1. the chicken farm deodorizing device provided by the invention is characterized in that an air inlet flow passage is arranged in a mounting shell of a filtering component, an air inlet end of a negative pressure fan is connected with an air outlet end of the air inlet flow passage, an air outlet end of the negative pressure fan is connected with an air inlet end of an atomizing chamber, air in a chicken farm can be sucked from the air inlet flow passage and discharged into the atomizing chamber through the negative pressure fan, a filtering cotton belt has certain water absorbability, clear water in a water storage tank can be adsorbed, the filtering cotton belt always keeps a wet state, dust particles, feathers, flying flocks and other impurities in the air can be filtered through the filtering cotton belt, the feathers, flying flocks and other impurities are prevented from contacting with downstream components, the downstream components are prevented from being blocked, the feathers and the flying flocks cannot work normally, the feathers and the flying flocks are prevented from being stuck on the filtering cotton belt, the feathers and the flying flocks are prevented from flying again, the filtered gas is discharged into the atomizing chamber to be mixed with the deodorant, so that the gas is subjected to deodorization treatment, meanwhile, the hairbrush of the hairbrush roller is positioned on the moving path of the filter cotton belt, the rotating direction of the hairbrush roller is opposite to that of the first supporting roller, so that sundries such as dust particles, feathers and flying flocks attached to the filter cotton belt can be brushed off through the rotation of the hairbrush roller, and the sundries are collected through the water storage tank, so that the gas circulation capacity of the filter cotton belt is recovered, the influence on the flowing of the gas is avoided, therefore, the effective deodorization treatment can be performed on the air in the chicken farm, the components in the air path are easily blocked by feathers and plush, the deodorization continuity is ensured, the odor in the chicken farm is timely treated, and the chicken farm odor is prevented from being accumulated to influence the production of the chicken farm.
2. According to the chicken farm deodorizing device provided by the invention, the filter cotton belt is kept in a wet state all the time, and moisture carried by the wet filter cotton belt can absorb part of water-soluble gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the chicken farm air, so that the consumption of a subsequent deodorizing agent is reduced. The filter cotton belts are stretched by the first driving roller and the first supporting roller, so that after gas flows out from the air inlet flow passage, the gas is discharged after passing through the two layers of filter cotton belts, and the cleanliness of the gas and the absorptivity of partial water-soluble gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like can be ensured.
3. According to the chicken farm deodorizing device provided by the invention, the exhaust fan is connected with the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber, and can be used for pumping air in the atomizing chamber through the absorbent cotton assembly, so that the air in the atomizing chamber is discharged through the absorbent cotton assembly, and deodorant particles in the air are adsorbed through the absorbent cotton, thereby facilitating the recycling of active deodorant, reducing the waste of the deodorant, and avoiding the direct discharge of the deodorant in the air to pollute the air.

According to the chicken farm deodorization method, based on the device, the air in the chicken farm can be effectively deodorized, and the feather and the plush can be prevented from easily blocking the parts in the air path, so that the deodorization continuity is ensured, the odor in the chicken farm is timely treated, and the influence on the production of the chicken farm caused by the accumulation of the odor in the chicken farm is avoided; meanwhile, the moisture carried by the wet filter cotton belt can absorb part of water-soluble gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the air of a chicken farm, so that the consumption of a subsequent deodorant is reduced; the deodorant particles in the gas are adsorbed by the absorbent cotton, so that the active deodorant can be recycled, the waste of the deodorant is reduced, and the deodorant can be prevented from being directly discharged into the air to pollute the air.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a chicken farm deodorizing device, which includes a filter assembly 10, a negative pressure fan 20, an atomizing chamber 30, and an exhaust fan 40; the filter assembly 10 comprises a mounting shell 11, an air inlet runner 12, a filter cotton belt 13 and a water storage tank 14 are arranged in the mounting shell 11, a first driving roller 15 is arranged on the upper side of the air inlet end of the air inlet runner 12, the water storage tank 14 is positioned on the lower side of the air inlet runner 12 at the carrying end, and a first supporting roller 16 and a hairbrush roller 17 are arranged in the water storage tank 14; the wheelbase between the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16 is larger than the caliber of the air inlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, the filter cotton belt 13 is stretched on the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, the brush of the brush roller 17 is positioned on the moving path of the filter cotton belt 13, and the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller 16; the negative pressure fan 20 is connected with the air outlet end of the air inlet flow passage 12; the atomization chamber 30 is provided with a deodorant atomization assembly 70, the deodorant atomization assembly 70 can atomize deodorant in the inner cavity of the atomization chamber 30, and the air outlet end of the atomization chamber 30 is provided with a water absorbent cotton assembly 50; the exhaust fan 40 is connected to the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30, and is capable of exhausting the air in the atomizing chamber 30 through the absorbent cotton assembly 50.
Specifically referring to fig. 2, a sealing strip 18 is disposed at an end of the air inlet channel 12 opposite to the filtering cotton belt 13, and the sealing strip 18 is made of a flexible material; the sealing strip 18 is circumferentially arranged around the end part of the air inlet channel 12, and one side of the filtering cotton strip 13, which is opposite to the sealing strip 18, is abutted against the filtering cotton strip 13, so that a gap between the end part of the air inlet channel 12 and the filtering cotton strip 13 is sealed through the sealing strip 18, and gas in a chicken farm is prevented from bypassing the filtering cotton strip 13 and directly entering the air inlet end of the negative pressure fan 20.
For the sealing strip 18, it may be an annular part made of flexible materials such as a rubber strip, a soft PVC strip, etc., in this embodiment, the sealing strip 18 is a hollow rubber tube, so as to ensure that the sealing strip 18 has sufficient flexibility, so that the sealing strip 18 can be closely attached to the surface of the filter cotton strip 13.
On this basis, the sealing strip 18 is covered with a polytetrafluoroethylene layer on the side opposite to the filter cotton belt 13, so that the self-lubricating property of polytetrafluoroethylene is utilized to reduce the moving friction force of the filter cotton belt 13, thereby reducing the moving resistance of the filter cotton belt 13, reducing the abrasion of the filter cotton belt 13 and prolonging the service life of the filter cotton belt 13.
Referring to fig. 3, the deodorant spray assembly 70 includes a deodorant container 71, a pressurizing pump 72, and a spray head 73; the pressurizing pump 72 is capable of pumping the deodorant of the deodorant deodorizing container to the atomizing head 73; the atomizing nozzles 73 are provided in plurality, and the atomizing nozzles 73 are separately provided at the upper and lower sides of the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30, so as to ensure that the deodorant can be uniformly distributed in the atomizing chamber 30, and the gas can be fully mixed with the deodorant mist.
With continued reference to fig. 1, it should be noted that a flow baffle 31 is adapted in the atomization chamber 30, the flow baffle 31 divides the inner cavity of the atomization chamber 30 into a premixing cavity 32 and a remixing cavity 33 along the direction of the gas flow in the atomization chamber 30, and the outlet of the atomizing nozzle 73 is disposed in the premixing cavity 32; the baffle plate 31 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 34, the premixing cavity 32 and the remixing cavity 33 are communicated through the vent holes 34, gas entering the atomizing chamber 30 can be forced to turn back through the baffle plate 31 so as to be fully mixed with deodorant mist particles in the premixing cavity 32, the baffle plate 31 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 34, and the premixing cavity 32 and the remixing cavity 33 are communicated through the vent holes 34, so that the gas entering the atomizing chamber 30 is firstly expanded in the premixing cavity 32 and turned back under the action of the baffle plate 31 so as to be fully premixed with the deodorant mist particles, and then compressed and forcedly mixed through the vent holes 34 and then re-expanded in the remixing cavity 33, thereby ensuring that the deodorant can be thoroughly deodorized.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the absorbent cotton assembly 50 includes an absorbent cotton belt 51, a second driving roller 52, a first pressing pair roller 53, a second supporting roller 54, and a second pressing pair roller 55, the second driving roller 52 being disposed at an upper side in the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30; a first liquid collecting tank 56 is further arranged on the upper side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber 30, and the first liquid collecting tank 56 is positioned on the rear side of the second driving roller 52 along the direction of the air flow in the atomizing chamber 30; the second supporting roller 54 is arranged on the side of the first liquid collecting groove 56 opposite to the second driving roller 52, and the first extrusion pair roller 53 is arranged in the first liquid collecting groove 56 or above the first liquid collecting groove 56; a second liquid collecting tank 57 is further arranged at the lower side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber 30, and the second extrusion pair roller 55 is arranged in the second liquid collecting tank 57; the distance between the second driving roller 52 and the second extrusion pair roller 55 is larger than the caliber of the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30, and the absorbent cotton belt 51 is stretched over the second driving roller 52, the second extrusion pair roller 55, the second supporting roller 54 and the second extrusion pair roller 55.
The air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30 is plugged by the water absorbing cotton belt 51, so that air in the atomizing chamber 30 is forced to pass through the water absorbing cotton belt 51, the first extrusion pair roller 53 is arranged in the first liquid collecting tank 56 or above the first liquid collecting tank 56, the second extrusion pair roller 55 is arranged in the second liquid collecting tank 57, the water absorbing cotton belt 51 is extruded by the first extrusion pair roller 53 and the second extrusion pair roller 55, the water absorbing performance of the water absorbing cotton belt 51 is recovered, the water absorbing cotton belt 51 can absorb water continuously, and the active deodorant can be recycled. The absorbent cotton tape 51 is stretched by the second driving roller 52, the second pressing pair roller 55, the second supporting roller 54, and the first pressing pair roller 53, so that the gas flows out of the atomizing chamber 30, passes through the two layers of absorbent cotton tape 51, and is discharged, thereby ensuring the recovery rate of the deodorant.
Referring to fig. 4, a sponge strip 35 is disposed at an end of the air outlet port of the atomization chamber 30 opposite to the absorbent cotton belt 51, and the sponge strip 35 is circumferentially disposed around the air outlet port of the atomization chamber 30; a polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36 is arranged on one side of the sponge strip 35, which is opposite to the water absorbing cotton belt 51, and one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene strip 36, which is opposite to the water absorbing cotton belt 51, is an arc-shaped surface.
The air inlet channel 12 end and the direct gap of the filter cotton belt 13 are sealed by the sponge strips 35, so that the air in atomization is prevented from bypassing the water absorbing cotton belt 51 and directly entering the air inlet end of the air exhaust fan 40. And the polytetrafluoroethylene strips 36 are arranged on one side of the sponge strips 35, which is opposite to the water-absorbing cotton strips 51, and one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene strips 36, which is opposite to the water-absorbing cotton strips 51, is an arc surface, so that the self-lubricating characteristic of polytetrafluoroethylene can be utilized to reduce the friction force of the water-absorbing cotton strips 51 in moving, thereby reducing the resistance of the water-absorbing cotton strips 51 in moving, reducing the abrasion of the water-absorbing cotton strips 51 and prolonging the service life of the water-absorbing cotton strips 51.
To summarize, in the chicken farm deodorizing device provided in this embodiment, the air inlet flow channel 12 is provided inside the installation housing 11 of the filter assembly 10, the air inlet end of the negative pressure fan 20 is connected with the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel 12, the air outlet end is connected with the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber 30, and air in the chicken farm can be sucked from the air inlet flow channel 12 through the negative pressure fan 20 and discharged into the atomizing chamber 30. The filter assembly 10 is also provided with a filter cotton belt 13 and a water storage tank 14 in a mounting shell, a first driving roller 15 is arranged on the upper side of the air inlet end of the air inlet channel 12, the water storage tank 14 is positioned on the lower side of the air inlet end of the air inlet channel 12, a first supporting roller 16 and a brush roller 17 are arranged in the water storage tank 14, the filter cotton belt 13 is stretched on the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16 to set the filter cotton belt 13 at the air outlet end of the air inlet channel 12, and the wheelbase between the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16 is larger than the caliber of the air outlet end of the air inlet channel 12, so that the filter cotton belt 13 can seal the air outlet end of the air inlet channel 12, and air in the air inlet channel 12 is forced to pass through the filter cotton belt 13.
The first supporting roller 16 is arranged in the water storage tank 14, and the filter cotton belt 13 has certain water absorbability, so that clear water in the water storage tank 14 can be absorbed, and the filter cotton belt 13 is always kept in a wet state; on one hand, dust particles, feathers, flying flocks and other impurities in the air can be filtered through the filter cotton belt 13, so that the feathers, the flying flocks and other components are prevented from contacting with the downstream components, the downstream components are blocked and cannot work normally, the feathers and the flying flocks can be adhered to the filter cotton belt 13, and the feathers and the flying flocks are prevented from flying again; on the other hand, the moisture carried by the wet filter cotton tape 13 can absorb part of the ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and other water-soluble gases in the air of the chicken house, thereby reducing the consumption of the subsequent deodorant. The filter belt 13 is stretched by the first driving roller 15 and the first supporting roller 16, so that the gas flows out from the gas inlet passage 12, passes through the two layers of filter belts 13, and is discharged, whereby the degree of cleanliness of the gas and the absorptivity of a part of water-soluble gas such as ammonia gas and hydrogen sulfide can be ensured.
Meanwhile, the brush of the brush roller 17 is located on the moving path of the filter cotton belt 13, and the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first supporting roller 16, so that dust particles, feathers, flying flocks and other impurities attached to the filter cotton belt 13 can be brushed off through the rotation of the brush roller 17 and collected through the water storage tank 14, and the air circulation capacity of the filter cotton belt 13 is recovered, so that the influence on the air flow is avoided.
In addition, the exhaust fan 40 is connected with the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber 30, and can pump out the air in the atomizing chamber 30 through the absorbent cotton assembly 50, on one hand, the air in the atomizing chamber 30 can be pumped out through the exhaust fan 40, so that smooth discharge of the air in the atomizing chamber 30 can be ensured, overlarge air resistance caused by arrangement of the filter cotton belt 13 and the absorbent cotton assembly 50 is avoided, and on the other hand, the air in the atomizing chamber 30 is discharged through the absorbent cotton assembly 50, so that deodorant particles in the air are adsorbed through the absorbent cotton, recycling of active deodorant is realized, waste of the deodorant is reduced, and pollution to the air can be avoided by directly discharging the deodorant in the air.
In summary, the chicken farm deodorizing device provided by the embodiment can perform effective deodorizing treatment on air in a chicken farm, and can avoid the phenomenon that feathers and wool easily block components in an air path, thereby ensuring deodorizing continuity, timely treating odor in the chicken farm, and avoiding the influence on the production of the chicken farm due to the accumulation of the odor in the chicken farm.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a chicken farm deodorizing method, based on the chicken farm deodorizing device described in embodiment 1, comprising the steps of:
And S10, installing a plurality of filter assemblies 10 on one side surface of a chicken farm, and connecting a plurality of negative pressure fans 20 with the air outlet ends of the corresponding air inlet channels 12 one by one.
Specifically, according to the size of the chicken farm area, a corresponding number of the filter assemblies 10 are installed, and the filter assemblies 10 are installed at one side of the chicken farm, so that interference of the filter assemblies 10 to chicken raising operations can be avoided. And each filter assembly 10 is correspondingly provided with a negative pressure fan 20, so that effective suction of the air in the chicken farm can be ensured.
S20, injecting clean water into the water storage tank 14, so that the first supporting roller 16 is submerged in the clean water, and injecting deodorant into the storage container of the deodorant atomization assembly 70.
The clean water in the water storage tank 14 needs to be periodically added and cleaned, and similarly, a deodorant needs to be periodically added to ensure the normal operation of deodorization.
S30, starting the first driving roller 15, the hairbrush roller 17 and the deodorant atomization assembly 70 to drive the filter cotton belt 13 to move around the first supporting roller 16 through the first driving roller 15, and forming deodorant mist in the atomization chamber 30 through the deodorant atomization assembly 70.
And S40, starting the negative pressure fan 20, so that air in the chicken farm flows through the filter cotton belt 13 and then is input into the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber 30 to be mixed with deodorant mist for deodorization.
It will be appreciated that the air outlet end of each negative pressure fan 20 is connected to the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber 30 by a corresponding pipe. An extraction manifold is typically provided, with the outlet end of each negative pressure fan 20 being connected to the extraction manifold by a branch, and the extraction manifold being directly connected to the inlet end of the atomising chamber 30.
S50, starting the exhaust fan 40 to enable the gas in the atomizing chamber 30 to flow through the absorbent cotton assembly 50 and then be discharged.
The air exhausted by the exhaust fan 40 can be directly discharged into the air or can be sent back to the chicken farm for circulation through a pipeline.
Preferably, a plurality of air intake louvers are provided on the side of the chicken farm remote from the filter assembly 10. It should be appreciated that the air inlet window is generally opposite to the mounting housing 11 of the air inlet assembly, so that air forms convection in the chicken farm under the action of the negative pressure fan 20, thereby ensuring the circulation of air in the chicken farm, and the insect screen is mounted in the air inlet window, thereby preventing foreign matters from entering the chicken farm from the air inlet window.
That is, the chicken farm deodorization method provided by the embodiment sucks air in the chicken farm through the air inlet channel 12 by the negative pressure fan 20 and the exhaust fan 40 and discharges the air into the atomizing chamber 30, the filter cotton belt 13 has certain water absorbability, clean water in the water storage tank 14 can be adsorbed, the filter cotton belt 13 always keeps a wet state, dust particles, feathers, flying flocks and other impurities in the air can be filtered by the filter cotton belt 13, the feathers, flying flocks and other impurities can be prevented from contacting with downstream components, the downstream components are prevented from being blocked and not working normally, the feathers and the flying flocks can be prevented from being stuck on the filter cotton belt 13, the feathers and the flying flocks are prevented from flying again, the filtered gas is discharged into the atomizing chamber 30 to be mixed with deodorant, so that the gas is deodorized, meanwhile, the brushes of the brush roller 17 are positioned on the moving path of the filter cotton belt 13, and the rotating direction of the brush roller 17 is opposite to that of the first supporting roller 16, so that dust particles, feathers, flying flocks and other impurities attached to the filter cotton belt 13 can be brushed off through the rotation of the brush roller 17 and collected through the water storage tank 14, the air circulation capacity of the filter cotton belt 13 is recovered, and the influence on the air flowing is avoided, so that the air in a chicken farm can be effectively deodorized, the feathers and the plush can be prevented from blocking components in an air path easily, the deodorizing continuity is ensured, the odor in the chicken farm is timely treated, and the odor accumulation in the chicken farm is avoided, so that the production of the chicken farm is prevented from being influenced.
Meanwhile, the filter cotton belt 13 is kept in a wet state all the time, and the moisture carried by the wet filter cotton belt 13 can absorb part of water-soluble gases such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the air of a chicken farm, so that the consumption of a subsequent deodorant is reduced. In addition, the gas in the atomizing chamber 30 is discharged through the absorbent cotton assembly 50 to adsorb deodorant particles in the gas through the absorbent cotton, so that the recycling of the active deodorant is realized, the waste of the deodorant is reduced, and the direct discharge of the deodorant in the air and the pollution to the air can be avoided.

the negative pressure fan (20) is connected with the air outlet end of the air inlet flow channel (12), the air outlet end of the negative pressure fan (20) is connected with the air inlet end of the atomizing chamber (30), the filter assembly (10) is arranged on one side surface of the chicken farm in a use state, and air in the chicken farm can be sucked from the air inlet flow channel (12) and discharged into the atomizing chamber (30) through the negative pressure fan (20);
The deodorizing and atomizing device comprises an atomizing chamber (30), a deodorizing and atomizing assembly (70), wherein the deodorizing and atomizing assembly (70) can atomize deodorizing agents in an inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30), and a water-absorbing cotton assembly (50) is arranged at an air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30);
the exhaust fan (40) is connected with the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30) and can pump out air in the atomizing chamber (30) through the absorbent cotton assembly (50);
the water-absorbing cotton assembly (50) comprises a water-absorbing cotton belt (51), a second driving roller (52), a first extrusion pair roller (53), a second supporting roller (54) and a second extrusion pair roller (55), wherein the second driving roller (52) is arranged at the upper side in the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30);
a first liquid collecting tank (56) is further arranged on the upper side of the air outlet port of the atomizing chamber (30), and the first liquid collecting tank (56) is positioned on the rear side of the second driving roller (52) along the direction of air flow in the atomizing chamber (30);
the second supporting roller (54) is arranged on one side of the first liquid collecting groove (56) opposite to the second driving roller (52), and the first extrusion pair roller (53) is arranged in the first liquid collecting groove (56) or above the first liquid collecting groove (56);
A second liquid collecting tank (57) is further arranged at the lower side of the air outlet port of the atomization chamber (30), and the second extrusion pair roller (55) is arranged in the second liquid collecting tank (57);
the distance between the second driving roller (52) and the second extrusion pair roller (55) is larger than the caliber of the air outlet end of the atomizing chamber (30), and the water-absorbing cotton belt (51) is stretched on the second driving roller (52), the second extrusion pair roller (55), the second supporting roller (54) and the second extrusion pair roller (55);
a flow baffle plate (31) is adapted in the atomizing chamber (30), the flow baffle plate (31) divides the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30) into a premixing cavity (32) and a remixing cavity (33) along the gas flowing direction in the atomizing chamber (30), and an outlet of an atomizing nozzle (73) is arranged in the premixing cavity (32);
the flow baffle (31) is provided with a plurality of vent holes (34), and the premixing cavity (32) and the remixing cavity (33) are communicated through the vent holes (34); the gas entering the atomization chamber (30) is firstly expanded in the premixing cavity (32) and turned back under the action of the flow baffle plate (31), so that the gas and deodorant mist particles are fully premixed, compressed and forcedly mixed through the vent holes (34), and then re-expanded in the re-mixing cavity (33), so that the deodorant can be thoroughly deodorized.
2. Chicken farm deodorizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that one end of said air inlet channel (12) facing said filtering cotton belt (13) is provided with a sealing strip (18), said sealing strip (18) being made of flexible material;
the sealing strip (18) is circumferentially arranged around the end part of the air inlet channel (12), and one side, opposite to the sealing strip (18), of the filter cotton belt (13) is abutted against the sealing strip (18).
3. Chicken farm deodorizing device according to claim 2, characterized in that said sealing strip (18) is a hollow rubber tube.
4. A chicken farm deodorizing device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the side of said sealing strip (18) facing said filter belt (13) is covered with a polytetrafluoroethylene layer.
5. The chicken farm deodorizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that said deodorizing agent atomizing assembly (70) comprises a deodorizing agent container (71), a pressurizing pump (72) and an atomizing nozzle (73);
the pressurizing pump (72) can pump the deodorant in the deodorant container (71) to the atomizing nozzle (73);
the atomizing spray heads (73) are arranged in a plurality, and the atomizing spray heads (73) are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30) respectively.
6. Chicken farm deodorizing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the air outlet port of said atomizing chamber (30) is provided with a sponge strip (35) at the end facing said absorbent cotton belt (51), said sponge strip (35) being circumferentially arranged around the air outlet port of said atomizing chamber (30);
one side of the sponge strip (35) facing the water absorbing cotton belt (51) is provided with a polytetrafluoroethylene strip (36), and one side of the polytetrafluoroethylene strip (36) facing the water absorbing cotton belt (51) is an arc-shaped surface.
7. A chicken farm deodorizing method, characterized in that it is based on a chicken farm deodorizing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s10, installing a plurality of filter assemblies (10) on one side surface of a chicken farm, and connecting a plurality of negative pressure fans (20) with the air outlet ends of the corresponding air inlet channels (12) one by one;
s20, injecting clean water into the water storage tank (14) to enable the first supporting roller (16) to be submerged in the clean water, and injecting deodorant into a storage container of the deodorant atomization assembly (70);
s30, starting the first driving roller (15), the hairbrush roller (17) and the deodorant atomization assembly (70) to drive the filter cotton belt (13) to move around the first supporting roller (16) through the first driving roller (15), and forming deodorant mist in the atomization chamber (30) through the deodorant atomization assembly (70);
S40, starting the negative pressure fan (20) to enable air in the chicken farm to flow through the filter cotton belt (13) and then input into the inner cavity of the atomizing chamber (30) to be mixed with deodorant mist for deodorization;
s50, starting the exhaust fan (40) to enable the gas in the atomizing chamber (30) to flow through the absorbent cotton assembly (50) and then be discharged.
8. The chicken farm deodorizing method according to claim 7, characterized in that in step S10, a plurality of air intake windows are provided at a side of the chicken farm away from said filter assembly (10), and an insect net is installed in said air intake windows.
