Compared with the rotary dehumidifier of the related scheme, the scheme of the invention can change the rotating speed of the rotary wheel according to the humidity, and the adjustment degrees of the rotating speeds of the dehumidification rotary wheels 4 are different according to the humidity D degree of the inlet air, thereby achieving better dehumidification effect and reducing the waste of electric energy.

A humidity detection unit is arranged between an air inlet filter screen and an air inlet fan on the outdoor air inlet side of the dehumidification rotary wheel 4, the air inlet filter screen is like a first filter screen 2, the air inlet fan is like a fan 3, and the humidity detection unit is like a humidity sensor 13. The moisture absorption process of the desiccant rotor 4 shown in fig. 5 and the regeneration process of the desiccant rotor 4 shown in fig. 6 are simultaneously completed, the desiccant rotor 4 is continuously rotated, and the above-mentioned dehumidification process and regeneration process are repeatedly performed, thereby ensuring a continuous and stable dehumidification state of the rotary dehumidifier.
In the solution of the present invention, the variable speed motor 5 can change the rotation speed according to the difference of the inlet air humidity D, and the rotation speed of the variable speed motor 5 is increased when the inlet air humidity D is high, so that the absorption and regeneration period of the adsorbent on the desiccant rotor 4 becomes shorter. When the humidity D of the intake air is low, the rotation speed of the variable speed motor 5 is reduced, and the period of the adsorption and regeneration of the adsorbent on the desiccant rotor 4 is prolonged. Compared with the rotary dehumidifier of the related scheme, the scheme of the invention can change the rotating speed of the rotary wheel according to the humidity, and the adjustment degrees of the rotating speeds of the dehumidification rotary wheels 4 are different according to the humidity D degree of the inlet air, thereby achieving better dehumidification effect and reducing the waste of electric energy.
According to the rotary dehumidifier capable of changing speed according to humidity, the humidity sensor is added to effectively monitor the humidity of inlet air, the speed change motor is added and is associated with the humidity sensor, and the rotating speed can be changed according to the humidity. Therefore, the variable-speed motor is adopted, the humidity sensor is additionally arranged, the rotating speed of the rotating wheel can be changed when the humidity changes in different regions, different seasons and different environments, the rotating speed of the rotating wheel dehumidifier can be in different running states in different humidity environments, and the dehumidifying effect can be better realized. When the humidity is high, the variable speed motor drives the rotating wheel to run at a high speed, the adsorbent regeneration speed is high, and the effective dehumidification capacity of the dehumidifier is enhanced. When the humidity is low, the rotating speed of the variable speed motor is reduced, the regeneration speed of the adsorbing material is reduced, the contact time with air is prolonged, moisture can be absorbed more fully, meanwhile, the energy consumption is reduced due to the reduction of the rotating speed, and the waste of energy caused by the fixation of the rotating speed is effectively reduced, so that the dehumidifying effect can be achieved more efficiently and more efficiently.

determining a rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in a set rotation speed gear range according to a humidity interval of the humidity of inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range to obtain a current rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5);

the control device of the rotary dehumidifier comprises:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an intake air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier;
the control unit is configured to determine a humidity interval of inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in a set humidity range according to the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier;
the control unit is further configured to determine a rotation speed gear of the variable-speed motor (5) in a set rotation speed gear range according to a humidity interval where the humidity of inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier is in the set humidity range, so as to obtain a current rotation speed gear of the variable-speed motor (5);
the control unit is also configured to control the variable speed motor (5) to operate according to the current rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5), so that the variable speed motor (5) drives the dehumidifying rotating wheel (4) to operate, and the control of the rotary dehumidifier is realized.

The control device of claim 6, wherein the humidity range of the set humidity range includes: a first humidity interval, a second humidity interval, a third humidity interval, a fourth humidity interval and a fifth humidity interval; in a first humidity interval, a second humidity interval, a third humidity interval, a fourth humidity interval and a fifth humidity interval, the average humidity value of each humidity interval is reduced in sequence;

if the humidity of the inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier is greater than or equal to a third set humidity and less than a second set humidity, determining that a humidity interval of the humidity of the inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier in a set humidity range is a third humidity interval;
if the humidity of the inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier is greater than or equal to a fourth set humidity and less than a third set humidity, determining that a humidity interval of the humidity of the inlet air of the rotary dehumidifier in a set humidity range is a fourth humidity interval;
and if the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier is smaller than a fourth set humidity, determining that the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a fifth humidity interval.

The control device of a rotary dehumidifier according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said set range of speed steps comprises: the set first-gear rotating speed, the set second-gear rotating speed, the set third-gear rotating speed, the set fourth-gear rotating speed and the set fifth-gear rotating speed; among the set first-gear rotating speed, the set second-gear rotating speed, the set third-gear rotating speed, the set fourth-gear rotating speed and the set fifth-gear rotating speed, the rotating speed values of the set first-gear rotating speed, the set second-gear rotating speed, the set third-gear rotating speed, the set fourth-gear rotating speed and the set fifth-gear rotating speed are sequentially increased;
the control unit determines the rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotation speed gear range according to the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range, and obtains the current rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5), and the control unit comprises:
if the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a first humidity interval, determining that the rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotating speed gear range is a set five-gear rotating speed, and obtaining the current rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5);
if the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a second humidity interval, determining that the rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotating speed gear range is a set fourth rotating speed, and obtaining the current rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5);
if the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a third humidity interval, determining that the rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotating speed gear range is a set third rotating speed, and obtaining the current rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5);
if the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a fourth humidity interval, determining that the rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotation speed gear range is a set second-gear rotation speed, and obtaining the current rotation speed gear of the variable speed motor (5);
and if the humidity interval of the inlet air humidity of the rotary dehumidifier in the set humidity range is a fifth humidity interval, determining that the rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5) in the set rotating speed gear range is a set first-gear rotating speed, and obtaining the current rotating speed gear of the variable speed motor (5).
