The core idea of the invention is to provide a medical device which can be used for cold or hot compress treatment of affected parts. The medical device comprises a dressing bag and a heat conducting part, wherein the dressing bag comprises a bag body and a first heat storage agent, and the bag body is provided with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity which are mutually isolated. The first accommodating cavity is a closed cavity, and the first temperature storage agent is accommodated in the first accommodating cavity. The second accommodating chamber is communicated with the outside. The heat conducting part is detachably connected with the dressing bag and is also arranged in the second accommodating cavity to provide cold or heat for the first temperature storage agent.
The dressing bag and the heat conducting part are of a split structure. When the hot compress bag is used, the affected part is firstly subjected to cold compress or hot compress by utilizing the compress bag, and the heat conducting part can be positioned outside the compress bag and is subjected to cooling treatment to store cold energy or heating treatment to store heat. After a period of time, the heat conduction part stored with corresponding energy is placed in the second accommodating cavity, and corresponding energy is provided for the first temperature storage agent, so that the treatment time of the medical device is prolonged.
To further clarify the objects, advantages and features of the present invention, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention. The same or similar reference numbers in the drawings identify the same or similar elements.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a medical device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the medical device 10 includes a split dressing 100 and a thermally conductive portion 200. The dressing 100 is structured as shown in fig. 2 and 3, and the dressing 100 includes a bag body 110 and a first thermal storage agent 120. The bag body 110 has a first accommodating chamber 111 and a second accommodating chamber 112 that are isolated from each other, wherein the first accommodating chamber 111 is a closed chamber, the first thermal storage agent 120 is accommodated in the first accommodating chamber 111, and the second accommodating chamber 112 is communicated with the outside and is configured to accommodate the heat conduction part 200. The heat conduction part 200 is detachably connected to the compress bag 100, and specifically, the heat conduction part 200 may be separated from the compress bag 100 to perform a cooling process and store cold or a heating process and store heat, and the heat conduction part 200 may be further disposed in the second receiving chamber 112 and supply cold or heat to the first thermal storage agent 120. The medical device 10 may be used to perform cold compress treatment or hot compress treatment on the affected part, and when the medical device 10 is used to perform cold compress, the heat conduction part 200 stores cold and is used to provide cold to the first thermal storage agent 120, and when the medical device is used to perform hot compress, the heat conduction part 200 is used to store heat and is used to provide heat to the first thermal storage agent 120.
For convenience of description, the medical device 10 will be described hereinafter uniformly for use in cold compress therapy, but those skilled in the art can modify the following description to adapt it for use in the case of hot compress therapy.
The use method of the medical device 10 is as follows: the dressing bag 100 and the heat conduction part 200 are first placed in a refrigerator or other low-temperature environment to be cooled, so that the first thermal storage agent 120 and the heat conduction part 200 store cold. The dressing 110 is then affixed to the affected area by any suitable method and subjected to cold compress therapy, while the heat conducting portion 200 may still be placed in a refrigerator for heat preservation. When the user considers that the temperature of the compress bag 100 is not enough to continue the cold compress, the heat conduction part 200 is placed in the second receiving chamber 112, so that the cold stored in the heat conduction part 200 can be transferred to the first thermal storage agent 120, and the temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120 is lowered, so that the compress bag 100 can continue the cold compress treatment. That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heat conduction portion 200 is provided, and the heat conduction portion 200 storing the cold energy is used to supplement the cold energy to the compress bag 100, so that the cold compress time of the treatment device 10 can be prolonged without replacing the first thermal storage agent 120 or the compress bag 100. In particular, when the compress bag 100 is of a wearable structure and the first thermal storage agent 120 is not separable from the bag body 110, the design also avoids the repeated putting on and taking off of the compress bag 100 during a long cold compress process, so that the cold compress treatment process is simpler and more convenient.
Preferably, the pouch body 110 is made of a soft cloth so that the compress pouch 100 can be bent during use and can be applied to various parts. The optional cloth comprises PVC cloth, and has the advantages of good flexibility, strong ductility and extrusion resistance. The edge of the bag body 110 is preferably sealed by a high-frequency hot-pressing fusion technology, so that the edge of the bag body 110 is firm and does not bubble, and the service life of the bag body is further prolonged.
Optionally, the first thermal storage agent 120 includes, but is not limited to, an insulating gel. The embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the type of the heat-insulating gel, as long as it has a certain heat-insulating ability. The optional insulating gel is, for example, a cross-linked one or both of polyacrylamide and sodium polyacrylate, or it can be formulated by one skilled in the art according to the prior art using thickeners, anti-freeze agents, preservatives and water. The heat-insulating gel can be repeatedly used, and is not easy to crystallize at low temperature and to scratch the bag body 110.
With continued reference to figures 1 to 3, the dressing 100 is generally rectangular parallelepiped in shape, and the width direction of the dressing 100 is referred to herein as the first direction, the height direction is referred to as the second direction, and the length direction is referred to as the third direction (i.e., the first direction, the second direction, and the third direction are perpendicular to each other). The second receiving cavity 112 extends in the first direction, and the shape of the second receiving cavity 112 matches the configuration of the heat conduction portion 200. For example, when the heat conducting portion 200 is a bar-shaped structure with a long bar shape, the second accommodating cavity 112 is a long bar-shaped cavity. At least one end of the second receiving chamber 112 is an open end to communicate the second receiving chamber 112 with the outside and to allow the heat conduction portion 200 to be put into and taken out of the second receiving chamber 112. Further, the number of the second accommodating cavities 112 may be multiple (i.e., more than two, and three second accommodating cavities 112 are shown in fig. 3), and the multiple second accommodating cavities 112 are arranged at intervals along the second direction. Thus, when some parts such as legs or arms are subjected to cold compress using the medical device 10, the long side of the pouch body 110 can be bent so as not to interfere with the use of the heat conduction part 200.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 again, the bag body 110 includes a first surface layer 113, an intermediate layer 114, and a second surface layer 115 sequentially stacked and connected to each other along a second direction, a space between the first surface layer 113 and the second surface layer 115 forms the first receiving cavity 111, and the intermediate layer 114 divides the first receiving cavity 111 into a first sub-receiving cavity 111a and a second sub-receiving cavity 111b arranged along the second direction. That is, a space between the first surface layer 113 and the intermediate layer 114 constitutes the first sub-receiving cavity 111a, and a space between the intermediate layer 114 and the second surface layer 115 constitutes the second sub-receiving cavity 111b. The first thermal storage agent 120 is relatively viscous at a lower temperature and has relatively low fluidity, and when the temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120 increases, the viscosity thereof decreases and the fluidity thereof gradually increases. The existence of the intermediate layer 114 divides the first accommodation cavity 111 into two accommodation cavities with smaller space, so that the range of motion of the first thermal storage agent 120 is reduced, the flow of the first thermal storage agent 120 is slowed down, and the accumulation of the first thermal storage agent 120 is further relieved.
Further, the compress 100 is divided into a first area 101 and a second area 102, preferably the number of the first areas 101 is one more than the number of the second areas 102, and the first areas 101 and the second areas 11b are alternately arranged in the third direction. The intermediate layer 114 comprises a first structural layer 114a and a second structural layer 114b, the first structural layer 114a and the second structural layer 114b are attached to each other and connected at the first region 101, the first structural layer 114a and the second structural layer 114b are separated from each other at the second region 102, and the space between the two is formed as one second accommodating cavity 112, so that the number of the second regions 102 is equal to the number of the second accommodating cavities 112 (in the dressing bag 100 shown in fig. 1 and 3, the number of the first regions 101 is four, and the number of the second regions 102 is three). In actual production, the intermediate layer 114 may be formed by an integral hot pressing process.
Preferably, a plurality of through holes 116 may be further disposed on the intermediate layer 114, and the through holes 116 may be located in the first region 101. When the dressing bag 100 is subjected to external pressure, the first thermal storage agent 120 can rapidly circulate between the first sub-receiving cavity 111a and the second sub-receiving cavity 111b due to the through holes 116, and thus the bag 110 is prevented from being internally stressed to cause 'bag burst'.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the heat conducting portion 200 may be made of a material with good thermal conductivity and/or certain thermal insulation capability, alternatively, the heat conducting portion 200 may be a metal component, such as a stainless steel rod, or the heat conducting portion 200 includes a rod-shaped first base body (not shown in the figure), the first base body has a closed third accommodating cavity, and the third accommodating cavity accommodates a second thermal storage agent. The second thermal storage agent includes, but is not limited to, a thermal insulating gel.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the medical device 10 further includes a temperature monitoring unit 300, wherein the temperature monitoring unit 300 is configured to monitor and display the temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120, so that a user can intuitively obtain the current temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120, and the problem of inaccurate temperature judgment caused by the fact that the user judges the temperature according to the feeling of the user in the conventional scheme is avoided, so that the user can supplement the cold to the first thermal storage agent 120 in time by using the heat conduction portion 200.
Specifically, the temperature monitoring unit 300 includes a temperature measuring end 310 and a display end 320 that are connected to each other, the temperature measuring end 310 is disposed in the first accommodating cavity 111 and contacts with the first thermal storage agent 120 to obtain the temperature information of the first thermal storage agent 120, and the display end 320 is disposed outside the bag body 110 to facilitate a user to obtain the temperature information of the first thermal storage agent 120.
Optionally, the temperature monitoring unit is a color-changing thermal chip configured to display a first predetermined color when the temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120 is lower than a preset temperature, and display a second predetermined color when the temperature of the first thermal storage agent 120 is higher than the preset temperature, such that one portion of the color-changing thermal chip serves as the temperature measuring end 310 and the other portion of the color-changing thermal chip serves as the display end 320. The preset temperature is set according to actual needs, and may be a temperature slightly lower than normal temperature. In this way, the user can determine whether the heat conduction part 200 needs to be used according to the current color of the color-changing temperature sensing piece. In this embodiment, the color-changing temperature-sensing chip includes a second substrate and a reversible temperature-changing material disposed on the second substrate, where the reversible temperature-changing material may be any one of the prior arts, including but not limited to iodides, complexes, double salts of Ag, cu, and Hg, and compounds formed by cobalt salts, nickel salts, and hexamethylenetetramine.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, it is not limited thereto. Various modifications and alterations of this invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of this invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
