As shown in fig. 4, the building introduction page may contain building detail introduction information and a target area, and the terminal device may display two buttons of "recommend client" and "telephone consultation" in the target area. The terminal equipment can receive an instruction of clicking a 'recommend client' button by the target client to recommend the detailed description information of the floor to other clients. The terminal equipment can also receive an instruction of clicking a 'telephone consultation' button by the target client, and after the authorization of the target client, the terminal equipment can call the current recommendation consultant for consultation.
In an optional implementation manner, if the terminal device determines that the target floor does not have a corresponding service advisor, the terminal device displays a preset color in the target area to indicate that the target floor does not have a corresponding service advisor. Further, the terminal device may display a "call" button in a target area in the floor introduction page containing the floor detail introduction information. The terminal device may receive an instruction from the target client to click the "call" button, and the terminal device may call the global sharing advisor after authorization by the target client. It should be noted that the preset color can be used to distinguish that no corresponding service advisor exists in the target floor, and the preset color is not specifically limited in the present application.
In another alternative embodiment, if the terminal device determines that the target floor does not have a corresponding service advisor, the terminal device displays a corresponding name and gender area as "- - - -" and a photo area as blank in the target area. Further, the terminal device may display a "call" button in a target area in the floor introduction page containing the floor detail introduction information. The terminal device may receive an instruction from the target client to click the "call" button, and the terminal device may call the global sharing advisor after authorization by the target client.
For example, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another schematic diagram of a target area provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the floor introduction page may contain floor detail introduction information and a target area, and the terminal device may be displayed as blank in a photo area in the target area, and as "- -" in name and gender to indicate that there is no currently recommended consultant. Also, a "call" button is displayed in the target area. The terminal equipment can receive an instruction of clicking a 'call' button by a user, and after the authorization of the target client, the terminal equipment can call a global sharing consultant sharing the floor detail introduction information of the target client.
In the implementation, the terminal device may determine the current recommended consultant of the target client according to the identity information of the global sharing consultant for pushing the floor detail introduction information for the target client and whether a service consultant in a binding relationship with the target client exists, so that the target client can be quickly and reasonably allocated to the service consultant, and the client allocation efficiency and the transaction conversion rate are improved.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a client distribution device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the customer distribution apparatus may include: an acquisition unit 61, a processing unit 62 and a determination unit 63.
In a specific implementation, the obtaining unit 61 is configured to obtain identity information of a global sharing advisor that pushes the floor detail introduction information for the target client. And the processing unit 62 is configured to determine, according to the identity information of the global sharing advisor, whether the global sharing advisor is a service advisor for a target floor corresponding to the floor detail introduction information. A determining unit 63, configured to determine the global sharing advisor as a current recommended advisor for the target client if the global sharing advisor is determined to be a service advisor for the target floor. And a processing unit 62, configured to determine whether a service advisor in a binding relationship with a target client exists in the service advisors in the target floor if it is determined that the global sharing advisor is not a service advisor in the target floor. A determining unit 63, configured to determine a service advisor having a binding relationship with the target client as a current recommended advisor if it is determined that the service advisor having a binding relationship with the target client exists. A determining unit 63, configured to determine, if it is determined that there is no service advisor in a binding relationship with the target client, a current recommended advisor according to the identity information of the target client.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing unit 62 is configured to determine whether the target client is a service advisor for the target floor based on the identity information of the target client. A determination unit 63 for determining an official counselor of the target floor as a current recommended counselor if it is determined that the target client is a service counselor of the target floor.
In an alternative embodiment, the determining unit 63 is configured to determine the official advisor as the current recommended advisor if it is determined that the target client obtains the floor detail introduction information through the floor promotion information corresponding to the target floor.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing unit 62 is adapted to determine whether only an official counselor is present in the service counselor for the target floor. And the processing unit 62 is configured to determine whether the target client is a broker according to the identity information of the target client. And the output unit 64 is used for generating and displaying a recommended client button to the target client if the target client is determined to be the broker, wherein the recommended client button is used for recommending the identity information of the client by the target client.
In an alternative embodiment, the obtaining unit 61 is configured to obtain basic information of a currently recommended consultant, where the basic information at least includes identity information of the currently recommended consultant. And an output unit 64 for displaying basic information of the currently recommended consultant in a target area in the floor introduction page containing the floor detail introduction information.
In an alternative embodiment, the output unit 64 is configured to display a preset color in the target area if it is determined that the target floor does not have a corresponding service advisor.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electronic device may be the terminal device in the above embodiment, and may be configured to implement the steps of the client allocation method executed by the terminal device described in the above embodiment. The electronic device may include: a processor 81, a memory 82 and a bus system 83.
Memory 82 includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EPROM or CD-ROM, and memory 82 is used to store the relevant instructions and data. The memory 82 stores elements, executable modules or data structures, or subsets thereof, or expanded sets thereof:
and (3) operating instructions: including various operational instructions for performing various operations.
Operating the system: including various system programs for implementing various basic services and for handling hardware-based tasks.
Only one memory is shown in fig. 8, but of course, the memory may be provided in plural numbers as needed.
As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device may further include an input/output device 84, and the input/output device 84 may be a communication module or a transceiver circuit. In the embodiment of the present application, the input/output device 84 is used for performing a process of transceiving data or signaling, such as feature information, involved in the embodiment.
Processor 81 may be a controller, CPU, general purpose processor, DSP, ASIC, FPGA or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware component, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure of the embodiments of the application. Processor 81 may also be a combination of computing functions, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors in combination, a DSP and a microprocessor in combination, or the like.
In a particular application, the various components of the electronic device are coupled together by a bus system 83, wherein the bus system 83 may include a power bus, a control bus, a status signal bus, etc., in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled as bus system 83 in fig. 8. For ease of illustration, it is only schematically drawn in fig. 8.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the processor in the embodiment of the present application may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capability. In implementation, the steps of the above method embodiments may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware in a processor or instructions in the form of software. The Processor may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, or discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed.
It will be appreciated that the memory in the embodiments of the subject application can be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or can include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile memory may be a read-only memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an electrically Erasable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash memory. Volatile memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache memory. By way of example, but not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), double data rate SDRAM, enhanced SDRAM, SLDRAM, synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), and direct rambus RAM (DR RAM). It should be noted that the memories described in the embodiments of the present application are intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memories.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a computer, implements the method or steps performed by the terminal device in the foregoing embodiments.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer program product, and when executed by a computer, the computer program product implements the method or the steps executed by the terminal device in the above embodiments.
It should be noted that, for the sake of simplicity, any of the above embodiments of the client allocation method are described as a series of action combinations, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described action sequence, because some steps may be performed in other sequences or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
While the present application has been described in connection with various embodiments, other variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed application, from a review of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. In the claims, the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the word "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. The mere fact that certain measures are recited in mutually different dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of these measures cannot be used to advantage.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the various methods of any of the above-described method embodiments of the customer distribution method may be performed by associated hardware as instructed by a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable memory, which may include: flash Memory disks, read-Only memories (ROMs), random Access Memories (RAMs), magnetic or optical disks, and the like.

Claims (10)

1. A method for customer distribution, comprising:
acquiring identity information of a global sharing advisor which pushes building detail introduction information for a target client;
judging whether the global sharing consultant is a service consultant of a target building corresponding to the building detail introduction information or not according to the identity information of the global sharing consultant;
if the global sharing consultant is determined to be the service consultant of the target floor, determining the global sharing consultant to be the current recommended consultant of the target client;
if the global sharing consultant is not the service consultant of the target building, judging whether a service consultant which has a binding relationship with the target client exists in the service consultants of the target building;
if the service consultant having the binding relationship with the target client is determined to exist, determining the service consultant having the binding relationship with the target client as the current recommended consultant;
and if the service consultant in binding relationship with the target client does not exist, determining the current recommended consultant according to the identity information of the target client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining said current recommended consultant based on identity information of said target client comprises:
judging whether the target client is a service advisor of the target floor or not according to the identity information of the target client;
if the target client is determined to be the service advisor of the target floor, the official advisor of the target floor is determined to be the current recommended advisor.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein if it is determined that the target customer is not a service advisor for the target floor, the method further comprises:
and if the target client is determined to obtain the building detail introduction information through the building popularization information corresponding to the target building, determining the official consultant as the current recommended consultant.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein if it is determined that the target customer does not acquire the floor detail introduction information through the floor promotion information corresponding to the target floor, the method further comprises:
determining whether only the official counselor exists in a service counselor of the target building;
if it is determined that only the official counselor exists in the service counselor of the target floor, determining the official counselor as the current recommended counselor;
and if the service consultants of the target building are determined to have other service consultants except the official consultant, determining one of the other service consultants as the current recommended consultant.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said determining one of the other service advisors as the current recommended advisor comprises:
determining a priority of each service advisor from feature information of each of the other service advisors through a preset priority determination model, wherein the feature information of a service advisor includes one or more of historical transaction rate, customer rating, or idle time of the service advisor;
and determining the service consultant with the highest priority in the service consultants as the current recommended consultant.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
judging whether the target client is a broker or not according to the identity information of the target client;
and if the target customer is determined to be the broker, generating and displaying a recommended customer button to the target customer, wherein the recommended customer button is used for the target customer to input identity information of the recommended customer.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
obtaining basic information of the current recommended consultant, wherein the basic information at least comprises identity information of the current recommended consultant;
and displaying the basic information of the current recommended consultant in a target area in a building introduction page containing the building detail introduction information.
8. A customer distribution apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the identity information of the global sharing consultant for pushing the floor detail introduction information for the target client;
the processing unit is used for judging whether the global sharing consultant is a service consultant of a target floor corresponding to the floor detail introduction information or not according to the identity information of the global sharing consultant;
the determination unit is used for determining the global sharing advisor as a current recommended advisor of the target client if the global sharing advisor is determined to be a service advisor of the target building;
the processing unit is used for judging whether a service consultant which has a binding relationship with the target client exists in the service consultants of the target floor or not if the global sharing consultant is determined not to be the service consultant of the target floor;
a determining unit, configured to determine a service advisor having a binding relationship with the target client as the current recommended advisor if it is determined that the service advisor having the binding relationship with the target client exists;
and the determining unit is used for determining the current recommended consultant according to the identity information of the target client if the service consultant which has the binding relationship with the target client does not exist.
9. A computer-readable storage medium for storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the processor executes the computer program.
