Example 1
With reference to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a chicken farm deodorizing device, which includes a filter assembly 10, a negative pressure fan 20, an atomizing chamber 30, and an exhaust fan 40; the filter assembly 10 comprises a mounting shell 11, an air inlet flow channel 12, a filter cotton belt 13 and a water storage tank 14 are arranged in the mounting shell 11, a first driving roller 15 is arranged on the upper side of the air inlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, the water storage tank 14 is positioned on the lower side of the air inlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, and a first supporting roller 16 and a brush roller 17 are arranged in the water storage tank 14; the distance between the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16 is greater than the diameter of the air inlet end of the air inlet channel 12, the filter cotton belt 13 is stretched on the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, the brush of the brush roller 17 is positioned on the moving path of the filter cotton belt 13, and the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller 16; the negative pressure fan 20 is connected with the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12; the atomizing chamber 30 is adapted with a deodorant atomizing assembly 70, the deodorant atomizing assembly 70 can atomize deodorant into an inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30, and the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30 is adapted with a water absorbent cotton assembly 50; the exhaust fan 40 is connected with the air outlet end of the atomization chamber 30, and can draw out the gas in the atomization chamber 30 through the absorbent cotton assembly 50.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, a sealing strip 18 is disposed at one end of the intake runner 12, which faces the filter cotton belt 13, and the material of the sealing strip 18 is flexible; the sealing strip 18 is arranged around the circumferential direction of the end part of the air inlet flow channel 12, and the filtering cotton belt 13 is abutted against the filtering cotton belt 13 at one side of the sealing strip 18, so that the sealing strip 18 seals a gap between the end part of the air inlet flow channel 12 and the filtering cotton belt 13, and gas in a chicken farm is prevented from bypassing the filtering cotton belt 13 and directly entering the air inlet end of the negative pressure fan 20.
The sealing strip 18 may be an annular element made of flexible material such as rubber strip, soft PVC strip, etc. in this embodiment, the sealing strip 18 is a hollow rubber tube to ensure that the sealing strip 18 has enough flexibility to make the sealing strip 18 closely contact with the surface of the filter cotton belt 13.
On this basis, the sealing strip 18 just right one side of filtering cotton area 13 covers there is the polytetrafluoroethylene layer to utilize polytetrafluoroethylene's self-lubricating characteristic, reduce the frictional force that filtering cotton area 13 removed, thereby reduce the resistance that filtering cotton area 13 removed and reduce the wearing and tearing of filtering cotton area 13, improve filtering cotton area 13's life.
Referring to fig. 3, the deodorant atomizing assembly 70 includes a deodorant container 71, a pressurizing pump 72, and an atomizing head 73; the pressurizing pump 72 can pump the deodorant in the deodorant deodorization container to the atomizing head 73; the atomizing spray heads 73 are arranged in a plurality of ways, and the atomizing spray heads 73 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30 so as to ensure that the deodorant can be uniformly distributed in the atomizing chamber 30, and thus, the gas can be fully mixed with the mist of the deodorant.
With continuing reference to fig. 1, it should be noted that a flow baffle 31 is adapted in the atomizing chamber 30, along the direction of the gas flowing in the atomizing chamber 30, the flow baffle 31 divides the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30 into a premixing cavity 32 and a remixing cavity 33, and the outlet of the atomizing nozzle 73 is disposed in the premixing cavity 32; the flow baffle plate 31 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 34, the premixing cavity 32 and the remixing cavity 33 are communicated through the vent holes 34, the gas entering the atomizing chamber 30 can be forced to return through the flow baffle plate 31, so that the gas and the deodorant mist particles are fully mixed in the premixing cavity 32, the flow baffle plate 31 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 34, and the premixing cavity 32 and the remixing cavity 33 are communicated through the vent holes 34, so that the gas entering the atomizing chamber 30 is firstly expanded in the premixing cavity 32 and returns under the action of the flow baffle plate 31, so that the gas and the deodorant mist particles are fully premixed, and then the gas and the deodorant mist particles are compressed and forcibly mixed through the vent holes 34 and then expanded in the remixing cavity 33 again, thereby ensuring that the deodorant can be thoroughly deodorized.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the absorbent cotton assembly 50 includes an absorbent cotton belt 51, a second driving roller 52, a first pressing roller pair 53, a second supporting roller 54 and a second pressing roller pair 55, the second driving roller 52 is disposed at the inner upper side of the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30; a first liquid collecting tank 56 is further arranged on the upper side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber 30, and the first liquid collecting tank 56 is located on the rear side of the second driving roller 52 along the flowing direction of the gas in the atomizing chamber 30; the second support roller 54 is disposed on the side of the first sump 56 opposite to the second drive roller 52, and the first pinch roller pair 53 is disposed in the first sump 56 or above the first sump 56; a second liquid collecting groove 57 is further formed in the lower side of the air outlet of the atomizing chamber 30, and the second extrusion pair rollers 55 are arranged in the second liquid collecting groove 57; the distance between the second driving roller 52 and the second pressing pair roller 55 is greater than the caliber of the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30, and the absorbent cotton belt 51 is stretched on the second driving roller 52, the second pressing pair roller 55, the second supporting roller 54 and the second pressing pair roller 55.
The air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30 is blocked by the absorbent cotton belt 51, so that the air in the atomizing chamber 30 is forced to pass through the absorbent cotton belt 51, the first extrusion roller pair 53 is arranged in the first liquid collecting tank 56 or above the first liquid collecting tank 56, and the second extrusion roller pair 55 is arranged in the second liquid collecting tank 57, so that the absorbent cotton belt 51 is extruded by the first extrusion roller pair 53 and the second extrusion roller pair 55, the water absorption performance of the absorbent cotton belt 51 is recovered, the absorbent cotton belt 51 can continuously absorb water, and the active deodorant can be recycled. The absorbent cotton belt 51 is stretched by the second driving roller 52, the second pressing roller 55, the second supporting roller 54, and the first pressing roller 53, so that the air flows out of the atomizing chamber 30, passes through the two layers of absorbent cotton belts 51, and is discharged, thereby ensuring the recovery rate of the deodorant.
With reference to fig. 4, a sponge strip 35 is disposed at one end of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber 30, which is opposite to the absorbent cotton belt 51, and the sponge strip 35 is circumferentially disposed around the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30; one side of the sponge strip 35, which is opposite to the water absorption cotton belt 51, is provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36, and one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36, which is opposite to the water absorption cotton belt 51, is an arc-shaped surface.
So as to seal the direct gap between the end part of the air inlet flow channel 12 and the filter cotton belt 13 through the sponge strip 35, and prevent the gas in the atomization from bypassing the water absorption cotton belt 51 and directly entering the air inlet end of the exhaust fan 40. And one side that just absorbs water cotton tape 51 at sponge strip 35 is provided with polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36, and polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36 is just for absorbing one side of water cotton tape 51 and be the arcwall face, can reduce the frictional force that absorbs water cotton tape 51 and remove with the self-lubricating characteristic that utilizes polytetrafluoroethylene to reduce the resistance that absorbs water cotton tape 51 and the wearing and tearing that absorb water cotton tape 51, improve the life of absorbing water cotton tape 51.
In summary, the present embodiment provides a chicken farm deodorizing device, an air inlet channel 12 is provided inside a mounting case 11 of a filter assembly 10, an air inlet end of a negative pressure fan 20 is connected to an air outlet end of the air inlet channel 12, an air outlet end is connected to an air inlet end of an atomizing chamber 30, and air in the chicken farm can be sucked from the air inlet channel 12 and discharged into the atomizing chamber 30 by the negative pressure fan 20. The filter assembly 10 is further provided with a filter cotton belt 13 and a water storage tank 14 in the mounting housing, a first driving roller 15 is arranged on the upper side of the air inlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, the water storage tank 14 is located on the lower side of the air inlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, a first supporting roller 16 and a brush roller 17 are arranged in the water storage tank 14, the filter cotton belt 13 is arranged on the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, so that the filter cotton belt 13 is arranged at the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, and the axial distance between the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16 is larger than the caliber of the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, so that the filter cotton belt 13 can block the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, and air in the air inlet flow channel 12 is forced to pass through the filter cotton belt 13.
Because the first supporting roller 16 is arranged in the water storage tank 14, and the filtering cotton belt 13 has certain water absorbability, clear water in the water storage tank 14 can be adsorbed, so that the filtering cotton belt 13 is always kept in a wet state; on one hand, impurities such as dust particles, feathers and flying cotton fibers in the air can be filtered through the filtering cotton belt 13, the feathers, the flying cotton fibers and the like are prevented from contacting with downstream components to cause the blockage of the downstream components and the incapability of normal work, the feathers and the flying cotton fibers can be adhered to the filtering cotton belt 13, and the feathers and the flying cotton fibers are prevented from flying again; on the other hand, moisture carried by the wet filter cotton belt 13 can absorb part of water-soluble gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the air of the chicken farm, so that the consumption of a subsequent deodorant is reduced. Moreover, the filter cotton belt 13 is stretched by the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, so that the air flows out of the air inlet flow channel 12, then passes through the two layers of filter cotton belts 13 and is discharged, and the cleanness of the air and the absorption rate of part of water-soluble air such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like can be ensured.
Meanwhile, the brush of the brush roller 17 is located on the moving path of the filter cotton belt 13, and the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller 16, so that impurities such as dust particles, feathers and flying cotton fibers attached to the filter cotton belt 13 can be brushed off through the rotation of the brush roller 17, and the impurities are collected through the water storage tank 14, so that the gas circulation capacity of the filter cotton belt 13 is recovered, and the influence on the gas flow is avoided.
In addition, exhaust fan 40 links to each other with the end of giving vent to anger of atomizer chamber 30, and can take out the gas in the atomizer chamber 30 through cotton subassembly 50 that absorbs water, on the one hand take out the gas in the atomizer chamber 30 through exhaust fan 40, can ensure that the gas in the atomizer chamber 30 can discharge smoothly, avoid the air resistance that causes because of setting up filter cotton area 13 and cotton subassembly 50 that absorbs water too big, on the other hand, the gas in the atomizer chamber 30 is discharged through cotton subassembly 50 that absorbs water, with the deodorant granule in the absorbent cotton adsorption gas through absorbing water, so that realize the recycle of active deodorant, reduce the waste of deodorant, and can avoid deodorant directly to discharge in the air, cause the pollution to the air.
To sum up, the chicken farm deodorizing device that this embodiment provided can carry out effectual deodorization to the air in the chicken farm and handle, and can avoid feather and plush to block up the part in the gas circuit easily to ensure deodorant continuity, handle with the timely foul smell to the chicken farm, avoid the chicken farm foul smell to pile up and influence the production of chicken farm.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a chicken farm deodorization method, which is based on the chicken farm deodorization device described in embodiment 1, and comprises the following steps:
s10, installing a plurality of filter assemblies 10 on one side surface of a chicken farm, and connecting a plurality of negative pressure fans 20 with the corresponding air outlet ends of the air inlet flow channels 12 one by one.
Specifically, according to the size of the chicken farm area, a corresponding number of filter assemblies 10 are installed, and the filter assemblies 10 are installed on one side of the chicken farm, so that the interference of the filter assemblies 10 on the chicken raising operation can be avoided. And each filter assembly 10 is provided with a negative pressure fan 20, so that the gas in the chicken farm can be effectively sucked.
S20, injecting clean water into the water storage tank 14, so that the first support roller 16 is submerged in the clean water, and injecting the deodorant into the storage container of the deodorant atomization assembly 70.
It is necessary to periodically add and clean fresh water in the storage tank 14, and similarly, it is necessary to periodically add a deodorant to ensure normal deodorization.
S30, starting the first driving roller 15, the brush roller 17 and the deodorant atomization component 70, so that the first driving roller 15 drives the filter cotton belt 13 to move around the first supporting roller 16, and deodorant mist is formed in the atomization chamber 30 through the deodorant atomization component 70.
And S40, starting the negative pressure fan 20, so that the air in the chicken farm flows through the filter cotton belt 13 and then is input into the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30 to be mixed with deodorant mist for deodorization.
It is understood that the air outlet end of each negative pressure fan 20 is connected with the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber 30 through a corresponding pipeline. An air exhaust manifold is usually provided, and the air outlet end of each negative pressure fan 20 is connected to the air exhaust manifold through a branch pipe, and the air exhaust manifold is directly connected to the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber 30.
And S50, starting the exhaust fan 40 to enable the gas in the atomizing chamber 30 to flow through the absorbent cotton assembly 50 and then be exhausted.
The gas exhausted by the exhaust fan 40 can be directly exhausted into the air or sent back to the chicken farm through a pipeline for circulation.
Preferably, a plurality of air intake windows are provided on the side of the chicken house remote from the filter assembly 10. It should be understood that the air intake window is generally opposite to the mounting housing 11 of the air intake assembly, so that the air forms convection in the chicken farm under the action of the negative pressure fan 20, which can ensure the air circulation in the chicken farm, and the insect-proof net is mounted in the air intake window, which can prevent external impurities from entering the chicken farm from the air intake window.
That is to say, in the chicken house deodorizing method provided in this embodiment, the air in the chicken house is sucked through the inlet duct 12 by the negative pressure fan 20 and the exhaust fan 40 and discharged into the atomizing chamber 30, and the filter cotton belt 13 has a certain water absorption property and can absorb the clean water in the water storage tank 14, so that the filter cotton belt 13 is always kept in a wet state, impurities such as dust particles, feathers, flying cotton fibers and the like in the air can be filtered by the filter cotton belt 13, the feathers, the flying cotton fibers and the like are prevented from contacting with downstream components to cause the blockage of the downstream components and the abnormal operation of the downstream components, the feathers and the flying cotton fibers can be adhered to the filter cotton belt 13 to prevent the feathers and the flying cotton fibers from flying again, and the filtered gas is discharged into the atomizing chamber 30 to be mixed with the deodorant to deodorize the gas, meanwhile, the brush of the brush roller 17 is located on the moving path of the filtering cotton belt 13, the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller 16, so that the dust particles attached to the filtering cotton belt 13, feathers, flying cotton and other impurities can be brushed off through the rotation of the brush roller 17, and the impurities are collected through the water storage tank 14, so that the gas circulation capacity of the filtering cotton belt 13 is recovered, the influence on the gas flowing is avoided, therefore, the air in the chicken farm can be effectively deodorized, parts in a gas circuit can be prevented from being easily blocked by the feathers and the feathers, the deodorizing continuity is ensured, the odor in the chicken farm is timely treated, and the influence on the production of the chicken farm due to the accumulation of the odor in the chicken farm is avoided.
Meanwhile, the filter cotton belt 13 is always kept in a wet state, and water-soluble gases such as ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide in the air of the chicken farm can be absorbed by moisture carried by the wet filter cotton belt 13, so that the consumption of a subsequent deodorant is reduced. Moreover, the filter cotton belt 13 is stretched by the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, so that the gas flows out from the gas inlet channel 12, and then is discharged after passing through the two layers of filter cotton belts 13, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the gas and the absorption rate of part of water-soluble gas such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like.
In addition, the gas in the atomizing chamber 30 is discharged through the water absorbent cotton assembly 50 to adsorb deodorant particles in the gas through the water absorbent cotton, so that the active deodorant can be recycled, the waste of the deodorant is reduced, and the pollution to the air caused by the fact that the deodorant is directly discharged in the air can be avoided.

the axle distance between the first driving roller (15) and the first supporting roller (16) is larger than the caliber of the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel (12), the filter cotton belt (13) is arranged on the first driving roller (15) and the first supporting roller (16) in an expanding mode, the hairbrush of the hairbrush roller (17) is positioned on the moving path of the filter cotton belt (13), and the rotating direction of the hairbrush roller (17) is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller (16);
the negative pressure fan (20) is connected with the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel (12), and the air outlet end of the negative pressure fan (20) is connected with the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber (30);
the atomizing chamber (30) is matched with a deodorant atomizing component (70), the deodorant atomizing component (70) can atomize deodorant into an inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30), and the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30) is matched with a water absorbent cotton component (50);

2. The chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 1, wherein a sealing strip (18) is provided at one end of said air inlet flow channel (12) facing said filter cotton belt (13), and said sealing strip (18) is made of a flexible material;
the sealing strip (18) is arranged around the circumferential direction of the end part of the air inlet flow channel (12), and one side, facing the sealing strip (18), of the filter cotton belt (13) is abutted against the filter cotton belt (13).
3. A chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 2 wherein said sealing strip (18) is a hollow rubber tube.
4. A chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 2 or 3 wherein the side of said sealing strip (18) facing said filter cotton belt (13) is covered with a teflon layer.
5. The chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 1, wherein said deodorizer atomizing assembly (70) comprises a deodorizer container (71), a pressurizing pump (72) and an atomizing nozzle (73);
the pressurizing pump (72) is capable of pumping the deodorant of the deodorant deodorization container to the atomizing head (73);
the atomizing spray heads (73) are arranged in a plurality of modes, and the atomizing spray heads (73) are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30) respectively.

A chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 5, wherein said atomizing chamber (30) is adapted with a flow baffle (31), said flow baffle (31) dividing the inner cavity of said atomizing chamber (30) into a premixing chamber (32) and a remixing chamber (33) in the direction of the gas flow in said atomizing chamber (30), the outlet of said atomizing nozzle (73) being arranged in said premixing chamber (32);
the flow blocking plate (31) is provided with a plurality of vent holes (34), the premixing cavity (32) is communicated with the remixing cavity (33) through the vent holes (34).

The chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 1, wherein said absorbent cotton assembly (50) comprises an absorbent cotton belt (51), a second driving roller (52), a first pressing pair roller (53), a second supporting roller (54) and a second pressing pair roller (55), said second driving roller (52) being disposed at the inner upper side of the air outlet end of said atomizing chamber (30);
a first liquid collecting tank (56) is further arranged on the upper side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber (30), and the first liquid collecting tank (56) is located on the rear side of the second driving roller (52) along the flowing direction of the air in the atomizing chamber (30);
the second support roller (54) is disposed on a side of the first sump (56) facing the second drive roller (52), and the first pinch roller pair (53) is disposed in the first sump (56) or above the first sump (56);
a second liquid collecting groove (57) is further formed in the lower side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber (30), and the second extrusion double rollers (55) are arranged in the second liquid collecting groove (57);
wherein, second drive roller (52) with the interval of second squeeze roll (55) is greater than the bore of the end of giving vent to anger of atomizer chamber (30), cotton area (51) of absorbing water open and establish on second drive roller (52), second squeeze roll (55), second backing roll (54) and second squeeze roll (55).

The chicken house deodorizing device according to claim 7, wherein a sponge strip (35) is provided at one end of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber (30) opposite to the absorbent cotton belt (51), and the sponge strip (35) is circumferentially arranged around the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30);
one side of the sponge strip (35) opposite to the water absorption cotton belt (51) is provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene strip (36), and one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene strip (36) opposite to the water absorption cotton belt (51) is an arc-shaped surface.
9. A chicken house deodorizing method based on the chicken house deodorizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s10, mounting the plurality of filtering components (10) on one side face of a chicken farm, and connecting the plurality of negative pressure fans (20) with the corresponding air outlet ends of the air inlet flow channels (12) one by one;
