Fig. 1 shows a carrier 20 of an embodiment of the invention mounted to a rack 22. The carrier 20 may be a chassis (chassis), an electronic device or a drawer, and the rack 22 at least includes a first column 24a and a second column 24b. a fastener receptacle attached to the first fastener, the fastener receptacle being spaced from the column by the first fastener on an opposite side relative to the end of the pallet when the mounting member is mounted to the column, the fastener receptacle including a first portion and a second portion connected to the first portion forming a head piece and a shank piece connected to a face of the first fastener;
wherein the second portion or the head portion of the buckle base includes a plurality of detent features;
a space is formed between the second portion or head and the surface of the first fastener and defines a length of the first portion or stem;
the second fastener is disposed on a load-bearing object supported or carried by the slide rail, and the second portion or the head member is operatively engaged with the second fastener.
