The emulsifier is calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate emulsifier, the low-oil-corrosion-resistance material is of a rubber structure with low oil resistance, the low-oil-corrosion-resistance material is fixed in the three-way pipeline 6 through hot melting and seals the three-way pipeline 6, and the oil resistance of the sealing ring body 1 and the sealing contact edge 2 is greater than that of the low-oil-corrosion-resistance material.
The oil-permeable film 52 forms a W-shaped cavity with the side wall of the storage bin 7 and the wall of the petroleum exploitation pipe, the side wall of the storage bin 7 is extruded by bowl-shaped elastic plates 31 at two sides to form a bent shape, an extrusion sealing opening 71 is arranged at a bent node of the side wall of the storage bin 7, the extrusion sealing opening 71 is of a V-shaped opening structure, and the extrusion sealing opening 71 is of a involution sealing shape under extrusion.

The elasticity of the rotating seat 311 is greater than the elasticity of the bowl-shaped elastic plate 31, a magnetic attraction force is arranged between the two strong magnetic rings 3, the magnetic attraction force between the two strong magnetic rings 3 is greater than the elastic deformation critical force of the rotating seat 311, high-pressure air is filled in the high-pressure air cavity 4, and the air pressure value of the high-pressure air is greater than the magnetic attraction force between the two strong magnetic rings 3.

The high-pressure air cavity 4 is filled with inert protective gas, and after the low-oil corrosion-resistant material in the three-way pipeline 6 is corroded by permeated oil through the arrangement of the high-pressure air cavity 4 filled with the inert protective gas, the inert protective gas can enter the storage bin 7 and the W-shaped cavity through the three-way pipeline 6, and the W-shaped cavity is filled while the oil in the W-shaped cavity is discharged by utilizing air pressure, so that the oil corrosion rate of the sealing ring body 1 is reduced, and the service life and corrosion resistance of the sealing ring body are further prolonged.
