With the improvement of living standard, pet owners attach more and more importance to the health and diet of pets, so the pet food composition is designed, and the pet food composition can be used as staple food to directly feed pets, such as cats, dogs and the like; can also be used as an additive to be added into the existing pet food for feeding pets.
The following is a brief introduction to components that may be present in a pet food composition:
the fresh meat is rich in high-quality protein necessary for pet growth, and provides necessary support for maintaining body tissue health for normal pet growth.
The compound fruit and vegetable is composed of various fruits and vegetables, preferably fresh fruits and vegetables, can provide cellulose for pets, helps gastrointestinal peristalsis and reduces the problem of constipation, and for example, carrots are rich in beta-carotene and have an antioxidation effect, or are precursors of vitamin A, and play a certain role in improving the eyesight of dogs; the pumpkin contains citrulline which can play a role in expelling insects; peas are rich in lysine and are a high-quality vegetable protein source, which is beneficial to the growth of pets.
The compound grease is composed of a plurality of greases, the compound grease can provide fatty acid necessary for the growth of pets, the compound grease is used as a carrier of fat-soluble vitamins to help the pets to absorb the vitamins, DHA (docosahexaenoic acid, which is polyunsaturated fatty acid required by human beings or animals) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid, which is fatty acid required by human beings or animals) contained in fish oil are necessary for the pets, and the amino acid is helpful for intelligence development and physiological health.
The compound vitamin can provide multiple vitamins, keep the normal growth and development of the pet, simultaneously the vitamins participate in a plurality of enzymatic reactions of the pet, and have the effects of improving the metabolism of the pet, improving the nutrition of the fur and the like. Vitamin B 12 Has the efficacy of relieving diarrhea of pets and is beneficial to the intestinal health of pets.
The compound mineral substance participates in various metabolic processes in the pet body and keeps the histiocytes of the pet body to carry out normal life activities.
The compound plant powder has effects of regulating endocrine, such as choleretic effect of Curcuma rhizome powder, increasing bile secretion, and promoting fat digestion and absorption; plantago ovata powder is rich in dietary fiber, and can relieve intestinal pressure, prevent/treat constipation or diarrhea, fully absorb water, increase volume to mass block, increase intestinal peristalsis, reduce intestinal transport time of feces, and improve lubricating condition of feces and intestinal wall.
The compound nutrient can comprehensively improve the internal environment of the digestive tract of the pet and help the health of the digestive tract; such as citric acid, can activate pepsin activity and reduce the digestive burden of the stomach; the fructooligosaccharide regulates and controls the environment in the intestinal tract of an organism by regulating the composition of microbial flora in the intestinal tract, indirectly influences the digestion and absorption of the intestinal tract on nutrient substances, can directly adsorb pathogenic bacteria to protect the health of the intestinal tract, and can stimulate the metabolism of the intestinal flora on protein and amino acid substrates; the probiotics can effectively improve the intestinal flora structure, reduce the propagation of harmful bacteria and help the intestinal health; the enzyme preparation can carry out enzymolysis on macromolecules to micromolecules, and helps organisms digest nutrients such as protein and fat.

The experimental method comprises the following steps: 120 healthy adult cats were selected and divided into 12 groups of 10 cats, 1 group was a control group fed with samples (commercially available products) of the control group, and 11 groups were fed with samples of the test group for 28 days, and the animals were fed twice daily at a regular interval of about 80 g each time.
3. Diarrhea rate and stool evaluation: and (3) placing a clean and tidy tray below each cat cage in the 1-28 th day of the experiment, paving a preservative film to collect the excrement, observing the shape and color of the excrement at any time, grading the excrement and calculating the diarrhea rate. The results of the stool examination are shown in Table 1.
Wherein, the excrement scoring standard is as follows: 1 minute: drying, hardening and crushing; 1.5 points: drying and hardening; and 2, dividing: the forming is good, and no mark is left after picking up; 2.5 min: the forming is good, and marks can be left after picking up; and 3, dividing: moisture exists, and the shape is not formed at all; 3.5 min: very much moisture, is not formed soon; and 4, dividing: almost unshaped; 4.5 level: diarrhea; 5. dividing into: water sample diarrhea.
TABLE 1 stool examination results
When the score is 2.5, the excrement forming effect is best, and the condition that the excrement is too high or too low is not good for the intestinal health of the pet. As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the samples of examples 1 to 6 of the present invention are smaller than the samples of the control group, and the scores are closer to 2.5 relative to the scores of comparative examples 1 to 4, which shows that the fresh food for pet food of the present invention can improve the intestinal health of the pet and improve the defecation condition.
The samples in comparative examples 1 to 4 have poor stool formability and influence on the intestinal health of pets, which shows that the fresh food for pet food prepared by compounding the compound vitamins, the compound mineral substances, the compound plant powder and the compound nutrients is beneficial to improving the intestinal health of pets, and the intestinal health of the fresh food for pet food can be influenced due to the lack of partial components.
In addition, diarrhea was not observed in the samples of the control group and the experimental group, and the diarrhea rate was 0.
The above description is only an example of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of the claims of the present application.
