Abstract

The battery fireproof device comprises a battery shell, wherein an inner cavity of the battery shell is used for loading a battery pack; the battery casing is internally provided with a spray head, the outside of the battery casing is provided with a liquid storage tank connected with the spray head, and the liquid storage tank is attached to the periphery of the battery casing along the side face of the battery casing. Background
Along with the rapid market development of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse, the automatic three-dimensional warehouse safety is particularly important, particularly the problem in fire fighting is important, and the AGV serving as a core product of the automatic three-dimensional warehouse is an automatic equipment product with the highest utilization rate and the highest possibility of generating the fire safety problem. As shown, the battery fire protection device of the present invention includes a battery case 1, and an inner cavity of the battery case 1 is used for loading a battery pack 2. The battery case 1 includes a skin 11 and an inner face 12, the inner face 12 being disposed within the skin 11. The surface skin 11 and the inner surface 12 are made of tungsten steel materials. The tungsten steel is a hard alloy, has strong stability, impact resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, can still have high hardness at 1000 ℃, and ensures the isolation property. The heat dissipation can be performed from inside to outside to some extent by the heat-resistant outer surface 11 and the inner surface 12, and the temperature of the battery pack 2 can be reduced.
Fireproof materials 13 are filled between the surface skin 11 and the inner surface 12, the fireproof materials 13 can be made of multi-element inorganic foaming materials with high fire resistance, belong to A1-level fireproof materials, have good fire resistance, are light in weight, have a fire resistance temperature of more than 1000 ℃, and completely meet the high heat resistance and light weight design of the filler. The fireproof material 13 has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high specific heat capacity, stability and light weight, so that the design can prevent the battery fire source from spreading outwards, and simultaneously strengthen the heat resistance of the battery casing 1 and lighten the weight of the battery casing 1, so that the battery of the AGV has a fire isolation function and simultaneously has the idea of light-weight design.
Furthermore, holes 131 are uniformly formed in the fireproof material 13, so that the battery case 1 is further lightened, and the fireproof material 13 has a certain impact absorbing capability.
A spray head 3 is arranged in the battery casing 1, and the spray head 3 is diagonally arranged at the top surface in the battery casing 1. The opening and closing of the spray head 3 are controlled by a controller, a temperature sensor is further arranged in the battery casing 1, and the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the controller, so that whether fire occurs in the battery casing 1 or not is detected. The spray head 3 is connected with a liquid storage tank 4 outside the battery shell 1 through a connecting pipe 5. The fire extinguishing agent is stored in the liquid storage tank 4, and the spray head 3 is aligned with the battery pack 2. When the battery catches fire, the shower nozzle 3 sprays at a high speed of fire extinguishing agent, carries out the quick fire extinguishing of crossing to four positions of battery fires, and shower nozzle 3 in corner not only can obtain promoting in fire extinguishing efficiency, can also put out a fire under the condition that a shower nozzle 3 damages or breaks down simultaneously, has effectively improved the reliability of device.
Aiming at the characteristics of light weight, compactness and impact resistance of the AGV, the liquid storage tank 4 is attached to the periphery of the battery casing 1 along the side surface of the battery casing 1. And the tank 4 is made of stainless steel. Because the liquid storage tank 4 is close to the periphery of the battery casing 1, the shell type liquid storage tank 4 can perform impact protection on the battery and the battery casing 1 in all directions.
In order to fix the liquid storage tank 4, the battery casing 1 is fixedly connected with opposite side plates 14, the adjacent surfaces of the side plates 14 are provided with protruding blocks 141, and the two sides of the liquid storage tank 4 are provided with mounting grooves 41 for inserting the protruding blocks 141. The battery casing 1 is provided with a supporting plate 15 at the lower side of the liquid storage tank 4, and the supporting plate 15 is in butt joint with the bottom surface of the liquid storage tank 4 so as to support the liquid storage tank 4. Thereby, liquid reserve tank 4 can be directly installed on battery cover shell 1 through mounting groove 41, and the integration sets up very big space that has saved the AGV car inside, and the public weight that has significantly reduced battery fire protection device of structure simultaneously.
Because the environment of the trolley is complicated such as long-time operation, easy impact and the like, the liquid storage tank 4 is easy to be damaged under external force. In the case of an integral liquid tank, replacement is difficult in a state of large volume or dead connection, etc. Thus, the reservoir 4 and the battery casing 1 are detachably connected for easy replacement. Of course, besides the plugging, various detachable connection modes such as screw connection, clamping connection and the like can be adopted for fixing.
The liquid storage tank 4 comprises a plurality of tanks, and each tank is respectively arranged around the battery shell 1 and is respectively connected with the corresponding spray head 3 through a connecting pipe 5. The modular tank 4 saves more difficulty, cost and time in replacing or damaging the tank, and each nozzle 3 is supplied by an independent tank, so that the problem does not affect the independent use of other fire-extinguishing equipment.
The liquid storage tank 4 is provided with an air inlet hole 42 and an air outlet hole 43, and high-pressure air of the air inlet hole 42 enters the liquid storage tank 4 so that the spray head 3 sprays fire extinguishing agent. And the vent hole 43 is provided with a valve to vent the air in the tank body so that the fire extinguishing agent is filled in the liquid storage tank 4. When the tank 4 is filled, the vent 43 is blocked, preventing gas exchange. In addition, the liquid tank 4 is further provided with a liquid injection hole 44 for injecting fire extinguishing agent.
The invention also discloses an AGV, which comprises the battery fireproof device. In addition to AGVs, battery fire protection devices may also be used on other power supplies. The battery and the battery case 1 are arranged at the rear half part of the power wheel of the vehicle body 6 of the AGV. This portion is in close contact with the control area 61, and not only has a certain impact prevention function on both side portions of the cart, but also can reduce the ambient temperature of the AGV control area 61 to some extent because the case-type liquid tank is made of a metal that can conduct heat.

2. The fire protection device for a battery according to claim 1, wherein the liquid storage tank is provided with an air inlet hole, and high-pressure air from the air inlet hole enters the liquid storage tank to enable the spray head to spray the fire extinguishing agent.
3. The fire protection device for a battery according to claim 1, wherein the liquid storage tank is provided with a vent hole, and the vent hole is provided with a valve for exhausting air in the liquid storage tank so as to fill the liquid storage tank with fire extinguishing agent.
