Abstract
The invention provides a sample analyzer and an information display method, which are used for carrying out quality control detection on a quality control product corresponding to at least one quality control item to obtain a quality control detection result; and viewing the operation instruction in response to the quality control detection result, displaying a quality control page, and sequentially displaying a quality control item overview, a quality control diagram and reaction data in the quality control page, wherein the quality control item overview comprises quality control detection results corresponding to a plurality of quality control items. Background
Biochemical analyzers and immunoassays, as a test instrument, are popular with users because of their high degree of automation and high testing speed. In order to ensure the accuracy of the detection result of the testing instrument, the testing instrument needs to be subjected to quality control testing before the testing instrument is used for detecting a sample, and when the quality control testing result is out of control, the out-of-control reason needs to be checked.

By applying some embodiments of the present invention, the actual application scenario can be as follows: the user knows the main information of each quality control project through the quality control page, and the main information includes but is not limited to the quality control detection result of the quality control project. When a user needs to deeply check the detailed information of a certain quality control project, the user can further check quality control detection result descriptions, quality control diagrams and response data corresponding to the quality control project through the operation of the quality control project, an ordered and concise data checking mode is provided for the user, the user can check the detailed information of the quality control project in a grading progressive mode, the operation time of the user can be greatly saved, and the working efficiency of the user is further improved.

Some embodiments of the present invention disclose a sample analyzer, please refer to fig. 1, the sample analyzer in some embodiments at least includes: an input device 100, a sampling device 200, a sample preparation device 300, a detection device 400, a control device 500, and a display device 600.
Specifically, the input device 100 is used to determine quality control items; the sampling device 200 is used for supplying quality control products and reagents corresponding to quality control items; the sample preparation device 300 is used for mixing a quality control product and a reagent to prepare a quality control sample; the detection device 400 is used for detecting quality control items of the quality control samples to obtain quality control detection results of the quality control items; the control device 500 is configured to view the operation instruction in response to the quality control detection result, control the display device 600 to display a quality control page, and sequentially display a quality control item overview, a quality control diagram, and response data in the quality control page, where the quality control item overview includes quality control detection results corresponding to a plurality of quality control items.

In some embodiments, the quality control page includes a quality control overview sub-interface, a quality control diagram sub-interface and a response data sub-interface, and the quality control overview sub-interface displays quality control detection result descriptions corresponding to all quality control items in a card form; the card corresponding to the quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface is at least provided with a quality control diagram inlet and a reaction data inlet, for example, another example diagram of the quality control overview sub-interface shown in fig. 4 (b), the quality control overview sub-interface in fig. 4 (b) displays the quality control detection result description corresponding to all the quality control items in the form of a card, and the card corresponding to the quality control item is provided with a quality control diagram inlet and a reaction data inlet.
When detecting an instruction for clicking a quality control diagram entry corresponding to a target quality control item, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and display a quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, where the target quality control item is any one of the quality control items in the quality control overview sub-interface; when detecting an instruction for clicking a reaction data entry corresponding to a target quality control project, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the reaction data sub-interface and display reaction data corresponding to the target quality control project, where the reaction data at least includes any one or more of a reaction curve, a trend table, a quality control rule, and retrospective information.
It should be noted that, the content of the quality control diagram sub-interface and the reaction data sub-interface has been described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
It can be understood that, when detecting an instruction to click the quality control diagram entry corresponding to the target quality control item, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and display the quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, and at this time, the user may also switch from the quality control diagram sub-interface to the reaction data sub-interface to view the reaction data corresponding to the target quality control item; in some embodiments, after the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and display the quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, in response to the response data viewing operation instruction executed on the quality control diagram sub-interface, the control display device 600 switches from the quality control diagram sub-interface to the response data sub-interface and displays the response data corresponding to the target quality control item in the response data sub-interface.
In the above embodiment, the quality control diagram entry and the response data entry corresponding to the quality control item are set in the quality control overview sub-interface, so that the user can view the corresponding quality control diagram through the quality control diagram entry of the target quality control item and view the corresponding response data through the response data entry of the target quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface. Specifically, a user can view the quality control diagram of the target quality control item in a mode of 'quality control overview sub-interface-quality control diagram entry-quality control diagram sub-interface', and view the reaction data of the target quality control item in a mode of 'quality control overview sub-interface-reaction data entry-reaction data sub-interface' or 'quality control overview sub-interface-quality control diagram entry-quality control diagram sub-interface-reaction data sub-interface', so that a diversified information viewing mode is provided for the user. Similarly, the quality control diagram and the reaction data of the target quality control project can be checked in other manners, which are described in detail below.
In some embodiments, the quality control page comprises a quality control overview sub-interface and a target project overview sub-interface, and the target project overview sub-interface comprises a quality control graph and response data corresponding to the target quality control project; the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the overview sub-interface to the target project overview sub-interface in response to an instruction for selecting a target quality control project in the quality control overview sub-interface, and displays a quality control diagram and response data corresponding to the target quality control project in the target project overview sub-interface, wherein the response data at least includes any one or more of a response curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retroactive information.
Specifically, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the target project overview sub-interface, and the quality control diagram and the response data corresponding to the target quality control project are displayed in the target project overview sub-interface in a centralized manner, that is, the quality control diagram and the response data corresponding to the target quality control project are displayed on the same page.
In an example, the target project overview sub-interface is a folding page, and a user can expand the target project overview sub-interface and view a quality control graph and response data corresponding to a target quality control project in a sliding roller manner.
In another example, the target item overview sub-interface includes a plurality of sub-pages that are switchable, such as the example of the target item overview sub-interface shown in fig. 5, the target item overview sub-interface includes a plurality of sub-pages (different sub-pages are distinguished by tags), and a user can view information, such as a quality control graph and reaction data, corresponding to the target quality control item by clicking the tag switching sub-page.
The content of each embodiment provides various modes for viewing the quality control diagram and the response data of the target quality control project, so that the diversified requirements of the user are met, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, a retest button is disposed in the quality control graph sub-interface.
Under the condition that the quality control result state of the target quality control project is out of control of the quality control result or the quality control result is warned, a user can check the reason of the quality control graph displayed on the sub-interface of the quality control graph, and at the moment, if the user needs to perform out of control treatment (such as re-application of quality control test), the user can select a quality control point with a corresponding concentration level on the quality control graph of the target quality control project to perform re-test application; for example, in fig. 2 (a), each icon (a triangular icon, a circular icon, and a rectangular icon) in the quality control diagram corresponds to each quality control point, and after the user selects any quality control point, the user clicks a "retest application" button, and a retest application can be performed.
In some embodiments, the quality control map sub-interface further comprises: the quality control item list displays item identifications corresponding to all quality control items in a list form, and the sequence of the item identifications displayed by the quality control item list is the same as that of a quality control overview sub-interface; that is, when a user views the quality control diagram and other detailed information of a target quality control item through the quality control diagram sub-interface, the user can also view the item identifiers of other quality control items through the quality control item list; as shown in fig. 2 (a), the area below the "item name" is the quality control item list, and the item identifiers corresponding to all the quality control items are displayed in the form of a list.
It can be understood that the item identifier corresponding to each quality control item displayed in the quality control item list is also displayed in a color matching with the quality control result state of the quality control item, which may be referred to the above related content of the quality control detection result description of each quality control item displayed on the quality control overview sub-interface, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the quality control diagram corresponding to the selected quality control item in the quality control diagram sub-interface; when detecting that the item identifier of another quality control item is triggered in the quality control item list, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch and display the quality control graph corresponding to the triggered quality control item in the quality control graph sub-interface; that is to say, the quality control diagram and other detailed information corresponding to the currently selected quality control item are displayed in the quality control diagram sub-interface, and the user can switch and view the quality control diagram and other detailed information corresponding to the other quality control items through the quality control item list, specifically, when it is detected that the item identifier of the other quality control item is triggered in the quality control item list, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to switch and display the reaction data and other detailed information corresponding to the triggered quality control item in the quality control diagram sub-interface.
It should be noted that, for other detailed information corresponding to the quality control item, reference may be made to the content in the embodiment related to fig. 2 (a), and details are not repeated here.
According to the content of the embodiment, the quality control item lists are used for displaying the item identifications corresponding to all the quality control items in the quality control graph sub-interface in a list form, the quality control graphs and other detailed information corresponding to the currently selected quality control items are displayed in the quality control graph sub-interface, and a user can switch and view the quality control graphs and other detailed information corresponding to other quality control items from the quality control item lists without returning to the quality control overview sub-interface for switching and viewing, so that the operation steps of the user are simplified, and the user experience is improved.
It is to be understood that, for the displayed quality control diagram, any quality control point in the quality control diagram may be enlarged and related information corresponding thereto may be checked, and in some embodiments, the control device 500, in response to an instruction for selecting any quality control point in the quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, controls the display device 600 to enlarge the selected quality control point in the quality control diagram, and controls the display device 600 to display test result information, quality control information, and calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point.
It should be noted that controlling the display device 600 to display the test result information, the quality control information, and the calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point specifically means: the control display device 600 displays the test result information, the quality control information, and the calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point in the sub-interface where the quality control diagram is currently located.
That is, if the quality control diagram is viewed in the quality control diagram sub-interface, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the test result information, the quality control information, and the calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point in the quality control diagram sub-interface; if the quality control diagram is viewed in the target project overview sub-interface, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the test result information, the quality control information, and the calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point in the target project overview sub-interface.
For example, in fig. 2 a, an icon of a quality control point selected by the user is displayed in an enlarged manner (a circle icon displayed in fig. 2 a), and test result information, quality control information, and calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point are displayed in an upper area of the quality control map.
It is understood that if the quality control parameters of the target quality control project participate in the cascade, a mark is made in the quality control page to distinguish the quality control instruments, such as M1 and M2 in fig. 2 (a).
It can be understood that if the quality control result state of the target quality control project is that the quality control result is out of control, the reason for the out of control of the target quality control project can be judged, and the user can fill in remarks by himself.
In some embodiments, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the memo information input by the user; specifically, the control display device 600 displays the comment information input by the user in the sub-interface where the quality control diagram is currently located.
That is, if the quality control diagram is viewed in the quality control diagram sub-interface, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the remark information input by the user in the quality control diagram sub-interface, for example, in fig. 2 (a), the remark information input by the user is "reagent lot replacement" in the area above the quality control diagram; if the quality control map is viewed in the target item overview sub-interface, the control device 500 controls the display device 600 to display the remark information input by the user in the target item overview sub-interface.
The content of the above embodiment is about the main situation that each quality control item is provided to the user through the quality control page, and the user can further check the detailed information of the quality control item to be known through operation, so that a hierarchical progressive and concise information checking mode is provided for the user, the operation time of the user is saved, and the work efficiency of the user is improved.
The above is some description of sample analyzers, and some embodiments of the present invention also disclose information display methods.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the information display method includes the following steps:
step S601: and performing quality control detection on a quality control product corresponding to at least one quality control item to obtain a quality control detection result.
Step S602: and viewing the operation instruction in response to the quality control detection result, displaying a quality control page, and sequentially displaying a quality control project overview, a quality control diagram and reaction data in the quality control page.
It should be noted that the quality control item overview includes quality control detection results corresponding to a plurality of quality control items.
In some embodiments, the quality control page includes a quality control overview sub-interface, a quality control diagram sub-interface, and a response data sub-interface, and in response to an instruction for selecting a target quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface, switches from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and displays a quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item in the quality control diagram sub-interface, and in response to a response data viewing operation instruction implemented for the quality control diagram sub-interface, switches from the quality control diagram sub-interface to the response data sub-interface and displays response data corresponding to the target quality control item in the response data sub-interface, where the target quality control item is any one of the quality control items in the quality control overview sub-interface, and the response data at least includes any one or more of a response curve, a trend table, a quality control rule, and trace information.
In some embodiments, the quality control page includes a quality control overview sub-interface, a quality control diagram sub-interface and a response data sub-interface, and the quality control overview sub-interface displays quality control detection result descriptions corresponding to all the quality control items in a card form; a card corresponding to a quality control project in the quality control overview sub-interface is at least provided with a quality control diagram inlet and a reaction data inlet;
when an instruction of clicking a quality control diagram entry corresponding to a target quality control item is detected, switching from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and displaying a quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, wherein the target quality control item is any one of the quality control items in the quality control overview sub-interface; and responding to a reaction data viewing operation instruction implemented on a quality control graph sub-interface corresponding to the target quality control project, switching from the quality control graph sub-interface to a reaction data sub-interface, and displaying reaction data corresponding to the target quality control project in the reaction data sub-interface, wherein the reaction data at least comprises any one or more of a reaction curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retrospective information.
And when an instruction of clicking a reaction data inlet corresponding to the target quality control project is detected, switching from the quality control overview sub-interface to the reaction data sub-interface and displaying the reaction data corresponding to the target quality control project.
The traceability information at least includes quality control rules, quality control information, calibration information, and reagent information.
In some embodiments, a retest button is disposed in the quality control graph sub-interface.
In some embodiments, the quality control map sub-interface further comprises: and the quality control item list displays item identifications corresponding to all quality control items in a list form, and the sequence of the item identifications displayed by the quality control item list is the same as that of the quality control overview sub-interface. Displaying a quality control diagram corresponding to the selected quality control item in a quality control diagram sub-interface; and when detecting that the item identifiers of other quality control items are triggered in the quality control item list, switching and displaying the quality control diagram corresponding to the triggered quality control items in the quality control diagram sub-interface.
In some embodiments, the quality control page comprises a quality control overview sub-interface and a target project overview sub-interface, and the target project overview sub-interface comprises a quality control graph and response data corresponding to the target quality control project; and responding to an instruction for selecting the target quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface, switching from the overview sub-interface to the target item overview sub-interface, and displaying a quality control graph and response data corresponding to the target quality control item in the target item overview sub-interface.
In some embodiments, the quality control detection result comprises a quality control result state of the quality control project, wherein the quality control result state is that the quality control result is out of control, the quality control result is warned or the quality control result is normal; and displaying the quality control detection result descriptions corresponding to all quality control items in a color matched with the quality control result state in the quality control overview sub-interface.
In some embodiments, in response to an instruction to select any one of the quality control points in the quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, the selected quality control point is enlarged in the quality control diagram, and test result information, quality control information, and calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point are displayed.
In some embodiments, remark information entered by the user is displayed.
It should be noted that, the execution principle of each step in fig. 6 has been described in detail above for the sample analyzer, and is not described herein again.
As can be seen from the above, after the present invention is applied, one application scenario may be: the user knows the quality control testing result of each quality control project through the quality control overview sub-interface, and when the user needs to deeply look over the detailed information of a certain quality control project, the user can further look over the quality control chart and the response data corresponding to the quality control project through the operation of the quality control project, so that an ordered and concise data viewing mode is provided for the user, the user can progressively look over the detailed information of the quality control project in a grading manner, the operation time of the user can be greatly saved, and the working efficiency of the user is improved.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, the system or system embodiments, which are substantially similar to the method embodiments, are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. Claims (13)
1. A sample analyzer, comprising:
the input device is used for determining a quality control item;
a sampling device for supplying a quality control product and a reagent corresponding to the quality control item;
the sample preparation device is used for mixing the quality control product and the reagent to prepare a quality control sample;
the detection device is used for detecting the quality control items of the quality control samples to obtain quality control detection results of the quality control items;
and the control device is used for responding to a quality control detection result viewing operation instruction, controlling the display device to display a quality control page, and sequentially displaying a quality control item overview, a quality control diagram and reaction data in the quality control page, wherein the quality control item overview comprises quality control detection results corresponding to a plurality of quality control items.
2. The sample analyzer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control page includes a control overview sub-interface, a control diagram sub-interface and a reaction data sub-interface, and the control device is specifically configured to: and in response to an instruction for selecting a target quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface, controlling the display device to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control graph sub-interface and display a quality control graph corresponding to the target quality control item in the quality control graph sub-interface, and in response to a response data viewing operation instruction implemented on the quality control graph sub-interface, controlling the display device to switch from the quality control graph sub-interface to the response data sub-interface and display response data corresponding to the target quality control item in the response data sub-interface, wherein the target quality control item is any one of the quality control items in the quality control overview sub-interface, and the response data at least comprises any one or more of a response curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retrospective information.
3. The sample analyzer as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the quality control page includes a quality control overview sub-interface, a quality control diagram sub-interface and a reaction data sub-interface, and the quality control overview sub-interface displays quality control detection result descriptions corresponding to all the quality control items in a card form;
the card corresponding to the quality control project in the quality control overview sub-interface is at least provided with a quality control diagram inlet and a reaction data inlet, and the control device is specifically used for:
when an instruction of clicking a quality control diagram entry corresponding to a target quality control item is detected, controlling the display device to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the quality control diagram sub-interface and display a quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, wherein the target quality control item is any one of the quality control items in the quality control overview sub-interface;
and when an instruction of clicking a reaction data entry corresponding to the target quality control project is detected, controlling the display device to switch from the quality control overview sub-interface to the reaction data sub-interface and displaying reaction data corresponding to the target quality control project, wherein the reaction data at least comprises any one or more of a reaction curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retrospective information.
4. The sample analyzer of claim 3, wherein the control device is further configured to: and in response to a response data viewing operation instruction implemented on the quality control diagram sub-interface corresponding to the target quality control item, controlling the display device to switch from the quality control diagram sub-interface to a response data sub-interface, and displaying response data corresponding to the target quality control item in the response data sub-interface, wherein the response data at least comprises any one or more of a response curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retrospective information.
5. The sample analyzer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the quality control page comprises a quality control overview sub-interface and a target project overview sub-interface, and the target project overview sub-interface comprises a quality control diagram and reaction data corresponding to a target quality control project;
the control device is specifically configured to: and in response to an instruction for selecting a target quality control item in the quality control overview sub-interface, controlling the display device to switch from the overview sub-interface to the target item overview sub-interface, and displaying a quality control graph and reaction data corresponding to the target quality control item in the target item overview sub-interface, wherein the reaction data at least comprises any one or more of a reaction curve, a trend table, a quality control rule and retrospective information.
6. The sample analyzer as claimed in any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the quality control test result comprises a quality control result status of the quality control item, and the quality control result status is out of control of quality control result, warning of quality control result, or normal quality control result; and the control device controls the display device to display the quality control detection result descriptions corresponding to all the quality control items in a color matched with the quality control result state in the quality control overview sub-interface.
7. The sample analyzer of any of claims 2-5, wherein the traceability information comprises at least control rules, quality control information, calibration information, and reagent information.
8. The sample analyzer as claimed in any one of claims 2-4, wherein the quality control chart sub-interface is provided with a retest button.
9. The sample analyzer of any of claims 2-4, wherein the quality control map sub-interface further comprises: and the quality control item list displays the item identifications corresponding to all the quality control items in a list form, and the sequence of displaying the item identifications by the quality control item list is the same as that of the quality control overview sub-interface.
10. The sample analyzer of claim 9, wherein the control device is specifically configured to: controlling the display device to display a quality control diagram corresponding to the selected quality control item in the quality control diagram sub-interface; and when detecting that the item identifiers of other quality control items are triggered in the quality control item list, controlling the display device to switch and display the quality control graph corresponding to the triggered quality control items in the quality control graph sub-interface.
11. The sample analyzer of any of claims 2-5, wherein the control device is further configured to: and responding to an instruction for selecting any quality control point in the quality control diagram corresponding to the target quality control item, controlling the display device to amplify the selected quality control point in the quality control diagram, and controlling the display device to display the test result information, the quality control information and the calibration information corresponding to the selected quality control point.
12. The sample analyzer of any of claims 2-5, wherein the control device is further configured to: and controlling the display device to display remark information input by a user.
13. An information display method, characterized in that the method comprises:
applying for at least one quality control project for a quality control product;
performing quality control detection on the quality control product to obtain a quality control detection result;
and viewing an operation instruction in response to a quality control detection result, displaying a quality control page, and sequentially displaying a quality control item overview, a quality control diagram and reaction data in the quality control page, wherein the quality control item overview comprises quality control detection results corresponding to a plurality of quality control items.
