the rotating chassis is rotatably arranged on the frame;
the steering conveying belt is arranged on the rotating chassis;
the hollow disc conveying belt is arranged on the rack; and
the core disc output belt is arranged on the frame, and the conveying direction of the core disc output belt is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the hollow disc conveying belt.

10. The rod-shaped material forming plug extracting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plug blanking apparatus comprises:
the blanking frame is arranged on the frame;
a blanking X shaft in the two-shaft blanking table is arranged on the blanking frame, and a blanking cylinder plate is arranged on a blanking Y shaft in the two-shaft blanking table; and
the blanking swing cylinder is arranged on the blanking cylinder plate, and two piston rods of the blanking cylinder plate are correspondingly provided with blanking clamping plates.
