The water purifying agent of claim 1, wherein said water purifying agent consists of: 20-40 parts of quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, 15-25 parts of moringa seed extract, 15-25 parts of goldenrain seed extract, 10-20 parts of Chinese yam extract, 10-20 parts of sweet potato extract, 10-20 parts of banana peel extract, 10-20 parts of shaddock peel extract and 5-15 parts of polyacrylamide, wherein the water purifying agent preferably comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, 18-22 parts of moringa seed extract, 18-22 parts of goldenrain seed extract, 13-18 parts of Chinese yam extract, 13-18 parts of sweet potato extract, 15-20 parts of banana peel extract, 15-20 parts of shaddock peel extract and 8-12 parts of polyacrylamide, wherein the most preferable water purifying agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, 20 parts of moringa seed extract, 20 parts of goldenrain seed extract, 15 parts of Chinese yam extract, 15 parts of sweet potato extract, 16 parts of banana peel extract, 16 parts of shaddock peel extract and 10 parts of polyacrylamide.

The water purifying agent of claim 2, wherein the moringa seed extract is prepared by the following steps: sun-drying and shelling Moringa seed, pulverizing with a pulverizer, adding 10-20 times of distilled water, stirring for 30 min, leaching in 40 deg.C water bath for 4-5 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, centrifuging to obtain wet extract, and oven drying at 40 deg.C to constant weight to obtain Moringa seed extract.

The water purifying agent of claim 1, wherein the Luan Shuzi extract is prepared by the method comprising: luan Shuzi air drying, removing shell, pulverizing, adding 10-20 times of distilled water, stirring for 30 min, leaching in 40 deg.C water bath for 4-5 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, centrifuging to obtain wet extract, and oven drying at 40 deg.C to constant weight to obtain Moringa seed extract.

The water purifying agent of claim 1, wherein the yam extract is prepared by the following steps: peeling and cleaning rhizoma Dioscoreae, pulverizing with a pulverizer, adding 3-5 times of distilled water, stirring thoroughly for 30 min, leaching in 40 deg.C water bath for 2-3 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, adding 3-5 times of anhydrous ethanol into the filtrate, stirring thoroughly for 30 min, centrifuging to obtain wet extract, and oven drying at 40 deg.C to constant weight to obtain rhizoma Dioscoreae extract.

The water purifying agent of claim 1, wherein the sweet potato extract is prepared by the following steps: peeling and cleaning sweet potato, pulverizing with a pulverizer, adding 3-5 times of distilled water, stirring thoroughly for 30 min, leaching in 40 deg.C water bath for 2-3 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, adding 3-5 times of anhydrous ethanol into the filtrate, stirring thoroughly for 30 min, centrifuging to obtain wet extract, and oven drying at 40 deg.C to constant weight to obtain sweet potato extract.

The water purifying agent according to claim 1, wherein the banana peel extract is prepared by the following steps: drying banana peel at 60 ℃, crushing by a crusher, adding 10-15 times of 1.5mol/L sodium chloride solution, fully stirring for 30 minutes, leaching in water bath at 40 ℃ for 2-3 hours, filtering, collecting filtrate, performing centrifugal separation to obtain a wet extract, and drying at 40 ℃ to constant weight to obtain the banana peel extract.

The water purifying agent of claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the shaddock peel extract comprises: drying pericarpium Citri Grandis at 60 deg.C, pulverizing, adding 10-15 times of 1.5mol/L sodium chloride solution, stirring for 30 min, leaching in 40 deg.C water bath for 2-3 hr, filtering, collecting filtrate, centrifuging to obtain wet extract, and drying at 40 deg.C to constant weight to obtain pericarpium Citri Grandis extract.

The use of the water purifying agent of any one of claims 1 to 8 in the purification of a body of water, wherein the method of use is as follows: sequentially adding quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, plant extracts and polyacrylamide into purified water, stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture, and putting the mixture into a water body for water body purification.
11. The use of the water purifying agent in water purification according to claim 9, wherein the mass ratio of the purified water, the quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, the plant extract and the polyacrylamide is (30-80): (2-5): (5-15): (1-3).
12. The use of the water purifying agent of claim 10 in water purification, wherein the mass ratio of the purified water, quaternary ammonium salt chitosan, plant extract and polyacrylamide is 50:3:10:1.
13. The use of the water purifying agent of claim 11 for the purification of a body of water, wherein the amount of said mixture added to the body of water is from 0.5 to 1.5g/L.
