The source identification codes sent by the enterprise users are processed through the random code manager, and the random codes of the electronic products are generated based on the target identification standard specifications corresponding to the source identification codes. Therefore, the random code of the electronic product is generated by one object and one code under the condition of not influencing the product identification code specification adopted by the enterprise application system. Acquiring an electronic product random code uploaded by a product user, inquiring identification mapping management service, and determining a source identification code and an information service address corresponding to the electronic product random code; when the identification system to which the source identification code belongs is determined to be consistent with the identification system to which the zone bit code belongs, the traceability information of the electronic product can be inquired through the information service address. Through the mode, the electronic product can be prevented from being counterfeited, the product information of the electronic product can be traced accurately, and the time for inquiring the tracing information by a product user can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a product tracing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S201: and acquiring a product traceability code input by a product user.
In step S201, the product source code includes an electronic product random code, which is generated based on a target identification standard specification corresponding to the source identification code sent by the enterprise user.
Optionally, when the power product leaves the factory, the electronic product random code generated by the random code manager is attached to the product through the product tracing carrier, so as to be circulated in the market.
In the process of implementing step S201 specifically, in the product circulation and sale link, a product user, i.e., a consumer may obtain a product tracing code through a mobile phone, a code scanning gun, or other devices, that is, obtain an electronic product random code through a code scanning or sensing mode, and upload the electronic product random code to the random code manager through an enterprise application system.
Step S202: and determining a source identification code and an information service address corresponding to the electronic product random code in the identification mapping management service based on the electronic product random code of the product.
In the process of step S202, the id mapping management service is configured to store a mapping relationship between the electronic product random code, the source id code, and the information service address.
It should be noted that the mapping relationship between the storage electronic product random code, the source identification code and the information service address stored by the identification mapping management service is established after the electronic product random code is generated.
In the process of implementing step S202 specifically, the identifier mapping management service is queried through the electronic product random code, and the source identifier code and the information service address corresponding to the electronic product random code are determined.
It should be noted that the source identifier code refers to an identifier in an enterprise application system corresponding to a product, that is, a system corresponding to an information service address, and is used for storing product information of the enterprise.
The information service address is a traceable information storage address.
Step S203: and analyzing the electronic product random code, and determining the zone bit code of the electronic product random code.
It should be noted that the electronic product random code is composed of a flag bit code, a timestamp and a random number.
In the process of implementing step S203 specifically, the electronic product random code is analyzed by using the heterogeneous identity analysis service, so as to obtain a flag bit code of the electronic product random code.
It should be noted that the identifier is composed of arabic numerals and upper and lower case letters, and the threshold interval can completely cover the existing mainstream identification service system. Wherein the English letters can be an identification system.
Each identification bit corresponds to a general identification system. Such as: the identification bits can be located on an industrial Internet Handle:001, a national Internet of things Ecode:002, an object identifier OID:003 or an electronic product code EPC: 004.
Step S204: and judging whether the identification system to which the source identification code belongs is consistent with the identification system to which the zone bit code belongs, if so, executing the step S205, and if not, executing the step S206.
In the process of implementing step S204 specifically, a resource library is managed based on the flag bits, and an identifier system to which the flag bit codes belong is determined; and determining whether the identifier system to which the flag bit code belongs can completely analyze the source identifier so as to perform unified verification on the identifier system to which the source identifier code belongs and the identifier system to which the flag bit code belongs, if the verification is passed, the source identifier code can be completely analyzed, that is, the identifier system to which the source identifier code belongs and the identifier system to which the flag bit code belongs are consistent, and executing the step S205, and if the verification is not passed, the source identifier code cannot be completely analyzed, that is, the identifier system to which the source identifier code belongs and the identifier system to which the flag bit code belongs are inconsistent, and executing the step S206.
Step S205: and inquiring the tracing information according to the information service address.
In step S205, the tracing information includes product information.
In the process of implementing step S205 specifically, the tracing information of the electronic product is queried by using the information service address corresponding to the source identification code and the electronic product random code.
Step S206: and outputting information for prompting the source tracing failure.
In the process of implementing step S206, the user is prompted with the information of the source tracing failure.
It should be noted that the reason for the source tracing failure may be that the electronic product random code is not generated by the random code manager.
Optionally, based on the flow diagram of the product tracing method shown in fig. 2, correspondingly, the embodiment of the present invention further discloses a flow diagram for querying the tracing information through the random code manager, as shown in fig. 3.
In the embodiment of the invention, the source identification code sent by the enterprise user is processed through the random code manager without compiling the identification code by the enterprise, so that the random code of the electronic product is generated based on the target identification standard specification corresponding to the source identification code. Therefore, the random code of the electronic product can be generated under the condition of no determination rule. Through the mode, the electronic product can be prevented from being counterfeited, and the product information of the electronic product can be accurately traced.
Based on the product tracing method shown in the above embodiment of the present invention, in step S201, a process of generating an electronic product random code based on a target identification standard specification corresponding to a source identification code sent by an enterprise user is executed, as shown in fig. 4, the process includes:
step S401: when the source identification code sent by the enterprise user is received, whether the enterprise user is an enterprise authentication user is determined, if yes, step S402 is executed, and if not, the source identification code is not operated.
In the process of implementing step S401 specifically, when receiving the source identifier code sent by the enterprise user, it is first determined whether the enterprise user has completed authentication, if so, step S402 is executed, and if not, the source identifier code is not operated.
Step S402: and analyzing the source identification code, and determining an initial identification standard specification corresponding to the source identification code.
In the process of implementing step S402 specifically, the random code manager parses the source identifier code through a heterogeneous identifier parsing service to determine an enterprise application identifier; and analyzing the standard specification to which the enterprise application identifier belongs to obtain an initial identifier standard specification corresponding to the source identifier code.
Step S403: and judging whether a standard specification identical to the initial identification standard specification exists or not, if so, executing the step S404 to the step S405, and if not, executing the step S406.
In the process of implementing step S403, it is determined whether the analyzed identifier specification is unique based on the identifier management repository, if not, step S404 is executed, and if so, step S405 is executed.
It should be noted that the mark management repository stores a corresponding relationship between the standard specification and the identification bit.
Step S404: and determining a target identification standard specification from the standard specifications which are the same as the initial identification standard specification according to an identification break-out mechanism.
In the process of implementing step S404 specifically, an identifier breaking mechanism is invoked to analyze the standard specifications that are the same as the initial identifier standard specification for the source identifier codes, respectively, and the standard specification that is most completely or most analyzed is taken as the target identifier standard specification.
Step S405: and taking the initial identification standard specification as a target identification standard specification.
In the process of implementing step S405, the initial identification standard specification is directly regarded as the target identification standard specification.
It should be noted that, based on the specific implementation process from step S402 to step S405 shown in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, a heterogeneous identifier parsing flowchart is also correspondingly disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5.
Step S406: determining a flag bit encoding based on the target identification standard specification.
In the process of implementing step S406, the random code manager first queries the flag bit code corresponding to the standard specification from the flag bit code management resource library through the electronic product random code generator,
step S407: and combining the zone bit code, the timestamp and the randomly generated random number to generate an electronic product random code corresponding to the source identification code.
In the process of the specific implementation step S407, a timestamp used by the enterprise to send the source identification code of the electronic product is obtained; then, generating a random number by using a random number algorithm; and combining the generated zone bit codes, the time stamps and the random numbers to obtain the random codes of the electronic products.
It should be noted that the length of the flag bit code may be 3 bits, the length of the timestamp may be 10 bits, and the length of the random number may be 8 bits.
The electronic product random code can be composed of 21-bit strings, specifically comprising 3-bit flag bit codes, 10-bit time stamps and 8-bit random numbers.
For example: the random code manager firstly queries 001 in the marker bit code Handle:001 corresponding to the standard specification A from a marker bit code management resource library through an electronic product random code generator, and then acquires a timestamp 0501123045 of a source identification code used by an enterprise for sending an electronic product; a random number 11112222 generated using a random number algorithm; and the zone bit code 001, the time stamp 0501123045 and the random number 11112222 form a random code of the electronic product.
The time stamp 0501123045 is the time stamp produced by the time node 5/month No. 1, 12 o' clock, 30 min 45 sec.
Optionally, after the electronic product random code is generated, the corresponding relationship among the electronic product random code, the source identification code, and the information service address needs to be recorded.
In the embodiment of the present invention, based on the flow diagram of the electronic product random code generation process shown in fig. 4, correspondingly, the embodiment of the present invention further discloses a flow diagram of the electronic product random code generation, as shown in fig. 6.
In the embodiment of the invention, the source identification code sent by the enterprise user is processed through the random code manager without compiling the identification code by the enterprise, so as to generate the random code of the electronic product based on the target identification standard specification corresponding to the source identification code. Through the mode, the electronic product can be prevented from being counterfeited, and the product information of the electronic product can be accurately traced.
Optionally, based on the product tracing method shown in the above embodiment of the present invention, before using the random code manager, the enterprise user needs to apply for the authority first, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S11: and acquiring an authority authentication application request sent by an enterprise user through an enterprise application system.
In step S11, the request for permission authentication carries enterprise-related information of the enterprise user.
Optionally, the enterprise user sends an authority authentication application request to the random code manager through the enterprise application system.
