For another example, on the upgrade package path selection window shown in fig. 3, the user selects the upgrade package path of the blood analyzer, the upgrade package path of the slide pusher, and the upgrade package path of the C-reactive protein analyzer, so that the main controller 31 can determine that the types of the devices to be upgraded are the "blood analyzer", "slide pusher", and "C-reactive protein analyzer", that is, determine that the three types of pipeline devices need to be upgraded, and determine the upgrade packages corresponding to the three types of devices to be upgraded. Meanwhile, the main controller 31 determines that the equipment type to be upgraded of the "C-reactive protein analyzer" only includes one C-reactive protein analyzer, and directly determines the one C-reactive protein analyzer as the pipeline equipment to be upgraded belonging to the equipment type to be upgraded of the "C-reactive protein analyzer". Thereafter, batch upgrades of selected pipeline equipment may be implemented in the same manner as described above for the example.
By adopting the method for upgrading the pipeline equipment provided by the embodiment, on one hand, when the same equipment type comprises a plurality of pipeline equipment, an equipment selection window corresponding to the equipment type can be directly displayed on a display interface, or a user calls the equipment selection window corresponding to the equipment type, so that the user can select the pipeline equipment to be upgraded from the equipment type through the equipment selection window, can select part of the pipeline equipment or all the pipeline equipment, and can flexibly select the pipeline equipment to be upgraded according to the requirements of the user; on the other hand, the main controller can send the upgrade package corresponding to each equipment type to be upgraded to the pipeline equipment to be upgraded with the subordination relation to the equipment type to be upgraded according to the local area network address of each pipeline equipment to be upgraded, so that when a plurality of pipeline equipment to be upgraded are selected from the same equipment type, the upgrade package corresponding to the equipment type can be simultaneously sent to each selected pipeline equipment to be upgraded, and batch upgrading of the pipeline equipment selected by the same type is realized.
In the second embodiment, when the type of the device to be upgraded only includes one pipeline device, the pipeline device is directly determined as the pipeline device to be upgraded which belongs to the type of the device to be upgraded, and when the type of the device to be upgraded includes at least one pipeline device, the pipeline device to be upgraded can be selected by the user in the device selection window corresponding to the type of the device; in practical application, for each type of device to be upgraded, the main controller 31 may also directly send the device selection window corresponding to the type of the device to be upgraded to the human-computer interaction device 32 without determining the number of the pipeline devices included therein, that is, for each type of device to be upgraded, regardless of whether the device includes one pipeline device or a plurality of pipeline devices, the user may select the pipeline device to be upgraded in the device selection window, and the main control unit 31 may determine the pipeline device selected by the user according to the received selection operation of the user and determine the selected pipeline device as the pipeline device to be upgraded belonging to the type of the device to be upgraded.
Based on the above embodiments, in practical applications, the pipeline device may be upgraded when the pipeline device is in an idle state (i.e., a non-operating state). Specifically, when the pipeline device needs to be upgraded, the main controller 31 determines whether the pipeline device is in a working state in the pipeline, and starts the upgrade tool when it is determined that the pipeline device is not in the working state in the pipeline.
The upgrade system of the pipeline equipment is a system established based on a local area network, and in practical application, the upgrade system of the pipeline equipment can also be established based on a wide area network. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another upgrading system for pipeline devices according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the upgrading system includes a plurality of pipeline devices (e.g., N pipeline devices in fig. 7), a network device 2, a control device 3, and a server 4, where the control device 3 includes a main controller 31 and a human-computer interaction device 32, and each pipeline device, the control device 3, and the server 4 are connected through the network device 2 to form a wide area network. The network device 2 may also be a switch, a switching hub, a router, or the like, which can provide a signal path between devices in the network.
Specifically, the main controller 31 is connected to each pipeline device, and is configured to coordinate the work of each pipeline device, receive and process data returned by each pipeline device; the man-machine interaction device 32 is connected with the server 4 and is used for displaying an upgrade package path selection window and detecting the selection operation of a user in the upgrade package path selection window, wherein an upgrade package path selection menu corresponding to each equipment type is arranged in the upgrade package path selection window; the server 4 is used for sending an upgrade package path selection window to the human-computer interaction device 32 for display when an upgrade tool is started, determining at least one equipment type to be upgraded and an upgrade package corresponding to the equipment type to be upgraded according to an upgrade package path selected by a user on the upgrade package path selection window, determining the assembly line equipment to be upgraded which belongs to each equipment type to be upgraded, acquiring a network address of each assembly line equipment to be upgraded, and sending the upgrade package corresponding to each equipment type to be upgraded to the assembly line equipment to be upgraded which belongs to the equipment type to be upgraded through the network equipment 2 according to the network address so that the assembly line equipment to be upgraded is upgraded according to the upgrade package sent by the server 4; the network address includes a wide area network address and a local area network address.
The upgrade method of the upgrade system shown in fig. 7 when performing pipeline device upgrade is substantially the same as the upgrade method of the upgrade system shown in fig. 1 when performing pipeline device upgrade, except that before starting the upgrade tool, the same wan address and the respective unique lan address are configured for each pipeline device in the pipeline, and each pipeline device has a wan address in addition to the respective unique lan address, so that each pipeline device can be accessed in the wan; moreover, the upgrade actions performed by the main controller 31 in the system shown in fig. 1 are all performed by the server 4 in the system shown in fig. 7, that is, the upgrade tool is started and enabled on the wide area network, and the main controller 31 in the system shown in fig. 7 is only used for coordinating the work of each pipeline device, receiving the data returned by each pipeline device and processing the data, and does not operate the upgrade tool.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the functions of the various methods in the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by computer programs. When all or part of the functions of the above embodiments are implemented by a computer program, the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: a read only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, etc., and the program is executed by a computer to realize the above functions. For example, the program may be stored in a memory of the device, and when the program in the memory is executed by the processor, all or part of the functions described above may be implemented. In addition, when all or part of the functions in the above embodiments are implemented by a computer program, the program may be stored in a storage medium such as a server, another computer, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a flash disk, or a removable hard disk, and may be downloaded or copied to a memory of a local device, or may be version-updated in a system of the local device, and when the program in the memory is executed by a processor, all or part of the functions in the above embodiments may be implemented.

For a person skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions, modifications or substitutions may be made according to the idea of the invention.

Claims (22)

1. A method for upgrading pipeline equipment is applied to a pipeline with a plurality of pipeline equipment, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an upgrading tool is started, displaying an upgrading package path selection window on a display interface, wherein upgrading package path selection menus corresponding to various equipment types are arranged in the upgrading package path selection window;
determining at least one equipment type to be upgraded and an upgrade package corresponding to the equipment type to be upgraded according to an upgrade package path selected on an upgrade package path selection window by a user;
determining pipeline equipment to be upgraded which belongs to each equipment type to be upgraded;
acquiring network addresses of all pipeline equipment to be upgraded;
and sending an upgrade package corresponding to each equipment type to be upgraded to the assembly line equipment to be upgraded with the equipment type to be upgraded according to the network address, so that the assembly line equipment to be upgraded is upgraded according to the upgrade package.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining pipeline devices to be upgraded that are affiliated with each device type to be upgraded comprises:
and determining all the assembly line equipment contained in each equipment type to be upgraded as the assembly line equipment to be upgraded, which belongs to the equipment type to be upgraded.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining pipeline devices to be upgraded that are affiliated with each device type to be upgraded comprises:
for each equipment type to be upgraded, judging whether the equipment type to be upgraded only contains one assembly line equipment;
if the equipment type to be upgraded only comprises one assembly line equipment, determining the assembly line equipment as the assembly line equipment to be upgraded which belongs to the equipment type to be upgraded;
if the equipment type to be upgraded comprises at least two pipeline equipment, determining at least one pipeline equipment selected from the pipeline equipment contained in the equipment type to be upgraded as the pipeline equipment to be upgraded, which belongs to the equipment type to be upgraded.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining of at least one pipeline device selected from the pipeline devices included in the device type to be upgraded as a pipeline device to be upgraded belonging to the device type to be upgraded comprises:
displaying an equipment selection window corresponding to the type of the equipment to be upgraded on a display interface, wherein an equipment selection menu of the assembly line equipment contained in the type of the equipment to be upgraded is arranged in the equipment selection window;
and determining the assembly line equipment selected by the user in the equipment selection window as the assembly line equipment to be upgraded, which belongs to the type of the equipment to be upgraded.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the determining of at least one pipeline device selected from the pipeline devices included in the device type to be upgraded as a pipeline device to be upgraded belonging to the device type to be upgraded comprises:
displaying the type of the equipment to be upgraded on a display interface;
displaying an equipment selection window corresponding to the type of the equipment to be upgraded on a display interface according to the clicking operation of the user on the type of the equipment to be upgraded, wherein an equipment selection menu of the assembly line equipment contained in the type of the equipment to be upgraded is arranged in the equipment selection window;
and determining the assembly line equipment selected by the user in the equipment selection window as the assembly line equipment to be upgraded, which belongs to the type of the equipment to be upgraded.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining pipeline devices to be upgraded that are affiliated with each device type to be upgraded comprises:
for each equipment type to be upgraded, displaying an equipment selection window corresponding to the equipment type to be upgraded on a display interface, wherein an equipment selection menu of the assembly line equipment contained in the equipment type to be upgraded is arranged in the equipment selection window;
and determining the assembly line equipment selected by the user in the equipment selection window as the assembly line equipment to be upgraded, which belongs to the type of the equipment to be upgraded.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after the upgrade package corresponding to each device type to be upgraded is sent to the pipeline device to be upgraded having a membership relationship with the device type to be upgraded, the method further comprises:
and receiving the upgrading state information sent by the pipeline equipment to be upgraded, and displaying the upgrading state information on a display interface.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the network address is a local area network address; before launching the upgrade tool, the method further comprises:
each pipeline device in the pipeline is configured with a respective unique local area network address.
9. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the network address comprises a local area network address and a wide area network address; before launching the upgrade tool, the method further comprises:
and configuring the same wide area network address and the unique local area network address for each pipeline device in the pipeline.
10. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein prior to launching an upgrade tool, the method further comprises:
acquiring type identification codes of all pipeline equipment in a pipeline;
and classifying all the assembly line equipment in the assembly line according to the type identification code to obtain the equipment type.
11. The method of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
when the pipeline equipment needs to be upgraded, judging whether the pipeline equipment is in a working state or not in the pipeline;
and starting the upgrading tool when no pipeline equipment in the pipeline is in the working state.
12. The upgrading system of the assembly line equipment is characterized by comprising a plurality of assembly line equipment, network equipment and control equipment, wherein the control equipment comprises a main controller and a man-machine interaction device, and the main controller and the assembly line equipment are connected through the network equipment to form a local area network;
the man-machine interaction device is connected with the main controller and used for displaying an upgrade package path selection window and detecting the selection operation of a user in the upgrade package path selection window, and an upgrade package path selection menu corresponding to each equipment type is arranged in the upgrade package path selection window;
the main controller is used for sending an upgrade package path selection window to the man-machine interaction device for displaying when an upgrade tool is started, determining at least one equipment type to be upgraded and an upgrade package corresponding to the equipment type to be upgraded according to an upgrade package path selected by a user on the upgrade package path selection window, determining the assembly line equipment to be upgraded and belonging to each equipment type to be upgraded, acquiring a network address of each assembly line equipment to be upgraded, sending the upgrade package corresponding to each equipment type to be upgraded to the assembly line equipment to be upgraded and belonging to the equipment type to be upgraded through the network equipment according to the network address, and upgrading the assembly line equipment to be upgraded according to the upgrade package sent by the main controller.
13. The system of claim 12, wherein the main controller is specifically configured to determine all pipeline devices included in each device type to be upgraded as pipeline devices to be upgraded that belong to the device type to be upgraded.
14. The system of claim 12, wherein the main controller is specifically configured to determine, for each device type to be upgraded, whether the device type to be upgraded includes only one pipeline device, determine, if the device type to be upgraded includes only one pipeline device, the pipeline device as the pipeline device to be upgraded that belongs to the device type to be upgraded, and determine, if the device type to be upgraded includes at least two pipeline devices, at least one pipeline device selected from the pipeline devices included in the device type to be upgraded as the pipeline device to be upgraded that belongs to the device type to be upgraded.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein for each device type to be upgraded, the main controller is specifically configured to, when it is determined that the device type to be upgraded includes at least two pipeline devices, send a device selection window corresponding to the device type to be upgraded to the human-computer interaction device for display, determine a pipeline device selected by a user according to a received selection operation of the user in the device selection window, determine the pipeline device selected by the user as a pipeline device to be upgraded that belongs to the device type to be upgraded, and set a device selection menu of the pipeline device included in the device type to be upgraded in the device selection window; the man-machine interaction device is also used for detecting the selection operation of the user in the equipment selection window.

The system according to claim 14, wherein for each device type to be upgraded, the main controller is specifically configured to, when it is determined that the device type to be upgraded includes at least two pipeline devices, send the device type to be upgraded to the human-computer interaction device for display, send a device selection window corresponding to the device type to be upgraded to the human-computer interaction device for display according to a received user click operation on the device type to be upgraded, determine a pipeline device selected by the user according to a received user selection operation in the device selection window, determine the pipeline device selected by the user as a pipeline device to be upgraded that is subordinate to the device type to be upgraded, and set a device selection menu for the pipeline device included in the device type to be upgraded in the device selection window; the man-machine interaction device is also used for detecting the clicking operation of the user on the type of the equipment to be upgraded and detecting the selection operation of the user in the equipment selection window.

The system of claim 12, wherein the main controller is specifically configured to send, for each device type to be upgraded, a device selection window corresponding to the device type to be upgraded to the human-computer interaction device for display, determine, according to a received selection operation of the user in the device selection window, the pipeline device selected by the user, determine the pipeline device selected by the user as the pipeline device to be upgraded that belongs to the device type to be upgraded, and set, in the device selection window, a device selection menu of the pipeline device included in the device type to be upgraded.

The system of any of claims 12-17, wherein the pipeline device is further configured to generate upgrade status information after the upgrade is complete and to send the upgrade status information to the master controller via the network device; and the main controller is used for sending the received upgrade state information to the human-computer interaction device for display.
19. The system of any of claims 12-17, wherein the master controller is further configured to configure a respective unique network address for each pipeline device prior to initiating the upgrade tool, the network address being a local area network address.
20. The system of any of claims 12-17, wherein the master controller is further configured to obtain type identifiers of all pipeline devices in the pipeline prior to starting the upgrade tool, and classify all pipeline devices according to the type identifiers to obtain the device type.
21. The system of any of claims 12-17, wherein the master controller is further configured to determine whether any pipeline device in the pipeline is in operation when an upgrade for the pipeline device is required, and to activate the upgrade tool when no pipeline device in the pipeline is in operation.
22. The upgrading system of the assembly line equipment is characterized by comprising a plurality of assembly line equipment, network equipment, control equipment and a server, wherein the control equipment comprises a main controller and a man-machine interaction device;
the main controller is connected with the pipeline equipment and is used for coordinating the work of the pipeline equipment, receiving and processing data returned by the pipeline equipment;
the man-machine interaction device is connected with the server and used for displaying an upgrade package path selection window and detecting the selection operation of a user in the upgrade package path selection window, and an upgrade package path selection menu corresponding to each equipment type is arranged in the upgrade package path selection window;
the server is used for sending an upgrade package path selection window to the man-machine interaction device for display when an upgrade tool is started, determining at least one equipment type to be upgraded and an upgrade package corresponding to the equipment type to be upgraded according to an upgrade package path selected by a user on the upgrade package path selection window, determining pipeline equipment to be upgraded and belonging to each equipment type to be upgraded, acquiring a network address of each pipeline equipment to be upgraded, sending the upgrade package corresponding to each equipment type to be upgraded to the pipeline equipment to be upgraded and having a membership relationship with the equipment type to be upgraded through the network equipment according to the network address, and upgrading the pipeline equipment to be upgraded according to the upgrade package sent by the server, wherein the network address comprises a network address and a local area network address.
