Illustratively, the identification information of the target image is "content 100-cost-51243", and the meaning of the identification information includes: the patient ID is "patient100", the part of the target image is "chest", and the examination case number of the target image is "51243"; after the same identification information is acquired from the front end, the information acquisition request aiming at the target image is judged to be in accordance with the sending condition, otherwise, prompt information of 'identification information is wrong' is sent to the front end so as to guide the user to re-key the identification information input from the front end.
Before the information acquisition request is sent, whether the information acquisition request meets the sending condition or not is judged according to the authentication identifier, the information acquisition request can be ensured to be authenticated, the safety of an image searching process is improved, and the safety of medical image information is further improved.
Step S402, generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image.
And after the image data and the structured data of the target image are acquired, generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image by using a front-end framework which conforms to the DICOM WADO protocol standard. The image lookup page includes a specific image composed of image data and image report information composed of structured data, and the image report information specifically includes: examination time, applicant institution, applicant department, examination method, examination device, examination site, examination findings, diagnosis, report notes, applicant doctor, reporter doctor, auditor, report generation time, and the like. The image reference page can be displayed through an HTML page, and can also be displayed through an H5 (written by using HTML 5) page.
The image lookup page generated based on the front-end frame can be adjusted through gestures or mouse movement, and operations such as sequence playing, window width bed, preset window width, movement, zooming, local amplification, reverse display, window layout, four-corner hiding, MPR, label measurement, original image restoration and the like can be specifically achieved.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 2, after the image lookup service of the cloud service platform acquires the image data and the structured data of the target image of the cloud storage platform, an image lookup page of the target image is generated and displayed through a cornerstones.js frame written by JavaScript, the target image is viewed by clicking "image reading", and the preset window width of the target image is adjusted by a mouse dragging manner or a finger clicking movement manner.
According to the image searching request, the corresponding information acquisition request is sent, and the corresponding image searching page is generated and displayed according to the acquired data, so that the acquisition efficiency and the acquisition accuracy of the medical image information can be improved, and the image searching process is simplified.
According to another referenceable embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
responding to a file uploading success message aiming at the target image, and generating an analysis task comprising a storage path of the target image; and executing the analysis task, acquiring the structured data of the target image, and storing the structured data into a database.
After the file of the target image is successfully uploaded, generating a corresponding analysis task according to the storage path of the medical image file of the target image, namely analyzing the medical image file, acquiring the structured data included in the medical image file, and storing the structured data into a local database. Specifically, when storing to a local database, structured data is stored using a database table or a plurality of database tables according to the data format of the structured data. The structured data stored to the local database can also be used as structured data to generate a visual reference page.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 2, the cloud service platform further provides a data localization storage service, and after the file of the target image is successfully uploaded, receives an upload success message sent by the front-end processor, and determines that a storage path of the medical image file of the target image is "os-cn-u.v.com:// transaction/image/file/tif 532.dcm", where "os-cn-u.v.com" indicates a network location of a server where the cloud storage platform is located, and "transaction/image/file/tif 532.dcm" indicates a storage path of the medical image file in the cloud storage platform; generating a corresponding file analysis task according to the information, and acquiring a corresponding medical image file from a cloud storage platform by a cloud service platform and analyzing structured data; and classifying the structured data according to the label information contained in the structured data to obtain basic information, inspection information and image related information, respectively storing the basic information, the inspection information and the image related information into different database tables, and associating by using the label information of the medical image file.
And generating and executing a file analysis task, storing the structured data into a database, and directly acquiring the structured data from the database, thereby improving the acquisition efficiency of the structured data.
According to a further referenceable embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
and responding to the image sharing request of the target image, and generating a link and a sharing authorization code of the image searching page according to preset sharing setting.
Before receiving an image sharing request, pre-configuring sharing settings of an image lookup page, including: sharing duration, shared data, whether sharing can be actively cancelled, and the like. After receiving the image sharing request, determining a target image, looking up a page according to the image of the target image, and generating a corresponding page link and an authorization code; the page link indicates the network position of the image lookup page and can be encrypted; the authorization code is generated according to digital signature techniques, including letters and numbers.
Illustratively, the sharing setting of the image review page includes: the sharing duration is 12 hours, the shared data are all data of the image search page, and the sharing party can actively cancel the sharing without encrypting the page link; after the target image is determined, a page link generated according to an image consultation page of the target image is 'mm.nn.com/imagePage/2 f9 irdhd', an authorization code generated according to a CA authentication technology is 'dhdri 9f 2', a shared party enters a verification page of the image consultation page according to the page link, all data of the image consultation page can be browsed by using the authorization code to pass verification, the link automatically fails after 12 hours, and the shared party can also actively cancel sharing within a sharing time so as to disable the page link.
According to the preset sharing setting, the link and the sharing code of the image searching page are generated, the flexibility of the image searching page can be improved, and the safety of the image searching page is further improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a main flow of a method for displaying medical image information according to a reference embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the method for displaying medical image information may include:
step S501, responding to an image searching request of a target image, and sending a corresponding information acquisition request to acquire image data and structured data of the target image;
step S502, responding to a file uploading success message aiming at the target image, and generating an analysis task comprising a storage path of the target image;
step S503, executing the analysis task, acquiring the structured data of the target image, and storing the structured data into a database;
step S504, generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image and the structured data in a local database;
step S505, in response to the image sharing request for the target image, according to a preset sharing setting, generating a link and a sharing authorization code of the image reference page, so as to provide the link and the sharing authorization code to the shared party, so that the shared party can browse the image reference page.
The above-mentioned embodiment of the method for displaying medical image information according to the present invention is described in detail in the above-mentioned method for displaying medical image information, and therefore, the repeated description is omitted here.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a main flow of a method for displaying medical image information according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the method for displaying medical image information may include:
step S601, responding to an image searching request of a target image, and generating a corresponding information acquisition request;
step S602, judging whether the information acquisition request meets the sending condition, if so, jumping to step S604, otherwise, jumping to step S603;
step S603, canceling sending the information acquisition request;
step S604, sending a corresponding information obtaining request to obtain image data and structured data of the target image;
step S605, in response to the file upload success message for the target image, generating an analysis task including a storage path of the target image;
step S606, executing the analysis task, acquiring the structured data of the target image, and storing the structured data into a database;
step S607, generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image and the structured data in the local database;
step S608, in response to the image sharing request for the target image, generating a link and a sharing authorization code of the image reference page according to a preset sharing setting, so as to provide the link and the sharing authorization code to the shared party, and enable the shared party to browse the image reference page.
The present invention is described above with reference to the detailed implementation of the method for displaying medical image information according to the embodiment, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
According to a third aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for medical image information storage.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of main blocks of an apparatus for storing medical image information according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 for storing medical image information mainly includes:
an obtaining module 701, configured to respond to an information upload request for a target image, and obtain medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, where the medical image information of the target image includes a medical image file and medical document information, and the medical document information is obtained by scanning a medical system through a persistence frame by the front-end processor;
an analyzing module 702, configured to analyze the medical image file of the target image to obtain image data of the target image; analyzing medical document information and/or a medical image file of the target image to obtain structural data of the target image;
the storage module 703 is configured to store the image data and the structured data respectively, so as to store the medical image information of the target image.
According to a reference embodiment of the present invention, the medical image information storage device 700 further comprises:

an obtaining module 801, configured to send, in response to an image lookup request for a target image, a corresponding information obtaining request to obtain image data and structured data of the target image, where the image data and the structured data of the target image are stored by using any one of the methods in the first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention;

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the medical image file and the medical document information are respectively obtained, so that the medical image information can be perfectly obtained, and the management of the medical image information is favorably refined; the medical document information is obtained by scanning the medical system through the persistence frame, so that the obtaining efficiency of the medical document information can be improved, and the obtaining flow of the medical document information is simplified; the storage file associated with the identification information of the medical image file is judged, so that the latest uploaded medical image file can be stored, the updated medical image file can be acquired in time, and the storage space of the medical image file is saved; the image data and the structured data are encrypted by using a symmetric encryption algorithm, so that the safety of the image data and the structured data can be improved, and the medical image information management is perfected; according to the image lookup request, the corresponding information acquisition request is sent, and the corresponding image lookup page is generated and displayed according to the acquired data, so that the acquisition efficiency and the acquisition accuracy of the medical image information can be improved, and the image lookup process is simplified; the file analysis task is generated and executed, the structured data are stored in the database, the structured data can be directly obtained from the database, and the obtaining efficiency of the structured data is improved; before the information acquisition request is sent, whether the information acquisition request meets the sending condition or not is judged according to the authentication identifier, so that the information acquisition request is authenticated, the safety of an image searching process is improved, and the safety of medical image information is further improved; according to the preset sharing setting, the link and the sharing code of the image searching page are generated, the flexibility of the image searching page can be improved, and the safety of the image searching page is further improved.
According to a fifth aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an electronic device for medical image information storage, including: one or more processors; the storage device is configured to store one or more programs, and when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors are enabled to implement the method provided by the first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention.
Still another electronic device for displaying medical image information is provided, which includes: one or more processors; a storage device, configured to store one or more programs, which when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method provided by the second aspect of the embodiments of the present invention.
According to a sixth aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, performs the method provided by the first aspect of embodiments of the present invention and/or the second aspect of embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 9 shows an exemplary system architecture 900 of a method for medical image information storage or a device for medical image information storage to which an embodiment of the present invention can be applied, and a method for medical image information display or a device for medical image information display to which an embodiment of the present invention can be applied.
As shown in fig. 9, the system architecture 900 may include end devices 901, 902, 903, a network 904, and a server 905. Network 904 is the medium used to provide communication links between terminal devices 901, 902, 903 and server 905. The network 904 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
A user may use the terminal devices 901, 902, 903 to interact with a server 905 over a network 904 to receive or send messages and the like. Various communication client applications, such as a medical image information storage application, a medical image information display application, a search application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, etc. (for example only), may be installed on the terminal devices 901, 902, 903.
The terminal devices 901, 902, 903 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The server 905 may be a server that provides various services, such as a backend management server (for example only) that supports storage of medical image information or a request for display of medical image information sent from the terminal devices 901, 902, 903 in the upstream. The background management server can respond to an information uploading request aiming at a target image, and acquire medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, wherein the medical image information of the target image comprises a medical image file and medical document information, and the medical document information is obtained by scanning a medical system through a persistence frame by the front-end processor; analyzing the medical image file of the target image to obtain image data of the target image; analyzing the medical document information and/or the medical image file of the target image to obtain the structural data of the target image; respectively storing the image data and the structured data so as to store the medical image information of the target image; and feeds back the medical image information stored (for example only) to the terminal device.
Or, the background management server may respond to an image query request for a target image, and send a corresponding information acquisition request to acquire image data and structured data of the target image, where the image data and the structured data of the target image are stored by using any one of the methods in the first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention; generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image; and feeds back the medical image information display condition (for example only) to the terminal device.
It should be noted that the method for storing medical image information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 905, and accordingly, the apparatus for storing medical image information is generally disposed in the server 905. The method for storing medical image information provided by the embodiment of the present invention may also be executed by the terminal devices 901, 902, 903, and accordingly, the apparatus for storing medical image information may be disposed in the terminal devices 901, 902, 903.
It should be noted that the method for displaying medical image information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 905, and accordingly, the apparatus for displaying medical image information is generally disposed in the server 905. The method for displaying medical image information provided by the embodiment of the present invention may also be executed by the terminal devices 901, 902, 903, and accordingly, the apparatus for displaying medical image information may be disposed in the terminal devices 901, 902, 903.
It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks, and servers in fig. 9 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for an implementation.
Referring now to FIG. 10, a block diagram of a computer system 1000 suitable for use with a terminal device implementing an embodiment of the invention is shown. The terminal device shown in fig. 10 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 10, the computer system 1000 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 1002 or a program loaded from a storage section 1008 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1003. In the RAM 1003, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 1000 are also stored. The CPU 1001, ROM 1002, and RAM 1003 are connected to each other by a bus 1004. An input/output (I/O) interface 1005 is also connected to bus 1004.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1005: an input section 1006 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1007 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1008 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1009 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1009 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The driver 1010 is also connected to the I/O interface 1005 as necessary. A removable medium 1011 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1010 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage section 1008 as necessary.
In particular, according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from the network through the communication part 1009 and/or installed from the removable medium 1011. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the embodiment of the present invention when executed by the Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1001.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the embodiment of the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer programs according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). As another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable medium, which may be included in the apparatus described in the above embodiment; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, implement the method of: responding to an information uploading request aiming at a target image, and acquiring medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, wherein the medical image information of the target image comprises a medical image file and medical document information, and the medical document information is obtained by scanning a medical system through a persistence frame by the front-end processor; analyzing the medical image file of the target image to obtain image data of the target image; analyzing the medical document information and/or the medical image file of the target image to obtain the structural data of the target image; respectively storing the image data and the structured data so as to store the medical image information of the target image; alternatively, the apparatus implements the method of: responding to an image query request of a target image, and sending a corresponding information acquisition request to acquire image data and structured data of the target image, wherein the image data and the structured data of the target image are stored by adopting the method in any one of the first aspect of the embodiment of the invention; and generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image.

Claims (11)

1. A method for medical image information storage, comprising:
responding to an information uploading request aiming at a target image, and acquiring medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, wherein the medical image information of the target image comprises a medical image file and medical document information, and the medical document information is obtained by scanning a medical system through a persistence frame by the front-end processor;
analyzing the medical image file of the target image to obtain image data of the target image; analyzing the medical document information and/or the medical image file of the target image to obtain the structural data of the target image;
and respectively storing the image data and the structured data so as to store the medical image information of the target image.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after acquiring the medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, the method further comprises:
acquiring identification information of the medical image file, and judging whether a storage file associated with the identification information is inquired;
under the condition that a storage file is not inquired, storing the medical image file as the storage file associated with the identification information;
and under the condition that the storage file is inquired, deleting the storage file, and storing the medical image file as the storage file associated with the identification information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
encrypting the image data and the structured data using a symmetric encryption algorithm prior to storing the image data and the structured data, respectively.
4. A method for displaying medical image information, comprising:
in response to an image reference request for a target image, sending a corresponding information acquisition request to acquire image data and structured data of the target image, wherein the image data and the structured data of the target image are stored by adopting the method of any one of claims 1 to 3;
and generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structured data of the target image.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
responding to a file uploading success message aiming at the target image, and generating an analysis task comprising a storage path of the target image;
and executing the analysis task, acquiring the structured data of the target image, and storing the structured data into a database.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to sending the corresponding information acquisition request, the method further comprises:
and acquiring an authentication identifier of the target image, and confirming that the information acquisition request conforms to a corresponding sending condition according to the authentication identifier.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and responding to the image sharing request of the target image, and generating a link and a sharing authorization code of the image searching page according to preset sharing setting.
8. An apparatus for medical image information storage, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for responding to an information uploading request aiming at a target image, and acquiring medical image information of the target image from a front-end processor, wherein the medical image information of the target image comprises a medical image file and medical receipt information, and the medical receipt information is obtained by scanning a medical system through a persistence frame by the front-end processor;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the medical image file of the target image to obtain the image data of the target image; analyzing the medical document information and/or the medical image file of the target image to obtain the structural data of the target image;

9. An apparatus for displaying medical image information, comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to send, in response to an image lookup request for a target image, a corresponding information obtaining request to obtain image data and structured data of the target image, where the image data and the structured data of the target image are stored by using the method according to any one of claims 1 to 3;
and the display module is used for generating and displaying an image reference page of the target image according to the image data and the structural data of the target image.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device to store one or more programs,
the one or more processors, when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
11. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
