When dust air enters the second chamber and is filtered by the first filter plate 25, the circulating high-pressure pump sends water in the water storage chamber 29 to the nozzle 24 through the third water conveying pipeline and sprays the water to the first filter plate 25, so that the first filter plate 25 is cleaned, the first filter plate 25 is prevented from being blocked, and cleaning water enters the water storage chamber 29 for recycling after being filtered by the second filter plate 28; the top wall of the dust removal box 8 is provided with an openable cover plate, so that the inside of the dust removal box 8 is cleaned and trimmed conveniently.
In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 4, in the dust suppression system of the storage yard stacker-reclaimer, a support plate 27 parallel to the first filter plate 25 is disposed on the bottom wall in the dust removal box 8, one surface of the support plate 27 facing the second chamber is arc-shaped, and the top tip of the support plate 27 is inserted into the groove at the bottom of the first filter plate 25. The support plate 27 is used for fixedly supporting the first filter plate 25; the cambered surface design of the supporting plate 27 enables dust on the first filter plate 25 to slide to the bottom wall of the dust collection box 8, so that excessive dust is prevented from being accumulated at the corners of the bottom of the first filter plate 25 to influence the flushing and cleaning of the first filter plate 25.
In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 4, in the dust suppression system of the storage yard stacker-reclaimer, a dust outlet 30 is arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the second chamber, and a sealing plug is arranged at the dust outlet 30. The dust outlet 30 is used for cleaning dust in the second room.
In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 5, in the dust suppression system of the storage yard stacker-reclaimer, the second water pipe includes:
the multi-section second water pipe 36 is provided with the electromagnetic valve, the water outlet end of the second water pipe 36 is communicated with the second spray head, and the second spray head comprises an upper spray head 34 for spraying water obliquely upwards and a lower spray head 33 for spraying water obliquely downwards;
and the second collecting pipe is connected with the water storage tank 6 and the water inlet end of each section of second water pipe 36, and the water delivery high-pressure pump is arranged on the second collecting pipe. Solenoid valves are arranged on the second water pipes 36 of each section, so that the water spray of each second spray head can be selected and controlled independently; the second spray head includes an upper spray head 34 and a lower spray head 33 to expand a spray range.
In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 5, in the dust suppression system of the storage yard stacker-reclaimer, a hook 35 is disposed on the second water pipe 36 near the water outlet end thereof, a circular ring 31 is rotatably disposed on the top of the receiving hopper 9, a plurality of bayonets 32 are disposed on the circular ring 31, and the hook 35 is hung at one of the bayonets 32. An annular groove is formed in the top of the receiving hopper 9, a circular ring 31 is inserted into the groove and can slide along the groove in an annular manner, and the position of a hook 35 can be adjusted by moving the circular ring 31, so that the positions of the water outlet end of a second water pipe 36 and a second spray head can be adjusted; the hooks 35 are hung at the adjacent bayonets 32, so that a plurality of second spray heads can be indirectly concentrated, the water spraying quantity is concentrated, and the spraying humidity is increased.

the first collecting pipe is connected with the water storage tank and the water inlet end of each section of first water pipe, and the water delivery high-pressure pump is arranged on the first collecting pipe;
a plurality of connecting rods perpendicular to the baffle plate are arranged on one side surface of the baffle plate, which is opposite to the cantilever, a non-circular supporting ring is arranged on the connecting rods, the axis of the supporting ring is parallel to the moving rods, the section of the moving rods is identical to the shape of the supporting ring, the moving rods are movably inserted into the supporting rings, one end of each moving rod is provided with a connecting pipe parallel to the moving rods, and the connecting pipes are connected with an output shaft of an adjusting motor through a thread structure;
the adjusting plate is provided with a rectangular rotating hole, the limiting rod is inserted into the rotating hole, and the end part of the limiting rod is provided with a limiting block;
