Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide an information management method, system and device, which avoids the disjunction between the stored information and the actual service requirement by presetting the preset classification label for each website stored in the database, truly and efficiently exerts the value of the information stored in the preset domain name filing database, improves the use efficiency, and is more beneficial to the actual supervision work requirement of the supervision department.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information management method according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, it is considered that in the prior art, all the recorded information about the collected websites are directly stored in the database, and in practical application, if a supervisor wants to check a certain type of related websites and corresponding recorded information in the database, a manual one-by-one checking mode can be adopted, which results in low actual use efficiency of the stored information, disjointed storage of the information and actual service requirements, and failure to efficiently exert the value of the stored information. In order to solve the technical problems, the information management method provided by the application really and effectively exerts the value of stored information, improves the practicability of the database, and meets the actual supervision work requirement of a supervision department through a complete business process.
The information management method comprises the following steps:
s11: receiving input first identification information corresponding to a query tag, wherein the query tag is a tag selected from preset available tags;
s12: searching in a preset domain name record database based on the first identification information to determine all website domain name information marked with query labels, wherein the website domain name information comprises a website domain name body, corresponding domain name record information and preset classification labels, and the preset classification labels comprise the query labels.
It should be noted that the information management method may be applied to a computer device, the computer device includes but is not limited to a server, and more specifically, the computer device may be specifically deployed in one or more of a provincial level supervision department, a prefecture level supervision department, and is not particularly limited herein.
A preset domain name filing database is established in advance, the preset domain name filing database comprises a plurality of website domain name information, each website domain name information comprises a website domain name body (corresponding to websites one by one), corresponding domain name filing information and a preset classification label, and it needs to be explained that the domain name filing information specifically comprises but is not limited to a domain name effective deadline corresponding to the website domain name body, an official filing item, a main body to which the website domain name belongs, a contact way of a person in charge and the like, and the domain name filing information is not particularly limited and is set according to actual requirements; the preset classification tags may be specifically preset for a supervisor in advance according to categories to which the website domain name ontology may belong, and more specifically, a tag selection set may be first set, where the tag selection set includes a variety of tags, and each tag is not repeated, if a new tag is to be added to the tag selection set, the tag name may be determined uniquely, and if the new tag is repeated with an existing tag, the tag selection set may control a prompting module to prompt, and the tag selection set may be specifically designed and managed according to a tree hierarchy architecture, that is, a one-to-many relationship may be between a higher-level tag and a lower-level tag to obtain a plurality of tag combinations, for example, a first-level tag may correspond to a plurality of second-level tags, and similarly a second-level tag may correspond to a plurality of third-level tags, and the number of first-level tags may also be a plurality of first-level tags, the preset classification tags may be one or more tags selected from the tag selection set, as an example, a first-level tag internet exists, the corresponding second-level tags include electronic commerce tags and electronic commerce tags, and the corresponding third-level tags include clothing, food domain names and household products, and the preset classification tags are set as possible internet database of the internet for the supervisor and the internet, and the garment classification tags of the supervisor of the garment belonging to which the supervisor may belong to the website domain name of the supervisor may pass through the website domain name and the internet.
It should be further noted that the states of the tags in the tag selection set include enable and disable, and the tags in the enable state are to be placed in the preset available tags (the preset available tags may be specifically managed in a list form), which means that a supervisor may select one or more tags from the preset available tags as query tags; the tags in the disabled state are placed in the preset unavailable tags (the preset unavailable tags can be managed in a list form), which means that the supervisor cannot select from the preset unavailable tags to obtain the query tags, and specifically, only the preset available tags can be displayed to the supervisor as display objects. In addition, still taking the website domain name ontology 1 as an example, assuming that the preset classification tag is set as internet, e-commerce and clothing, even if the current state of the clothing tag is set as disabled for some reason, only the supervisor cannot query the clothing tag as a query tag, and the storage state of the clothing tag in the preset domain name record database is not changed. It is to be understood that, for the above-mentioned multi-level tag combination, it may be set that once the first-level tag is in the disabled state, all the lower-level tags included therebelow are disabled, and the second-level tag, the third-level tag, and so on; once the first-level tag is in the enabled state, all lower-level tags included below the first-level tag can be enabled, and the second-level tag, the third-level tag and the like.
It can be understood that the number of the query tags may be one or multiple, so that the first identification information corresponding to the query tag is received, specifically, the first identification information input by a supervisor according to actual business requirements is received by means of a human-computer interaction interface, and then the preset domain name filing database is searched based on the first identification information to determine all website domain name information marked with the query tags, and then the prompting module is controlled to prompt all queried website domain name information, where the prompting module includes but is not limited to a display module, such as the human-computer interaction interface. In addition, the preset classification label corresponding to the queried website domain name information includes the query label, and may also include other labels in the label selection set.
In summary, the present application provides an information management method, a preset domain name filing database is pre-established, the preset domain name filing database includes website domain name information, and the website domain name information includes a website domain name body, corresponding domain name filing information and a preset classification label, so that input first identification information corresponding to a query label is received, the first identification information is selected from preset available labels, and searching is performed in the preset domain name filing database based on the first identification information, so that all website domain name information marked with the query label can be determined, and further display can be performed. Compared with the prior art, the preset classification labels are preset for all websites stored in the database, so that the separation between the stored information and the actual service requirements is avoided, the value of the information stored in the preset domain name filing database is really and efficiently exerted, the use efficiency is improved, and the actual supervision work requirements of supervision departments are better met.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment:
as a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining updated label information, wherein the updated label information represents that a new label is added in a preset classification label of the domain name information of the target website;
judging whether a first feedback signal representing that the new tag is approved is received or not;
and if so, modifying the preset classification label of the domain name information of the target website based on the updated label information.
In this embodiment, the inventor further considers that there is a need to add a new label to a certain network domain name ontology in the preset domain name filing database, and at this time, the new label needs to be checked by a higher level to be finally added in a warehouse. Specifically, the target website domain name information is one or more website domain name information in the preset domain name filing database, and therefore, assuming that the method is applied to a local administrative department and limited by factors such as knowledge storage, assuming that a new label is to be added to the network domain name body 1, the network domain name body 1 is corresponding target website domain name information, the updated label information includes the network domain name body 1+ the new label, and then the updated label information is sent to a superior management module, and is checked by a relevant authoritative supervisor (such as a provincial administrative department), and when a first feedback signal which represents that the new label is checked and passed is fed back by the superior management module, the preset classification label of the target website domain name information is modified based on the updated label information, that is, the new label is put into a warehouse and added to the preset classification label corresponding to the network domain name body 1, so that authority and reliability of label updating are ensured.
It should be noted that, when the audit is failed, the superior management module may feed back a failure signal indicating that the audit is failed and/or a change signal indicating that the new tag needs to be modified, so that the new tag may be modified and then submitted to the audit again, where the condition that the audit is failed includes, but is not limited to, unreasonable addition of the new tag, or repetition with the existing tag, and the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps:
and adding the new label to the preset available label when the first feedback signal is judged to be received.
In this embodiment, when the first feedback signal is received, it indicates that the audit is passed, and the new tag may be added to the preset available tag, so that a supervisor may select the new tag according to an actual service requirement next time.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps:
determining qualification authentication information under the access according to a preset updating period and a preset encryption access strategy;
sending the qualification authentication information to a third-party system so that the third-party system determines whether to carry out authentication docking based on the qualification authentication information;
when a second feedback signal which is sent by a third-party system and represents that the authentication and the docking are successful is received, second identification information corresponding to the last item of the incremental updating information obtained last time and third identification information which represents that data related to the website domain name are obtained are sent to the third-party system, so that the third-party system feeds back the incremental updating information corresponding to the third identification information after the second identification information based on self storage records;
and updating the preset domain name record database based on the incremental updating information fed back by the third-party system under the current access.
In this embodiment, the inventor further considers that some methods for acquiring record information of a website exist in the prior art, but usually, it is only directly explained that the system of the invention can establish connection with a third-party system, and then information can be obtained from the third-party system according to a detection instruction, but this method is difficult to be implemented in practical application, because the third-party system is used as an official system, the information is possibly taken as a network attack for capturing and scanning, and then is alarmed and intercepted by a security device of the third-party system, so that the desired information cannot be obtained at all, and the method for detecting and scanning the website without authorization is also in violation of law, so the application provides a more safe and reliable authorization access method.
Specifically, the access is performed periodically, that is, the qualification information under the access is determined according to a preset updating period and a preset encryption access policy, and the qualification information is sent to the third-party system, for the third-party system, whether an information sending party has a legal authority or not can be judged according to the qualification information, so as to determine whether to perform authentication butt joint with the qualification information or not, so that the safety, reliability and legality of information acquisition are ensured.
Subsequently, when a second feedback signal sent by a third-party system and representing that authentication and docking are successful is received, a further data request may be performed, specifically, in order to reduce network communication pressure and avoid occupying a large network resource to affect other normal service requests, only incremental update information is acquired, that is, only second identification information corresponding to the last item of the incremental update information obtained last time is determined, and third identification information representing that data related to a website domain name is acquired is determined (the third identification information may be understood that only data related to the network domain name is acquired by this access, instead of acquiring data related to other information such as an IP address), so that the third-party system feeds back, based on its own storage record, incremental update information corresponding to the third identification information after the second identification information.
For example, the third-party website stores the domain name bodies of the websites and all corresponding data in a table form, and if website domain name data with the labels of 1-1000 exist, the website domain name bodies are stored in the item with the label of 1001 if a piece of website domain name update data is added, and so on; assuming that the increment information obtained last time corresponds to the obtained entry with the reference number of 800, and the data with the reference number of 1200 entries is stored in the third-party system at this time, the second identification information corresponds to the entry with the reference number of 800, so that the third-party system feeds back all data corresponding to the entries with the reference numbers of 801 to 1200 based on the second identification information, instead of feeding back all data corresponding to the entries with the reference numbers of 1 to 1200.
It can be understood that when the preset domain name filing database is initialized, that is, when a data request is made for the first time, the full amount of data may be fed back, and corresponding to the above example, if the data of the entry numbered from 1 to 500 is stored in the third party system at this time, all the data numbered from 1 to 500 are fed back, and after that, only the feedback of the latest updated incremental update information and the corresponding acquisition step are performed, so as to reduce the transmission pressure, optimize the network bandwidth resource, and ensure the normal application.
Finally, the preset domain name record database is updated based on the incremental update information fed back by the third-party system under the access, and it should be noted that data preprocessing can be performed on the incremental update information obtained under the access, so that the steps of removing duplication, cleaning and the like of the incremental update information are realized, and the integrity, consistency and uniqueness of the information are ensured.
In addition, the sending of the information to the third party system may specifically depend on a preset API (Application Programming Interface).
As a preferred embodiment, the determining, according to a preset update period and a preset encrypted access policy, the qualification information under the access includes:
when the preset updating period is determined to be reached, generating an encryption identifier according to an encryption rule of a preset encryption algorithm based on a preset legal login name, a timestamp representing the current moment and a preset encryption key;
and determining the preset legal login name, the timestamp and the encryption identifier as qualification authentication information under the access.
In this embodiment, a manner of determining the qualification information under this access is given. Specifically, the preset legal login name is a user name which is applied by registering the preset legal login name on the third-party system in advance, and the preset encryption key is information which is issued by the third-party system and is only known between the third-party system and the computer equipment applying the method; the preset encryption Algorithm includes, but is not limited to, an MD5 information Digest Algorithm (Message-Digest Algorithm), and the corresponding preset encryption key may be a salt value, i.e., token, of the MD5 information Digest Algorithm, so that based on a preset legal login name, a timestamp representing a current time, and the preset encryption key, an encryption identifier (corresponding to the MD5 Algorithm, i.e., a first MD5 value for splicing the three parts into a string) is generated according to an encryption rule of the preset encryption Algorithm, assuming that the encryption identifier is a first sign; and then determining the preset legal login name, the timestamp and the encrypted identifier as qualification authentication information under the access and sending the qualification authentication information to a third-party system.
For the third-party system, after acquiring the qualification authentication information, according to the preset legal login name, the time stamp and the preset encryption key which is stored in the qualification authentication information and known only by the two, an encryption identifier (corresponding to the MD5 algorithm, which is the second MD5 value for splicing the three parts into the character string) is generated according to the encryption rule of the same preset encryption algorithm, and if the encryption identifier is the second sign, whether the first sign and the second sign are the same is judged, a second feedback signal representing successful authentication and docking is fed back, otherwise, the certification and docking cannot be performed to provide information, and a fourth feedback signal representing failed request can be fed back.
Therefore, the communication and access security between the third-party system and the third-party system is guaranteed through the method.
As a preferred embodiment, after updating the preset domain name record database based on the incremental update information fed back by the third-party system under the current access, the method further includes:
aiming at each website domain name information in a preset domain name record database, the following steps are executed:
accessing a website corresponding to the website domain name body based on the website domain name body in the website domain name information;
judging whether the website is in an inaccessible state or not according to a received third feedback signal sent by the website;
if yes, removing the website domain name information from the preset domain name record database to the preset historical record database.
In this embodiment, a way of automatically detecting a website domain name after completing data update is provided, and specifically, for each website domain name information, a website corresponding to the website domain name body is accessed based on the website domain name body therein (i.e., an automatic concatenation access url), and whether the website is in an inaccessible state is determined according to a fed-back third feedback signal, more specifically, if the third feedback signal sent by the website is a state code 404, it is determined that the website is in an inaccessible state, and the website domain name information is removed from the preset domain name record database to a preset history record database, and certainly, the website domain name information may be marked as logged-out, which is not particularly limited herein; if the third feedback signal sent by the website is the status code 200, it is determined that the website is in a normal access state, and a domain name status detection test is passed.
Therefore, the authenticity, the effectiveness and the availability of the domain name information of each website are further ensured through the mode, and the supervision unit is convenient to realize the efficient management of data in actual business.
As a preferred embodiment, the domain name record information in the website domain name information includes a domain name validity expiration date;
the information management method further comprises the following steps:
when the website is judged not to be in the inaccessible state, determining a time difference value between the current date and the effective expiration date of the domain name;
when the time difference is judged to be less than 0, outputting a first prompt signal representing that domain name registration information of the website is expired;
and when the time difference is judged to be not larger than the preset reminding threshold value, outputting a second prompt signal indicating that the domain name filing information of the website will expire after the time difference.
In this embodiment, an implementation step of actively performing domain name expiration detection and reminding is provided, and specifically, domain name record information in each website domain name information includes a domain name validity expiration date, so when it is determined that the website is not in an inaccessible state, domain name expiration detection may be further performed, that is, a time difference between a current date (assumed to be T1) and the domain name validity expiration date (assumed to be T2) is determined:
when T1-T2<0, it indicates that the domain name filing information of the website has expired, the first prompt signal is output, specifically, the prompt module may be controlled to output the first prompt signal, the prompt module includes but is not limited to a display module, the display module may be a human-computer interaction display interface, and certainly, when the domain name filing information includes a contact way of a website principal, a short message may also be directly sent to the website name filing information for prompting, and the specific prompt way is various and is not particularly limited herein.
When T1-T2 is not greater than the preset reminding threshold, it is indicated that the domain name filing information will expire after the time difference, and then the second prompting signal is output, specifically, the prompting module may be controlled to output the second prompting signal, and the specific prompting manner is various, and is not particularly limited herein.
It can be understood that when T1-T2 is greater than the preset reminding threshold, it indicates that the filing validity period is still within the allowable range, and it is not necessary to remind, but of course, a fourth prompt signal indicating that the domain name filing information of the website is still within the valid allowable time range may also be output.
Therefore, the method can actively realize the related reminding of the domain name filing information, is more beneficial to practical application, ensures that related responsible personnel can know and process the overdue condition of the domain name in time, and avoids the condition that the overdue condition cannot influence the website service or the domain name is preempted due to the overdue condition.
As a preferred embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps:
when the website is judged not to be in the inaccessible state, judging whether official record items corresponding to the preset official record marks in the domain name record information of the website are all not empty;
if not, outputting a third prompt signal corresponding to the official record item which is determined to be empty.
In this embodiment, a step of actively detecting and reminding a domain name filing condition is provided, specifically, domain name filing information in each website domain name information includes official filing items corresponding to respective preset official filing identifications one to one, only when the website domain name body is subjected to official filing registration, the corresponding item is not empty, and further, when all the official filing items are not empty, it is determined that the website domain name information passes through domain name filing detection (the website domain name information may be further classified into a filed data table or marked in a label form, of course), otherwise, the corresponding item is empty. Therefore, when the website is judged not to be in the inaccessible state, whether the official record items corresponding to the preset official record identifications in the domain name record information of the website in a one-to-one mode are all null is judged, if not, at least one official record item is null, a third prompt signal corresponding to the official record item judged to be null is output, specifically, the prompt module can be controlled to output the third prompt signal, the specific prompt mode is various, no special limitation is made, and of course, the website domain name information can be further classified into an un-recorded data table or marked in a label mode.
In addition, the official record item may specifically include a public security record number and an ICP record number, where the public security record number is a website record number that is checked by a public security organization, and is generally checked by the public security organization where the applicant is located, and the ICP record number is website record information of the industrial and informatization portion, so that it is determined that domain name record detection passes only if both are not empty, otherwise, it is determined that domain name record detection does not pass, and a third prompt signal corresponding to the empty official record item is output, which is convenient for a regulatory department to manage standard specifications of the website.
It is understood that the reason why the corresponding filing is not performed may be further determined after the third prompt signal is output, such as determining whether it is a website that has not been used (e.g., a zombie website, which has been accessed but has been used unattended) to log off the website, or determining whether it is still in use but has not been filed as specified to further prompt filing.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an information management system according to the present invention.
