一种结构光投射装置(1000)及深度相机(10)，结构光投射装置(1000)包括：光发射机构(1)，用于发射第一光；角度调节机构(2)，用于调整第一光的角度；以及衍射机构(3)，用于将经过角度调节机构(2)的第一光转换为带有预设图案的第二光。能够提升探测的视场范围的同时，又保证结构光预设图案的空间密度，进而增加深度信息的探测精度。
