Abstract
本申请涉及一种辅小区激活方法、终端设备和网络设备,该方法包括:终端设备接收第一指示信息,所述第一指示信息包括下行控制信息DCI,所述第一指示信息用于指示是否激活辅小区Scell和/或发送参考信号RS;所述终端设备根据所述第一指示信息激活所述Scell和/或发送所述RS,或者,不激活所述Scell和/或不发送所述RS。利用本申请实施例能够实现Scell的快速激活。
