step 101, in a remote control mode, if determining that a target event occurs in the clothes treatment device, exiting the remote control mode; wherein the target event is a first event indicating that the laundry treating apparatus receives a locally triggered instruction, a second event indicating that the laundry treating apparatus has an operation failure, or a third event indicating that the operation of the laundry treating apparatus is finished.
It can be understood that the control method of the embodiment of the application can enable the clothes treatment equipment to exit the remote control mode in time, reduce the potential safety hazard of the operation of the clothes treatment equipment in the remote control mode, and further effectively improve the use safety of the remote control function of the clothes treatment equipment.
Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus includes a remote communication module for establishing wireless communication with the remote control terminal device, for example, the remote communication module may be a WIFI module or a 4G, 5G, etc. mobile communication module. The remote control terminal equipment can be a mobile phone, an intelligent bracelet, an intelligent watch and other portable terminals with mobile communication functions.
In an application example, the clothes treatment device comprises a WIFI module, a switch is arranged on the WIFI module, and a user can control the clothes treatment device to enter a remote control module based on the switch. For example, the switch provided on the WIFI module may include: a power key and a Remote key, which may be understood as a key for turning on or off a Remote control mode. After the clothes treatment equipment is powered on, if the WIFI module is not opened, the WIFI module can be started by opening the power key, and after the WIFI module is successfully distributed, the Remote control mode can be authorized to enter the clothes treatment equipment by pressing the Remote key, so that the clothes treatment equipment can receive an instruction sent by the Remote control terminal equipment under the Remote control module, and the Remote control of the clothes treatment equipment is realized.
For example, in order to reduce the number of switches, the function of the foregoing power key may be implemented based on a Remote key, for example, when the WIFI module is not turned on, the Remote key is pressed for a first time period (e.g., 5 seconds), and then the WIFI module may be turned on; after the WIFI module is successfully distributed, pressing the Remote key for a second time (for example, 3 seconds) can authorize the clothes treatment equipment to enter a Remote control mode; under the state that the WIFI module is opened, if the Remote key is pressed again for the first time, the WIFI module can be closed. The above time periods are only examples, and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited thereto.
For example, the laundry processing apparatus and/or the remote control terminal apparatus may output indication information indicating whether the laundry processing apparatus is in the remote control mode, for example, the remote control terminal apparatus may display states such as whether a WIFI module of the laundry processing apparatus is turned on, whether a distribution network is successful, and whether the remote control mode is authorized via the output interface system; and/or the clothes treatment equipment can indicate states such as whether the WIFI module is opened, whether a distribution network is successful and whether a remote control mode is authorized through modes such as an indicator lamp and a display screen.
In some embodiments, the target event is the first event, the determining that the target event occurs to the laundry treatment apparatus comprises:

Illustratively, the input unit may include: the Remote control device comprises a Remote control unit of the WIFI module and other input units except the Remote control unit. When the user inputs the first instruction through other input units except the Remote key, the clothes treatment equipment exits the Remote control mode, so that safety accidents caused by the fact that the Remote controller does not know the condition of the operator at the clothes treatment equipment end can be reduced, and the safety of Remote control is improved. The first instructions include, but are not limited to: the control method comprises a pause instruction for indicating the suspension of the clothes treatment equipment, a door unlocking instruction, a control instruction for adjusting control parameters of an operation program of the clothes treatment equipment and a start instruction for indicating the start of the clothes treatment equipment.
In an application example, if a user inputs a door unlocking instruction during the operation of the clothes treatment equipment and adds clothes midway, the clothes treatment equipment can quit the remote control mode based on the door unlocking instruction, and safety accidents in the remote control mode are avoided.
It can be understood that, when the laundry processing apparatus is in the Remote control mode, if the user wants to cancel the Remote control mode, the Remote key of the WIFI module may be pressed (for example, the second duration is pressed) to generate the second instruction, and the laundry processing apparatus may exit the Remote control mode, so that the flexibility of control is enhanced. It is understood that, if the user wants to resume the Remote control mode, the user may press the Remote key again for a second time period, and may authorize the laundry treating apparatus to enter the Remote control mode.

The power supply of the WIFI module is disconnected by the clothes treatment equipment, so that the WIFI module is disconnected with the network, the clothes treatment equipment exits from the remote control mode, safety accidents caused by the fact that the remote controller does not know the condition of an operator at the clothes treatment equipment end can be reduced, and the safety of remote control is improved.
The following describes an exemplary control method according to an embodiment of the present application in conjunction with an application example.
In the embodiment of the application, the Remote communication module of the clothes treatment equipment adopts a WIFI module, and a Remote key is arranged on the WIFI module. As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus for starting the remote control mode and exiting the remote control mode includes:
step 201, starting up.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may be in a turn-on state under the control of the user, i.e., the laundry treating apparatus is powered on.
Step 202, judging whether the WIFI function is started, if not, executing step 203; if yes, go to step 204.
Here, the user may determine whether the WIFI function is turned on based on the instruction information of the laundry processing apparatus side or the instruction information of the remote control terminal apparatus side.
It can be understood that, if the WIFI function is already turned on, the step 204 is directly executed after the laundry processing device is powered on, and if the WIFI function is not turned on, the step 204 needs to be executed after the step 203 is executed.
And step 203, executing step 204 after the WIFI function is started.
Here, the user may start the WIFI module by pressing the Remote key for 5 seconds, and perform step 204.
And step 204, judging whether the distribution network is successful, if not, executing step 205, and if so, executing step 206.
Here, the user may determine whether the distribution of the WIFI module is successful based on the indication information of the laundry processing device side or the indication information of the remote control terminal device side.
It can be understood that, if the WIFI module has successfully configured the network, step 206 is performed, otherwise, step 206 is performed after step 205 needs to be performed.
Step 205, after the distribution network operation, step 206 is executed.
Here, the user may perform the distribution network operation based on the button on the WIFI module, for example, perform the distribution network operation based on the AP button on the WIFI module, and execute step 206 after the distribution network is successful.
Step 206, the remote control mode is authorized.
Here, the user may press the Remote key for 3 seconds, generating an instruction authorizing the Remote control mode.
In step 207, the remote control mode is initiated.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may start the remote control mode based on an instruction to authorize the remote control mode.
Step 208, start up operation.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may receive a power-on command transmitted from the remote control terminal device in the remote control mode to start operation.
Step 209, determining whether an input unit of the control panel is operated, if yes, executing step 210; if not, it is determined whether the situation from step 211 to step 214 occurs in the remote control mode.
Exemplarily, a control panel of the laundry treatment apparatus may be provided with an input unit such as a button, a knob switch or a touch screen, and when a user inputs a first command through the input unit, the laundry treatment apparatus exits from the remote control mode, so that safety accidents caused by unclear conditions of an operator at the laundry treatment apparatus end by a remote controller may be reduced, and the safety of remote control may be improved. The first instructions include, but are not limited to: a pause instruction for instructing the suspension of the clothes treatment equipment, a control instruction for adjusting the control parameter of the running program of the clothes treatment equipment and a start instruction for instructing the start of the clothes treatment equipment.
Step 210, exit the remote control mode and still maintain the network connection.
In step 211, the process ends and then proceeds to step 215.
Here, after the operation of the laundry treating apparatus is finished based on the operation program, the laundry treating apparatus opens the door lock switch and is automatically turned off.
At step 212, power is interrupted halfway, and then step 216 is performed.
Here, if the power supply is interrupted during the operation of the laundry machine, the power supply needs to be resumed, and then step 216 is executed.
In step 213, a failure occurs, and then step 210 is performed.
Here, if the laundry treating apparatus has an operation failure, a corresponding alarm signal may be generated, and the laundry treating apparatus may return to step 210 based on the alarm signal.
And step 214, pressing the Remote key for a long time, and then executing step 210.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may return to step 210 in response to the user pressing the Remote key for 3 seconds.
And step 215, powering off the WIFI module, disconnecting the network connection and exiting the remote control mode.
And step 216, after the power is turned on again, the running program continues to run, the remote control mode is exited, and the network connection is still kept.
It can be understood that, when the laundry treating apparatus is in the remote control mode, if any one of the foregoing steps 209, 211 to 214 occurs, the laundry treating apparatus exits the remote control mode, so as to reduce safety accidents caused by the situation of the operator at the laundry treating apparatus end, which is not clear to the remote controller, and to improve the safety of the remote control.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises:
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to enter the remote control mode based on a switch of a remote communication module of the laundry treating apparatus.
It is understood that, after the laundry treating apparatus exits the remote control mode, the laundry treating apparatus may be further controlled to enter the remote control mode based on the switch of the remote communication module. For example, the user may press the Remote key for 3 seconds, generating an instruction authorizing the Remote control mode, and the laundry treating apparatus may start the Remote control mode based on the authorized instruction.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises:
in a remote control mode, receiving a starting-up instruction sent by a remote control terminal device for starting the clothes processing device and acquiring a starting-up time corresponding to the starting-up instruction;
comparing the starting-up time with pre-stored historical operating data, and determining an operating program matched with the starting-up time in the historical operating data; the historical operating data comprises the identification and starting time of the operating programs which are operated for a set number of times recently;
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate based on the matched operation program.
Here, the starting-up instruction may be understood as an instruction for remotely starting up the operation of the clothing processing apparatus, and the starting-up time may be understood as a time when the clothing processing apparatus receives the starting-up instruction or a time corresponding to a timestamp carried in the starting-up instruction.
It can be understood that based on the control method, the clothes treatment device can be started by one key based on the remotely sent starting instruction, so that intelligent washing of the clothes treatment device in a remote control mode is realized, and complicated operation set by a user can be omitted.
It is understood that the laundry treating apparatus stores in advance operation data of the operation program, for example, the identification of the operation program and the start time, which have been most recently operated, for a set number of times. For example, the identifier of each running program may be generated based on the code for the set various running programs. For example, the set running program includes: the first mode of standard washing, the second mode of quick washing, the third mode of children washing, the fourth mode of cotton and linen washing and the like can assign unique identification to the running programs of all modes, so that the identification corresponds to the codes of the corresponding prestored running programs one by one.
It should be noted that, the historical operating data may only keep the identifiers and the starting times of the operating programs that have been operated for a set number of times recently, which may reduce the storage space occupied by the historical operating data, and may also enable the historical operating data to reflect the recent usage habits of the user.
Illustratively, the set number can be reasonably set based on requirements, so that the historical operating data can reflect the recent use habits of users, the data volume is reasonable, and the data storage volume and the subsequent matching operating volume are reduced. In addition, in the use process of the clothes treatment equipment, the use habits of the user often change along with seasonal changes, so that in the embodiment of the application, the historical operation data only keep the operation data which is recently operated for a set number of times, the accuracy of intelligently determining the current operation program of the clothes treatment equipment is improved, and the current actual washing requirement of the user can be met.
In some embodiments, determining the running program in the historical running data, which matches the boot-up time, based on comparing the boot-up time with the pre-stored historical running data includes:
selecting a target starting time closest to the starting time from the starting times of the recently operated running programs with the set number of times;
calculating the absolute value of the difference between the target starting time and the starting time;
and determining an operation program matched with the starting-up time in the historical operation data based on the absolute value.
Illustratively, determining the running program in the historical running data, which matches the boot-up time, based on the absolute value includes:
if the absolute value is less than or equal to the set duration, determining that the target starting time is matched with the starting time, and taking the running program of the target starting time as the matched running program;
and if the absolute value is greater than the set duration, counting the use times of the same running program in the running programs which are run for the set number of times most recently, and taking the running program with the largest use time as the matched running program.
For example, the set time period may be determined based on analysis of big data of the laundry treatment apparatus obtained by the network, for example, the set time period may be reasonably determined based on analysis of the age, the region, the usage scene, and the like of the user based on the big data. In an application example, the set time length may be 15 minutes, that is, if the target starting time closest to the starting time falls within 15 minutes before and after the starting time, it is determined that the running program at the target starting time is a matching running program.
It can be understood that, if the historical operating data does not satisfy the operating program matched with the boot time, based on the frequency of use of the operating program in the historical operating data, the operating program with the largest frequency of use is selected as the matched operating program. Therefore, on the premise of selecting the matched running program based on the starting time, the running program with the largest use frequency is selected as the current running program based on the use frequency of the running programs in the historical running data, so that the current actual washing requirement of a user is met as much as possible, and the operation of the user is saved.
It can be understood that the control method of the embodiment of the application effectively improves the intelligent degree of the clothes treatment equipment, and for older users, because the users may be difficult to set relevant parameters such as washing in a remote control mode, the trouble of setting a washing program for the older users can be saved based on the control method of the embodiment of the application.
Exemplarily, the control method further comprises:
and updating the historical operating data based on the identification of the current operating program and the starting time.
It is understood that, after the laundry treating apparatus is started based on the matched operation program, the laundry treating apparatus may update the historical operation data based on the identification of the current operation program and the starting time, i.e. the identification of the current operation program and the starting time are added to the historical operation data as the last usage record. Alternatively, the oldest usage record in the historical operating data may be removed such that the historical operating data only retains the identification and start time of the most recently operated operating programs a set number of times.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises:
pre-storing the corresponding relation between the program code and the identification of each running program;
the controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate based on the matched operation program includes:
calling the corresponding running program based on the identifier of the matched running program;
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate based on the called operation program.
It can be understood that the clothes treatment equipment stores the corresponding relation between the program code and the identification of each operation program in advance, so that historical operation data only need to record the identification and the starting time of the historical operation program, and control parameters of the historical operation program do not need to be recorded, and therefore the storage space occupied by the historical operation data can be reduced, and the data occupation amount and the processing amount are reduced.
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present application embodiment, the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus includes:
step 301, obtaining a boot time.
For example, in the remote control mode, the laundry processing device determines a corresponding starting time based on the remote control terminal device sending a starting instruction to the laundry processing device.
In step 302, historical operating data, such as 15 consecutive runs, is obtained.
Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus stores operation data of 15 times of the latest operation in advance, for example:
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quickly washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 09;
quickly washing for 45 minutes; 09;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
cotton and hemp; 08;
quickly washing for 45 minutes; 08;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 08;
mixing; 09;
quickly washing for 45 minutes; 11, operating;
quick washing for 15 minutes; 12, 15 operation.
For example, the historical operating data may include identification of the operating program and the starting time, so that the memory space occupied by the historical operating data may be reduced.
Step 303, judging whether an operating program matched with the starting-up time exists, if not, executing step 304; if yes, go to step 305.
Illustratively, the determining whether there is an operating program matching the boot time includes:
selecting a target starting time closest to the starting time from the starting times of the 15-time running programs which are run recently;
calculating the absolute value of the difference between the target starting time and the starting time;
and if the absolute value is less than or equal to 15 minutes, determining that the target starting time is matched with the starting time, and taking the running program of the target starting time as the matched running program.
For example, if the starting time of the laundry treatment apparatus is 8. If the starting time of the laundry processing apparatus is 17.
And step 304, determining a matched running program based on the use frequency.
Illustratively, determining a matching operating program based on frequency of use includes:
counting the use times of the same running programs in the running programs which are run recently and are set in number;
and taking the running program with the maximum use times as the matched running program.
For example, in the 15-time operation data of the last operation, if the number of usage times of the quick wash score 15 is the largest, the quick wash score 15 is regarded as the matched operation program, and step 305 is executed.
And 305, controlling the operation of the clothes treatment equipment based on the matched operation program.
For example, the clothes treatment device may control the operation of the clothes treatment device based on the matched operation program in the remote control mode, and thus, the operation may be started by one key based on a power-on instruction sent by the remote control terminal device.
And step 306, updating the historical operating data based on the identification and the starting time of the current operating program.
For example, after the laundry treating apparatus is started based on the matched operation program, the laundry treating apparatus may update the historical operation data based on the identification of the current operation program and the starting time, i.e., add the identification of the current operation program and the starting time to the historical operation data as the last usage record.
