Claims (9)

1. An intelligent performance evaluation system for hospitals comprises an index distribution module, a data acquisition module, a database, an intelligent management module and an intelligent evaluation module; the method is characterized in that:
the index distribution module is used for acquiring indexes stored in the database in advance, deeply analyzing the indexes, decomposing and distributing the indexes to each source responsibility department, data acquisition department and supervising department, and sending the indexes distributed to each source responsibility department, data acquisition department and supervising department to the data acquisition module;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring index information corresponding to each source responsibility department, data acquisition department and supervising department and sending the index information to the database for storage;
the intelligent management module is used for sending the index information to the corresponding auditing end for auditing and correction and sending the index information after auditing and correction to the intelligent review module;
the intelligent evaluation module is used for extracting performance indexes in the index information, carrying out performance evaluation to obtain index points corresponding to departments, summarizing the index points of all the departments to obtain a point check table and sending the point check table to the database for storage.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the intelligent management module sends the index information to the corresponding auditing end in a specific process of:
acquiring a checking terminal registered in a database and the current state of the checking terminal, and marking the checking terminal with the current state being a working state as a terminal to be selected; sending an audit request instruction to a terminal to be selected, receiving an agreement request instruction fed back by the terminal to be selected, marking the terminal to be selected corresponding to the received agreement request instruction as a target terminal, and meanwhile, calculating the time length between the sending of the audit request instruction and the receiving of the agreement request instruction and marking the time length as the reaction time length of the target terminal;
then acquiring an end group value and an audition value of the target terminal; extracting the values of the end base value and the evaluation value, taking the value of the end base value as the major axis of the ellipse, taking the preset length as the minor axis of the ellipse, constructing the ellipse corresponding to the end base value and marking the ellipse as an end ellipse; selecting the center of the end group ellipse, drawing a circle by taking one half of the value of the validation value as a radius, obtaining a circle and marking the circle as a validation circle; then selecting the circle center of the examination effect circle, and drawing the circle by taking the numerical value corresponding to the reaction duration as the radius to obtain the time circle; calculating the intersection area of the end group ellipse and the validation circle, and then calculating the area of the time-long circle; subtracting the area of the time circle from the intersection area to obtain an area difference, extracting the numerical value of the area difference and marking the numerical value as an optimization numerical value of the target terminal;
marking the target terminal with the evaluation value larger than or equal to the set threshold value as an auditing end, counting the number of the auditing ends, dividing the index information into the number of copies consistent with the number of the auditing ends, and then sequentially sending the corresponding copies of the index information to the corresponding auditing ends; and after receiving the index information through the auditing end, a worker corresponding to the auditing end audits and corrects the index information, and sends the audited and corrected index information to the intelligent management module.

The system of claim 2, wherein a statistical analysis unit is disposed inside the intelligent management module; the statistical analysis unit is used for acquiring the first moment when the auditing end receives the index information and the second moment when the auditing end feeds back the corrected index information and performing auditing effect analysis, and the specific analysis process comprises the following steps:
calculating the time difference between the first time and the second time to obtain the auditing and correcting time length, comparing the auditing and correcting time length with the preset time length, and marking the auditing and correcting time length as a positive time length when the auditing and correcting time length is less than the preset auditing time length; when the auditing and correcting time length is longer than the preset auditing and correcting time length, marking the auditing and correcting time length as negative time length; counting the number of the positive duration and the negative duration respectively and marking as a positive total and a negative total;
extracting all the numerical values of the positive duration, and processing the numerical values of the positive duration to obtain a time base value corresponding to the positive duration;
summing the time base values corresponding to all the time lengths to obtain a time total value, and processing the numerical values corresponding to the time total value, the positive total number and the negative total number to obtain an auditing value of an auditing end;
and sending the auditing value of the auditing end to the database for storage.

The intelligent performance evaluation system for hospitals according to claim 3, further comprising a terminal registration module, wherein the terminal registration module is used for hospital staff to submit terminal information of the intelligent terminal for registration, send the terminal information which is successfully registered to the database for storage, mark the intelligent terminal as an audit terminal, and analyze the terminal base value of the terminal information which is successfully registered, and specifically comprises:
setting all terminal models to correspond to a preset model value, matching the model of the intelligent terminal in the terminal information with all the terminal models to obtain the corresponding preset model value, and marking the corresponding preset model value as a matched model value; extracting and processing the values of the matched model value, the working age and the registration time length to obtain an end group value of the audit terminal; and sending the terminal value of the audit terminal to a database for storage.

The hospital performance intelligent review system according to claim 4, further comprising an activity publishing module, wherein the activity publishing module is used for managing personnel to publish activity information corresponding to each stage and collect activity result information corresponding to the activity information, process the activity result information to obtain an activity index, and send the activity index to the intelligent review module and the database.

The intelligent hospital performance review system according to claim 5, further comprising an information encryption module, wherein the information encryption module is used for encrypting information of the index information stored in the database and setting authority levels for the user, and the authority levels include a first-level authority, a second-level authority, a third-level authority, a fourth-level authority and a fifth-level authority.

The intelligent hospital performance review system according to claim 6, wherein the information encryption module encrypts the index information by the following specific steps: extracting characters and numbers of the index information, and setting that all the characters and the numbers correspond to a unique conversion numerical code, wherein the conversion numerical code is formed by combining twelve numbers; dividing the converted numerical codes into two groups of converted numerical codes, setting ten numbers from zero to nine to correspond to a preset color, sequentially matching the two groups of converted numerical codes with the corresponding preset colors, respectively filling the two groups of converted numerical codes into color filling areas I of two preset patterns in sequence, rotating one of the preset patterns by a certain angle, then overlapping the two preset patterns to obtain an encrypted pattern, setting all the rotation angles to correspond to one preset color, matching the certain angle with all the rotation angles to obtain the corresponding preset color, and filling the preset color into a color filling area II corresponding to the encrypted pattern; and finally, storing the encrypted graph into a database, and generating an index link code corresponding to the encrypted graph.

The hospital performance intelligent review system according to claim 7, further comprising a query display module, wherein the query display module is used for a user to query a corresponding score checking table and corresponding index information, and the specific query process is as follows: acquiring the authority level of a user, and decrypting and visually displaying encrypted information in the integral checking table and corresponding index information when the authority level of the user is a first-level authority; and when the authority level of the user is a second-level authority or a third-level authority or a fourth-level authority or a fifth-level authority, decrypting the encrypted information in the integral examination and check table corresponding to the authority level and the index information and displaying the decrypted information in a visual mode, wherein the un-decrypted information is displayed by an index link code.

s32: then acquiring a terminal group value and an evaluation value of the target terminal, extracting the values of the terminal group value and the evaluation value, and constructing an ellipse corresponding to the terminal group value and marking the ellipse as a terminal group ellipse by taking the terminal group value as a major axis of the ellipse and a preset length as a minor axis of the ellipse; selecting the center of an end group ellipse, drawing a circle by taking one half of the evaluation value as a radius to obtain a circle, and marking the circle as an evaluation circle; then selecting the circle center of the examination effect circle, and drawing the circle by taking the numerical value corresponding to the reaction duration as the radius to obtain the time circle; calculating the intersection area of the end group ellipse and the validation circle, and then calculating the area of the long circle; subtracting the area of the time circle from the intersection area to obtain an area difference, extracting the numerical value of the area difference and marking the numerical value as an optimization numerical value of the target terminal;
