 13 through the opening 14, so that the roller shutter body 21 is completely contained in the interlayer 13 (as shown in fig. 3 and 4), the roller shutter body 21 is prevented from occupying the inner space of the box body 10, the inner space of the box body 10 is released to the greatest extent, the storage capacity of the box body 10 is fully improved, and the roller shutter is particularly suitable for completely placing articles with larger sizes (such as mobile phones) into the box body 10. In addition, when the driver and the passenger need to place articles such as water cup occasionally, the rolling screen body 21 can be pulled out again, and after being locked by the locking piece 22, the area can be formed for placing the water cup, so that the use is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in some embodiments of the present application, the opening 14 is located at a middle position of the interlayer 13, the front end of the roll screen body 21 is slidably connected to the front of the interlayer 13, and the rear end of the roll screen body 21 is slidably connected to the rear of the interlayer 13; when the front and rear ends of the roller shutter body 21 slide back, the roller shutter body 21 is completely accommodated inside the interlayer 13; the roll screen body 21 is used to form an area when the front and rear ends of the roll screen body 21 slide toward each other until the middle of the roll screen body 21 moves to the inside of the case 10. The operation is more convenient, specifically, when articles such as a water cup are required to be placed, the front end and the rear end of the roller shutter body 21 can slide oppositely only by pulling the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 outwards from the position of the opening 14, so that the roller shutter body 21 is pulled out for use; when articles such as a cup are not needed to be placed, the rolling shutter body 21 can slide back to back by pushing the rolling shutter body 21 towards the opening 14, so that the rolling shutter body 21 is completely contained in the interlayer 13.
It should be appreciated that there are a wide variety of ways to achieve a sliding mounting of the roller shutter body 21, and that only one sliding mounting is provided below for reference: referring to fig. 6 and 8, sliders 213 (shown in fig. 8) are provided at both upper and lower ends of the two rod-shaped units 211 located at both front and rear ends, and sliding grooves 131 (shown in fig. 6) are provided at both upper and lower ends of the front portion of the interlayer 13 and at both upper and lower ends of the rear portion of the interlayer 13; the sliding blocks 213 are slidably connected to the sliding grooves 131 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the front and rear ends of the roller shutter body 21 can only slide back and forth in the interlayer 13 through the sliding limitation between the sliding blocks 213 and the sliding grooves 131.
Referring to fig. 2, 6, 9, 13, 14 and 17, in some embodiments of the present application, a lower protrusion 15 is provided at an inner bottom of the case 10, a lower limit groove 16 is provided at an inner bottom of the case 10 along a left-right direction, and a clamping portion 161 (as shown in fig. 6) is provided at an end of the lower limit groove 16 away from a sidewall of the case 10. The locking piece 22 comprises a lower limit rod 221, the lower limit rod 221 is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the roller shutter body 21 (as shown in fig. 9), and the lower limit rod 221 is connected with the lower limit groove 16 in a left-right sliding manner; when the front and rear ends of the roller shutter body 21 slide in opposite directions, the lower limit rod 221 slides in a direction away from the side wall of the box body 10 until the lower limit rod 221 is clamped to the clamping portion 161, the roller shutter body 21 is used for forming an area, and the lower protrusion 15 is abutted to one side of the roller shutter body 21 close to the area. As shown in fig. 14, under the limiting action between the lower limiting groove 16 and the lower limiting rod 221, when the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 is pulled out through the opening 14, the lower limiting rod 221 slides in the lower limiting groove 16, so that the roller shutter body 21 always keeps a front-back symmetrical relationship to displace, and the movement precision of the roller shutter body 21 is improved. As shown in fig. 17, when the lower limit rod 221 slides to be clamped with the clamping portion 161, the clamping portion 161 limits the lower limit rod 221 to slide continuously, and meanwhile, the front and rear of the roller shutter body 21 cannot slide continuously in opposite directions, so that the roller shutter body 21 is tightly attached to the lower protrusion 15 (as shown in fig. 2), so as to maintain the position of the roller shutter body 21 unchanged, and further, an area is stably enclosed with the box body 10.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the partition assembly 20 further includes a cover plate 23; when the roller shutter body 21 is completely accommodated in the interlayer 13, the cover plate 23 is detachably arranged at the inner bottom of the box body 10; the cover plate 23 serves to cover the upper portion of the roll screen body 21 when an area is formed between the roll screen body 21 and the case 10. When the area is formed between the roller shutter body 21 and the box body 10, a cavity is also formed on one side of the roller shutter body 21 away from the area, and the upper end of the cavity (as shown in fig. 4) can be covered just by removing the cover plate 23 and covering the upper part of the roller shutter body 21, so that the roller shutter is beautiful and prevented from being influenced by sundries entering the cavity (namely, the roller shutter body 21 is completely accommodated in the interlayer 13). In addition, when the roller shutter body 21 is retracted, the roller shutter body 21 can be reinstalled at the inner bottom of the box body 10 (as shown in fig. 2), so that the occupied space of the cover plate 23 is reduced, and the next use is not required to be found everywhere; since the thickness of the cover plate 23 is not required to be too large, the cover plate 23 does not occupy too much space, and the influence on the storage capacity of the case 10 is negligible.
The detachable mounting manner between the cover plate 23 and the inner bottom of the box body 10 is not limited in this application, for example, the cover plate 23 is detachably connected to the inner bottom of the box body 10 by means of magnetic attraction or clamping or interference fit. The following is a specific description only by means of magnetic attraction: a magnet is provided in the cover plate 23, a magnet or a sheet-like body (e.g., an iron sheet) that can be attracted to the magnet is provided in the case 10, and the cover plate 23 can be stably attracted to the inner bottom (i.e., the accommodation area) of the case 10 by the attraction between the magnet and the magnet (or the sheet-like body).
Referring to fig. 9, 12, 14, 15, 18 and 19, in some embodiments of the present application, the locking member 22 further includes an upper limit lever 222, and the upper limit lever 222 is disposed at a middle portion of an upper end of the roller shutter body 21 (as shown in fig. 9); the lower surface of the cover plate 23 is provided with a limit hole 231 (shown in fig. 12), and when the cover plate 23 covers the upper part of the roller shutter body 21, the upper limit rod 222 is inserted into the limit hole 231 (shown in fig. 14 and 15); the upper side of the opening 14 is provided with an upper limit groove 141 (shown in fig. 5) in the left-right direction, and when the roller shutter body 21 is completely accommodated in the interlayer 13, the upper limit lever 222 is slidably connected to the upper limit groove 141 (shown in fig. 18 and 19). When the front and rear ends of the roller shutter body 21 slide in opposite directions until the lower limit rod 221 in the middle of the lower end of the roller shutter body 21 slides to the clamping part 161 along the lower limit groove 16, the cover plate 23 is covered on the upper part of the roller shutter body 21, and the upper limit rod 222 in the middle of the upper end of the roller shutter body 21 is inserted into the limit hole 231 (as shown in fig. 15) on the lower surface of the cover plate 23, so that the upper limit rod 222 is limited to displace through the cover plate 23, and then is matched with the lower limit rod 221, so that the upper part and the lower part of the roller shutter body 21 are simultaneously limited, and the stability of the formed area between the roller shutter body 21 and the box body 10 is improved. In addition, when the middle part of the roll screen body 21 is pushed to the outside direction of the case body 10, the lower stopper 221 is always slid left and right in the lower stopper groove 16, that is, the lower end middle part of the roll screen body 21 is restricted from sliding in the front-rear direction (as shown in fig. 14 and 18); when the upper limit rod 222 at the upper end of the roller shutter body 21 slides to the position of the opening 14, if the upper limit groove 141 is not provided, the upper limit rod 222 will abut against the inner side wall of the box body 10, so that the roller shutter body 21 cannot be pushed into the interlayer 13 completely; however, under the action of the upper limit groove 141, when the upper limit lever 222 slides to the position of the opening 14, the upper limit lever 222 can slide just to the upper limit groove 141 (as shown in fig. 19), which can not only avoid interference, but also limit the middle part of the upper end of the roller shutter body 21 to slide along the front-rear direction, so as to maintain the relative position of the roller shutter body 21 in the interlayer 13 unchanged for the next use. As shown in fig. 5, an end of the upper limit groove 141 near the inside of the case 10 is gradually enlarged, so that the upper limit lever 222 is conveniently slid into the upper limit groove 141.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, 20 and 21, in some embodiments of the present application, an installation groove 162 (as shown in fig. 6) is disposed at one end of the lower limit groove 16 near the side wall of the box body 10, and a first notch 232 (as shown in fig. 11) is disposed on one side of the cover plate 23 corresponding to the installation groove 162 in a penetrating manner; the partition assembly 20 further includes a thrust block 24 (as shown in fig. 11) and an elastic member 25 (as shown in fig. 7), wherein one end of the thrust block 24 is rotatably connected to the first notch 232 (as shown in fig. 2 and 3), and the elastic member 25 is disposed in the mounting groove 162 (as shown in fig. 6, 20 and 21); when the roller shutter body 21 is completely accommodated inside the interlayer 13, the lower limit bar 221 forces the elastic member 25 to deform; when the cover plate 23 is detachably arranged at the inner bottom of the box body 10 and the thrust block 24 rotates to a horizontal state, one end, far away from the cover plate 23, of the thrust block 24 is abutted against the roller shutter body 21 so as to counteract the acting force of the elastic piece 25 on the lower limit rod 221, and therefore the roller shutter body 21 is limited to slide in the interlayer 13; when the cover plate 23 covers the upper portion of the roll screen body 21, the thrust block 24 is rotated to a vertical state, thereby avoiding interference with the inner side wall of the case 10.
It should be understood that, since the maximum width (i.e., the dimension in the left-right direction) of the cover plate 23 needs to be smaller than or equal to the space between the left and right inner sidewalls of the case 10, even though the width of the cover plate 23 is equal to the space between the left and right inner sidewalls of the case 10, when the cover plate 23 is mounted on the inner bottom of the case 10, the cover plate 23 cannot hold the middle portion of the roll screen body 21 against the inner sidewalls of the interlayer 13 due to the opening 14, i.e., the middle portion of the roll screen body 21 may still shake left and right within the opening 14, thereby generating noise. However, under the action of the thrust block 24, after the roller shutter body 21 is retracted, the thrust block 24 is rotated to a horizontal state (as shown in fig. 3 and 20), and the cover plate 23 is mounted on the inner bottom of the box body 10, at this time, the thrust block 24 can just support the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 against the inner side wall of the interlayer 13, so that the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 is prevented from shaking left and right, and noise is not generated; when the cover plate 23 is covered on the upper portion of the roller shutter body 21, the thrust block 24 is rotated to a vertical state (as shown in fig. 2 and 16), so that the thrust block 24 is located inside the first notch 232, and thus the thrust block 24 does not interfere with the inner side wall of the case 10.
In addition, since the thrust block 24 can just support the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 against the inner side wall of the interlayer 13 in the retracted state of the roller shutter body 21, when the roller shutter body 21 needs to be pulled out again, the cover plate 23 is taken out firstly to release the acting force of the thrust block 24 on the roller shutter body 21, and then the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 cannot easily move to the outside of the opening 14, so that the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 needs to be pulled out by fingers, and the operation is inconvenient; however, under the action of the elastic member 25, when the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 is propped against the inner side wall of the interlayer 13, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the lower limit rod 221 presses the elastic member 25 to elastically deform the elastic member 25, so that after the cover plate 23 is taken out and the acting force of the thrust block 24 on the roller shutter body 21 is released, the elastic member 25 recovers to deform, and the lower limit rod 221 is pushed to the outside of the opening 14 for a small distance, i.e. the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 is also moved to the outside of the opening 14 for a small distance, thereby being more convenient to pull out the middle part of the roller shutter body 21 and being more convenient to operate.
Referring to fig. 3, 11, 14, 16 and 20, in some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 11, an extension portion 241 extends from an end of the thrust block 24 near the first notch 232, and a second notch 233 is disposed on an upper surface of the cover plate 23; when the end of the thrust block 24 away from the first notch 232 is turned upwards to be in a horizontal state, the extension portion 241 just moves into the second notch 233 (as shown in fig. 3), so that the thrust block 24 is limited to continue to rotate upwards. Since the thrust block 24 rotates to and maintains the vertical state (as shown in fig. 14 and 16) under the action of gravity, when the cover plate 23 is placed on the inner bottom of the case 10, the thrust block 24 is always in the vertical state, so that the thrust block 24 needs to be manually rotated to the horizontal state, at this time, the rotation of the thrust block 24 to the horizontal state is facilitated by the extension portion 241, and the operation is more convenient. In addition, when the thrust block 24 rotates to a horizontal state and the roller shutter body 21 is abutted against the inner side wall of the interlayer 13, the second notch 233 just limits the thrust block 24 to continue to rotate upwards (as shown in fig. 20); therefore, the thrust block 24 is not separated from the roller shutter body 21 without taking out the cover plate 23, and the stability is higher.
It should be noted that, magnets may be disposed inside the cover and inside the extension portion 241, so that the thrust block 24 is forced to automatically rotate to a horizontal state by the attractive force between the magnets; when the cover plate 23 is lifted up by an external force until the thrust block 24 contacts with the upper side of the opening 14, the cover plate 23 is lifted up again, and the upper side wall of the opening 14 (i.e. the lower part of the upper limit groove 141) will force the thrust block 24 to automatically rotate downward to a vertical state (as shown in fig. 14 and 16), so as to avoid interference between the thrust block 24 and the inner side wall of the box body 10; conversely, when the cover plate 23 is put downward until the thrust block 24 moves downward to the position of the opening 14, the thrust block 24 automatically rotates to a horizontal state due to the attraction force between the magnet and the magnet (or the sheet-like body); that is, no operation is required for the thrust block 24 throughout the process. The magnet inside the cover or the magnet inside the extension portion 241 may be replaced with a sheet-like body that can be attracted by the magnet, such as an iron sheet.
Referring to fig. 2, 4, 6, 11 and 12, in some embodiments of the present application, a lower surface of the cover plate 23 is provided with an upper protrusion 234 (as shown in fig. 12) with a strip structure, and a sidewall of the cover plate 23 is provided with a clamping groove 235 (as shown in fig. 11); the inner side wall of the box body 10 is provided with a clamping block 17 (shown in fig. 4), and the inner bottom of the box body 10 is provided with a containing groove 18 (shown in fig. 6) for containing the upper protrusion 234; when the cover 23 covers the upper portion of the roller shutter body 21, the clamping block 17 is clamped to the clamping groove 235 (as shown in fig. 2), and the upper protrusion 234 abuts against one side of the roller shutter body 21 away from the area. When the cover plate 23 is covered on the upper part of the roller shutter body 21, the cover plate 23 can be limited and fixed through the clamping fit between the clamping block 17 and the clamping groove 235, so that the position of the cover plate 23 is limited to change, and the stability is higher; in addition, the upper protrusion 234 is also abutted against the side of the roller shutter body 21 away from the region, thereby improving the stability of the roller shutter body 21 when the region is formed. When the cover plate 23 is mounted at the inner bottom of the case body 10, the accommodating groove 18 just accommodates the upper protrusion 234, and occupies less space.
Referring to fig. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 12, in some embodiments of the present application, the number of interlayers 13 is two, two interlayers 13 are symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the case 10 (as shown in fig. 5), and two regions (as shown in fig. 1) are enclosed between the two interlayers 13 and the case 10 and are arranged at intervals along the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the number of the lower protrusions 15 is two, and the two lower protrusions 15 are respectively located in two areas, so that a receiving area for the fitting cover plate 23 is just formed between the two lower protrusions 15; the middle part of the accommodating area is provided with a positioning protrusion 19, and the lower surface of the cover plate 23 is provided with a positioning groove 236 (shown in fig. 12) for accommodating the positioning protrusion 19; when the roller shutter body 21 is used to form an area, the positioning protrusion 19 abuts against a side of the roller shutter body 21 away from the interlayer 13. The two formed areas can meet the placing requirements of the primary driving and the secondary driving on the water cup at the same time, and a containing area for storing the cover plate 23 is just formed between the two lower protrusions 15, so that the upper surface of the cover plate 23 is kept level with the inner bottom surface of the box body 10 (as shown in fig. 4). In addition, the positioning protrusion 19 can assist the lower protrusion 15, improve stability of the roll screen body 21 when forming the area, and the positioning groove 236 can accommodate the positioning protrusion 19 when putting into the cover plate 23.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in some embodiments of the present application, the roll screen body 21 includes a plurality of rigid rod units 211, each rod unit 211 being integrally formed by being sequentially adhered to the flexible panel 212 in parallel. Each rod-shaped unit 211 may be either bent to form a shape for enclosing an area or flattened to be accommodated in the interlayer 13. The flexible panel 212 is any material that can be bent but cannot be elastically deformed, and may be made of one or more layers of material that are conventional materials, such as a fabric that is not elastic.
Referring to fig. 10, the respective rod units 211 may also be formed as one body by sequentially hinging. The roll screen body 21 of this structure is convenient to bend into a corresponding shape when the formation of the area is required; when the forming area is not needed, the roller shutter body 21 can be flattened, so that the roller shutter body can be conveniently stored in the interlayer 13.
For convenience of processing, the case 10 may be provided in at least two parts. For example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the case 10 includes an upper case 11 and a bottom cover 12, and the bottom cover 12 is clamped to the lower end of the upper case 11 (as shown in fig. 20). In addition, in order to facilitate the removal or placement of the cover plate 23, the upper surface of the cover plate 23 is provided with finger grooves 237 (shown in fig. 1).
The foregoing has outlined the basic principles, main features and advantages of the present application. It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that the embodiments and descriptions described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the present application, and that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, which is defined by the appended claims.
