Therefore, the viewing mirror of the color selector can shoot a material picture on the background with the uniform color of the background plate 230, and the contrast can be better, and meanwhile, light emitted by the material light source plate 210 directly irradiates to the viewpoint 2 position of the color selector through the glass plate 300, so that the light is supplemented for the viewing mirror to shoot the material.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the color selector may include two mirrors, a first mirror 21 and a second mirror 22, and two light source assemblies 200. The first view mirror 21 and the second view mirror 22 are disposed opposite to each other, and the two light source assemblies 200 are respectively disposed at one side of a central connection line between the first view mirror 21 and the second view mirror 22. Wherein the viewpoint 2 is located at the midpoint of the central line connecting the first sight glass 21 and the second sight glass 22. The light emitted from the material light source plates 210 of the two light source assemblies 200 respectively irradiates the viewpoint 2 through the corresponding glass plates 300, and the light emitted from the background light source plates 220 of the two light source assemblies 200 respectively irradiates the corresponding background plates 230. When sorting materials, the material light source plates 210 in the two light source assemblies 200 irradiate the viewpoint 2, and the materials are shot by the sight glasses of the first sight glass 21 and the second sight glass 22 to supplement light. The arrangement can make the pictures of the materials taken by the first sight glass 21 and the second sight glass 22 more clear. The background light source plate 220 of the light source assembly 200 irradiates on the background plate 230, the background plate 230 far away from the first view mirror 21 is used as the background for material shooting when the first view mirror 21 shoots the material, and the background plate 230 far away from the second view mirror 22 is used as the background for material shooting when the second view mirror 22 shoots the material. Therefore, the sight glass can take the material picture on the background with the same color as the background plate 230, so that the sight glass has more contrast and is beneficial to more accurately sorting the material.
In some embodiments, the light group device 1 of the color sorter is composed of a shell body 110, a background plate 230, a roller 4231, a driving unit 410, a first sealing curtain 510, a second sealing curtain 520, a supporting seat 240, an ash removal brush support 423, a glass plate 300, a material light source plate 210, a background light source plate 220, a side sealing plate 120, a sealing plate 112, a pan head combination bolt, an inner hexagon head bolt, a cylinder support 412, an adjusting support 422, an ash removal brush support 423, a brush bar 4211, a sealing plate, a brush bar 4211, a cylindrical pin, a torsion spring and the like.
The shell body 110 is formed by aluminum alloy die sinking and drawing, and is composed of a first mounting cavity 11, a second mounting cavity 12, a guide boss 130, an L-shaped groove, a T-shaped groove, a U-shaped groove, a processing surface and the like. The first installation cavity 11 is mainly provided with a support seat 240 and relevant parts installed thereon, the background plate 230 is plugged into the T-shaped groove, and the glass plate 300 is fixed on the upper surface of the L-shaped groove through glass cement (the recess 1mm of the L-shaped groove is mainly used for storing part of the glass cement, so that the glass is bonded more firmly and is not easy to fall off). The machined surface is fixed to the sealing plate 112 by a countersunk screw and a sealant. The first mounting chamber 11 is a completely sealed structure. The second mounting cavity 12 mainly fixes the cylinder assembly, and the guide boss 130 mainly fixes the roller 4231 so that the roller 4231 can freely slide thereon. The first sealing curtain 510 and the second sealing curtain 520 are inserted into the slot, which mainly prevents dust from entering the second installation cavity 12 of the housing body 110 and affecting the sliding of the driving unit 410.
Material light source board 210, background light source board 220 pass through coiled hair composite bolt to be fixed on supporting seat 240, and inside its first installation cavity 11 was filled in through shell body 110 side to supporting seat 240, both sides were sealed, are fixed with side seal board 120, coiled hair composite bolt. The side sealing plate 120 has a stopper 121 for fixing the support seat 240, so that the support seat 240 is fixed inside and cannot rotate or move. The side sealing plates 120 on both sides are fixed to the processing surface by hexagon socket head bolts, and mainly function as the sealing case body 110 and the fixing glass plate 300. The glass plate 300 is adhered to the case body 110 and the sealing plate 112 by a sealing adhesive. The background plate 230 is inserted into the T-shaped groove of the case body 110 from the side. This example will have an installation cavity now and divide into first installation cavity 11 and second installation cavity 12, fixes material light source board 210, background light source board 220 on supporting seat 240, fixes, seals shell body 110.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the cleaning device 400, cylinder brackets 412 are fixed to both sides of the magnetic couple cylinder 411, four rollers 4231 are fixed to ash removal brush brackets 423, and the ash removal brackets are fixed to the slider of the magnetic couple cylinder 411 by hexagon socket head bolts. The brush strip 4211 is plugged into the adjusting support 422, and a sealing plate of the brush strip 4211 is fixed at one end of the adjusting support 422 to prevent the brush strip 4211 from running out of the adjusting support 422 in the operation process. And a torsional spring is fixed on the cylindrical pin, the cylindrical pin is plugged into the round hole of the adjusting support 422, and the outer side is limited and adjusted by the connecting plate of the adjusting support 422.
After the cleaning device 400 is assembled, it is loaded into the second mounting cavity 12 of the housing body 110. When the device is installed, the four rollers 4231 are clamped on the guide bosses 130 of the shell 10 to ensure smooth sliding. The first sealing curtain 510 and the second sealing curtain 520 are plugged into the returning grooves of the shell body 110, and mainly function in preventing dust from entering the shell body 110 to affect the sliding of the cylinder.
Light path of light source assembly 200: when the color sorter is in operation, 2 groups of material light source boards 210 illuminate the material viewpoint, and 2 groups of background light source boards 220 illuminate the background board 230. When the material passes through the material viewpoint, the sight glass can clearly see the material due to the sufficient brightness of the material viewpoint, and the background plate 230 is used as the material background to enable the picture shot by the material to be clearer. The sight glass shoots the materials at the material view point, and the materials are uploaded for analysis so as to analyze good and bad materials.
A color sorter according to an embodiment of the invention is described below. The color sorter according to the embodiment of the invention comprises a rack and a lamp group device 1, wherein the lamp group device 1 is arranged on the rack, and the lamp group device 1 is the lamp group device 1 of the color sorter according to the above embodiment of the invention.
According to the color selector provided by the embodiment of the invention, the lamp group device 1 of the color selector provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of integrally arranging the light source piece, saving the internal space of the color selector, reducing the number of parts, reducing the cost, preventing the lamp group device 1 from being influenced by dust and the like.
Other configurations and operations of color selectors according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (12)

1. A light bank device of a color sorter, comprising:
a housing having a first mounting cavity and a first opening in communication with the first mounting cavity;
the light source assembly is arranged in the first mounting cavity;
a glass plate disposed at the first opening.
2. The light bank device of the color selector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light source assembly comprises:
the material light source plate is arranged in the first mounting cavity;
the background light source plate is arranged in the first mounting cavity;
the background plate is arranged in the first installation cavity, and light emitted by the background light source plate is irradiated on the background plate.
3. The light bank device of color sorter according to claim 2, wherein the light source assembly further comprises:
the supporting seat is arranged in the first installation cavity, the material light source plate is arranged on the supporting seat and faces the glass plate, and the background light source plate is arranged on the supporting seat.
4. The light bank device of the color selector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing comprises:
the shell comprises a shell body, wherein two ends of the shell body in the length direction are open;
the side seal board, the side seal board is two and locates respectively the ascending both ends of casing body length direction, the casing body the glass board with the side seal board is injectd confined space, light source subassembly is located in the confined space.
5. The light bank device of the color sorter of claim 4, wherein the housing body comprises:
an outer casing;
the sealing plates are arranged at two ends of the first opening in the length direction respectively, and the glass plates are connected with the outer housing and the sealing plates respectively.
6. The light bank device of the color sorter according to claim 4, wherein the side sealing plate is provided with a limiting portion, and the limiting portion cooperates with the light source assembly to limit the light source assembly.

The light bank device of the color sorter according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning device, wherein the housing further has a second mounting cavity and a second opening communicating with the second mounting cavity, a portion of the cleaning device is disposed in the second mounting cavity and another portion protrudes from the second opening, and the cleaning device is used for cleaning the glass plate.

The light bank device of the color sorter of claim 7, wherein the cleaning device comprises a driving unit and a cleaning unit, the driving unit is disposed in the second mounting cavity, the cleaning unit is in transmission connection with the driving unit through the second opening, and the driving unit drives the cleaning unit to reciprocate along the length direction of the glass plate.
9. The light bank device of the color sorter according to claim 8, wherein the cleaning unit comprises:
the dust cleaning brush assembly is provided with a brush bar;
an adjustment bracket to which the ash removal brush assembly is adjustably mounted;
and one end of the ash removal brush support is connected with the driving unit, and the other end of the ash removal brush support is connected with the adjusting support.
10. The light bank device of the color sorter according to claim 9, wherein the ash removal brush support is provided with a roller, the wall of the second mounting cavity is provided with a guide boss, and the roller is matched with the guide boss.
11. The light bank device of claim 8, further comprising a seal, the seal comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a first sealing curtain and a second sealing curtain, wherein the first sealing curtain and the second sealing curtain are respectively arranged on two sides of the second opening in the width direction and are suitable for contact sealing, and the cleaning unit is arranged between the first sealing curtain and the second sealing curtain in a penetrating mode.
