A foot physiotherapy equipment with adjustable temperature which characterized in that: comprises a shell (1), a partition board (2), a heating mechanism (3) and a massaging mechanism (4), a massaging cavity (11) is arranged in the shell (1), the partition board (2) is vertically and fixedly arranged in the middle of the massaging cavity (11), an inlet (12) communicated with the massaging cavity (11) is arranged at the top of the shell (1), the heating mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged on one side of the massaging cavity (11), the massaging mechanism (4) is fixedly arranged on the bottom wall of the massaging cavity (11), the massaging mechanism (4) comprises a first rotating rod (401), a pedal (402), a push rod (405), a limiting block (406), a first spring (407), a massaging ball (408) and a vibrating motor (409), the first rotating rod (401) is rotatably connected onto the partition board (2), the pedal (402) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating rod (401), a containing cavity (403) is arranged in the pedal (402), more than two through holes (404) are arranged at the top of the pedal (402), the push rod (405) is slidably connected with the push rod (405), the limiting block (406) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the push rod (405), and the limiting block (406) is connected to the top wall of the accommodating cavity (403) through a first spring (407), the top end of the ejector rod (405) is connected with a massage ball (408) in a rolling manner, and the bottom of the pedal (402) is further fixedly provided with a vibration motor (409).
