[0003] The invention described in the above publication will be briefly described. According to the invention described in this publication, a pair of upper and lower grooves are provided in a pair of vertical walls facing each other of a storage recess 2 provided in the center console 1, and a partition member is slidably fitted in each of the grooves. are doing. Of the pair of grooves, the upper groove is provided over the entire length of the storage recess 2, and the lower groove is about half as long. By appropriately moving the pair of partition members, an article to be stored in the storage recess 2 can be held regardless of its outer shape and size. When the storage recess 2 is used as an accessory case, the pair of partition members are moved to one end of each groove so as to overlap each other. Thereby, since the use space in the storage recess 2 is not made too narrow, convenience is improved.
In addition, both ends of the partition member are mounted in the groove by so-called fitting. Each of the pair of partition members has a thin plate shape, and both ends are supported inside the grooves.

However, the invention described in the above publication has the following disadvantages. That is, in the invention described in the above publication, as described above, each of the partition members is a thin plate having both ends supported inside the respective grooves. Therefore, when an excessive load is applied to these partition members for some reason, the partition members may be bent and deformed, and the partition members may not slide smoothly. For example, an occupant sitting in the passenger seat may be drawn to the driver's seat S side by a sudden steering operation in a sharp curve or the like. In such a case,
If the occupant grips the partition member to support the body, an excessive load is applied to the partition member, the partition member is bent and deformed, and the partition member does not slide smoothly. Further, in a remarkable case, the partition member may be damaged.

The basic operation of storing and holding an article such as a beverage can using the vehicle article storing apparatus according to the first aspect is the same as that of the above-described conventional structure. is there. In particular, in the article storage device for a vehicle according to the first aspect, since the elastic member that elastically slides on the bottom surface of the storage recess is provided at the bottom of the partition member, the elastic member moves downward toward the partition member. Even when a load is applied, the partition member is unlikely to bend and deform. That is, the partition member is in contact with the bottom surface of the storage recess via the elastic piece. Therefore, even when a downward load is applied to the partition member, the elastic member is elastically deformed and receives the load. As a result, the partition member itself is unlikely to bend and deform. Therefore, it is effectively prevented that the partition member does not slide smoothly with the deformation of the partition member, and the durability is improved. The elastic piece does not necessarily strongly contact the bottom surface of the storage recess. Therefore, the elastic piece does not hinder the sliding of the partition member.

In the article storage device for a vehicle according to the present invention, the partition member can be attached and detached with a small force, and the partition member can slide smoothly without rattling. . Moreover, the engagement plate portion is securely supported in the guide groove. As a result, convenience is improved and it is practical. That is, in a state where the first and second claw portions are picked with fingers, the locking plate portion slightly turns the upper end side toward the second claw portion side with the connection portion with the horizontal plate portion as a fulcrum, The locking projection provided on the engagement plate portion does not come into contact with the locking recess or the side wall of the guide groove. For this reason, the work of inserting the engaging plate portion into the guide groove becomes easy, and the sliding of the partition member becomes smooth. Further, after the engaging plate portion is engaged in the guide groove, the locking projection comes into contact with the locking concave portion or the side wall portion of the guide groove, so that the partition member does not rattle. Further, when the partition member is slid to the position where the engagement recess is formed, the locking projection engages with the engagement recess, so that a click feeling can be obtained.

Further, as described in claim 3, the partition member may be provided with a pair of flaps. That is, a pair of bearings are provided on both sides of the partition plate portion or on both sides of the partition plate portion on the back surface of the horizontal plate portion, and the pair of flaps are turned through the bearing portions. Attach freely. This flap is
A thin plate-shaped main part, a pair of shaft parts protruding from both ends of the main part in the longitudinal direction, and a contraction means for elastically contracting at least one of the shaft parts. I have.
Further, the pair of shaft portions are provided so that the dimensions from the base end to the distal end thereof are different from each other, and the position of one set of bearing portions is set to be different from the position of one set of bearing portions by the width of the flap. In the direction, the dimensional difference between the pair of shaft portions is provided.

[0011] With the above configuration, the shape and size of the beverage can can be adjusted by opening the flap (holding the flap in a horizontal state). Further, when the shaft portion of the flap is mounted on the bearing portion, at least one of the shaft portions can be contracted by the contracting means, so that the operation of mounting the shaft portion on the bearing portion becomes easy. Further, the pair of shafts are provided so that the dimensions from the base end to the tip end are different from each other, and the installation position of the other set of bearings is changed with respect to the installation position of one set of the bearings. Since the pair of shaft portions are provided with a difference in dimension in the width direction, the one flap can be mounted on any side by reversing one flap.
That is, it is not necessary to separately manufacture the flap for one side and the flap for the other side, which contributes to reduction of manufacturing cost and labor of parts management. In addition, when each flap is mounted on both sides, both flaps are provided at substantially the same position, which is also preferable in terms of design.

Further, an elastic member provided between the flap and the horizontal plate portion or the partition plate portion for holding the flap horizontally open in a free state is provided, and the flap is folded. (If it is rotated so as to be substantially in contact with the partition plate portion against the elastic force of the elastic member), it can be locked to at least one of the side edges of each flap. If a proper holding claw is provided on the partition plate, the flap can be opened and closed with a small force. That is, when folding the flap, the holding claw is elastically deformed while rotating the flap with a finger, and the holding claw is moved over. When the side edge of the flap reaches the inside of the holding claw, the holding claw is returned and the side edge is engaged and held by the holding claw. Conversely, when the flap is to be opened horizontally, the engagement with the flap may be released by elastically deforming the holding claws, for example, by pressing the side edges of the flap with fingers. Therefore, the flap can be opened and closed with a light force. In addition, at the time of the opening / closing operation, in addition to the elastic deformation of the holding claws, the shrinking means also slightly shrinks, so that the rotation of the flap at the time of climbing over is smooth. Therefore, the opening and closing operation of the flap can be performed with a very small force.

Further, as means for making the dimensions from the base end to the tip end of each of the pair of shaft portions different from each other, the base end portion of one of the pair of shaft portions is provided with this shaft portion. If a means for forming a flange-like portion having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the portion is used, a space for offset in the shaft portion can be used, and therefore, it can be easily manufactured.

In particular, in the article storage device for a vehicle according to this embodiment, the storage recess 2 is provided at the bottom of the partition member 3.
Since the elastic piece 7 that elastically slides on the bottom surface of the
Even when a downward load is applied to the partition member 3, the partition member 3 is unlikely to be bent and deformed. For example, in a case where an occupant seated in the passenger seat is drawn to the driver's seat S side by a sudden steering operation in a sharp curve or the like, the occupant places his hand on the partition member 3 to support the body. Even when the partition member 3 is closed, since the partition member 3 is in contact with the bottom surface of the storage recess 2 via the elastic piece 7, the elastic piece 7 receives the load while being elastically deformed. As a result, the partition member 3 itself is unlikely to bend and deform. Therefore, it is effectively prevented that the partition member 3 does not slide smoothly with the deformation of the partition member 3, and the durability is improved. In addition, a nonwoven fabric is stuck to the lower surface of the elastic piece 7 using a conventionally known sticking means such as a double-sided adhesive tape. By adhering the nonwoven fabric in this manner, the smooth sliding property of the partition member 3 can be improved.

Further, the partition member 3 is provided with the engagement plate 9
Can be easily mounted by inserting them into the guide grooves 8.
Further, by pulling out the engagement plate portion 9 from the guide groove 8, the engagement plate portion 9 can be easily removed. When the partition member 3 is attached or detached, the first and second claws 13 and 14 constituting the operation means 12 are sandwiched between fingers, and the locking projections 11 are formed.
Is separated from the locking recess 10 or the side wall 8 a of the guide groove 8. That is, in a state where the first and second claw portions 13 and 14 are picked with fingers, the upper end side of the locking plate portion 6 is directed to the second claw portion 14 side with the connection portion with the horizontal plate portion 5 as a fulcrum. By slightly rotating, the locking projection 11 does not contact the locking recess 10 or the side wall 8a.
For this reason, the work of attaching and detaching the engagement plate portion 6, that is, the work of attaching and detaching the partition member 3, becomes easy. When the finger is released after the engagement plate 6 is mounted in the guide groove 8, the first claw 13 returns to its original position as shown in FIG.
Abuts on the locking recess 10 or the side wall 8a. Therefore, the partition member 3 does not rattle. As described above, since the partition member 3 is detachably provided, the partition member 3 does not hinder the cleaning of the inside of the storage recess 2 and is practical.

When an article such as a narrow mobile phone 25 (FIG. 7A) is stored in the storage recess 2, the partition member 3 is moved along the guide groove 8 to the position shown in FIG. Slide it. The sliding of the partition member 3 is performed by holding the first and second claws 13 and 14, which also constitute the operation means 12, with fingers.
The same state as when the engagement plate 9 is detached from the guide groove 8 as described above. In this state, the partition member 3
Can be easily slid to a desired position. Incidentally, the side wall portion 8a of the guide groove 8 extends along its longitudinal direction.
The engagement recesses 10 and 10 are provided at appropriate locations (for example, at a position facing the engagement protrusion 11 when the beverage can 24 is held with the flap 15 opened). For this reason, if the fingers are released after the partition member 3 is moved to the desired position, the clicking sensation can be obtained because the engaging projection 11 engages with the engaging recess 10. With the configuration as described above, in the article storage device for a vehicle according to the present embodiment, the partition member 3 can be attached and detached with a light force, and the partition member 3 can slide smoothly without rattling. Become. Moreover, the engagement plate 9 is securely supported in the guide groove 8 and is practical.

When an article such as a small-diameter beverage can 24 (FIG. 1) is stored in the storage recess 2, the flap 15 is opened (the flap 15 is held in a horizontal state) so that the beverage can 24 is opened. And the like to prevent the articles from falling down or swinging carelessly. Since the flap 15 is provided with the slit 19, the shaft portion 18 can be contracted when the flap 15 is mounted on the partition member 3, so that the mounting operation can be easily performed. Further, as described above, since the flap 15 can share the flap for one side and the flap for the other side of the partition plate portion 6, it can contribute to a reduction in manufacturing costs and a reduction in labor for parts management. Moreover, when the flaps 15, 15 are attached to both sides, respectively, these flaps 15,
15 are provided at substantially the same position where both side edges are located on the same straight line with each other, which is also preferable in terms of design.

When the flap 15 is folded, the holding claw 2 is rotated while the flap 15 is turned downward by a finger.
2 is elastically deformed to get over the holding claw 23. When the side edge of the flap 15 reaches the inside of the holding claw 22, the holding claw 22 is returned and the side edge is engaged and held by the holding claw 22. Conversely, when the flap 15 is opened horizontally, the engagement with the flap 15 may be released by elastically deforming the holding claw 22 by pulling the side edge portion of the flap 15 with a finger or the like. When this engagement is released, the flap 15 jumps up to a horizontal state due to the elastic force of the spring member 21. Thus, in the structure of this embodiment,
The flaps 15, 15 can be opened and closed with a light force, which is practical. At the time of the opening / closing operation, the flap 1 is determined based on the presence of the slit 19 in addition to the elastic deformation of the holding claw 22.
5 has a tendency to be slightly shrunk and disengaged from the holding claw 22. With such an effect, the opening and closing operation of the flap 15 can be performed with a very small force. When a relatively long article such as a magazine is to be stored in the storage recess 2, FIG.
As shown in (B), the partition member 3 is moved to the end of the storage recess 2. In this case, needless to say, the flap 15 is kept in a folded state. In the present embodiment, the tip of the flap 15 is formed in a concave curved shape.
If the curvature of a part of the concave curved surface is made substantially equal to the curvature of the outer periphery of the beverage can 24, the effect of holding the beverage can 24 is improved.
