Abstract
The invention discloses a simple liquefying agent and a liquefying device for a sputum specimen, which belong to the technical field of medical treatment, wherein the liquefying agent comprises the following components: 0.65 to 0.85 part of dithiothreitol, 0.15 to 0.35 part of proteinase K,0.005 to 0.025 part of monopotassium phosphate, 0.08 to 0.1 part of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5 to 0.7 part of sodium chloride and 4 to 6 parts of water. Therefore, the sample can be conveniently reserved for the patient, the pretreatment steps of laboratory staff are reduced, and the liquefaction purity is improved.
