In the embodiment, the actuating mechanism 4 is integrally structured with the actuating structure 41 and the support 42, the support 42 is connected with the valve body 1 through a bolt and presses the valve cover 2, the bolt is acted by a transverse moment in an assembling link and is converted into a vertical moment through a thread between the bolt and the valve body 1, the moment is transmitted to the support 42 of the actuating mechanism 4, and the support 42 presses the valve cover 2 to transmit the moment to the valve cover 2.
The type of the executing mechanism 41 is not specifically limited, and the corresponding executing mechanism 4 may be selected according to the field requirement, and in order to meet the actual situation, the type of the executing mechanism 4 in this embodiment is a straight-stroke mechanism.
For the shape forming of the clamping portion 21, the present embodiment includes two types, the first type is that the cross-sectional dimension of the clamping portion 21 is along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure 3, and has a sudden change part; secondly, the size of the clamping part 21 is gradually changed along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure 3.
When the first type of the clamping portion 21 is formed in this embodiment, in the valve cap 2 formed by extending from the second mounting surface 211 to the side far away from the actuator 4 along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure 3, the cross-sectional dimension of the side far away from the actuator 4 is smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the side near the actuator 4.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the recess formed in the valve body 1 is provided as a stepped groove including a first mating surface 121, a first stepped surface 122, and a second mating surface 123; correspondingly, the clip portion 21 is formed in a step structure, the clip portion 21 includes a third mating surface 212, a second step surface 213 and a fourth mating surface 214, as shown in fig. 1, the first step surface 122 and the second step surface 213 are disposed in an up-down opposite abutting manner, the first mating surface 121 and the third mating surface 212 are disposed in a clearance fit manner, and the second mating surface 123 and the fourth mating surface 214 are disposed in a clearance fit manner.
Stair structure's setting, not only satisfy with valve gap 2 joint between valve body 1 and support 42, the valve gap 2 of second fitting surface 123 and fourth fitting surface 214 department can effectively reduce the cantilever support of opening and close structure 3, the inner wall part that opening and close structure 3 and contact with the oscilaltion of valve gap 2 lower extreme sets up the sclerosis face simultaneously, valve gap 2 has reliable guide effect, make to open and close structure 3 more for accurate upper and lower action, can reduce simultaneously and use other guide structure, further retrench the structure.
The above-mentioned hardened surface forming method is not specifically limited, and in order to meet the practical requirements, the build-up welding forming is adopted in the embodiment, and the processing is simple.
In this embodiment, the sealing member 6 is disposed between the first step surface 122 and the second step surface 213, the type of the sealing member 6 is not limited, and a gasket is selected in this embodiment to meet the practical requirement; when valve gap 2 received vertical direction moment, moment transmitted sealing member 6, sealing member 6 pressurized back lateral expansion and paste vertical direction upside and valve gap 2 sealed, downside and valve body 1 sealed, guarantee valve housing's leakproofness, reinforcing valve gap 2 and valve body 1's reliability of being connected.
As an alternative embodiment, when the second type of the clamping portion 21 is formed, the cross-sectional dimension of the clamping portion 21 formed by extending from the second mounting surface 211 to the side far away from the actuator 4 along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure 3 is gradually reduced.
Specifically, the clamping portion 21 is provided in a truncated cone structure with a gradually decreasing cross-sectional dimension from top to bottom, such as a truncated cone, a truncated pyramid, or a truncated cone, but is not limited thereto; the recess is shaped as a groove adapted to the snap-in portion 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the opening and closing structure 3 of the present embodiment includes a valve rod 31 and a valve flap 32 that are fixedly connected, and the valve rod 31 and the valve flap 32 adopt an integrated structure, which is beneficial to ensuring coaxial tolerance in processing and reducing connecting parts between the valve flap 32 and the valve rod 31. In addition, the governing valve in this embodiment still includes: the valve seat 7 is installed between the first cavity 13 and the second cavity 14 in the valve body 1, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the valve seat 7 is arranged on the valve body 1 in a step structure, the valve seat 7 comprises a guide surface 71, an installation groove 72 and a sealing surface 73, the guide surface 71 is a threaded surface located on the outer edge of the valve seat 7 and is in threaded connection with the valve body 1, and the number of used pressing ring parts is reduced; the mounting groove 72 is positioned on the upper end surface of the valve seat 7 and is processed into a cross-shaped rotary tool groove, so that the tool for applying torque when screwing or disassembling the valve seat 7 and the valve body 1 can be conveniently used; the sealing surface 73 is positioned in the valve seat 7 and connected with the valve clack 32 and is suitable for being matched with the valve clack 32 to realize sealing and medium flow regulation, and the position of the sealing surface 73 can be used for increasing a hardened structure according to the use working condition in consideration of material hardness and wear resistance.
In this embodiment, the valve is closed when the valve flap 32 abuts against the valve seat 7, and the valve is opened when the valve flap 32 is spaced from the valve seat 7.
As shown in fig. 1, a mounting cavity 22 is formed in a position, close to the valve rod 31, on the inner wall of the bonnet 2, a sealing assembly 8 is mounted in the mounting cavity 22, the valve rod 31 penetrates through the sealing assembly 8, the sealing assembly 8 is provided with a first backing ring 83, a packing element 81, a second backing ring 84 and a pressing element 82 from bottom to top, wherein the first backing ring 83 and the bonnet 2 are automatically aligned through a processing conical surface, the packing element 81 is mounted above the first backing ring 83, the second backing ring 84 is mounted above the packing element 81 and used for being matched with the pressing element 82 to press the packing element 81 to transmit torque, the pressing element 82 is provided with a pressing sleeve with external threads, an internal thread is arranged at the upper end of the bonnet 2, and the second backing ring 84 is in threaded connection with the pressing element 82 to pre-tighten the internal thread.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the upper end of the pressing member 82 is hexagonal, and is used for applying an external torque to the pressing member 82 during the assembling process, the pressing member 82 receives an external transverse torque, the external transverse torque is converted into a vertical torque through a thread structure and is transmitted to the second backing ring 84, the second backing ring 84 transmits the torque to the packing member 81, and the packing member 81 is deformed and expanded transversely due to the action of the vertical torque, so that the sealing between the packing member 81 and the valve rod 31, the sealing between the packing member 81 and the valve cover 2, and the upper sealing of the parts of the valve cover 2 are ensured.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, a section of straight surface 821 is machined in the pressing member 82, then a section of inclined surface 822 is machined, the straight surface 821 can play a role in guiding and supporting the middle position of the cantilever beam valve rod 31 after the valve is assembled, the inclined surface 822 is machined after the straight surface 821 is machined for one section, the valve rod 31 is prevented from being locked due to the long straight surface 821, and meanwhile due to the special design of the pressing member 82, bolting parts and spaces between the conventional valve cover 2 and the pressing member 82 are reduced.
As shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9, the regulating valve provided in this embodiment further includes a fixing assembly 9 at a connection between the actuating structure 41 and the valve rod 31, for fixing the driving end of the actuating structure 41 and the valve rod 31, and the fixing assembly 9 is configured as a clamping block assembly, and specifically includes: front and back relatively set up first mounting 91 and second mounting 92 in the drive end of executive structure 41 and valve rod 31 junction both sides, and connecting piece 93, be provided with first fixed orifices on the first mounting 91, be provided with the second fixed orifices on the second mounting 92, connecting piece 93 detachably wears to establish and installs in first fixed orifices and second fixed orifices, be connected first mounting 91 with second mounting 92 and then with the drive end of executive structure 41 and valve rod 31 fixed together, make the action of executive structure 41 transmit to valve rod 31 fast, connecting piece 93 adopts the bolt, convenient and stable connection, high reliability.
Specifically, the driving end of the actuating structure 41 is a push rod, and push rod threads are formed on the upper half portions of the first fixing piece 91 and the second fixing piece 92, and valve rod 31 threads are formed on the lower half portions of the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece, and are respectively connected with the driving end push rod and the valve rod 31, so that the connection between the push rod of the actuating mechanism 4 and the valve rod 31 is realized, the torque of the actuating structure 41 is transmitted to the opening and closing structure 3, and the opening and closing actions of the valve are controlled. A gap is reserved between the threads of the push rod and the threads of the valve rod 31, so that abrasion is reduced, the connection reliability is enhanced, and the service life of the valve is prolonged. Two first fixing holes processed on the front surface of the first fixing member 91 are through holes suitable for the connecting member 93 to pass through, and a second fixing hole of the second fixing member 92 is a threaded hole for the connecting member 93 to be selected and fastened.
In this embodiment, the bracket 42 of the actuator 4 may be provided with a switch display portion 421, and the first fixing member 91 is provided with an indication portion 94 on a side close to the switch display portion 421, so that when the actuator 41 acts, the indication portion 94 cooperates with the opening/closing mark of the switch display portion 421 to indicate the valve opening/closing state along with the vertical movement of the first fixing member 91.
Of course, the indication portion 94 may be disposed on the second fixing member 92, as long as it can cooperate with the switch display portion 421 on the bracket 42 to feed back the valve switch state.
The type of the indicating portion 94 in this embodiment is not particularly limited, and in order to be practical, the indicating portion 94 in this embodiment is formed into an indicating groove by machining, so that the forming is stable and reliable.
As shown in fig. 1 and 8, a stopper 422 is provided on the bracket 42 of the actuator 4, and the switch display portion 421 is provided on the stopper 422; the fixed component 9 is formed with a notch 95 matched with the limiting part 422 at one side close to the limiting part 422, when the driving end of the executing mechanism 4 drives the opening and closing structure 3 to ascend and descend, the limiting part 422 has position change in the vertical direction relative to the notch 95, the executing mechanism 4 is limited in vertical movement, the executing structure 41 and the opening and closing structure 3 are prevented from rotating in movement, and loosening in fastening and inaccurate adjustment control inside the adjusting valve are avoided.
The assembly steps of the regulating valve provided in this embodiment are as follows:
s1: screwing the valve seat 7 into the valve body 1 through a screwing tool and fastening;
s1: the valve rod 31 passes through a middle through hole of the valve cap 2, the first backing ring 83, the packing element 81 and the second backing ring 84 are sequentially placed in the installation cavity 22 of the valve cap 2, and the valve rod is pre-tightened by the threads between the pressing element 82 and the valve cap 2.
S1: the sealing member 6 is put on the first step surface 122 of the recess processed by the valve body 1, the assembled valve cover 2 assembly is put on the valve body 1, the actuating mechanism 4 is pressed on the valve cover 2, the actuating mechanism 4 and the valve body 1 are fastened and connected by the connecting member 93 through bolts, and the bolts are pre-tightened.
S1: the actuator 4 is operated to output force to push the valve rod 31 and the valve seat 7 to be sealed, meanwhile, a middle cavity bolt between the support 42 and the valve body 1 is fastened, the fixing assembly 9 is locked, and the installation is completed.
When the valve or change the valve rod 31 part of regulation need be disassembled, directly disassemble between and the valve body 1 between connection structure 5, the lumen bolt promptly takes out valve upper portion from the pipeline, according to the demand replacement part or disassemble fixed subassembly 9 once more and change valve gap 2 seal assembly 8 etc..

Claims (11)
1. A regulator valve, comprising:
the valve body (1), a first mounting surface (11) is arranged on the valve body (1), a concave part is recessed on the first mounting surface (11) from outside to inside, and the valve body (1) further comprises a first cavity (13) and a second cavity (14) suitable for medium circulation;
the valve cover (2), the valve cover (2) is provided with a clamping portion (21), the clamping portion (21) is matched with the recessed portion, the clamping portion (21) is provided with a second mounting surface (211), and the second mounting surface (211) is flush with the first mounting surface (11);
the opening and closing structure (3) is slidably arranged on the valve cover (2), one end of the opening and closing structure extends into the valve body (1), and the opening and closing structure (3) separates or communicates the first cavity (13) and the second cavity (14) through lifting so as to control the opening and closing of the valve;
the actuating mechanism (4) comprises an actuating structure (41) and a support (42), the actuating structure (41) is installed on the support (42), and a driving end of the actuating structure (41) is connected with the opening and closing structure (3) to drive the opening and closing structure (3) to lift; the support (42) is provided with a limiting surface, and the support (42) is connected with the valve body (1) through a connecting structure (5) so that the limiting surface is in limiting contact with the first mounting surface (11) and the second mounting surface (211).

The regulating valve according to claim 1, wherein in the valve cover (2) formed by extending the second mounting surface (211) to the side away from the actuator (4) along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure (3), the cross-sectional dimension of the side away from the actuator (4) is smaller than the cross-sectional dimension of the side close to the actuator (4).

The regulator valve according to claim 2, wherein the recess is shaped as a stepped groove, the recess comprising: a first mating surface (121), a first step surface (122), and a second mating surface (123); joint portion (21) shaping is the stair structure, joint portion (21) include: a third mating surface (212), a second step surface (213), and a fourth mating surface (214);
the first step surface (122) and the second step surface (213) are arranged in an opposite abutting mode, the first matching surface (121) and the third matching surface (212) are arranged in a matched mode, and the second matching surface (123) and the fourth matching surface (214) are arranged in a matched mode.
4. The regulator valve according to claim 3, further comprising:
a seal (6), the seal (6) being disposed between the first step surface (122) and the second step surface (213).

The regulating valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross-sectional dimension of the clamping portion (21) formed by extending from the second mounting surface (211) to the side away from the actuating mechanism (4) is gradually reduced along the axial direction of the opening and closing structure (3).
6. The regulating valve according to claim 5, characterized in that the clamping portion (21) is provided as a table structure, and the recess is shaped as a groove adapted to the clamping portion (21).
7. The regulating valve according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the opening and closing structure (3) comprises a fixedly connected valve stem (31) and flap (32);
the governing valve still includes: the valve seat (7) is installed between the first cavity (13) and the second cavity (14) in the valve body (1), the valve seat (7) comprises a guide surface (71), an installation groove (72) and a sealing surface (73), and the guide surface (71) is located on the outer edge of the valve seat (7); the mounting groove (72) is positioned on the upper end surface of the valve seat (7) and is suitable for being matched with a tool; the sealing surface (73) is positioned at the position where the inner wall of the valve seat (7) is contacted with the valve clack (32) and is suitable for being matched with the valve clack (32) to realize sealing and medium flow regulation;
the valve flap (32) has a closed state in which it abuts against the valve seat (7) to close the valve and an open state in which it is spaced from the valve seat (7) to open the valve.
8. The regulating valve according to claim 7, wherein the valve cover (2) is formed with a mounting cavity (22) at a position close to the valve stem (31), the mounting cavity (22) is internally provided with a sealing assembly (8), and the sealing assembly (8) comprises:
a packing (81), the packing (81) being disposed between the valve stem (31) and the valve cap (2);
the pressing piece (82) is installed on the packing piece (81), and the pressing piece (82) is matched with the valve cover (2) to press the packing piece (81);
a first backing ring (83) and a second backing ring (84), wherein the first backing ring (83) is installed between the bottom end of the installation cavity (22) and the packing element (81), and the second backing ring (84) is installed between the packing element (81) and the pressing element (82).
9. The regulator valve according to claim 8, further comprising a fixing assembly (9) disposed at a position where the actuating end of the actuating structure (41) is connected to the valve stem (31) and adapted to fixedly connect the actuating end of the actuating structure (41) to the valve stem (31), the fixing assembly (9) comprising:
the first fixing piece (91) and the second fixing piece (92) are relatively fixedly arranged on two sides of the joint of the driving end of the execution structure (41) and the valve rod (31), a first fixing hole is formed in the first fixing piece (91), and a second fixing hole is correspondingly formed in the second fixing piece (92);
and the connecting piece (93) is detachably arranged in the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole in a penetrating way and is suitable for connecting the first fixing piece (91) and the second fixing piece (92) so as to fix the driving end of the execution structure (41) and the valve rod (31).
10. The regulating valve according to claim 9, wherein a switch display portion (421) is arranged on the bracket (42) of the actuator (4), an indicating portion (94) is arranged on one side of the first fixing member (91) and/or the second fixing member (92) close to the switch display portion (421), and the indicating portion (94) and the switch display portion (421) are adapted to cooperate to indicate the on-off state of the valve when the opening and closing structure (3) is lifted and lowered.
11. The regulating valve according to claim 10, wherein a limiting member (422) is provided on the bracket (42) of the actuator (4), and the switch display portion (421) is provided on the limiting member (422);
