When the dust-laden air enters the second chamber and is filtered by the first filter plate 25, the circulating high-pressure pump sends water in the water storage chamber 29 to the nozzle 24 through the third water conveying pipeline and sprays the water to the first filter plate 25 to clean the first filter plate 25, the first filter plate 25 is prevented from being blocked, and cleaning water enters the water storage chamber 29 after being filtered by the second filter plate 28 for recycling; 8 roof of dust removal case sets up to openable apron, conveniently clears up the repairment to 8 insides of dust removal case.

The support plate 27 is for fixedly supporting the first filter plate 25; the cambered surface of the support plate 27 enables the dust on the first filter plate 25 to smoothly move to the bottom wall of the dust removing box 8, so as to prevent the dust from being accumulated too much at the bottom corners of the first filter plate 25 and affecting the washing and cleaning of the first filter plate 25.
In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 4, in the dust suppression system of the yard stacker-reclaimer, a dust outlet 30 is provided at the bottom of the side wall of the second chamber, and a block is provided at the dust outlet 30. The dust outlet 30 is used for cleaning dust in the second room.
In another technical solution, as shown in fig. 5, in the dust suppression system of the yard stacker-reclaimer, the second water conveying pipeline includes:
the electromagnetic valves are arranged on the multiple sections of second water pipes 36, the water outlet ends of the second water pipes 36 are communicated with the second spray heads, and the second spray heads comprise upper spray heads 34 spraying water obliquely upwards and lower spray heads 33 spraying water obliquely downwards;
and the second collecting pipe is connected with the water storage tank 6 and the water inlet ends of the sections of second water pipes 36, and the first collecting pipe is provided with the water delivery high-pressure pump. Each section of the second water pipe 36 is provided with an electromagnetic valve, so that the water spraying of each second spray head can be conveniently and independently and selectively controlled; the second spray head includes an upper spray head 34 and a lower spray head 33 to expand a spray range.
In another technical scheme, as shown in fig. 5, in the dust suppression system of the yard stacker-reclaimer, a hook 35 is arranged on the second water pipe 36 near the water outlet end thereof, a circular ring 31 is rotatably arranged at the top of the receiving hopper 9, a plurality of bayonets 32 are arranged on the circular ring 31, and the hook 35 is hung at one of the bayonets 32. An annular groove is formed in the top of the material receiving funnel 9, the circular ring 31 is inserted into the groove and can annularly slide along the groove, the position of the hook 35 can be adjusted by moving the circular ring 31, and then the positions of the water outlet end of the second water pipe 36 and the second spray head are adjusted; hang a plurality of couples 35 and establish in adjacent bayonet socket 32 department, can indirectly concentrate a plurality of second shower nozzles, and then concentrate the water spray volume, increase and spray humidity.

1. Dust suppression system of stock yard stacker-reclaimer, its characterized in that includes:
the water storage tank is arranged on the stacker-reclaimer base;
cantilever bucket wheel presses down dirt subassembly, it includes:
the cover is arranged above the cantilever and the bucket wheel and covers the cantilever and the bucket wheel, a plurality of dust suction ports are formed in the top of the cover along the extension direction of the cantilever, a plurality of first spray heads are arranged on the cover, close to the edges of two sides of the cover, in a swinging mode along the extension direction of the cantilever, and the first spray heads are communicated with the water storage tank through first water conveying pipelines;
the dust removal box is arranged on the stacker-reclaimer base, a first filter plate which divides the dust removal box into a first chamber and a second chamber is detachably arranged in the dust removal box, a suction fan is arranged on the side wall of the first chamber, and the second chamber is communicated with each dust suction port through a dust suction pipeline;
a transit zone dust suppression assembly, comprising:
the plurality of second spray heads are detachably arranged at the opening at the top of the material receiving funnel, and the second water conveying pipeline is communicated with the second spray heads and the water storage tank;
and the first water conveying pipeline and the second water conveying pipeline are both provided with a water conveying high-pressure pump and an electromagnetic valve.
2. The dust suppression system for a yard stacker reclaimer of claim 1, wherein said cover comprises:
the cover plate is positioned right above the cantilever and the bucket wheel, and the dust collection port is formed in the cover plate;
the pair of baffles are respectively vertically arranged on two sides of the cantilever and the bucket wheel and connected with the covering plates, a moving rod and a plurality of limiting rods perpendicular to the baffles are movably arranged on one side surface of each baffle, which is back to the cantilever, along the extending direction of the cantilever, an adjusting plate is rotatably arranged on each limiting rod, the top end of each adjusting plate is hinged with the moving rod, and a positioning pipe is arranged on each adjusting plate;
the first water conveying pipeline comprises: the water outlet end of each of the multiple sections of first water pipes penetrates through the corresponding positioning pipe and is provided with the first spray head, and the electromagnetic valve is arranged on each first water pipe; and the first collecting pipe is connected with the water storage tank and the water inlet ends of the first water pipes of all sections, and the first collecting pipe is provided with the water delivery high-pressure pump.

The dust suppression system of the stacker-reclaimer of the yard according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of connecting rods perpendicular to the baffle are disposed on a side of the baffle opposite to the suspension arm, a non-circular support ring is disposed on the connecting rods, an axis of the support ring is parallel to the moving rod, a cross section of the moving rod is the same as a shape of the support ring and is movably inserted into each support ring, a connecting pipe parallel to the moving rod is disposed at one end of the moving rod, and the connecting pipe is connected with an output shaft of the adjusting motor through a threaded structure.
4. The dust suppression system of the stacker-reclaimer of the yard according to claim 2, wherein said adjusting plate is provided with a rectangular rotating hole, said stopper rod is inserted into said rotating hole, and a stopper is provided at an end of said stopper rod.
5. The dust suppression system for a stacker reclaimer of a yard of claim 1, wherein said cover is connected to the cantilever frame by a plurality of support rods.

The dust suppression system of the stacker-reclaimer in the yard according to claim 1, wherein a water storage chamber is arranged at the bottom of the dust removal box, mounting holes are arranged on the bottom wall of the water storage chamber corresponding to the second chamber, a second filter plate is detachably arranged at the mounting holes, a plurality of nozzles are arranged at the top of the second chamber, the nozzles spray water towards the first filter plate, the nozzles are communicated with the water storage chamber through a third water conveying pipeline, and a circulating high-pressure pump is arranged on the third water conveying pipeline.

The dust suppressing system of claim 6, wherein a support plate is disposed on the bottom wall of the dust removing box in parallel with the first filter plate, the support plate has an arc shape facing the second chamber, and the top tip of the support plate is inserted into the bottom groove of the first filter plate.
8. The dust suppression system of the stacker-reclaimer of the yard of claim 1, wherein a dust outlet is provided at a bottom of a side wall of the second chamber, and a stopper is provided at the dust outlet.
9. The dust suppression system for the stacker reclaimer of the yard according to claim 1, wherein the second water conveying pipe comprises:
the electromagnetic valves are arranged on the multiple sections of second water pipes, the water outlet ends of the second water pipes are communicated with the second spray heads, and the second spray heads comprise upper spray heads for spraying water obliquely upwards and lower spray heads for spraying water obliquely downwards;
and the second collecting pipe is connected with the water storage tank and the water inlet ends of the second water pipes of all sections, and the first collecting pipe is provided with the water delivery high-pressure pump.
10. The dust suppression system of the stacker-reclaimer of the yard according to claim 9, wherein a hook is provided on the second water pipe near the water outlet end thereof, a circular ring is rotatably provided on the top of the receiving hopper, a plurality of bayonets are provided on the circular ring, and the hook is hung at one of the bayonets.
