The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and claims of this application and in the preceding drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In several prior art solutions provided in the background art, at least some of the following technical problems exist in the solutions to the problems found by the user during the use of the mobile network:
1) The charging fusing can be triggered after the bill is generated in the charging process, if the abnormal problem occurs in the charging process, the bill is generated, so the user account can still be charged according to the bill, and the problem of low charging accuracy is caused.
2) The charging fusing is triggered after the bill is generated in the charging process, the high bill or the standard bill needs to be confirmed manually, corresponding problems are confirmed manually, and then the corresponding problems are solved, so that the process is long in time consumption; moreover, the methods for processing the abnormal information in the prior art have poor fault tolerance, and if the abnormal information is blown out by mistake, the time for solving the corresponding problem is increased, so that the efficiency for processing the abnormal information in the charging process is low.
Aiming at the problems, the method for processing the abnormity comprises the steps of judging abnormity of any one of a network element ticket, user data provided by a data management party or user subscription fees provided by a fee management party, and blocking processing of a charging program by generating a charging fusing signal when any one of the user subscription fees is abnormal, so that the problem of abnormal charging caused by untimely processing of abnormal information is avoided, and the charging accuracy is improved. The terms referred to in the present application are explained first below.
A ticket: including the amount of service used by the user and the charging mode of the operator. For a fixed telephone, the call ticket mainly records the following information: serial number, subscriber identification, calling number, called number, start time, end time, duration of the call, nature of the call, rate, cost, discount, etc. For the mobile phone, besides the recording information, the information recorded in the call ticket also includes Short Message Service (SMS), member Management System (MMS), wireless Application Protocol (Wap), general Packet Radio Service (GPRS), etc., and the recording format is similar to the fixed telephone call ticket.
The core idea of the exception handling method is that before a charging program is started, any one of a network element ticket, user data provided by a data management party or user subscription tariff provided by a tariff management party is judged to be abnormal, so that when any one is abnormal, the charging program is blocked, abnormal information in a charging process is processed before a charging bill is generated, and the charging process is completed after abnormal information is processed, therefore, the charging accuracy can be improved, and the problems which are easy to occur when the abnormality in the charging process is processed are solved.
In a specific implementation, the exception handling method of the embodiment may be applied to an application scenario, in which, taking a fourth generation of mobile information system (4G) user as an example of being connected, a host device at a connection location obtains a ticket provided by a network element, user data provided by a data management party, and a user subscription tariff provided by a tariff management party, and then determines whether the information of the three parties is abnormal, if the information provided by any party is abnormal, it determines whether the abnormal condition meets a fusing condition, if the abnormal condition meets the fusing condition, a charging fusing signal is generated to control a fusing switch to open a blocking charging program for charging, and sends charging information to a person at the connection location, so that the person can process the abnormal condition, and if the abnormal condition does not meet the fusing condition, or the operation and maintenance person has processed the abnormal condition, the charging program is started for charging, so that the charging process can be performed, and thus the problem that the charging accuracy is improved before the charging information is generated and the billing accuracy is improved.
Based on the above scenario, the exception handling method is described in detail below with several embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an exception handling method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the exception handling method includes the following steps:
s101: and when any one of the acquired network element call ticket, the acquired data or the acquired tariff is abnormal, judging whether the abnormality meets a preset fusing condition.
In this step, the data is operator user data provided by the data manager, the tariff is user subscription tariff provided by the tariff manager, and after the host device at the operator acquires the network element ticket, the data or the tariff, it needs to determine whether any one of the network element ticket, the data or the tariff is abnormal, for example, the call duration of the user in the network element ticket is long, or the used flow is large and exceeds a preset value, or the user data provided by the data manager is wrong, that is, the user is abnormal, or the user subscription tariff provided by the tariff manager is wrong, that is, the tariff is abnormal, and the like.
In the above scheme, if any one of the network element call ticket, the data or the tariff is abnormal, the abnormal condition can be judged according to the preset fusing condition, and whether the abnormal condition meets the preset fusing condition is determined.
S102: and if the abnormity meets the fusing condition, generating a charging fusing signal according to the abnormity information and the fusing definition.
In this step, the fusing definition includes a plurality of fusing levels, and the number of users, the cost, the range, etc. corresponding to each fusing level, and the corresponding relationship among the fusing levels, the number of users, the cost, and the range in the fusing definition may be as shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 fusing definition Table
Class of fusion | Number of users | Cost of | Range |
Ⅴ | 100000 | 200w | Nationwide |
Ⅳ | 50000 | 150w | Domain |
Ⅲ | 10000 | 100w | Save money |
Ⅱ | 5000 | 50w | Multiple users |
Ⅰ | 1000 | 10w | Single user |
As can be seen from table 1, the fusing definition is composed of four factors, i.e., fusing level, number of users, cost, and range. And setting different fusing grades and ranges according to the number of influencing users and the cost threshold value, so that when the fusing condition is met due to the occurrence of the abnormity, generating charging fusing signals of different grades according to the abnormal information and the fusing definition, and at the moment, suspending processing on the abnormal call ticket.
In the above scheme, if the abnormality does not satisfy the fusing condition, the charging process is normally performed according to the charging program.
S103: and controlling the fusing switch to open and block the billing program according to the billing fusing signal.
In this step, after the billing fuse signal is generated, the corresponding fuse switch is controlled to be opened according to the billing fuse signal to block the billing program processing, and the billing fuse signals of different grades correspond to different types of fuse switches.
In the exception handling method provided by this embodiment, when any one of the obtained network element call ticket, the obtained data, and the obtained tariff is abnormal, it is determined whether the abnormality meets a preset fusing condition; if the abnormality meets the fusing condition, generating a charging fusing signal according to the abnormality information and a fusing definition, wherein the fusing definition comprises a plurality of fusing grades, and the number of users, the cost and the range corresponding to each fusing grade; and controlling the fusing switch to start and block the processing of a billing program according to the billing fusing signal, and sending alarm information to preset operation and maintenance personnel, wherein the alarm information is used for notifying the abnormal fusing. By the method, whether any one of the network element bill, the user data provided by the data management party or the user subscription tariff provided by the tariff management party is abnormal or not is judged before the bill is generated, if any one is abnormal, the charging fusing signal is generated under the condition that the abnormality meets the fusing condition, so that the blocking of the charging program is realized, the problem that the account of the user is deducted before the abnormality is found due to the fact that the charging bill is generated before can be avoided, the problem that the abnormality is found and solved before the account of the user is deducted can be further realized, and the charging accuracy is improved.
In one particular implementation, the fusing conditions include: a network element ticket fusing condition, a data fusing condition and a charge fusing condition; the network element ticket fusing condition comprises the following sub-conditions: the ticket factor of the abnormal user belongs to a system factor, the flow value of the abnormal user is larger than a preset flow threshold value, and the call duration of the abnormal user is larger than a preset duration threshold value; the data fuse condition includes the following sub-conditions: the data sheet of the abnormal user belongs to the system data sheet and the data sheet record of the abnormal user belongs to the system data sheet record; the tariff fusing condition includes the following sub-conditions: the charge of the abnormal user belongs to a provincial charge or a national charge.
In the scheme, aiming at the network element ticket, the ticket factor of an abnormal user belongs to a system factor, namely, the ticket factor can be matched with a system factor table, and the ticket factor needs to be charged; if the flow value of the abnormal user is greater than the preset flow threshold and the call duration of the abnormal user is greater than the preset duration threshold, the flow value and the call duration of the high threshold in the network element bill need to be charged.
Aiming at the data, the data sheet of the abnormal user belongs to a system data sheet, that is, the data sheet required by the user charging should exist in the system data sheet, if the data is abnormal, the charging processing needs to be carried out on the ticket missing in the data sheet required by the user charging; the data table record of the abnormal user belongs to the system data table record, that is, the data table record of the user is unique, if the data is abnormal, the charging process needs to be carried out on the abnormal data table record user.
For the tariff, for example, if the tariff of the abnormal user belongs to a national tariff, the tariff needs to be checked and subjected to charging processing.
In the above scheme, the correspondence between the type of fusing condition and the condition (or policy) may be as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 fusing Condition Table
In table 2, the U factor is used to represent the user factor, the X factor is used to represent the system factor, L and S are both used to represent the threshold, utime is used to represent the user ticket time, zetime is used to represent the network access time of the user in the system, uz table is used to represent the user profile, and Xz table is used to represent the system profile.
The method for determining whether the abnormality satisfies the fusing condition will be described in detail below.
In one particular implementation, the method further comprises: if any sub-condition of the network element bill fusing condition, the data fusing condition or the tariff fusing condition is met abnormally, determining that the fusing condition is met abnormally; and if the abnormity does not meet any sub-condition of the network element bill fusing condition, the data fusing condition and the tariff fusing condition, determining that the abnormity does not meet the fusing condition.
In the scheme, when judging whether the occurred abnormity meets the fusing condition, whether the occurred abnormity meets any sub-condition in the fusing condition can be judged, if any one is met, the occurred abnormity meets the fusing condition is determined, and at the moment, a charging fusing signal needs to be generated according to the abnormity information and the fusing definition, so that the corresponding fusing switch is controlled to be opened to block the processing of a charging program; and if the occurring abnormity does not meet all the sub-conditions in the fusing condition, determining that the occurring abnormity does not meet the fusing condition, and at the moment, normally performing charging processing according to the charging program.
The method for controlling the fuse switch to open and block the billing program according to the billing fuse signal will be described in detail below.
In one specific implementation, the controlling the fuse switch to open according to the billing fuse signal to block the billing program processing includes: acquiring a target switch type corresponding to the charging fusing signal according to a mapping relation between a pre-configured fusing signal and the fusing switch type; and controlling the fusing switch corresponding to the target switch type to be opened according to the billing fusing signal, and blocking the billing program processing.
In the scheme, a mapping relation exists between the fusing signals and the types of the fusing switches, the fusing signals of different levels correspond to the fusing switches of different types, after the billing fusing signals are generated, the target switch types of the corresponding fusing switches are determined according to the levels of the billing fusing signals, so that the corresponding fusing switches are determined, the fusing switches are started, the billing program cannot run, billing cannot be carried out, the problem of inaccurate billing caused by continuous billing after abnormity occurs is avoided, and billing accuracy is improved.
In one particular implementation, each fuse signal includes a fuse level, a fuse type, a particular fuse condition, a range, a signal value, and a signal description.
In the scheme, the fusing signals comprise fusing grades, fusing types, fusing conditions, ranges, signal values, signal descriptions and the like, different signal values are defined to trigger different types of fusing signals, for example, the signal values are defined to be 000001-00004, and the signal descriptions are national wholesale fusing, domain wholesale fusing, provincial wholesale fusing and single-channel fusing respectively. Fusing type, fusing condition can be looked over according to the signal value after absorbing after fusing switch triggers to the unusual problem that can appear is fixed a position more fast, more efficient, improves the solution efficiency to unusual problem. Taking the signal value of 000001 as an example, the corresponding relationship between the fusing level, the fusing type, the fusing condition, and the range of the fusing signal can be shown in table 3:
TABLE 3 fusing SIGNAL TABLE
In one implementation, the method further comprises: and in response to the closing operation of the fusing switch of the user, controlling to close the fusing switch corresponding to the target switch type so as to continuously execute the billing program.
In the scheme, after the operation and maintenance personnel correspondingly process the abnormal situation, the operation and maintenance personnel can perform the closing operation of the fusing switch by clicking a key on a software interface and the like, so that after the fusing switch is closed, the charging program can normally perform charging, thereby realizing the charging after the abnormal problem is processed, and achieving the purpose of improving the charging accuracy.
In one implementation, the method further comprises: if the abnormity does not meet the fusing condition, executing a charging procedure according to the network element bill, the data or the charge.
In the scheme, if any one of the network element call ticket, the data or the charge is abnormal and does not meet the fusing condition, or the network element call ticket, the data or the charge is not abnormal, the charging program can be directly executed according to the network element call ticket, the data or the charge to perform charging processing.
