Abstract
本申请实施例提供了一种电池单体、电池、用电设备、电池单体的制造设备及方法,涉及电池技术领域。电池单体包括电极组件、壳体、端盖和第一绝缘件。电极组件包括第一极耳。壳体用于容纳电极组件,壳体具有开口,壳体的内周壁形成有第一限位部。端盖用于盖设于开口,在端盖的厚度方向上,第一限位部用于限制端盖沿面向电极组件的方向移动。第一绝缘件至少部分设置于第一极耳与第一限位部之间,以使第一极耳和第一限位部绝缘隔离。第一绝缘件将第一极耳和第一限位部绝缘隔离,降低第一极耳因向面向端盖的方向蓬松使得第一极耳与第一限位部接触,而导致第一极耳与第一限位部形成电连接引发电池单体内部短路造成安全问题的风险。
